Bought this bike over a month now for myself and my wife to exercise. It is relatively easy to assemble and you can always check youtube.. it is relatively quiet… you may hear a squeaky sound in the handle bar and seat if not screwed tightly… the only issue is it’s been a month and my seat is already bursting… had to strap it down with some tape… but very good buy and I am sure we have lost weight already… give an excellent extreme workout when the resistance is increased… would definitely recommend
As long as you don’t mind putting it together yourself thus bike is about as good as it gets for the price. Durable and well made, with a high weight limit, this bike is ideal if you are on a budget and want an easy way to get/stay in shape.

I am 70 years old & have been a gym member all my life so I have experienced all kinds of stationary bikes & this one is the best by far.
We were able to stay fit during the COVID lock-down thanks to this wonderful bike. I put my iPad in the holder & could ride all over the world on YouTube.
It was delivered quickly & I assembled it in less than twenty minutes. It is rock solid & runs smoothly & quietly. I am 6′ tall & my wife is 5’2” tall & we were both able to adjust the bike for perfect comfort with room to spare.
The SOVNIA doesn’t try to be a Fit-bit but it does have a simple, basic speedometer/odometer as well as the iPad holder.
After owning & riding it for 14 months & 1600 miles on the odometer, a problem developed with the main drive pulley. I contacted SOVNIA & a replacement part, necessary tools & complete instructions were sent to me immediately. I was able to easily do the repair & the bike works like new again. Jessica at SOVNIA followed up & made sure we were fully satisfied.

Fairly easy to assemble and works well. The computer part is a bit cheap and plasticky but works so far.
Biggest problem was with the saddle adjustment. The screw that holds the saddle stalk adjuster would not undo without the use of a heavy wrench tool. Something wrong with the thread I think.
This wasn’t too difficult to assemble. Took about half hour. It’s a very sturdy bike. I’m 18stone, and it doesn’t rattle when I hop on. The digital display does what it says on the tin. It’s very basic, but has enough readings for a beginner. The bottle holder fits most bottles. The iPad holder on the top is a tad tight, I’ve had to bend it a bit, to enable an iPad / iPhone to fit. It’s loose now, so holds stuff fine. The seat !!! Wow. Twenty minutes on that thing, and you won’t be able to feel your asse cheeks anymore. Other than that, well worth the money.
Got this at a discounted price and it did not disappoint. Quiet to ride and the seat is quite comfy.
The phone holder is perfect to watch my workout I’m following. And the water bottle holder means I don’t have to stop when I need to drink.

After weeks of using the bike, I can confirm that the “thump” noise that I was hearing is no longer. The noise was likely due to my footwear rubbing against the bike. I am no longer hearing the noise. The only noise that I am hearing is a hissing sound when I am using the bike. This is likely due to the pad rubbing against the flywhell. I consider this to be a normal sound
I ordered this not expecting too much and boy I have been very surprised at the quality of this in home spin bike for the low price. I did get it as used in good condition but it is new just in damaged packaging. I am a 56 yo woman and I did need help lifting it into my car to get it up to the gym i have in my garage as it weighs about 75 pounds or so and is in a larger sized box that was awkward for me to handle but I did assemble myself in about 30 minutes. The base is solid and I feel safe on it for sure. I wish it had the ability to track RPM and watts but it doesn’t. It only tracks speed and miles traveled I think. My friend got one as well and we work out to spin classes in the garage and its perfect! Well worth the money! I am going to call the company about one of the bikes front wheel showing signs of wear with the other one looking brand new. I have checked the felt and there is nothing there to cause damage so I am unsure why one of the bikes did this but it doesn’t affect my workout it just makes a noise. They have a 2 year parts warrantee so I will be checking into this one little issue. I will update the review once I call and see how they handle it. If your in the market for a good little spin bike look no further!!

Great bike for the price. Came on time, easy to assemble and works well.
My bike was delivered in a box with a majority of it taped up. I was missing a piece (the adjustable seat bar) and the front knob had been crushed to pieces. I contacted the company and they were pretty responsive and my parts came a few days later. I was able to put the bike together completely on my own. I like the bike overall. My only complaint would be the display. It’s seems very cheap and fragile.

I had been after an exercise bike for a while and got to quickly try this one at a friends house. I found it on Amazon and was pleasantly surprised at the price.
It’s a decent bike! Have had it for almost 3 months and no issues. I assembled it alone, got a bit stuck in one bit but all good in the end. Would recommend!
Easy, straightforward assembly with clear, concise instructions. Super sturdy construction, perfect for my husband who is 6’5″ and 20st. Handlebars and seat are fully adjustable so you can have maximum comfort during your workout. Also had a 15 Amazon gift card from the manufacturer, inside the packaging, I’m well happy!
I am very pleased with this bike. It is used every day and I have found it very comfortable to ride. I complete apple fitness workouts on it and it feels extremely sturdy.
This Sovnia bike is very easy to assemble really good strong quality. Perfect for home use. Though theres some negatives about this bike such as the calories burning, don’t think this is anywhere near accurate to what you are actually burning. Have noticed with other bikes that the calories would be coming in around similar figure during the same speed and duration but with this bike the calorie counter seems to be way off.

I have found the bike to be excellent.
Pros:
-Bike is quiet and smooth running.
-Easy to assemble – took me about 15 mins. Includes all tools needed to assemble. Even includes extra nuts and bolts and such in case you lose some. Also has an extra resistance block.
-Sturdy bike – I’m 270 lbs and it doesn’t flex or move much.
-Adjustable resistance from zero to as difficult as you could want.
-Easy to move around
-Adjustable seat and handlebar height.
-Comes with an odometer/speedometer/timer/calorie counter
-Even has a place to put your phone to watch or listen while working out
One note, not a con, is that I wouldn’t recommend for anyone above about 6’1″ or so. I’m 6’3″ and I have the seat at the highest setting and I don’t get full leg extension – I wish the seat would go up another notch but it’s at the maximum.

I bought this to replace my rowing machine and overall this was a good choice.
The bike was easy to assemble. All parts arrived. I reviewed quite a few bikes before I bought this even considered a lot more expensive bikes but overall this seem to have all the features I was looking for. The bike is quiet when operating but the handle bar is slightly wobbly for some reason. Other than that, I am quite pleased with the bike.
We originally looked at the Echelon 4 on sale at Costco but even on sale it was 3 times the price of the Vosnia. We ordered it on a Thursday and it showed up the next day and we assembled it in about 30 minutes. I picked this one based on the overall reviews and the fact that it holds a person up to 330 lbs. It is a sturdy bike. The seat is comfortable. It is very quiet. My only complaint is the water bottle holder is too low and it does not hold a yeti size bottle. I have had it two weeks and I am using it 5 times a week. So far so good.
I researched bikes on Amazon for a long time, but found the spec of this product exactly what I needed (especially being over 120kg). The reviews were great so I purchased it.
Very easy to set up (took approx 20 mins, all tools are provided) and once set up was very easy to use!
I really like the phone/tablet holder, and doesn’t interfere with the timer display.
The bike is very sturdy- with a small exception that the handlebars to sway very slightly side to side when cycling- but doesn’t detract from the overall quality!
It is very silent (just a low whoosh) and I feel safe on it being 6’1″ and heavy.
I would definitely recommend this bike- but be best with 2 people to build it as it’s quite heavy to pull out the box 🙂
This is a great spin bike for home. I am about 5’1t and it fits perfectly – I was worried about being too short for this bike as I am for others. I use it 3-4 times/week and so far it’s great. I follow spin classes online and now I don’t need my gym membership! There is a slight noise when the tension is turned up (like a clicking) but not bothersome. Fits in the corner of the room perfectly and is easy to move around.
Really happy I went with this one. Bought as an upgrade to my upright bike as needed more resistance and wanted to be able to stand and sit. Feels really sturdy in sitting and standing positions. It’s quiet and easily adjustable to different heights. Definitely recommend.
Bike seems well made for the price point. Very few separate parts means it is quick and easy to put together. There was a slight hiccup with my order in that I was missing the screws and nuts to put it together, but seller remedied that quickly with no hassle so no complaints. Great option for starting a home gym.

This Sovnia exercise bike is great for home use. New year and a new start for wife and I. The main focus being to get ourselves back in better shape and lose some weight. It is difficult to exercise outdoors in the winter months in the UK so an indoor exercise bike will hopefully start my exercise regime off. This Sovnia exercise bike is a good home fitness bike. It comes semi-assembled but still needs to about 30-45 minutes assembly time.
The bike is fully adjustable to your height and is comfortable to sit on. It mimics real life cycling fairly well. The resistance is easily controlled and is changeable even whilst exercising. It operates fairly quietly so no need to worry about disturbing your neighbours. It is a very heavy machine which helps give it good stability. Moving it can be done by a single person by tipping to the front transport wheels. Good home exercise equipment.
The frame is made of steel, the seat is soft and comfortable and has suspension to absorb movement, the handlebars have built in pulse sensors and there is a trip computer that provides speed, time, distance, heartrate and calories burned information.
The handlebars and seat are very simple and easy to adjust in height and the seat can be positioned to preference both at distance from the front and angle of the seat.
With a 16kg flywheel it’s suitable for beginners to pro’s and the wheels on the front make it simple and easy to move around. The chrome finish gives it a touch of glass and overall value for money I think is pretty good, especially when compared with the likes of Peleton.
Received my bike yesterday (two days earlier than expected!) as long as you read the instructions before trying to put it together it is really easy and simple to do so. Only done one ride so far but I am very happy with it and it’s a good quality sturdy bike.
– It is easy to change the seat height and handlebar height just by turning and pulling the adjustment knob, no extra tools needed.
– There are 2 wheels on the front side. Thanks to this, you can easily drag this tool anywhere you want.
– It is belt driven, which means it is surprisingly quiet in use. The belt is covered, so there is no chance that it will get stuck in your clothes. The pressure is adjusted by a simple manually adjusted knob located on the frame above the steering wheel, so you can adjust the resistance while driving. I liked that there is a pre-installed bottle cage that takes a standard bicycle beverage bottle.
– The pedal cages are pre-installed on the pedals and help keep your feet in place when you start pedaling.
-The display shows the distance traveled, calories burned and a stopwatch/timer. I have a holder for your phone that is big enough to attach my iPad to. I like this feature because I can listen to books or watch TV shows while driving.
What comes out of the box?:
The rotary impeller, like most of the components, is pre-installed. The two support rods are installed using 2 bolts each, the seat is installed with 2 bolts, the handlebars are similar, and the electronic display only needs two cables (similar to the headphone jack) to be installed. The pedals are screwed in and a nut is attached to each of them. one. All parts AND tools, including keys, are provided, so there is no need to hunt in the hut! I did the bike in about 15-25 minutes.
It’s a very solid product. In addition, if there is a trapezoid on the floor, there are devices that you can adjust to the floor so that you can fix it.
NOTE: If you want, the courier helps you to transport.
So far, it appears to be good. We have not ever owned one before but its sturdy and works well. It was a Christmas gift so have only tried it a couple of times so far. Pretty good deal though.

The bike is very easy to put together so it only took us about 20 mins to assemble. It is also really easy to adjust the height I’d the seat so both my husband send I can use it.

If I had to go out of my way to try find something wrong with the bike it would have the be the cheapy material that the “ipad and iPhone holder” was made out of. I wish it wasn’t flimsy plastic and the bike makes a squeak sound when you stop/start while being on a higher resistance. But besides that, the assembly wasn’t difficult. I’m 24 yo and my bf helped me assemble it and it took about 10 minutes and it’s super easy to move around.
This is a great stationary bicycle for the money. Keep in mind the box is VERY HEAVY, so if you live in a walkup, you’ll need at least 2 people to carry the box. The bike has a simple tension adjustment, but works fine. The bike itself is fairly stable and once adjusted correctly, you’ll get a great workout!

Excellent product for price! If you don’t need the bells and whistles of on-line video for training this is an excellent stationary bike. Has a convenient shelf for you iPad. No need to spend more. Tension system works very well for resistance. Only negative is that the pedals are not designed for a stationary bike – does not work. So suggest that you purchase a replacement pedal with an easily adjustable strap and buckle system – not the cheaper system that uses a hole and peg strap. This machine is very high quality even if you paid three times what they sell it for. Google ” Sovnia exercise bike assembly video.” That’s how I found out you do not need the lock bolts on the pedals. The lock bolt thread pitch is not the same as the pedal shaft thread pitch so you will never get them to go all the way on. You’re welcome.
It’s kinda all you need for an exercise bike. Seat is comfy, it’s not noisy. The legs are adjustable to different height if your floors are not completely straight. Overall very happy with the bike. I haven’t used the electronic attachment with speed and distance yet but for quick warm up or even while watching something and exercising it’s perfect.
