Had to replace an old mouse which got broke with a new one. But some don’t work with Xbox’s. I know they supposed to use controllers but there’s a few games where a keyboard & mouse work better for my son. Good value, adjustable speeds & great looking.

Ordered this to use at work, it’s a great little mouse. Looks very similar to my gaming mouse but this is about 2/3 of the size.

I’m a sucker for neon things, and I like the way the top button cycles through different colours.

The wire is nice and sturdy also, not the cheap rubber coating you get with most mice.

    Decent purchase, would recommend.

Nice little mouse, feels sturdy, mini gaming mouse

ook a while to get used to the software as encountered a few problems but got there in the end, also when plugged in first time it made my keyboard in game lag, took the mouse out and when I tried my other mouse the keyboard was fine in game, don’t know how this happened but anyway I updated my keyboard drivers manually and the keyboard stopped lagging so the problem was fixed. I haven’t had any other problems like some other reviews say about the squeaky click or anything, the scroll wheel could be a bit better but overall its a good budget mouse, comfy to use, helpful with the side buttons although would be awkward for someone with a stubby short thumb

The product has a nice high quality matte finish to the outside that give a good grip and reduces the amount of fingerprints on the product. The weights also allow you to get to the right weight i prefer a heavier mouse which is why I like this one so much.

    Pros:
    – Great Ergonomics
    – Incredibly responsive Sensor even at max DPI
    – Braided Cable and incredibly durable it has been dropped from cat pushing it off 4ft desk)
    – Decently responsive Thumb Grid
    – 6 additional buttons, great for gaming
    – RGB lighting
    – Cheap price

    Cons:
    – Might not be suitable for people with small hands.

DPI adjustment button makes adjusting the sensitivity for personal preference nice and easy. Lots of buttons that you can program for different games and so far my hand and wrist have not ached. I’m not a serious gamer but for my needs its perfect.

Easy to use. Just plug it in, let your PC adjust and you’re good to go. Love that I can change the colours. very comfortable for small hands. I’ve only used it for basic needs so far but it seems to track well and I’ve not had any issues.

I’d buy this just for the led light up functions alone, but it seems to work very well, is easy and comfortable to hold, comes with a nice long lead and does everything I’d want it to do. Love it!

    Materials:
    High-performance built in optical sensor.
    Built in Iron weight.
    Braided cable.

    Impressions:
Default polling rate is 500HZ. It can be set by installing the driver to support 125HZ/250HZ/500HZ/1000HZ.
You can easily change the light color.
    Comfortable touch, good hand feeling.
Compatible with Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 7, Windows XP, Vista, Linux, etc

The mouse is fully made of plastic, however it has a nice soft feel to it. The design is comfortable and the buttons are sturdy to use. I like the RGB colouring it has and how it looks overall. The sensor is high quality and feels pretty precise when i play League of Legends. Definitely worth it for any budget gaming experience at 16.99.

    Comfortable & precise!

I mainly play The Division 2 and my aiming has improved tenfold.
The rgb lights look really cool and the pattern are diverse.

Came packed in a box, wrapped i bubble wrap for an extra protection. Cable is fairly long, mouse is smooth, nice and comfortable even though a bit too large to my small hands but this is a matter of getting used to it. Easy to install, instructions are pretty clear and straightforward. Mouse have few different DPI speed settings, goes from red which is the slowest to white which is the fastest. Few nice colours to choose from i like to change colours once for while. Overall- comfortable in hand, well made, simple design, pretty simple to use. Price seems to be adequate to quality. Would recommend.

This does so much right, but has one big easy improvement to make. The RGB lighting is even and well dispersed, the animations are smooth (it doesn’t visibly flicker the eye like it appears in my video), the ability to switch between movement resolutions for enhanced fine-tuning accuracy is well implemented as is standard on a lot of devices these days. The main area that needs improvement though is the weird braided wire. It feels like it’s been made from the thinnest shiniest cheapest wire available. There’s no security to the braid, it feels kind of slimy, it’s so weak that I don’t think the strain relief on the plug ends will actually be effective and I anticipate that the first point of failure will be a break in the wire at the point where the strain relief ends on the mouse-end of the cable, as this is going to be the point of highest mechanical stress and the relief plastic is far too stiff for the soft thin cable to be ‘relieved’. A good mouse but it might not have the longest life. A real proper sheathed and braided cable would make this an instant five star budget/value product.

A high DPI gaming mouse, this device is a pretty good deal for the price. It arrived in decent enough packaging. The title for the box has a rainbow shimmer on the font to give off a ‘gamer’ feel to it.

The instruction booklet included is useful to those who aren’t well versed with multi-function mice and it is covered in several languages.

The mouse itself is quite a decent quality mouse. The main mouse buttons have a nice click to them and they feel responsive in and out of video games. The sides of it are rubberized which is useful for gripping. It is however not suited to people who are left-handed as the mouse is somewhat curved so that a person’s right hand can fit snuggly.

My son tested this mouse using an aim lab in CS:GO and the first thing he did was sweep it across the pad continuously to see how reactive it was with his hand. He said that it’s a decent gaming mouse as his shots can easily connect without any sort of delay or input lag. The RGB lighting changes depending on the DPI that has been set.

Overall, for the price, this is a good deal for a gaming mouse. However, what makes this not a five-star product is the fact that the side buttons have a much less responsive click compared to the main mouse buttons. Also, the way that the cable is braided is a bit worrying as once it is unbraided the longevity will be put in question. It would be much better if it was stuck in a fabric sleeve.

    Thank you for reading.

I am a fan of the company CP3 since they are making cool products for a low price.
I use their gaming mat at work and for all the desks now. Each person has one since the colour lights up is quite cool and looks good when lighting is low.

This mouse is a welcomed addition. The mouse is built really well and I can see CP3 becoming a large player down the line. It looks cool with the light up design. If you look at other mice for the same price, then usually the models are not as fun and somewhat disappointing. Higher end brands want around 50 or more for the same kind of experience.

This mouse fits in the hand well if you are an adult and is just right. Not too big or too small. The clicks are quite quiet and satisfying and not too loud. the response is decent for gaming too. I play Rainbow six and it actually is decent and the DPI being adjustable for sensitivity is easy to use in the properties set up.

This is a great mouse for 16.99 and looks awesome too! I recommend this to anyone who wants a fun to use mouse that looks the nuts but not pay too much. I would say CP3 are my current favourite “lower end” brand although the effort made is that of a mid range.

Compatible with Windows 95 through to Windows 10 – please note if you are still on Windows 95 you might want to think about upgrading for MS patching and security reasons.

Compatible with Macs – but this isn’t something that I can test.

Good sized mouse which is comfortable to use as tested with smaller and larger hands. Possibly slightly more comfortable for larger hands.

Adjustable DPI settings – 6 default settings each with own colour setting so its easy to tell what the current setting is ( as long as you can remember the colours). This is or at least can be important for gamers, as you might want to adjust the DPI settings for scenes where shooting accuracy is important versus less accurate more wild movement etc.

This is a good quality mouse and certainly suitable for normal computer use and basic gaming. We like these ease of changing between DPI levels.

As a low end gaming mouse, the wired CP3 Gaming Mouse is pretty good for the money. It goes up to 5000 DPI via a handy button below the scroll wheel, with the colours reflecting what DPI setting it’s on before reverting back to different colour schemes.

In operation the mouse felt comfortable to hold, though a little large, and the buttons are all well placed. The buttons themselves are responsive but not quite as nice as those more expensive mice, you can feel the difference in the click if you’re already used to a decent quality gaming mouse. For those into casual PC gaming, though, this is perfectly fine and the mouse is responsive enough for general gaming.

    Ordered this gaming mouse for my hubby as I thought it would come in handy and have asked him to review this item below;

I thought I’d try a wired gaming mouse after so long using a wireless mouse. The reason being that I wanted to see if a wired mouse would be more responsive, and in my mind it is.

I play a football simulation game on my PC and this works really well with it. The quality is ok for the price, it feels plasticy but that’s to be expected. Being a wired mouse it’s responsive and it saves me having to pay for replacement batteries when they inevitably die on me with a wireless version.

The various light options on the mouse look cool and definitely set it apart from standard mouses.

For me, it’s a decent mouse at a decent price.

    Decent gaming mouse

This mouse is great! I bought this for my boyfriend, and he loves it! Super easy to install, and it looks GREAT! The colours are vibrant and easy to change, and the different modes of lighting are so fun! The only bad thing I have to say is that the cursor speed is slightly slower than his old one, even on MAX in the settings. But it’s not bad! It’s still usable and great to use! If you’re looking for a fast speed mouse, look elsewhere, but if it doesn’t matter to you, then definitely get this one! Don’t forget to check your cursor speed settings!

My old mouse died and I needed a replacement, this one seemed like a good deal. I was happy to find that it performs as well as my more expensive mice. It’s accurate, scrolls smoothly and clicks are much more reliable than most mice. The color effect is pretty cool too. I plugged it in and Windows picked it up right away.

This mouse is a bit bigger than what I had before and a bit heavier too but it’s comfortable. The cable, on the other hand, doesn’t bother me at all, it’s as if it wasn’t there but it’s more reliable. Then the wheel is much more comfortable to use because it is bigger and has anti-slip in the middle … It has a kind of anti-slip on both sides … It doesn’t make a lot of noise and it’s fast. For gaming it’s great if you like a more classic mouse that is a big one that you feel it move … Then the lights are easy to set with the button in the middle …
It’s plugin and play, no need to search and download a software.

I do like this mou8se a lot, and it does look great with its colour changing effect.

I am not a gamer but I do prefer to use a gaming mouse as I do think they have a quicker and smoother performance. The buttons and wheel are great and react instantly.

This is a wired mouse, and in some ways, I do like this as it means I never need to re-charge it, but it can be annoying having a cable across my work surface.

I am not good with the tech specs so all I can say is that I like this and the quick fluid response it has. It can be adjusted but I have used it as it came out of the box, well apart from changing the colour display. The instructions are easy to follow.

A great plug and play mouse that I would happily recommend.

Need a mouse? How about a funky gaming one?

This is the CP3 wired 1.7m USB Cable RGB Gaming Mouse with 7 programmable buttons in black with RGB lighting blue, purple, yellow, cyan and red (DPI levels 400 to 5000).

This mouse feels OK, it is quite weighty and feels a tad plasticky / rubbery. The 7 buttons left, right, scroll wheel (mid button), forward, backward, DPI switch and LED Mode Button. The scroll is smooth, clicks but has a rubber grip.
Works with most OS including Vista, Win 7 to 10.

Overall I like this mouse, it is comfy, precise, cheap and feels good in use. Whether that be office or gaming. OK you can pay more for serious gaming gear but this is perfect for entry level gaming. Recommended.

I didn’t have high expectations for this mouse seeing as it’s so cheap but I was impressed by the quality of it. The clicks are clicky, not mushy like a lot of other cheap mice, and it has grooved rubber on the sides which help you grip it more firmly.

The RGB is vibrant and colourful. It is ARGB, it does do the wave effect. And it also has a few different modes built in such as static colours and breathing modes.

One con of the mouse is that it is a little bit light so people who like a bit of weight on their mouse might want to avoid this.

He reports that he likes the various light options the mouse has (six in all I think) and says it feels very comfortable under his hand (he’s a pretty typical size 14 year old). Mouse arrived in a simple box and within was a basic manual and the mouse in bubble wrap. The mouse itself is made of largely matt soft touch texture which is nice. The DPI/RGB and side buttons are made of a shiny plastic. The cable itself is decently long and not covered in any metrical like rubber or braid so could be a weak point.

The mouse has some preapplied DPI settings; 400dpi – Red, 800dpi – Green, 1200dpi – Blue, 2400dpi – purple and 5000 dpi – white. You change the DPI with the button just located under the scroll wheel. The colures I mentioned dictate the RGB colour the mouse will change to as a guide to which DPI your on. In terms of DPI, this is a broad enough range to suite most people I expect without issue. The manual does say you can use software to apply your own range between 100 and 10000, but does not mention what software this actually is.

On the RGB front, as mentioned the stock RGB setting will change the mouse based on the DPI. However there is a button just under the DPI switch that also changes RGB through few settings such as rainbow, breath effect etc. so you can change the RGB independent of the DPI setting which is neat. Cycling through the options, there is also an RGB off mode.

In use Windows 10 had not issue picking the mouse up. All buttons out the box including the forward and back along with scroll wheel, DPI and RGB worked flawlessly. In use I use a hard surface mouse mat, the Corsair MM8000 to be specific. This mouse does not glide smoothly as higher end mouse, but it does not drag either. I would say its reasonable for all bar competitive gaming. In terms of holding it, the mouse is on the smaller side, I have larger hands so for me was not ideal, however for my worse half, she found it it was ideal for her smaller hands in a claw grip.

In all for the price its not bad at all. It looks good, the materials feel solid and the RGB and DPI settings are solid. In all for the price, not bad at all.

Works well, feels good, works better for smaller - mid size hands

I got this mouse for my son who plays games on his computer. He said that this mouse is comfortable and ergonomic to use. He is left handed and this mouse is not suitable for left handed people who can’t use a mouse right handed, luckily for him he does use it with his right hand. The buttons on side are a bit too easy to hit with your thumb in use. The wire is very flexible, more like a cord than a solid wire. It’s decent for the price.

  39. Anonymous says:

If you’re looking for a cheap mouse under 20 this is something worth looking into. Take a closer look at the video for a closer look at the product.

The mouse was well packaged, nicely wrapped in bubble wrap and coming with an instruction manual.

Quality wise the mouse itself felt strong and sturdy, however I was a bit surprised to see the wires on the mouse were exposed and not covered in any protection such rubber or other material. There are just simply 6 wires braided together which I can see coming loose down the line even sooner if it’s being fiddled with.

I like the ergonomic design you can tell they designed this with this in mind. The right side of the mouse curves outwards giving a nice area for you to rest your pinky and ring finger with the left side curving inwards giving a nice area to slot your thumb in. The back of the mouse slopes down giving a nice resting area for your palm. As a result it is comfortable to hold and its feels like the hand is in a more natural position. Definitely not for those so like something more symmetrical. The side has rubber grip giving you good control of the mouse.

The mouse was nice and clickly and the scroller was very smooth. The RGB light were bright and vivid for this price point it was impressive, you can also customise it to your looking using the relevant software. The mouse glides across the mat mouse pretty smoothly. It does respond well in games like Valorant and league of legends, I haven’t experience any lag whilst gaming and it responds well so it such be great of everyday use as well. It weighs in at around 123g which is average for a mouse.

Overall, this is a decent budget mouse that does a good job. I’d like to have seen some protection around the wiring which is my main concern. Otherwise it’s a good good product and worth considering if it’s within your price range.

    Great value gaming mouse

We tried this out on my fiance’s MacBook and found that it worked just as well on Apple computers, even though it is only advertised for Windows and Linux computers. It worked straightaway, as soon as it was plugged in the USB port. My fiance described it as “sensual,” “romantic” and feminine. Very comfortable to use, and a vast improvement on the MacBook’s own trackpad. The mouse we actually got had different coloured LED lights than the one shown in the photograph – ours was bright blue, instead of the rainbow colours depicted above. Because my fiance liked this so much, I am well satisfied with this mouse, and would recommend it.

This is a good looking mouse made well and from quality materials. Offering configurable buttons and on the fly DPI switching at this price is a strong start and combined with the overall quality, plus RGB, this is a fantastic product.

I found the mouse was a good fit for my hand in both pinch and palm grip. The textured sides really help, and all the buttons are easy to press and in good locations. The main buttons have a well defined click and I found no lag or delay in any inputs. DPI switching is easy and the sensor is reliable on a variety of surfaces.

Overall, an impressive mouse that does a lot for the money. It will not surpass other branded mice in performance or quality, but at less than half the cost of most of the competition, this is fantastic value, and I would definitely recommend it.

Really impressed, it doesn’t feel like a budget option but it is definitely good value. Some mice feel so light you think you might break them if you look at them wrong, this is reassuringly well weighted (not heavy). It stays where you put it, and doesn’t creep around by itself, whilst gliding smoothly when you move it because it has some non-stick glossy gliding pads on the bottom. The button press hits a pleasant sweet spot in activation force. The top of the mouse is a soft-touch finish and doesn’t feel super plasticky. Behind the scroll button there’s a discreet little switch, at first you think it just changes the RGB light colours, but when you use it you quickly release that this also changes the ‘DPI’ movement resolution of the mouse, so the higher the DPI the faster your cursor appears to move in laymens terms. I prefer the faster more accurate movement settings, but the children prefer the slowest setting, it’s nice to be able to swap mode on-the-fly rather than having to fiddle with cursor speed settings in windows. The braided cable runs smoothly and operates snag free too – I much prefer cabled peripherals in general as they are less maintenance than battery powered ones.

Lovely to use, feels substantial, but good value. Impressed overall.

This CP3 Gaming Mouse Really Does Prove That Sometimes You Don’t Have To Pay A Fortune To Get & Half Decent & Capable Gaming Mouse.. This Ones More Than Capable In The Midst of A Battle.. Good Looking Too With A Nice Feel To It.

Surprisingly Good Quality too considering the cheap price.. Size & Shape were good for my medium size hands, nice textured grip sections on the sides.. I liked the weight balance too.. not too light. Glides easily across my mouse pad.. as does the pointer or the aiming ‘Crosshair’ across my screen, thanks to the Switchable up to 3200 DPI by top mounted button & 125 to 1000hz polling rate in settings.. precise & as fast, all to my choosing & preference depending on what games I’m playing.. Or if I’m just working, photoshopping etc. on my Win 10 PC..

Styling & Colours are good.. Pity Colours were not independent of the DPI Switch settings.. but no big deal for me really.. movement proved to be very precise at any DPI set.
Braided Cable is a great quality one too.. not too chunky & thick like some.. All the 6 buttons, especially the L & R click ones are responsively instant when called upon.. they also feel like they will last quite some time too. Nice Chunky Scroll Wheel ..
TBH.. This is a Great Solid, Nicely Made Mouse .. All Over.. Easily matches & even exceeds some of the 35-40 Mice i’ve had in the past, both in Quality & Action.. Does the Trick for me, used in WOT Blitz, Far Cry & Black Ops.. No Complaints Really

A Lot Of Mouse For Very Little Money.. Well Made & Dependable In The Heat Of The Action.

Thai gaming mouse is very light which is good for gamers who tend to spend hours in front of computer. It has ergonomic shape and the buttons click do with no issues. It is not silent though.
It very easy to connect it to your computer – just plug it in to USB port, but if for some reason you need a guide you will get a small manual with it.
The wire is braided which gives the cord extra support and will protect it from breaking inside and that can be helpful with more “energetic” gamers.
Once you plug the mouse in, the red colour will turn on, but you can change it to other colours by clicking the little button next to the scrolling wheel.
Overall I think it’s pretty cool mouse and good quality even though it’s wired.

    Really cool !!

If you have a teenager and get through a lot of gaming gear, then you might want to consider this.

This is the CP3 DS-2636 Wired Gaming Mouse, in black plastic, light up, weighs 136g, measures 123 x 82 x 39mm and has a nylon covered USB cable length of 150cm.

This mouse is compatible with Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8 and 10. Can be used with Linux, iOS for Macbooks and consoles too. The mouse is illuminated with a choice of red, blue, green or purple (this will be explained more thorough in a bit!).

The features include the usual left / right and middle button, the scroll is quite fluid has a rubber grip cover, two side buttons of forward / back and the middle button chooses DPI (red 1000, blue 1600, green 2400 and purple 3200).

Using the mouse personally isn’t that comfortable, it feels heavy, doesn’t move as easily as my own and feels a bit wrong for my gorilla hands. But my daughter loves it, especially the purple illumination. It is very well made and looks very sturdy, so should withstand a few temper tantrums and throws. Which is the usual need for a replacement!

Overall I would recommend for a casual teenage gamer, this is not a pro mouse by any means but that doesn’t take away from its value for money. Nice mouse, just not for more experienced gamers.

Sturdy mouse that appears to be teenager proof!

My nephew, a keen gamer gives this a huge thumbs up. Lightweight, responsive, feels a lovely shape but most importantly easy to use. The price is much cheaper than some out there (some that he owns). He actually prefers this one!!

A big thumbs up from a game

I was really surprised by the quality of the mouse. The mouse came well packed. Matt finished black mouse is so stylish and ergonomic. It’s perfect for a gamer to add a gaming ambiance to his/ her workspace. It matches well with my RGB keyboard and the sensors are so accurate.
The braided cord is good looking and lengthier enough for most of the users need. Two additional keys over the lateral side of the mouse provide quick access to me while handling multimedia in my PC.
Overall I like it very much and believe it’s highly recommendable.

    Great gaming mouse in budge

Well packaged and neatly designed. Plug and play straight out of the box and Its very comfortable to hold and simple to manoeuvre. Very attractive various led lights to complete the look with the mouse mat that i have.
so the mouse overall is very responsive, greatly priced and well made. Buttons are good to press and i really like it, as it looks and feels like its built to last, cable is mid sized 1.5 metre cable which is good if you hate long cables but may struggle if you need it longer for your setup.

Great gaming mouse i am very pleased with i

Practical well performing mouse for the price

I like the ergonomics of this design which allows your hand to sit for long periods without any discomfort, I’ve had expensive mice which can make tea if asked nicely but if they’re uncomfortable then it’s a waste of time. This is a basic mouse at the end of the day with 4 DPI settings, 6 buttons, RGB thrown in (limited) and is ergonomically designed thus called a gaming mouse in all sense and purposes and would be suitable for the average gamer.

The mouse comes well presented in its small box with very basic instructions which is all you need for this mouse. The lead is braided and is quite long at 1.5m. The USB plug and casing is also quite protrusive as it measures nearly 5cm, so if you’re plugging this in at the back of the PC which is close to the wall you may need to choose to plug it in a hub, which is what I’ve done.

As mentioned earlier the mouse is comfortable to use, the middle scroll has a ridged rubber centre making it easier to scroll, the left and right buttons are of a smooth silicon material. On the left side of the mouse are 2 buttons underneath which is where you would rest your thumb, this section however has no effective grip and is just a textured hard plastic.

The colour changes of the mouse are linked to the DPI settings and aren’t independent, the following colours indicate the DPI setting level: Red:1000DPI/Blue:1600DPI/Green:2400DPI/Purple:3200DPI. This obviously greatly limits any colour co-ordination that you make have on your set up, having said that it is a budget mouse after all.

In use it’s nice to handle, very responsive and the DPI changes quickly enough in game. I don’t have a problem using this mouse as it’s applicable to many games I play but for competitive use then this would not be suitable.

Overall at 14.99 this would be an ideal entry level basic gaming mouse, well made, lightweight and looks the part.

A 'Good value for money' budget gaming mouse!

Like the title states, I love this mouse! It has a area for you ring & pinky fingers to rest without them feeling weird & out of place (That’s what I’ve been looking for lol). The specs are nice. I have no complaints & the colours are such a beauty! I use this mouse currently for work but will use for gaming as well soon.

There isn’t really a lot that can be said about a budget mouse.
All of the buttons click well and have a nice responsive feedback. Tracking seems spot on.
The mouse isn’t too light or too heavy and feels great in the hand. The smooth plastic has a nice tactile feel to it.
The RBG element is simple, one button to click through red, blue, green and pink/purple.
I’m really happy with it and it fits in well with the other RGB elements of my setup!

An exceptionally designed gaming mouse. Just off the bat you can tell how smooth the buttons feel whilst still giving you grip.

Your hand will perfectly contour around this with a support for the smaller fingers it’s very well designed, especially considering its a budget mouse.

It’s just plug and play so no complicated installation or setup required. You’ll get an led light showing on the mouse which also gives you visual feedback when changing your dpi which I thought was great.

It’s a downside to some maybe who have a specific lighting set for their whole setup so do bear that in mind. But for me, it’s nothing bad and the different colours help me understand which dpi mode I’m on without trying to figure it out.

From 1600 up to 3200 you’ll be set for most fps games and it’d really easy to switch on the fly. Bear in mind it’s a budget mouse so it’s not super heavy, but it’s just right, nor does it have higher dpis, but again it’s just right for the game style I’m used to.

It can be used for both gaming but also normal day to day use and the clicks are so satisfying. They’ve just hit the nail on the head with this tactile mouse.

Save yourself some and buy this mouse.

If you however have the money in your budget, then go for a razor /logitech as they offer customisable macros and button layouts

That said, we’re obviously going off the fact it’s a budget gaming mouse and for that, I highly recommend it.

Bargain gaming mouse that feels so comfy
