Seem good, not sure how washable they are, but a pen mark did come off after the second wash so I suppose that’s OK!

Amazing choices of colours. Easy too use and very pigmented. I just wish they was numbered so if I didn’t Finnish something I would remember the colour I was using.

Really good pens, so many different colours you can possibly think of. Loads of different shades of colours, especially blue and green. Easy to wash off when I get it on my hands. Overall really good.

easy to wash of hands, colours 1 and 2 are near enough the same but other than that there is 99 different shades of colours. would recommend buying

As i opened this pen it was already broken, the tip fell out of the lid onto my paper and as you can see is broken off the actual pen. I know its just one but gutted as i bought these pens to be able to do a colour by number book i purchased that requires lots of colours…

A pen was broken on opening!

I decided to take up bullet journalling this year and I absolutely love it. I originally bought a different brand of colouring pens on a different site but they bled through the pages and considering it was a pack of 100 pens, the variety of colours was underwhelming. They all seemed the same shades of pinks and purples etc.

These crayolas are fantastic, I’ve not found them to bleed through the pages and the varying shades do actually differ!

    Would definitely buy again.

What’s not to like, we have bought many different makes and prices of felt pens but I have to say these really are the best, fabulous colours that don’t run out after a few minutes of use.

Golden Review Award: 14 From Our UsersI bought these for bullet journaling so I had access to more colors to add as accents for the brush pens I already own. I know some people try to use them as brunsh pen substitutes in themselves, but I don’t recommend it with how quick the tip wears down.

    The Pros:
*They are so cheap. So. Cheap. They could be absolute garbage and only work for a day but honestly I would still recommend them for how cheap they are
*Huge color variety! I did go to college for painting so I (not to toot my own horn) have a good eye for distinguishing color other folks might not. I appreciate having some colors that are close but one is warmer while the other is cooler, which does happen a bit.
*The tips are, in fact, super! Very pointy to start out and the broad side is the perfect width perfect for highlighting. It is slightly thinner than the average 6cm dot grid found in most bullet journals
*The back end of the marker is marked with the cap color, too, so you can’t get the colors mixed up by putting the wrong cap on a marker
*Surprisingly smudge resistant! Not smudge proof, but they don’t smudge under other markers and they don’t smudge pens more than expected (looking at you, Stabilo Boss) under them. They dry fast, so you also won’t smudge them running your hand over them for the most part
*They start out feeling very juicy, but not in a way that pools on the paper. You can get some good depth and variation in color in one stroke by varying pressure and speed.
*Theyre buildable! Not blendable, but they dry quickly so can create 3 or so different shades without a problem on the paper (Rhodia 80gsm) I’ve been using

Cons (which I will again emphasize are sort of less relevant because these were $15 at my time of purchase and would have to be worse than garbage for me to not recommend):

*The biggest one for me, honestly, is that I can’t organize them in the box!! This might not bother other folks and some of you may have marker stands, but I don’t and this bothers the hell out of me! They’re kept in the box by four smaller boxes which fit two rows of 13/12 markers, which means there’s tons of room for the markers to wiggle everywhere as you’re taking them out and putting them back in. This matters especially because…
*They are only visually marked by color, not with any number or label. I tried using a Permanent Pilot Twin Marker to label them after I put them in rainbow order, but they are slick and it rubbed off immediately
*They wear down in time. I set aside a handful of markers each month as one months color palette for my bullet journal, and after one month, the colors I heavily relied on have lost their tip and don’t have much “endurance” meaning I can write and draw with them, but it doesn’t take much until they get less ink and I have to set them aside and wait a minute. None have completely dried out on me in the couple of months I’ve had them, though
*There are no true pastels! Good on Crayola for making nice and saturated markers, but there isn’t anything that serves as a gentle highlight I can use
*There are, of course, still some gaps in the colors.
*The caps are hard to post on the ends sometimes. None have cracked so far, but it doesn’t seem out of the realm of possibility
*Not good to use with a water brush. They’re surprisingly water resistant (which is generally a good thing!) So if you’re looking for blendable markers you can carry with you for travel water color painting, they are not it
*They will wear down so fast if you try to apply pressure and use them like a brush pen. Which is fine if that’s what you’re using them for! They still last enough to be worth it in my eyes. But after 3 or 4 uses you will find your upstrokes get thick and the bottom of your downstrokes don’t have that nice deeper color.
*It is hard to get a smooth color if you’re actually coloring with them. This is a general complaint of most water based markers, though. They’re really not mush worse than my expensive Tombows in that.

Again, though, my gripes are incredible overshadowed by how cheap they are. I gave them five starts not because they’re perfect, but because they are so cheap they do not have to be.

Love love love these! What an absolute bargain for the price! You can’t go wrong with crayola and these pens are fab. Lots of colours/shade with a nice even mix. Good for fine work and due to the cone shape of the nib can also cover larger areas with ease. I use these with adult colouring books and the font bleed through the page, they cover well and store nicely in their strong cardboard box. Excellent.

I’ve yet to have a pen run out on me, and I’ve been using these pens for months. They lay down smoothly, have great tips for think and thin lines and a great colour range. The one improvement would be having colour names or numbers on the actual pen which would have saved the the job of making, cutting and sticking each label on myself. All in all, worth the money.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersNice pens but downgraded quality over the years! I originally bought a pack of 50 about four years ago and when I got down to about 20 left with no greens I decided to buy the 100 pack! My old pens were very good quality and you can really tell that crayola have gone cheap for these new ones! In the photo you can see the old pen on the right and the new on the left. Slightly disappointed because of this but the quality of the actual felt tip and the ink is pretty much the same. I hope that these new pens will last just as long as my old ones, some of them are still going strong after 4 years!

Good but crayola have gone down in quality!

These are THE best feltpens for children, and excellent for any age. My children used them all their childhood, and now my grand children have them. I have also used them with many groups of all ages in my community work. I even did a community project where 400 people wrote a whole book of the bible with them. But, I’ve never had as many colours……..until I found these. Now we all have 100 colours for even more enjoyment.

I never buy any other felt pens for children, or groups of people.

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersI didn’t expect much from these because they are for kids. But they exceeded my exceptions by a long way. Some great colours, including pastel and light shades which are often missing from felt tip pens. They will streak, all water based pens do. But they lay down nicely on the paper and give good results. Can’t fault them for the price and colour selection.

My only criticisms are that the pen caps fit on the back of the pen when in use backwards! It’s really weird and I can’t get used to it. And I wish the pens had a colour name or number on them to make swatching them easier.

    Bonitos colores y buena calidad

Golden Review Award: 11 From Our UsersA box of felt tips, as described but I’m not impressed by the colours in this 100 pack.. There are no bright colours and there are an awful lot of greens and blues and muted pinks and browns. Prefect if you are doing faces or landscapes but not a lot of colours out of this muted band of shades.. Probably not for kids to colour in with and more for adults to use.
I’m not sure there’s much ink in each pen as they are very light in weight, time will tell on that issue though!

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersThe delivery was a couple of days late but I like these pens a lot, there are looots of colours and I love to colour and write with them; like most felt tip pens, they can bleed through a bit and the colour won’t be even if you colour over the same section multiple times. But overall, I think these pens are great and a great value for money too.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersLovely big selection of pens. I was hoping they would have the colour names printed on the barrels, and they haven’t. But that is the only fault I can find with them.
There are 100 colours here, though the illustration on the back implies there are 50. I’m making a point of mentioning this because the colouring group which I belong to was worried about buying them. 100 colours. though as to be expected with such a huge number of colours, some of the shades are similar.
