Used to replace my old, broken garage door opener after nearly 20 years of service.
This product is really good. Just read the instructions and follow any of the plenty videos stored on the net. The application advertised by the use of your phone needs additional parts and don’t come with the product as you may think by the advertising on the side of the box. Be careful about locating the red pull cord mechanism as it fits into a specific point on the track/belt. A phone call to the help line sorted this out but I should have known better really. Works well and looks impressive.
Took my time to install and was so easy, my neighbour bought the same one and we fitted his together.
To fit the bolts to the garage door, instead of using bolts/screws, I used a rivet manual machine and it worked a treat. This stopped the bolts from being seen from outside the door.
The title says the best bit about the product. The instructions are poor and metal supports need to be a heavier grade. It could do with more runner supports too. But it works and does the job.
Item arrived at 2pm and decided to get on with it kept referring to the online video and it went quite well

Runs quiet no issues
This repaced a door closer that i hadup foor about 20 years. The old one was chain driven and noisy. The new one uses atoothed rubber belt and is almost silent.

Bought this when it was temporarily reduced in price making it a good buy. Very quite in operation and fairly easy to fit. It was a replacement for another chamberlain chain driven door opener which I got from Wickes 25 + years ago which finally gave up the ghost. My only compalint is getting hold of some additional remote controllers as they are very hard to source. I had hoped my old remote controllers would have done the job bit they work on a differant freqency.
Some of the reviews said instructions were not very clear I found them very easy to follow good value for money
This was a very good replacement. Initially it worked very well but it’s not a long lasting item. It is functional now and it’s failed after three years.
The instructions could be more succinct, spent 5 minutes trying to slot the guide sections into each other before finding that two slides were at either end to provide an overlap. Otherwise I’m delighted with the unit, it’s performance and it’s init price
This was bought to replace an old garage door-opener which gave up, and is no longer on the market. Delivery was very prompt, and the instructions made assembly easy. I was able to use some of the hardware from the opener which was being replaced, which helped to mke installation straightforward. When connected to mains power the set-up was well explained and speedy, and operation satisfactory – I would certainy recommend purchase of this item
Great piece of kit though took a little figuring out to install by provided instructions. Been in place a week and entirely satisfied with its performance. Very quiet .
This is great value. Once installed works really well. Like others have said the manual is very poor, but with a bit of work it’s easy enough to to get your head round. Highly recommended.

Good stuff. Just a tad heavy for an 80+ person to handle. Just follow the instructions. More or less replaced an earlier Chamberlain model.
I am highly impress with this product. The quality is that of much more expensive units.
The motor operates very quietly and fitting was not too difficult. I fitted this myself, but would recommend two people to make things a bit faster.
I have already recommended this unit to many of my friends and family.
This is a great product, easy to assemble and install, and has been a reliable workhorse with no issues at all so far.
To make it more reliable I also got the Chamberlain Door Handle Quick release: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00EYYAHJ2?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share which is not designed for this assembly but works well if the cable is zip ties to the V arm connecting the door assembly to the track, I would recommend that if you already have a lock handle and don’t want to drill extra holes or install a new key on your door.
Great value and quality easy to fit just take your time
Once assembled, this is a great machine. However, it is very difficult to build as the instructions are very poor. You also do not get an emergency pull to use on the outside of the garage and therefore have to purchase one at an extra cost. In fact, everything comes at an extra cost – for example, the canopy arm, the extension for the app, sensors and wireless keypad. However, now that we eventually got this together, I’m very impressed. It’s very quiet and a joy in the wild weather to not have to get out the car to lock the garage.
I wad unsure if I’d be able to fit it, but I’d i got another one I’d play the small amount extra and get the one with the wifi remote button. Seems the only difference is the button, but individually they agree 80 so cheaper getting the mechanism with it.
I needed an electric drive system for the up and over door on our prefabricated garage. So did a bit of research and came up with this. Its easy to fit and following the instructions is a sinch to set up. It has a light, two remotes and a fixed hard wired illuminated control. I’ve had this a while now and it has been frequently used without issue or a need for readjustment. Good value
El motor es relativamente fcil de instalar, especialmente si has instalado uno antes porque todos son similares. La informacin que trae est solo en ingls y adems no es nada intuitiva (en otras palabras, es muy mejorable).
Lo mejor: es super silencioso y el mando funciona desde mucha ms distancia que el anterior que tena
Lo peor: el motor no tiene un tope mecnico de seguridad y parece que no tiene mucha fuerza (aunque suficiente)

Ordered this for my mom, who had it fitted by a local handyman. Works as it should and she is very pleased with it in her maturing years. The same thing on the high street is considerably more expensive.
Instructions could be better but having fitted a similar device several years ago this was perfectly straightforward.
The instructions were a waste of time , put together by someone who obviously didn’t understand or know anything about the unit. Putting it together , fitting, programming and wiring was very simple and the operation of the door which was quite old and heavy is fine. The motor unit is relatively quiet and the transmitters/ receivers work very well . Good value , just hope it lasts.
The door opener works really well. Easy to set up and use. Instructions a bit tricky. You may need a few extra fixings, brackets and timber. I did. A YouTube video was more helpful than the manual.
Fairly simple to assemble & Install. Had to use mine with the Chamberlain Arm as my garage door is a 1 piece solid up & over door.
Wired & connected through a switched fuse i fitted in the garage & all installed solidly by mounting on beams running across ceiling for real support. I wouldn’t trust fixing to plasterboard with plasterboard fixings only as the motor has a tough job pulling & pushing the garage door open & closed. You can actually see the support arm flexing under the strain. Easy set up of opening & closing limits & then done.
Great item that works well & has done so far for over a year. Only thing negative & is not a biggie is that it could be a little faster opening & closing. 18 seconds at the moment but seems longer sometimes. Like i said…not a biggie. 😉
Fitted to double garage door . Took a few hours but simple enough and works without any issues at all. More flimsy than similar premium products but appears to do the same once installed . Can not fault at this price.

Good product but hanging brackets are poor, you need to purchase some angle and nuts and bolts for extra bracketry. Instructions not good and video on Internet over simplifies installation. Depending on your particular garage allow at least 4 to 5 hours if installing alone. Once installed works well.

Bought two of these as we have a double garage. The first one took 3hrs to fit as the instructions are quite poor, watching online videos were more helpful. Once you’ve figured it out, incredibly easy to do, 2nd one installed ina an hour!
Very quiet in operation, easy to programme and opens the door very smoothly. The only downside is the led light isn’t very bright, but as I have other garage lighting this isn’t a problem.
Fantastic, ordered another one a while back and love it – had to get another one for my own garage. such a quiet and quick operation, good coverage with keyfobs. I have ordered another keyfob for the sun visor (one with a clip) as I am reluctant to attached the remote to my keyring and have it in my pocket in case it goes off and I don’t know the door has opened as its so quiet. Its a shame there is no clip/holder for the fob but grrat otherwise!!
My wife says it’s the best TOY I’ve ever bought. Great build quality. Bit of a faf for a first time installation but well within the average DIYers ability’s. Would recommend watching utube tutorials for handy tips and getting assembly done in the correct sequence. A good half day to put up .and well worth it !!!
I bought two at the same time, because my garage has two doors 🙂 easy to install but like most things, the second was the easiest to install. Fitted and working for 6 months now with no drama at all. I really do want to squirt oil all over the wheels, I know I shouldn’t because all that will happen is dust and dirt will stick to the oil and act as a grinding paste and ultimately make it worse. Little bit squeaky but to be expected, it’s the door that squeaks so not fair to moan about it. A great piece of kit which i wouldn’t hesitate buying agai
Superb item, was really easy to assemble and install- once id made a few brackets to mount to my particular garage roof type. Faultless operation so far. Key programming was super simple and its operation is near silent, would recommend. Installed in approx 3hrs on my own, although if i hadnt had to make some modifications to my garage roof i reckon this could have been installed in about 1.5 hrs.
Instruction manual poor- writing on one document and some limited pictures on another, i found watching a youtube video much more informative.
Installed in conjunction with a canopy arm. Quiet operation and installed by myself fairly easily although took a bit longer. Power lead way too short to reach a standard height socket but doubt any garages have a socket fitted 7ft up in the middle but that’s why they invented extension leads.
very easy to fit took about 2 hours thats with taking my old unit down so easy to set up didnt need a degree in computor sience the instructions where very clear hope it lasts as long as my old door opener very quiet 5 stars
The unit itself is just great. Very sturdy and well-made. Everything worked straight away with no hassle. Smooth and speedy operation. Superbly easy to program – a few button presses to set the top and bottom positions and a simple two press to pair any wireless devices like the remotes.
I am by no means an expert at DIY but found this very straightforward. There are some video walk throughs on YouTube but they all seem to be in German. Still worth a watch if you want to see the process – the language really doesn’t matter much.

A very good product although the assembly instruction I think could be improved and the two straps to hold the motor unit to the ceiling need to be longer to take into account higher garage roofs.
Down know how I managed without it ,good quility ,well pleased with it .
instructions are kinda weak, but it is pretty obvious what everything has to do and where it has to go. I expect someone shows you how to do it on the internet but I worked it out for myself
Put it together by myself over some lazy hours, because my apex roof garage and no wall where I needed to secure the thing. Would have been much easier with an assistant but I worked past the problem with 2 bungee cords
I had 2 bolts missing but pulled them off something else. Works fine. If I had to start from scratch, knowing what I am doing, I could do it in under 2h. The instructions confused me

Next the fun really began when i attempted to set the lifter up. Firstly on opening the frame was bending which i fixed with some additional timber bracing on the frame. After that when the door closed it would stay open on one side about 4 inches where as the other side was closed perfectly. When it got to this point of travel the upper door frame timber would twist and creak and sounded like it was about to snap. I spent several hours bracing this to beef it up abit which made no difference.
When you run into this type of issue the manual is next to useless and just tells you to seek professional help. I messed about with the door abit more and figured out that the right hand guide that eases the door backwards wasn’t doing its job and the door was passing over the side of it rather than against it. I drilled the rivets out and moved the guide further outwards. With very little expectation i tried again and to my amazement it work perfectly! It would be nice if they pointed out some basic things to look out for on the door if you have issues
The garage door opener is a good piece of kit but dont assume that it will fit and you will have no issues. Programming was abit of a pain to start with but it worked properly in the end. The manual control button looks abit cheap and nasty, i didnt bother with it.
Excellent opener. Easy to install and works a treat. I was able to install into an existing fitting that use to have a Lift-Boy opene

I replaced a garage door opener I fitted myself twenty two years ago, I couldn’t believe how easy it was to fit and set up, and mow how well it works and also how quiet it is
Smooth and reliable with good lighting option. Only one aspect to enquire on if seller is reading, I have limited mobility and dexterity in hands so I find the electronic key fob difficult to use,although I must add perfect for normal user. Can you supply a chunkier fob with a raised button please?

– Unit has a european plug but it ships with a specialist adaptor that is more than ffit for purpose
All in all, I’m very pleased with this garage door opener. It’s absolutely worth the price and can easily be installed by even those with the most basic of DIY skills! Make sure you get an extension lead to run up to the unit for power.
Replaced my 20 year Chamberlain opener with this. Easy to install, Love how quiet it is as it is below one of the bedrooms.
