I do have one small concern which I am forwarding you a short video I don’t know if this is supposed to happen but if somebody could please let me know other than that excellent machine.

As good as Costa
I bought this for my husband for Christmas! He loves it and has stopped his expensive Costa daily trip! He uses the pods instead of beans as we didn’t realise it doesn’t grind beans! The milk frother is amazing! Definitely worth it! Bargain too
The goodest thing I ever gooded
It’s so good, I actually can’t believe how good it is. If good was an espresso machine, it would be this good espresso machine. In fact, good doesn’t even begin to describe how good this good machine is. Once, the coffee was so good that my wife even said it was good and she only likes good tea so that was a good day. Hor my gord, it’s so gord dorm goooooord!
Love this so easy to use and clea
I have been saving up for a Delonghi coffee maker for ages so when I saw this on offer I decided it was now or never as they keep going up in price. I just wish I had bought one sooner, I love it. Its so easy to use, less mess than a filter coffee machine and so quick to make a single cup of coffee as there is usually only me that drinks coffee. As the water inky stops when you stop it, it means that I can easily make a big mug of coffee if I want one.
Needs better instruction manual, and sending it back for any reason is very difficul
Would be good if they could make returns easier. Cost of returning it was very expensive, so had to keep it. Luckly we can use it, but milk doesnt get as hot as i would like.

I needed to play around with the machine a little bit initially and found that I generally needed 2 shots for the size of cup I like but now I know this I get a lovely cuppa every time. The milk frother is excellent. I also bought the delonghi espresso cups and a metal jug for the milk. Initially I wasn’t getting my drinks hot enough but I added a temperature gauge for the milk and the problem was solved. It’s not a fancy machine and I’ve seen much more attractive ones but for the price I m really happy with my purchase.
Good machine
I am not an expert either in espresso making or cofee tasting. I drink 2 cups of coffee everyday and I was previously using AeroPress. It was ok but the coffee was too clear, without body. So far I like the coffee this machine makes. I am still trying different grind sizes, amount or time to filter. It is also easy to clean and the portafilter is solid.
One annoying issue is the power button. It is for some reason on the side. It is a bit difficult to reach out and prevents you to put the machine just next to something. The mechanism is also very flimsy. Sometimes it just bounces back without turning the machine on or off.

Great coffee!
This is a great coffee machine, a big upgrade on my previous delonghi machine. Easy to use and clean, and produces quality coffee and foams milk effectively. It looks great and build quality is good, more robust than my previous machine (which lasted 10 years).

After a long research on coffee machines with an under 200 budget, I went for this bad boy and what a result! Great coffee, sturdy build and straight forward! 5/5 after 2 months usage!

Great coffee make
I am very pleased with this coffee maker. I mainly use esp pods but ground coffee works equally as well. I was a bit confused about the filters initially and was about to complain about two missing but they were attached to the polystyrene packing that covered the machine which was not initially obvious.
Not a bad little gadget but hunt around for a Bargain!!!
Love this machine, a few little hiccups but for what you get, I suffer it. I get great coffee fast every morning to bring to work, and save a fortune in the process. I bought it used with scratches so didn’t pay the full 150 for it, I got it for 89, and it was as good as new, stil can’t see the scratches or damage. There are two real issues with this maker tho, and they are 1, the milk frother splashes milk and hot water everywhere so very messy to make a Cappuccino and 2, the filters fall out if the filter holder when I use my knock box, or it detaches itself from the hold and sticks to the machine, but I live with that coz I get great barista coffee cheaper than the shops 🙂
Makes perfect coffee
This machine produces liqueur quality coffee – perfect for espresso or cappuccino. The milk frothy is highly efficient and the effect is fluffy, creamy coffee.

Bought this one to replace my 10 year old De’Longhi ICONA machine which sadly was petering out and not delivering anything like proper coffee. What a difference – very pleased with results. Should’ve changed it a couple of years ago.

Great coffee at an excellent price
I bought this at the end of 2019, and what a godsend for lockdown!! Three flat whites everyday day since I bought it and this has more than paid for itself with ‘almost’ caf quality coffee. The milk frother doesn’t give the perfect consistency every time for latte art work – sometime too thin, other times too frothy – but I don’t expect perfection at this price and its fun trying! If you press the coffee in too hard the machine struggles a little, but I quickly worked out the perfect pressure. Highly recommend this machine.

Espresso is very nice

Only problem is it isn’t making steam as nice as I would expect. Other than that it is a good product and I like to make coffee every day.

Excellent pump espresso, quickly comes to temperature, can get 2-3 full mugs off one tank of water and easy to refill. Works well with both fine fresh grounds and coarser grounds
2 months and has already paid for itself
Literally my home made coffees using this machine taste better than those I have bought anywhere else ! And I’ve already saved 3.00 per days x 60 days = 180 so the machine has literally paid for itself 😀

Great coffee machine without paying a high price! This is my first ever coffee machine so I didn’t want to spend a lot in case I barely ever used it (which has turned out to be the case – out of laziness not because the product is bad). Great little coffee machine that’s easy to use

Excellent coffee machine with low maintenance and great pump pressure for milk frothing. Ese coffee pods are an added bonus. The single and two cup options make it easy to make coffee when you have company.
I have invested in a good knock box and and small cleaning brush to complete my kit!

Amazing product and service
Wonderful coffee machine. I have had this machine for one week now. I still don’t know how to make frosted milk but I bought this exclusively for the Italian short espresso and I have to say that it’s really creamy and full of taste. The customer service was extremely effective. My machine came with missing presser spoon and they immediately sent to me a new one.
Quality Espresso Machine at A Decent Price
Now that I’ve had this coffee machine for 8 months, I feel I can write a proper review!
PROS:
– Super easy to use
– You don’t have to remove the tank to refill it with water
– Comes with three filters (one for making just one cup at a time, one for two cups at a time, and one for easy serving espresso pods). I’ve never used ESE pods on it, always ground coffee.
– If your mugs aren’t too long, you can conveniently place two under the coffee holder to make two cups at a time
– Handy storage next to the water tank to store the coffee holders which aren’t in use
– Makes a good cup of coffee in a very short period of time
CONS:
– The only con I’ve found with it is that the filters are a bit hard to snap into place. Honestly though you get used to it with time and practice and manage to snap it in place quicker. It’s not something that has made me regret buying it at all!
– The filter does at times get stuck when removing the coffee holder, in which case you have to reattach the holder and then remove it again with the filter attached. Again, it happens rarely and it’s easy enough to get it back out to empty.
TIP:
– Frothing the milk takes practice, it took me quite a few times to get it! It produces best results when using whole cow milk. We tried with Almond but it sadly didn’t have the same effect.
– This works nicest with really fine ground coffee, so I’d recommend going for a really fine one to get maximum results. I’ve tried with all sorts and it just tastes much nicer when finer.
I’m really happy with my choice of machine and can’t go a day without. Guests love it as well and almost always ask for a coffee when visiting! 100% would recommend to anyone considering this as their first or even next coffee machine! 🙂
Pay more for better quality
Great coffee machine. Makes lovely espresso or cappuccinos. Easy to clean. Takes ground coffee. Good sized water tank. I decided to pay a bit more and get good quality.
Compact machine
The machine I recieved has missing filters and had been opened/used previously.
On contacting the supplier I got a mail telling me to contact the manufacturer, why ?. All the parts should be there !.
Further mails have not been answered.
I had to clean the machine to use it, the missing filters are an annoyance, I would have been satisfied with a partial refund, if the supplier was prepared to communicate.
The machine works fine, the supplier does not.

The seller has been more than fair and refunded 15 to cover the missing parts.

Right from the start we had problems with making a simple coffee. After watching some YouTube videos and understanding a few key points on how to work best with this machine,I haven’t had any problem and always makes great coffee. It’s very easy to use and warms up quite quickly.
This review is for model ECP 35.31 only. For 10 years, a cheap but reliable Cookworks brand filter machine served me coffee each morning, till it broke this month. So I was looking around, and was initially hesitant at buying an Espresso maker due to the device cost and never having owned one previously. After researching online, speaking with friends who own similar machines, I decided to try one. All I will say is that this is the best thing I have bought myself and majority of my housemates love it too. You get shop coffee at home, saving 3 a pop. It makes cappuchino and other variants, is easy to clean, has a removable tray that I have put away as I don’t need. Mine has a 2 year warranty, so if it breaks, the manufacturer can fix it. We make 6 cups of coffee a day with this and it will take about 2 to 3 days before you get your technique right for the flavour you like and this depends on the coffee grind too. For myself, I find the black Lavazza Espresso packet (strength 5) is now my coffee of choice, I pull a shot or two for 30 seconds, then top it up with kettle boiled water, a splash of milk. For others in my house, instead of adding the water, they use the machine to froth milk to make cappuchinos. The coffee tastes delicious with the crema it creates and the machine is compact, sturdy, not loud and very easy to clean. Definitely impressed and would recommend this model for ease of use and build quality. Just read the instructions fully and don’t pull the shot for longer than 30 seconds otherwise I am advised that the less desirable flavours of the grind will pour through and may taste bitter. But it’s all personal preference, so experiment to your hearts content. One thing I will say is that if you are in a rush, and have no time, then Espresso makers are not for you as you need to spend a few minutes to make a lovely coffee.

Great Little Coffee Machine
Excellent coffee machine that produces consistently good coffee with a nice crema. Compact and does not take up lots of space. Easy to use and it’s just what I wanted.
This coffee machine is amazing. Very easy to use and its affordable solution if you want really nice barista-style coffee. Still haven’t mastered the whole art of pouring shapes on the top but still learning. Long story short, this is amazing. Definitely worth buying.

Amazing
I bought different machines in the past few years and as an espresso lover I found the coffe too watery and not proper espresso taste. This machine is absolutely amazing! The espresso comes out with a very nice cream on top. It changed my life!
Makes a great latte.

I have to say that I am impressed with this machine considering the price, well put together and a nice finish making it good to look at and easy to clean and everything you need to start making good coffee comes with it, just add good coffee. Nice safety features that turns the machine off when left for some time and the instruction manual is actually very good.
Great value coffee machine.
Great value coffee machine, makes great coffee, obviously depends on the coffee used, 15 bar pressure, froths milk very well. I have seen a couple of reviews that say that the coffee is not hot enough but I suspect that they are not using the machine properly as mines makes very hot coffee. Wait for a green light before making coffee then switch the dial and wait for green before frightening the milk!

First I was a bit disappointed as I made some terrible glasses of coffee but when I tried it a couple of times I got an outstanding high quality coffee. The machine is easy to clean and fits even in small kitchens like mine. I can just recommend this coffee machine. Make sure you use high quality coffee and good milk.

Didn't work when received
Just set up the machine and tried to get a coffee, the machine gave water to my whole kitchen and no coffee for my cup. Return for change, let’s give it a second chance … Customer service send me another within a theoric 13 days, no commercial gesture or something … Finally received it 48 hours later, works very well, excellent coffee, quite different than Nespresso cup. Love it 🙂
