Once you have had a machine that slices you wont be without one..
I bought it for my father in law for a gift and when he tried it it was so happy because now he can cut the meat so thin like a prosciutto ever thinner.
I agree that this meat slicer can cut the meat into 0.02 slices,
But when I cut the meat to this amount,
That safe plastic handle is tattered,
The quality of this safe plastic handle needs to be improved
We are so pleased with this slicer, I can’t rate it high enough. We have used it on a cooked joint of pork loin, and because the slices are uniform the meat went further than usual. The speed of delivery was excellent as well, in fact it arrived earlier than expected.
Bit loud but solid . Maybe a bit overpriced for what it is .
