Great that it’s in black. Nice reset button that confused me at first. Great that it has notches on the back so it can be screwed to something if needed. Nice thick cable. LED light to know its powered. Great buy.

Looks like a good surge protector, sturdy, does the job, excellent value for money – already tested USB chargers as well as main sockets.
One advice – it worth checking orientation of the plugs you’re going to put there before making an order – as certain appliances may have inversed orienation and occupy both sockets (see photo on the left)

I had 3 usb chargers plugged in to my last extension, thats 3 chargers running all day and every day. One for my amazon prime TV, and 2 for hdmi switchers so I can use all my consoles on different devices. I have now no longer have any chargers plugged in and I feel a lot safer.
I’m starting to replace the extension leads in the front room with black ones as these are the ones that are on show & black fits the dark, industrial themed room much better than the standard bright white ones that I’m getting sick of looking at!
This comes with 8 sockets plus 4 USBs so very handy. It’s mad how many things come without a plug these days! Nice long lead means I can plug it in behind the sofa & stretch it all the way around to the front edge for easy use. And the switch on the extension itself makes things such easier as it means I can switch everything off each night & there’s no chance I could get behind the sofa to switch off at the wall!
Would work great for taking to hostels & hotels etc where plug sockets are few & far between! The plug sockets on this are fast charger too
IMPORTANT NOTE: Make sure to check the Amps on everything you’re using at once time with the extension & make sure not to overload it. Just because there are 12 socket options it doesn’t mean you can use all 12 in one go safely! It works well for us as many of the sockets are taken up with various chargers that stay plugged in all of the time but not all in use all of the time (just saves us losing them or forgetting to plug them back in!)

I have six sockets under my TV, on the shelf above my fireplace. There are 3 USBs. But this is not enough for anyone. Every time I look, all the sockets are full and I have to unplug something. Sometimes I disassemble what I shouldn’t, and it bothers me.
That’s why I bought this big and wonderful Extension Leads. There are exactly 8 sockets and 4 USBs. It also comes with a cable holder and organizer as a gift. This is perfect!
I bought the crappier Extension Leads for 18 than this product. It was 1.6 meters, it was cheap plastic, there were 4 sockets… Sometimes it is necessary to investigate better, I know that.
It is designed from a very wonderful plastic. I didn’t realize this when I touched his plastic. It is not a thin and cheap looking plastic.
It has 4 great USBs. I say great because it allows me to charge faster with the same cable. That means their USBs have better powers.
There are 4 upward and 4 downward facing sockets. This is a thoughtful design to ensure a great layout. Some brands’ products are unfortunately not like this, you can see it.
Not much to describe, it’s an extension lead , it works . Has surge protection. I put it to use straight away
