I don’t normally write reviews but felt compelled to write one about the Docapole. I purchased the full pole plus an extra hand attachment (as a spare). Normally we pay for a window cleaner but now it will not be necessary. Very easy to use (I’m 20 weeks pregnant) and was able to whizz around my 4 bedroom house ground floor and 1st floor windows with relative ease in about 30mins. It does a pretty decent job (not perfect) but I feel it’s definitely worth the money!
Quite heavy to use at full extension and a bit bendy but overall very good
When I ordered this item I was worried that it might be too flimsy to be really effective when the pole was fully extended but the pole is very sturdy and just ideal for washing and polishing windows that are too tall to safely use ladders. This is a good quality piece of kit for a great price so, I have no hesitation in recommending it.
Great value for the money, very sturdy and easy to use. Would recommend to any one wanting to use on windows or conservatory etc.
Recently bought Docopole. Its v easy to use and has fantastic reach and perfect for high gable windows. Comes with a duster which was a useful pleasant surprise.
The first pole I received had an issue. The Docapole team resolved the issue within 48 hours. Absolutely fantastic customer service from their team. The product itself is of very high quality and works superbly. Well done Docapole!
Light weight, attachments are good quality. nice foam grip. But as you increase the length the sturdiness drops. you fee it might snap. but does the work for me. need to check the warranty on it.
Got sick and tired of the window cleaner not turning up so cancelled them and bought this. I’m able to reach the second floor windows without issue and clean the windows, I’m not so good at the drying and streak free part but i’m not a window cleaner!
This extends to be a super long pole, perfect for what it’s intended for. Can be a bit of a pain having to de-extend it every time you want to dip it in the water but oh well!
It was easy to use and much cheaper than hiring a window cleane
II am very happy with this product. A lot stronger than expected, lightweight and easy to use. Primarily bought so I can do a more thorough job cleaning my windows and frames, than having to pay for a basic clean.
Wanted a lightweight extendable cleaner as we are in our seventies. This product is very sturdy and easy to use. Cleaned all my windows in less than an hour. I live in a 3 bed house with a conservatory and it made light work of it. On reading reviews I noted that some people found it a problem to dip the head in the bucket but I found it easy to retract the pole and dip and extend again. Cleaned the upstairs windows and the conservatory roof with ease. Well worth the money.
We are very happy with this product. We have tried others, and they are not to the standard of this one.
We wanted to use it to clean our front windows, and our conservatory.
This has worked very well, and we are pleased we purchased this.

Window extension pole just as described. Excellent quality, doesn’t bend under pressure of cleaning at the fullest extension.
Only suggestion is a spare mop head would be great.

Bought this primarily to get into the corners of windows and remove cobwebs in between visits by the window cleaner. The pole is heavy and quite unwieldy and it didn’t get into the corners! So, not a great success. Hoping it will get better with practice. It seems to be quite well-made. The cleaning head comes off for washing, and the top part of the pole can be adjusted to different angles. It didn’t match up to my hopes but maybe a stronger person would have more success.
It’s an extension pole with a Universal (acme) thread – the reason for my purchase. Quick delivery but on checking, found a tiny defect, which would have affected performance – a rivet was missing that held the Universal Thread onto the pole. Apart from that, the pole was well constructed and I anticipate getting many years of use out of it. I bought the window squeegee version, which also included a duster accessory, although my primary reason for purchasing was to use the pole with a Pro Gutterj for gutter clearance. I contacted the Seller regarding the missing rivet and found their Customer Service excellent and friendly with the problem being quickly resolved to my satisfaction. Now happy to report that I used the pole re the gutter clearance without any problems whatsoever. I had other poles but they were unsuitable not having the Universal (acme) Thread. There is truth in the saying that to do a good job you need the right tools. From my experience I am happy to recommend this extension pole. (P.S. Have not yet gotten around to cleaning the windows with the squeegee accessories so am unable to comment on the sqeegee’s performance. However it certainly look as if it will do the job.
Good strong telescopic sections reach windows up to three stories. Some flexibility when fully extended and squeegee head can be awkward to use at maximum extension. Otherwise a brilliant piece of kit for two storey house windows.
I looked at the Amazon reviews and saw that although this was not the cheapest product it seemed to be well made and so decided to buy it and am very pleased I did. First of all it was obviously much better made than the others I had bought. It is lightweight but sturdy and the extension mechanism is easy to use. It comes with a good selection of cleaning tools and I liked the fact that the squeegees come in different sizes to get to smaller panes of glass. I have only had it a short while but it worked perfectly for both the green house and the upper windows. I like the fact that I can buy replacement tools when the time comes and so would recommend this product.
Very well engineered product that is used for cleaning elevated windows. The top sections are very flexible which makes control difficult. It is easier to use by leaving the top sections withdrawn.
Takes a little time to get use to using it, but it is sturdy & robus
DocaPole is useful and easy to use. When fully extended, I was able to reach and clean windows that normally I would need a ladder. However, it’s quite flexible when extended to full size so it takes a bit more experience to manipulate the wiper due to bending. I guess I need more practice with it. My suggestion is, if you need to clean windows at 3 – 4 meters height, better to buy a longer DocaPole (if right, there is one extendable to 7 or 8 meters), and then expand it to 4 or 5 meters. Thus it won’t be fully extended and hence less flexible on the top.
All in all, very satisfied. Highly recommended
The doca pole is absolutely fantastic! Works wonders on 2nd floor windows and so easy to use. Perfect product for an amazingly low price! Will definitely be buying more stuff from this company.
I bought this product to clean my windows including the upstairs. I tried it for the first time and was pleasantly surprised at how easy it is to use. There is a technique involved with cleaning higher lever windows but it doesn’t look to be that difficult to get after a few attempts. I would recommend to anyone who is thinking of giving it a go.
Overall good item will take time to learn how to use properly especially when washing a window with a prominent ledge only problem so far is when adjusting the head at a different angle, when i screw the mop head on tight the angle of the mop becomes bent.

This product is so easy to use,no up and down ladders to move to the next window just dip the sponge ,clean window and wipe down.
Instead of doing the windows when i can be bothered to get the ladders out they are done every week.

Arrived promptly and looked sturdy/well made though isn’t heavy or unwieldy. Pretty easy to set up though no instructions. Used it once to do whole house and very impressed. Fou d blading worked better if I hand squeezed the washing pad first to dry it a bit. Easy to get into corner s due to adjustable angle head. Sure it left a few slight marks on windows that I would have buffed with a cloth if I could reach but far superior to nothing and seeing dirty windows.
Haven`t actually used the item yet but it all seems well made and the Main thing is that it easily reaches 1st floor bedroom windows without using steps etc , it`s light and easy to use and will save me having to get the double 12ft ladder out of the garage which is a pain.
The scrubber / squeegee combination is excellent for high up windows. Rotate the head 90 Degrees and you can squeegee the upped edge of the window, unless you do this you will get the water running down over your just cleaned window. With the height reach it should also be possible to clean the soffits, eve boards etc.
Top tip. Unless you need the full length, extend from the tope end, 50% on the first section as this is the smallest diameter & therefore the weakest, then fully extend as many sections as needed, this way the weight is at the grip end. If like me on the first occasion extended from the grip end you end up with a pole that is weight biased towards the scrubber / squeegee end which makes using this much more difficult than need be. I am glad I purchased the longer version, as I feel the shorter version would not have been suitable for first floor windows.
Overall i am extremely pleased with the product, a bonus being that the customer service is exceptional.
Took a short time to get use to the correct method to clean the windows but did a good job from ground level and would recommend if you dont want to go up any ladders.
Really pleased with this purchase. Does the job well. Only issues are that the plastic squeegy doesnt slide in very easily and when fully extended the pole feels a bit weak. But apart from that a good investment and does the job well. Particularly like that the cloth comes off so it can be washed and dried easily.
Not light weight but pretty well made and easy to extend etc.
Using it to clean solar panels on bungalow roof and brushes work fine. If using away from vertical use the smaller thickness lengths first so any extra length not used acts as a counter weight unless you need something very stiff.
It’s well made. The telescopic sections expand and secure easy enough. The ‘wiper blade’ fixes to the back of the squeegee attachment. It came with three different sizes. I didn’t realise it came with a feather duster attachment but very pleased it does.
Has been used to shift cobwebs, clean windows and knock down RC planes from trees. Very useful.
Good sturdy pole and squeegee. There’s definitely a technique to using it that i was missing on first use but even then it’s made a massive difference to my windows.
What you see is what you get. It could be better in terms of sturdiness.
It’s good for medium heights. Can be a little unstable when fully extended. But it does a decent job. I’ve saved on window cleaning Bill’s. It’s almost paid for itself.
Very good easy to use window washer. i only marked it down slightly on sturdiness as It does flex a lot on maximum extension. However this may not be a problem but only time will tell.
The pole is easy enough to use and set to fully extended (if needed, but seems quite expensive for what it is and think there are cheaper alternatives out there, if you just want a extending window cleaner.
I use this to clean my 3 metre long skylight, here in London I get cats, rats and pigeons leaving droppings all the time and hiring a window cleaner every week is too expensive and a hassle. My last extension squeegee was a cheap instrument which made me avoid cleaning it, I took the plunge and bought this — in hindsight I should have bought this years ago. Please note I’ve only had it for 1 month, it seems well made but of course only time will tell.
This pole looked fairly good reading through other reviews & it doesn’t disappoint. Using it is easy & I managed to clean the upstairs windows of my house with ease on full extension with minimal flexing of the pole. The windows came up sparkling clean too. The noodle cleaning pad is easy to clean too.
Plenty long enough for the upstairs windows in a modern 2 storey house without needing to stand underneath it. Since this can reach while standing away from the walls, not a single drip ran down. Very pleased.
I bought this after our long-trusted window cleaners sadly went out of business. Not keen on ladders I was looking for a robust yet light, extendable pole that would allow me to clean our windows (upstairs and downstairs) easily and effectively. The DocaPole certainly does the trick! It’s not often that something performs as well as the manufacturer claims, but this really performs well. Strange but true … I actually enjoy cleaning the windows now!
Could I buy one extra pole to make it a little longer as the 12 foot one just does reach my top window

This pole is great for reaching the upstairs windows. Does feel a little bendy when fully extended but has been able to withstand the pressure needed to remove bird droppings that were well cakes on. Extra attachments for different sized windows very handy and catches for extending open and close quickly and easily.
I was pleasantly surprised with this product. The value for money is clear when you see what you get for the price.
The product, service, and follow up is outstanding.
Definitely worth buying if you’re in the market for a versatile extending pole for windows etc.

Arrived in good time and well packaged. Have used it and found it to be ideal for the top and lower windows. Seems fairly sturdy and well made. Of course it bends slightly when used at full extension, so do the very expensive professional ones. Ensure you put the rubber squeegee on, with the wider rubber edge facing inwards otherwise the metal edge scrapes the window. Overall very pleased with this product and I will get even better results with more practice using it. I would recommend this product, a good buy.

Some sections of the telescopic tube are difficult to extend – I hope & trust this will ‘free up’ with use.
Its sturdy and not bendy ideal for cleaning high level windows excellent product, the amount of times i have brought gadgets and its been a waste of money. That’s is a brilliant product!
Product arrived on time and works as described. Considering the extension I don’t consider it overweight, but when extended it can be awkward to handle, but that is the price you pay for the ability to clean your own windows.
product has ben very useful. at least i want to think that. it works pretty well. only one thing. there are marks left on the window from the brush. Tried to clean three times and still leaves marks. also hard to reach bottom of the windos if window is far up away to reach.

I had seen the pictures, measured the height required for my rear bedroom windows and this product was the only one which would do the job – and after some initial experimentation, it does an excellent job. Just pointing out something which with hindsight is glaringly obvious, that extending the pole to near its max length and steering it on the windows needs from strength in the arms and shoulders.

I’d recommend extending lower poles first as they are more sturdy.
Had to experiment with angles but I was able to clean first floor windows and gutters easily but I still need to go up ladder to better clean window frames.
I suspect it will be easier with more practice.

Works well, just needs two people to hold at the longest extension. accessories all work well. Just a shame that the pruning saw atchment appears not to be available in the UK (Amazon) (just to US)
From ordering our item, to using the Docapole to clean the windows, everything has been positively wonderful. Delivery was prompt, and our consequential query to the seller, resulted in immediate response and our query was settled in no time at all. Everything about the item is engineered to do as it says, and it the squeegee head tilts and locks in place to ensure the windows are cleaned thoroughly. Many attachments are available to do a lot of jobs around the house easier and safer which is comforting in our advancing years.
It can be a little flimsy when fully extended but then if it were more rigid the product would be heavier to use! Does the job well and the adjustable head is a great feature – worth while getting a rectangular bucket, though.
Light and long, and has done a good job on high windows. Will pay for itself quickly in saved window-cleaning fees, though of course I do have to do the work myself now. But I can clean the windows when I want them cleaned, not just when the window-cleaner decides to turn up.
A well-made versatile tool and comparatively easy to use even for an inexperienced window cleaner. Its length ensures that one can stand on the ground rather than having to use stepladders when cleaning higher windows, so it’s also a safer option.

We have awkwardly placed skylights on our ground floor extension. With the the DocaPole I was able to clean them from a first floor window. We hadn’t been able to clean them properly since they were installed several yars ago. It’s like having new windows!
We live in a two story victorian terrace. The front windows were costing 12 a time to clean, and the rear ones were filthy and one seemed inaccessible. This worked very well and will pay for itself in four months.
Nothing to dislike. Easy to use and good quality. Strong poles and clever retraction for all heights.

Well packaged and seems good quality, easy enough to use and was able to reach the first floor windows without need of steps/ladder ( user 5ft7 inch) . Light to carry even at full extension, did flex a little more than I expected but probably a good thing not to put to much pressure on the glass.
Even though our house is a single story, we found it inpossible to clean the faciaboard. As an OAP climbing ladders is now impossible. But this pole with its attachmeents lets me clear cobwebs etc as well as wash them, so they look nice and clean all the time. I am not a strong man anymore, but the pole is light enough for me to handle and I am delighted with it and highly recommend it to others in my position.

The length of the glass panels meant I needed a pole which was long and sturdy enough to get a good finish.
This product is ideal ….. easily extendable and collapsible….. and rigid enough to get the finish I wanted.
The extra squeegee blades of differing lengths are ideal for my smaller windows.
Item came the day after ordering. I am very pleased with this window cleaning kit. I can reach the top windows of our house without over reaching. The pole is better than I expected, it doesn’t bend too much. I would however recommend that when you have washed and squeegied the windows, that you put a towel over the squeegie and dry them off to avoid smears.
This is a very good product, well made & sturdy , but for me it is rather heavy to use, as I am a small lady with not very strong hands, but I just about managed to do my downstairs windows & patio doors.
Used this for the first time today. So far so good. It’s takes a bit of getting used to, so be prepared to experiment with the window washer/squeegee in particular in terms of getting the angle right. There were no instructions, which doesn’t matter too much as most of the pole mechanism is self explanatory. The only issue is that I’m not clear which way round the squeegee fits in the slot – and without instructions I won’t know for sure
Ideal for cleaning verandah which is 3.5m deep. Easy to adjust the pole to different lengths and attachments fit well. You know it works when the finished result is better than the professional window cleaners efforts. Will get money back in no time with savings made on doing it ourselves.
This is an excellent, sturdy pole with plenty of attachments for high window cleaning and other dusting and cleaning. The pole extends far enough to reach my highest windows and also the coving and top of the two storey internal walls running up my high stair well. I am delighted with the product, although a little on the heavy side.
Got a few third storey windows so difficult to access and this helps.

Only used this once..tricky at first I’m hoping with practice I’ll get a better clean on the windows.. hard to line up mop with screw on attachment so you can use the angle adjustment.. it is sturdy not as light as you might think, it’s made well. When it’s pulled out to its total length it’s quite shaky very little control.. I have 3storeys so I don’t know if it’ll work .. much better on 2nd level windows.
Have to keep tightening the screws as they will loosen when pole fully extended
My window cleaner retired and I thought this might be a good idea and would pay for itself in 3 or 4 cleanings.
And it is, and it will. A little practise (there are YouTube videos to guide you) and I have some pretty smear free windows. I used HG Window Cleaner.
The combo scrubber and squeegee screws directly on the pole, the supplied adjustable plastic tip has a screw fitting and a taper so you can fit an ordinary squeegee onto it, I will try that next time, it might be easier.

Extends easily and sturdy when only using 2/3 of full length. final section not so stable but generally what I expected when using a pole this long. My ony gripe is the difficulty in slotting in the rubber squeegee heads as need to be banged in with force hence 4 stars
Wow! Why did I not buy this product years ago? Surprisingly sturdy and yet light enough for this 73 year old woman to use on a very tall Victorian house. Delighted. Only quibble, some simple instructions may have helped and bottom clip of extension pole needed slight tightening.
When fully extended there is a lot of flex on the pole and on the day I cleaned my windows there was a slight breeze and as a result it wobbles/flexes , but doesnt give me any concern that it’s going to break,however for older/shorter users this may be a problem.
Also, like others have said when cleaning upstairs windows its quite difficult to dip the cleaning head into the bucket, but I knew that would be a problem prior to purchase.
Overall , I’m happy with my purchase and would hesisate to buy another should the need arise.
After much research I chose this product. There are cheaper alternatives but when you extend to the full length taking into account the weight of the extended section you a very sturdy product. This make really works and I recommend to do the job intended
1 tip is don’t use to much water,get the sponge nice and soapy and it stops to much water running down the poles and down your arms (1st time wet arms).one thing could do with is an extra cleaning cloth but that’s a minor issue
Helpful bit of kit for cleaning windows previously difficult to reach. Can be a little difficult to use at full extension but no more than expected. The Velcro fastening for closing the mop cloth looks as if it may come loose with repeated use but so far it has been fine. I am happy with the purchase.
Although the pole is great and i love the locking levers which are far better than twist and lock ones but i was a bit dissapointed with the washing head which i use for my windows as it has to be re-secured at times and almost comes off at times so i would like to see a more improved version of it.
I recommend this product for anyone who wants to have their windows clean without paying a window-cleaner.
