Replaced a (well past its best before date!) traditional mattress, and has been transformational. Fantastically comfortable, much cooler, and have high hopes for longevity. May take some getting used to if you’re transitioning from a softer mattress.
Bought this to replace what I was told was a great mattress from John Lewis (No slight on JL, just the mattress that was purchased. Unfortunately the mattress did not stand the test of time.
There are soo many of these Spring and Memory foam mattresses out there it hard to tell which one to really go for. Took a punt on this one and have never looked back. Although its medium firm it has the right level of softness while giving greta support. I know its all about personal preference, but if you want a firm bed, but don’t want to feel like you are sleeping on a piece of wood, I would recommend.
I’m in my thirties and the aching back and neck have started to kick but after even one night I slept like a baby and woke up with no soreness or stiffness. Well worth changing too. The company were even so nice as to give me a free mattress topper to make it more firm, but have a softer choice available too for those who need it. Definitely recommend!
For a matress it’s really yoo soon to review, it needs a while to ‘sag’. But initially very impressed. The matress ‘inflated’ quickly once unboxed, and is very comfortable for me at 85ish kg. You don’t sink in and it maintains a pleasant temperature.
Pillows arrived first, found them too firm and switched to our old ones in the night. Took out one of three layers of foam and felt better.
Mattress firm, hoped for a bit softer but it’s a big improvement from our old one. Pillows and mattress seem to compliment each other and support the lower back well.
Easy to unwrap. Good quality. Cover fits well.
This mattress is decent but for me, just a fraction too soft.
I’ve woken up with a few minor aches on occasion and I think it will take a little while longer for me to fully decide if I am going to keep it.
Slightly firmer and it would be a definite keepe

I am enjoying my new mattress. Affordable at the Black Friday prices. It says medium/firm but i find it very supportive. Am enquiring about the FOC firm mattress topper so watch this space. Emma responded quickly to my query . A good seller with good customer support. Very pleased with what is for me as a senior citizen a sizeable expenditure.
Great value for money fantastic nights sleep didn’t think I would but I did and to top it off its eased my aching and pain whilst in bed I slept all through the night which is a first. I would highly reccomend for anyone to get you would not be disappointed. I will be purchasing the pillows next fingers crossed they are just as good
I am writing this review now as I have had my Emma Premium mattress for several weeks and I can honestly say this is a superb mattress. After researshing several other mattresses I decided to order the Emma mattress and I’m so happy I did. It’s a medium firm mattress and it has definitely improved my sleep quality and I also find I fall asleep quicker which makes me relise how bad my old mattress was.
The mattress comes rolled and vacuum packed and if you have stairs it will take 2 people to lift it as it weighs 50kg. Easy to set up and takes several hours to settle once on the bed frame.
I would highly recommend the Emma mattress for anyone looking for a new Mattress.
Absolutely fantastic. I like a firm mattress but not a hard mattress. This Emma Premium King size is just the ticket. I slept soundly on it from night one, my wife did too. Unlike some memory foam mattresses we’ve tried it didn’t make either of us feel hot during the night and we both awoke feeling like we’d had great sleep. Which we had. Good for my back and my good lady’s hips. Our last traditional sprung mattress cost us twice as much some ten years ago or so. This Emma memory foam mattress, at half the price (600), beats it hands down.
It is firm and comfort than I expect. I bought it with a discount which make me even happier to get the mattress. I would suggest my friends to buy one!
