Brilliant for the price. L shaped chair, I tilts back while maintaining its shape. The 5 star melat legs were very sturdy and better than plastic one. It’s comfy to sit in all day. I have several times. It supports my shoulders when sitting back. Customer service were fabulous when I had issue with the gas lift not working. Highly recommend.
I use this chair in my office and it is fairly comfortable. I prefer the cloth style seat as my old leather one didn’t last very long due to the leather splitting.
Was easy enough to install – follow the instructions. It does its purpose – this is definitely not a chair for someone heavy or someone who use it intensively! I bought this for working from home and Im a fairy light person. It is okay for the money that was and for my purpose -my butt cheeks hurt a bit sometimes – bought a thin memory foam pillow for the seat – hopefully that helps. But overall its okay.

The chair feels light when you’re sat in it. The spring motion feels smooth, not stubborn on the recline.

Purchased to replace an office chair where the black plastic (leather?) had started to flake off.
The chair was very easy to assemble by one person (30min). Leave the castors until the end. Spare screws etc. not required. Used cordless screwdriver for speed. Plenty of clearance for easy starting of screws.
It is very comfortable to sit in. At 5′ 11″ high the lumbar support (non adjustable) is perfectly placed for me.
Have ordered more for the chidrens bedroom desks.

The chair is a very nice , stylish and comfy chair. Its very adjustable with the height. The only thing for me is it needs new washers , preferably thicker and made out of steel. these are 1mm thick. Luckily the chair comes with spare screws so a trip to B&Q with the screw is easy enough. For the money its a brilliant chair and i definitely recommend.

I’ve had this chair for a few hours and I can say that I am very happy with it. It is super comfortable and I don’t have any back pain, which I normally get from most chairs.
Super easy to assemble, especially with a 6 year old for help. Do not over tighten the screws. Hand tight is fine.
It’s comfortable for me but I’m not at the desk for alot of time. For the 5 hours I was on it, it’s was very comfortable.
Bought this chair for my husband as we are looking likely to be working from home for the foreseeable and he needed to be more conformable. No complaints, delivery as expected, he finds it very comfortable and it only took him around 30 mins to assemble. Thankfully, all the pieces seemed to be in the box to allow him to do so.
Fast forward a week and I thought because he thought so highly of it, id order myself one too. Again, delivery perfect no issues. However, unable to assemble properly as there are pieces missing from the box. Been in touch with amazon to query replacement. Awaiting refund so I can purchase another.

Bought this for my friends home office after his chair broke, was super easy to assemble. Took less than 30 minutes to set up and is super supportive for your back and nice and soft on the seat. Easy to adjust, and can swap between leaning back and locking it upright. Only issue we found was the arm rests were a bit too low to comfortably rest on however this may just be due to his size and we easily fixed it by buying arm rest attachments. It has begun to squeak a bit but sorted it really quickly with some wd40. Would recommend 100% for anyone looking for an supportive, easy setup home office chair or just a simple computer desk chair.
Great chair for the price and easy to assemble. I was hoping for a bit more adjustment moving the back support so at times it feels the movement is restricted.
It’s a good chair for the price. Cushion and backrest seems to be very comfortable. Although easy to realize thats cheap, chinese product. Very easy to assembly. All tools needed in. My chair came with a defect but I’m working in workshop so it was easy to rework. One threaded pin for silver caps was bent and stick out way too long (see photo). This pin is just to keep this cap for cosmetics view so doesnt really matter unless you are pedantic. This is office chair so position of backrest is in 90 and its locked. Keep that in mind. I’m 180cm and on max height my feet are just flat on the ground. I would say that’s pretty high. I just got it but I can imagine it wont be the most comfortable chair to sit for straight 8-10hrs. But for the price it’s good.
A comfortable chair and good enough back support and easy to assemble
After working-from-home during the Covid 19 lockdown I finally succembed to buy an office chair. This one is actually quite nice, lightweight and reasonably compact for a full-sized office chair. I prefer the netting at the back since it is more comfortable after you spent hours in it. Assembly was reasonable easy – I just recommend you to use an allan key ratchet set instead of the provided manual allan key. Most bolts need to be screwed in tight and you will need a lot of elbow grease with the manual key. Amazon sells the allan keys ratchet sets for about a tenner – well worth investing in if you not already have one.
Was super easy to assemble, took 5 minutes max. Been using it a few weeks now and I’m more than happy

Simple to put together
I did see a few negative reviews but I have not seen anything negative about it at all used daily. I’m forever swinging on it leaning back and if I’m not on it the kids are playing on it.
Finally had to buy an office chair after months using a dining chair gave me a consistent bad back.
This is a great option at this price point, the chair was quick to assemble, but make sure you read the instructions, I made a few mistakes which delayed the assembly. All the tools were included which was helpful.
The chair is very comfortable and has all the features you would expect such as adjustable height and options to lean back. The arm rests are not adjustable which is a slight problem depending on your height might mean these do not fit under the desk.
That said I am still pleased with my purchase and my back has been better since it arrived.

Everything was clear and concise allowing for easy assembly and ultimate comfort.
We now have two of these – mine and one for my son. We both find it comfortable, ergonomic, light enough to move around yet sturdy.
The wife has been working from the dining table with a dining chair for about 10 months now….
..these chairs are a definite improvement…however from the manufacturing quality I’d be amazed if they last more than 12-18 months!
Chairs adjust height-wise – but that’s it.. It’s possible to shift the backrest back and forth by an inch or so – arm rests side2side by approx 2inches.
The fixings are standard chipboard grade – dont over tighten these – they will break free of the chipboard…rather go back after using chair for a day or two and tighten up.
Chairs are not heavy duty – chairs are not for short people, chairs are not for really tall people – and they are not for heavy people.
If you’re an average Joe/Joeleen, and need something to sit on that beats as dining chair for 8-10 hours a day and you’re not looking to spend a ton….these will do the job for a while.

Definitely it is a go to go chair. With the current situation when one needs to set a home-office, there is a need for a comfortable chair. I believe it is a good, decent chair and the best thing is the back + neck support. However, I got the chair for a higher price but it is still worth it. It has been only a couple of days in use and will comment about its longevity after a while.
Good quality, easy assemble, very comfortable, excellent price and delivery.
I also used a drill to help install the hex screws provided this made it much easier then just tightened them up with the allen key afterwards.

Excellent chair exactly as described, easy to put together and use.
The product, purchased to replaced a similar item, appears to be of good construction and meets the description as advertised. I was aware of the limited warranty (3 months full and then a restricted one) on purchase. I still feel that, in this day and age, a 12 month warranty should be a minimum.

Assembled quickly with no hassles and is working perfectly well. I have had more expensive chairs which have not been as good as this.
Went together well, it’s not too difficult to do if you follow the instructions and make sure you’re using the correct sized screws for each stage.
Comfortable, it won’t handle a lot of abuse but should last a while if looked after properly. Value for money looks really nice too.
The chair it’s easy to mount, everything is fine my only issue is because apparently is a little bent to one side
