This is a great option for this who work/travel on the go. Beats food up quickly and has great capacity. Food doesn’t stick so east to clean. Only thing I’d prefer is if compartment was split as I’m not a lover of all my food touching.
I bought it to heat up soup but soon discovered that the lid’s seal is near none existent, it leaked. with most liquid food so you have to keep it horizontal. I got past this by freezing my soup before placing it in the heater. I then drove to work and got in my truck for work. in my truck it sits flat on the floor or other surface and the rock and roll of the moving truck isn’t enough to spill the contents. The light at the bottom to is a good confirmation that it is on and working, easily see-able when its driving at night. My soup was piping hot and a joy to eat, admittingly I probable left it on too long but no harm done. I haven’t tried solid food in it.
Excellent little gadget, that does exactly what it says. Hits your food right through, and piping hot. Sometimes too hot it’s that good! My second one of these, and the new connector is a big improvement. Not sure what the instructions say for timings, but I can tell you from my experience soup is piping hot within half an hour, and a proper meal containing meat etc. I prefer to leave for an hour to be certain. Never had any issues, as always comes out piping hot right through. Works best with wet dinners, anything from soups to shepherds pie or spaghetti Bolognese.
I was really not sure about this but for the price of a couple of takeaways when travelling this has so far ( 2 weeks use only) been amazing. I’m usually away for 3 nights a week and check I to hotel too late to get a meal.
Just pop into a supermarket and grab a ready meal that fits in. Plug it into 12v socket an hour and a half
Before arriving at hotel and hey presto you have a hot meal. Far better than living on mcd’s and beats really well.
I bought this for my husband for Christmas 2021 as he is an engineer and always on the road. He always envied that I could have a hot lunch when working at home. He hasn’t stopped talking about this, and tells everyone about it! It’s very simple to use, he either charges it in the van or in a building. He has heated up all sorts of food, leftovers, soup, even ready meals bought from the supermarket. The metal tray inside slides out easily for washing so you don’t need to get the machine wet. It’s not very heavy and is a very good size. We would both highly recommend this product. I read loads of reviews before buying as I wanted to check there weren’t bots trying to con me! I am pleased to say I was not conned!
Purchased as a gift. Recipient was very pleased . Has found being able to have a hot meal rather than sandwiches everyday has been fantastic especially during the cold weather. Will also be going on holiday to the Highlands this year. Thoroughly recommend.
This is the second one I’ve brought that show how much I really like it my son in law swears by his one he take it to work nearly every day he said it makes the food really hot .
Bought this for my husband who works outdoors. It heats his food right up whilst he works and its hot when hes ready to eat. Really easy to clean, good quality.
We were going on a long journey and didnt want to spend loads of money on takeway or hotel meal we didnt really want when we arrived. I cooked food qe really loved and when we got to the hotel, we pluged it in while we sirted the children. This lunchbox heated up really quickly, much quicker than one I had purchased before. Also keeps the food hot. Could feed two adults easily and even stretch to three.
This item is amazing. No more cold food. Ia enough to warm food for two people. It takes about 30 minutes to heat the food, you just need to plan in advance. Love it and 100% recommend this item.
We cooked chips beforehand and took them on a long car journey. They needed a couple of mixes but they were lovely and crispy after 1.5 hours! Looking forward to more hot meals on the move

Had everything in this now from mince pie sausage rolls to pasties pies beans and even the odd apple crumble and custard..
Best yet was the beef pie and baked beans in the picture..
Go on and get it! It is everything they say it is. I eat pipping hot meals everyday at work without having to queue for the microwave. It takes about 1hr to get the very hot temp. Depending on what you’re heating up. I love it and there’s no regret!
I’m working away and stying in hotels and i can cook a meal using this, Easy to clean after as well.
Bought this for my wife as she can’t use her work microwave because of covid restrictions. Heats up food to a high temperature which is great. Cold fridge food took about 45 minutes to an hour to get hot enough, probably worth giving the food a stir after about 30 minutes to get an even heat.
Bought to use at hotel as do a lot of travelling and do not always want to eat out or have takeaway . Easy to use
I had a similar item with the plastic inset tray, which was good, but nothing like as good as this one, as the food was always a bit cool for my liking.
This item has a metal insert tray, and the food is piping hot after about one hour.
It is ideal when travelling between destinations, and I use it in my campervan.
I would thoroughly recommend purchasing this.

This was recommended to me by a colleague. Its the best thing ever. Much better than a microwave. Doesn’t dry out the food. Heats through thoroughly. Easy to use. Lightweight. Brilliant.
My driver husband wasn’t convinced when I bought him this food warmer. Now, he LOVES it!!! Cooks Homemade frozen foods in plastic or metal takeaway containers in up to an hour or less. Non frozen foods, tinned or fresh, in less time. The food is piping hot, even from frozen if given time to heat totally. Cleans very easily if you use containers rather than putting the food into the warmer directly. Saves on the cleaning, especially if are away from home. Would 100% recommend.

Nice size, the description was accurate on heating times.
Only reason I gave it a 4 star is because some food like rice, stick to the bottom when heated. Its not completely non-stick, and you don’t want to have to scrub the silver container too much as its thin.
One easy solution was to get a takeaway plastic container and put the whole thing in.

I bought this for my partner who stays in travel lodges while away and due to the pandemic all the restaurants at the travel lodges are closed and sometimes he’s far from anywhere to be able to buy good food.The food does take a little while to heat up and a couple of stirs to make sure the food has no cold spots.He is very happy with it and I can be assured he’s eating well.

Use on the bike is very good. All that is missing is a lid for the aluminum part to go in the refrigerator. It heats up very well.
