It’s ok did the job on over 100 old coulor slides of various types, as stated I found most of the slide adaptors useless, but as long as you can get an image square under the lens, I achieved a good image in most cases. I found the controls to be counted intuitive, if you’re used to smart phones, but again a little patience is required ( it’s a fairy primative device).
The extra settings for coulor saturation are best left alone I found ,same goes for the maximum pixel setting ( made the images worse!) it’s the type of device you’ll probley use one and put in the cupboard, however the pleasure it’s brought to some older family members is priceless.
Wireless scanner, new product and easy to scanner photos to digital. Mobile Phone helps me share funny childhood time with my fans. Happy sharing with family as well, my grandma loves the scanner and what I did for her.
I was a little uncertain as it looks and feels rather cheap. Forget about the Wi-Fi connection. However scanned 3.5k slides and various negatives with it with excellent results. All fine for viewing on iPad. Some Negatives take a little tweaking on the colour settings, reds were rather vivid but can be fixed. Over all does the job
My daughter is studying photography at college and uses both digital and film cameras of various sizes.
I bought her this so she can transfer her film onto her online portfolio and it’s amazing.
Its so easy to use and she can transfer while films in just a few minutes. She previously had to photograph the film photos which obviously loses quality. This has made such a difference.
Really impressive piece of equipment to add to her photography equipment.
Not the cheapest but I found it simple to use. Also I used it for super 8mm which I found handy. The 35mm film negatives have been really great. I have around 5,000 plus negatives. I found it gave good results. You need a micro SD card. Not supplied .I am using a San Disc Ultra micro SDXC UHS-1 card with adaptor. 128GB Then I bought a SD card scanner so can input to my computer and store digitally.
I bought this for my mam who has millions of old photo slides that she wants to turn to digital images. Having carefully picked through the mound of slides we decided which ones we wanted to use. This is really really easy to use and just follow the instructions to get great quality digital images from your slides. The 3.5″ screen is better quality that I initially though it would be and makes the whole process a whole lot easier. Overall we are delighted with this little scanner and are having fun scanning our old images and backing them up in great quality HD images which we saved onto a 128GB SD Card which we bought separately to go with this purchase. This makes it a whole lot easier to store a load of pics then transfer them to our PC.
Technology moving forward, to get old childhood pictures live got this digital scanner.
It supports all main films with 35, 110, 126 and super slim 8 films. Wide ones go from side and slime ones from front entrance.
Can be connected to mobile by connecting with wifi , just need to download user friendly free application.
It can scan directly to sd memory card as well. It supports memory cards upto 128gb.
Came with micro hdmi cable , and has colourful large 3.5″ wide display.
Supports continuous feeding as well as single standard shooting.
Overall very useful multifunctional scanner , supports all main size films. Other best part it can be powered with battery power which makes it portable and task can be completed anywhere .
Have a look to my pictures to see real size hope this will be helpful to decide if it’s suitable for personal needs or not.
I’ve got so many negatives that I’ve forgotten about some of my old memories! This scanner converts 35mm, 126, 110, Super 8 Films, Slides, Negatives to 44MP JPEG so simply!! The LCD screen tilts so you can see the image clearly! And once scanning is completed easily transfer Pictures to an SD card or your phone via WiFi!!!
