The description states the water indicator is under the handle and there is a clear panel there is not. This is a very nice kettle but I wanted to be able to see the water level, if that is not your requirement then it is perfect. I returned it for a Bosch kettle
Love it but wish you could see how much water is inside without removing the lid.

Boils small amount of water quickly and the cable management system is great, you don’t want cable running all.ove
I saw one in another home and wanted one. Never spent such a lot on a kettle. However it is really robust and does the job well. I dont regret buuing it is lovely and very efficient.

I love this kettle! It is attractive to look at, fill and quick to boil. It’s also light to handle and sits well on its stand. Don’t notice any problems with tainting of water. You can see level by switch
No issues we had same make previous to this and lasted 6 years before leaking so hoping to get at least the same from this one.
Got the kettle along with the matching toaster look wonderful in my kitchen it’s quite and boils quickly. Have had de’longhi beige and they last for yrs. definitely worth every penny
