It’s a little noisy, but does what is meant to do.
The light is great as it lights up the whole kitchen.
It’s was quite easy to install, happy so far.
I have had several cookery hoods over the years and this is the quietest one I have had.
I had it fitted with the pipe going out of the kitchen wall. But I also bought the charcoal filters to. I cook a lot of curries.
The only thing that I wished it had had was lights at the front on the unit instead of at the back. And it’s only One light.
But I have under kitchen unit lights around my kitchen so it will not be a problem.
Wipes down easy with chrome kitchen cleaner.
In Ireland we mainly use a 100mm

The unit comes with a 150mm outlet so you have to go and buy a reducer to bring it down to a 100mm
Easy to install read the instructions properly which is good a level a must aswell fits,nice and tidy easy clean extract straight to atmosphere via ducting so no nasty smells left lingering especially fish a good all round compact unit especially with using the carbon filters for added protection aswell .

i have use this for a while now and i am pleased with the performance so far.
although the noise level may make you feel oncomfortable which is normall but i am pleased with the performace so far.
the operation has a strong suction power with 3 different option and
the installation is not that difficult which is quite impressive.

We bought this extractor to replace a very similar one that failed after 10 years. The screw fixing holes did not match those of the old hood but using the template it was pretty simple to install. We have it ducted through an outside wall so air/smell extraction is very good. Very happy with this new hood.
For the cost these are exceptional value.

Needed for my extension room where we have a wooden cooker and needed one to pull up the smoke and the steam from the food.
Also as the extension walls are not as strong we were concerned about the weight of the hob, however this was not the case as it proved to be quite light .
Seems quite powerful ,pulls up well the smoke and steam /smell.
Easy to operate ,simple menu.
Good price out there ,the only down thing is that it didn’t came with the needed filters so if you decide to use it in that mode ,please check for filters .

This chimney cooker hood looks amazing it is made out of stainless steel . The 60cm hood fit perfectly in the kitchen and gave the kitchen a great final touch. It looks amazing and elegant.
The suction power on the hood is great where before the kitchen would get smoked out this cooker hood extracts all the smoke leaving the kitchen smoke free and clean.
The installation of the hood was done by a professional as would have been difficult for someone who has never done it. For myself I get annoyed following instructions but for others it maybe easier.
The filters on the hood are easy to take out and clean which is a great addition.
I looked at other hoods but this was a great price for a great product.
The first thing to remember is this cooker hood is not designed for commercial use but for domestic use it is simple yet effective.
There is a massive difference between those designed for commercial use as they are much more powerful and are designed for continuous use all day, every day whereas these domestic hoods are designed for ocassional use each day.
As you can see from the images, it is so easy to maintain and keep clean. The two filters that you see in the 1st pic are so easy to remove for cleaning, which can be done in a kitchen sing as they are small enough or they can be put through a dishwasher.
The filters, like the hood itself, are made of stainless steel so when cleaning there are some household degreasing products that can be used but one should not use industrial strength or abrasive products when cleaning either the hood or the filters as they will cause damage. Mild household degreasants are fine for getting rid of any stubborn grease and washing up liquid / detergent with some warm water and a sponge will remove fresh grease.
As the filters are removed one can see what is inside this hood and it really is simple. Basically it is an air pump that draws the air through the filters before extracting it. As the air passes through the filters any contaminants are trapped thus leaving the air nice and clean around the cooker area and with no smells wafting around the home.
The wattage on the motor is a nice 65w, which is well adequate for this kind of product in a domestic kitchen. There are three fan speeds and a handy light and all are used via the push button panel on the hood.
Installation is fairly easy for any DIYer but anybody that hasn’t got the competence to fit it themselves should get somebody else to do. The product does come with a template so one can drill the holes in the correct positions.
Overall, this is a very good quality product that will last many a year if it is kept clean and looked after. The instructions say it should be cleaned monthly and I would agree with them but if one is regularly frying I would advise that it is cleaned every couple of weeks as like commercial cooker hoods the grease will cake up thus making it difficult to clean. The hood has ample power, will keep the home free of cooking smells and for it’s long expected life it is good value so I am recommending it.

This may not be the best or top in class electric chimney available but for the price range I feel this would be great option.
Before the installation it is necessary to decide how you are going to operate this.
These chimneys can be functioned effectively either by internal filtration way or by connecting to a duct way.
I preferred the duct option and had to buy few extra items like duct reducer, an aluminium pipe and a couple of pipe clamps.
Overall performance is great and works fine without any hassles.
This is easy to install and also looks great. I’m really impressed with it! No negatives all all. Really good price. Definitely recommend.
Solidly built, easy enough to install and great looking, this is a extractor. It’s currently listed as 69.99 and to me that is good value because of the quality of the unit.
The three power options all do a job, especially the most powerful one. It’s also not as noisy as our previous one. Even the standard light that you get with these is brighter than I expected. I actually have that light on instead of the main kitchen light some days, as it’s dimmer but still bright enough to light up a significant amount of the kitchen and create nice mood lighting!
As I mentioned, it’s easy to install and the enclosed instructions are simple and clear.

This extractor works beautifully; it has a ducting system and is wall mounted. It has excellent suction to get rid of the steam extremely efficiently and remove any smoke/fumes from your cooking. Fantastic cooker hood from the design to the performance, excellent value for money, especially now with 10 off the price, making it 59.49.
I needed a cheap alternative to my battered old extractor; this comes in at a reasonable price and the main extractor comes in one piece (with an additional cover for the top), which is easier than other extractors.
It comes with all the instructions and fittings (other than a hose but these are easy enough to source) and it is lightweight so doesn’t put too much strain on the wall. It works well but could be a tad quieter when on full suction.
Overall, a brilliant cheap cooker hood which looks great and works well
Really easy to install and very easy instructions to follow. The fan makes such a difference when cooking, especially when frying as this suction is so powerful it gets rid of that horrible fried smell and sucks up fat/Smokey atmosphere. The design is very sleek and modern which looks fantastic in my kitchen, the lights on the hood also make a huge difference when cooking, I can actually see what I’m cooking now. Lots of controls and very straight forward to use. The only issue is the noise, the fan can be quite loud, especially on the highest setting.
I originally got this as my extractor fan had broke. It’s a standard size well the fan is but the chimney is not. This chimney is actually quite short and wide so please check.
Really difficult to install. It’s is quite heavy so will have to be two people to do this.
It is nice to look at, it’s good quality. The light on it is white not yellow which I liked. But be mindful if you don’t want that. The suction is good. ( you do have to buy the carbon filter separate ) extra 15.00 or so.
It’s no noisier than my other one. But the suction is really good.
As you can see I haven’t cleaned it yet as we haven’t finishing installing it yet. However it feels like it would wipe over okay if you use some sort of stainless steel cleaner. It comes with good instructions and is well packed. You get all the fixings.
It is a good quality product. I like the way it looks. Just takes some installing. If you’ve never done it before I wouldn’t recommend you try it as it is complicated. Good value for money though super impressed with the suction and I think it will look amazing once installed properly.
A really easy to install cooker hood. Drill a few holes and lock into place. The chimney is adjustable and the fan is ultra quiet. You don’t need to have an airduct with it . The build quality is superb for the price of this. I just couldnt believe how easy it was to fit. Most of the installation my wife did

Another great product which I’ve managed to test from the comfee range. This cooker hood is the 60cm model which tends to be around the average size for your normal household cooker. It installed well in the existing slot of the old cooker head at my fathers. Everything was in tact and looked the part too! Really easy to setup and use. Connect to power and away you go. Comes with built in light and has a really high suction power. Made from a great manufacturer which is really popular in the U.K. no complaint from me! Set at a very reasonable price delivered too.
This arrived well packaged in a large box and well protecte.
This wall mounted extractor fan hood is a lovely stainless steel design , not the most compact or streamlined and is quite a bit wider than i was expecting, but has a lovely easy to clean and wipe stainless steel finish.
I’d say it’s slightly less noisy than our old one that it has replaces so I’m pleased wuth the improvement.
It’s very easy to use once set up , which isn’t too hard to be honest , if you are good at DIY you will find it a doddle and it is much lighter than I was expecting.
The suction power of this is very good , extraction of steam or smoke with a bit of noise as you would expect but not too loud.
I like the energy efficiency led light too , it’s bright and looks really nice when on , it lights up our hobs nicely of an evening if cooking late.
It’s very easy to control the mode settings , with different mode settings for the fan, low medium or high settings at the push of a button, there is nothing complicated about it whatsoever.
A very simple design , a really nice stainless steel finish with nice lighting , not the most compact, still looks stylish though and performance is good so far.
We recently got a new oven so this now matches the silver and the overall look is really nice.

This cooker hood is very well manufactured, and it looks stunning. The installation is pretty straightforward. The all important extraction function works flawlessly too.
My old cooker hood was well beyond help so this was perfect timing. It’s fairly easy to install if your half good at diy. The fan fitted over my old extraction pipe which made it a much easier swap. The hood looks modern and sleek, easy to clean and has two filter doors giving plenty of surface space to draw in the fumes. Very happy with this.
Don’t know why but I was expecting a much bigger box but it was actually a reasonable size and easy to take delivery of. It was well packed in foam with plastic corners for extra protection.
There is a paper template to assist with installing and the chimney extends for perfect fit. The light is smaller than my old one but much brighter. Noise seems about the same as my extractor.
You’ll need to buy a filter or the extractor tube depending how you decide to install.

The hood has a permanent grease filter which is in 2 parts; it can be removed & cleaned in the dishwasher.
The light is already fitted but if you keep the manual there are details on how to replace it should it go in the future.
This comes with a 3 pin plug fitted on a lead that is approx 1m 45cm long from the top of the cooker hood piece.
The installation video on this product page walks you through every step of installing the hood.
You need a drill with a 10mm drill bit, a spirit level, a screwdriver or drill driver, a measuring tape, a hammer to knock in the wall plugs & a pencil to mark where to drill.
It’s straightforward to fit as long as you measure carefully & make sure everything is level.
In place, this looks nice, sound when no carbon filters to use as a recirculating fan is pretty quiet on any of the 3 speeds, the light works & the buttons are easy to use as well as clearly marked.
With the filters in, it was not really louder.
When you get them, if you look the filters have 2 tabs sticking out of them.
One is a longer flat piece which slots in to a hole at the top, the other shorter piece fits into a small protrusion at the bottom.
You can force them in upside down which could make them noisier so make sure you fit them the right way up.
So far, I’m really happy with it, but I do wish it wasn’t so awkward to find the filters.

Great value for money, lovely looking after changing from stainless steel. Went over the top and fitted a 150mm vent kit which I didnt really need for my 9inch cavity wall.
The extractor fan i installed into my kitchen has been a massive help in various parts, such as the unpleasant smoke and smell that arose from cooking any food with oil or anything in general, by having this strong extractor it removed all of these unpleasant factors that come with cooking, the extractor fan would also prevent the kitchen from getting too hot at times so i would open the extractor and it would simply pull all the heat out since i have a very big flame burner in my kitchen and various conduction tops. The design of the extractor is also very appealing and it matches my kitchens style, it also has LEDS which creates a very modern feel to it and the overall style of it. Overall I’d recommend it to anyone in need of a extractor fan that isnt too big nor too small and would like a good looking one and have it solve many issues in the kitchen.

This hood matches my stainless steel appliances, looks very modern, and works well.
The installation was simple. We don’t have the chimney or vent connection to get the smoke out. So installation was made to the internal recirculation type.
The various fan speeds and bright lights make cooking a perfect setup. lt has good lighting and 3 different speeds. The smoke from cooking is sucked by the hood to the ceiling and my exhaust fan removes it. Very helpful during cooking. This hood makes me feel like I am cooking in a commercial kitchen.

Really great option for situations where you don;t have an external extraction option or want a clean easy install as this just mounts on the wall very easily directly above the cooker with no need for any additional works. The fan is pretty powerful on the highest of the three settings but definitely wouldn’t consider it quiet on that setting – it’s actually fairly noisy but don’t really see that as an issue as it’s only on when you’re cooking and it’s not noisy enough to overpower a television or radio etc if you have one on whilst cooking. It’s decent value for the build/quality and you can get suitable replacement Comfee filters for around fifteen quid for a two-pack (just search B098XFSKXH on Amazon to find them) which isn’t a bad price per filter so would definitely recommend as an easy budget option that doesn’t look too bad ethe
I got this for my gran’s home because it was in desperate need of one. She doesn’t have a setup like this and every time something is fried, the entire house is filled with an oily smell.
This chimney hood has helped big time and it’s reduced the build up of grease in the kitchen and improved the overall environment of the house after cooking.
Nice modern black colour which fits very nicely into most kitchens.
Can be powered by plugging it in, which is super convenient, but do be careful with this option, because the wire is near a cooking hood.
There’s a light to it, which seems standard with chimney hoods these days.
Very easy to install and not all that heavy, so it doesn’t feel like it might drag your wall down. Can be installed to drag the air outside or just filtered and expelled back in the house. Obviously dragging it out is the better choice, but that requires a lot more work and effort and much more difficult to install. For light use, using it as it is is fine, which is what we’re doing.
I chose the two panel one because I think it looks better and won’t take up too much room.
Not very quiet, but I don’t think any of these are, and the power consumption doesn’t seem to be very friendly either when it’s energy rating is F. Not too much of a concern though, since it’s only on while cooking.
Buying filters does seem to be an issue, but it’s not really a major issue, since the filters can be washed. It does take a lot of effort, but I think it’s worth doing to reduce cost. I’m familiar with this because I’ve done it with mine before and there are larger scale ones used in restaurant kitchens that are washed as well. You just need to spend a bit of time, use soapy water to constantly wash it from top down to get all the grease out.
Overall, 59.99 for this is very good value and no real complaints about it so far.

This 60cm cooker hood from Comfee is actually not bad for the price. This is a good quality budget hood made of stainless steel and led lights for easy cooking. Came nicely and securely packed, this product is lightweight but well made.
Installation is not hard as there is a step by step instructions video available in description, simple and easy. Powerful suction with three different levels. Led light is bright enough for cooking.
These hoods don’t come with carbon filters so you need to buy them separately. These filters are not expensive and you can easily get them online.
Overall good quality budget cooker hood. Wel made and works fine. At the time of review this product was available for 59.99.

I ordered extractor hood as my cooker doesn’t have an extractor and there is build up of grease under cupboards.
Arrived in large cardboard box, very light weight.
Looks great and easy to fit. Can be used as an outside extractor with a duck to outside, as this is the first time my kitchen has had an extractor I decided not to make a hole in the wall for this option.
I always planned to use as at internal extractor hood by recirculating airflow, this hood can be used as an internal extractor but you must buy CARBON Filters separately costing about 15.99.
When fitted it really looks a smart center piece to my kitchen, even has a LED light which is directed onto stove, just plug in and off you go.
3 different speeds which provides excellent suction in capturing cooking fumes. Fan is quite noisy when turned on but at least you can see and hear it working.
Overall, nice internal extractor which you can fit yourself. Make sure you but carbon filters first for internal option or you will be disappointed after installation that it is not ready to use.
I would recommend this product.

Originally I wanted to find a professional person to install it, but after watching the video about the installation, we thought we could try it. The installation process is unexpectedly simple.
The first switch on the plane button, the second is the wind power, the third is the second, the fourth is the third, and the fifth is the light.
Regarding the missing filter, I found one on other platforms, but it doesn’t seem to be the same model that it originally needed, but I’m not sure. I first give 4 stars, the missing one is because of the filter, not because of its quality.
I don’t have a hole in my wall so needed an internal hood which can be both internal only or pipped outside, fitting was really just basic mounting type instal, if you can instal tv brackets and the like on walls you will be fine with this, once fitted it looks very smart and the filters are easy to clean and change, the light is also a nice touch and now I don’t end up having to clean greasy walls thanks to this so top marks from me, highly recommended.
Excellent value, sleek looking, easy to fit looks much more expensive and good effective extractor with low noise in comparison to my big chunky one, very happy indeed. My husband found it easy to install. I would reccomend this to anyone who is thinking of buying one.
