A good camera when I got it to eventually work .It does seem to pick up movement of people most of the time, but can miss movements at others .A good value camera as I don’t feel the need to have colour at night time .I have installed a SD card to capture playback i.
Excellent camera great price easy installation and performs as it says on the box would highly recommend this product.
Security of front of house human detection for deliveries callers etc
Bit tricky to set up but that might be to do with my BT router. Tried to set up indoors the day I received it and no luck. Next morning its was fine (odd!!!) and had been ok ever since.
Perfect and easy set up! Records continuously with fast forward option for viewing. Alarm to smartphone can be changed to a more alter sound. Image quality is perfect switch between Full FD or standard. I would recommend to anyone setting up their own DIY CCTV.
It has performed faultlessly since we fitted it. It does occasionally detect an image which isn’t human!! The daylight images are of excellent quality. I had to switch off the detection sound as it became bothersome.
Trying to get the camera read the QR code is impossible. I managed to connect the unit eventually
Email replies were very slow, sometimes taking two days and after I made further requests to respond, I got used to emails starting with “sorry for the very late reply”. After a couple of weeks of back and forth emails, me trying different things they advised that it was my camera, not the solar panel which had the problem. The camera had a hardware problem. They suggested I return it from where I bought it, if still in warranty.
So, I advised them that they were the supplier through Amazon, and forwarded my order numbers. They replied asking for copies of my invoices, which I sent. I waited for a couple of days, nothing. I did my usual and sent an email asking for a response, nothing. After a week I advised them that if they didn’t reply I was going to open a case with amazon, nothing. I opened a case with Amazon who were brilliant, as I’d done the correct approach to resolve the issue. Although the camera was now 2 months old they sent me return labels and refunded me. I advised EZVIZ that Amazon had sorted me out.
A few days later I got an email from EZVIZ customer services stating that they’d had a technical issue and my messages weren’t getting through, asking me to confirm by email that my issue was now resolved.
I didn’t reply.
I then ordered the identical camera, fitted it and now things are running perfectly.
EZVIZ – could learn a thing or two from Amazon customer services. Well done Amazon.
Great camera for the price paid. A bit tricky to set up but works well and images are clear. Still getting used to the functions as only installed it recently but so far, so good. Able to see live images from another country via app on phone. Will probably purchase another one for a different location. Excellent product.
Very compact, looks good, quality images. Data storage is either via a subscription based cloud, or with SIM card which once inserted and is full overwrites oldest stored data. Works fine, yet to be winter weather tested.

Very happy so far with the results. The picture quality is great and the motion detection is excellent at picking up humans and tracking them as they move. Night vision is also excellent and gives a good long range. The only negative so far is the wifi receivers are very weak, so much so I have had to hard wire this in connected to a Wi-Fi extender via ethernet cable. The app is also excellent and seems to have a good level of security compared to other camera brands as this one enables you to encrypt the camera feed with a password in addition to your account login.
Very useful . The view is very good when the street lights are turned off. not blurry. You can change the direction of the camera from the phone as you wish. you can hear the sounds. constantly getting notifications. It records when someone passes by and you can watch it whenever you want.
Initially I had numerous issues trying to get the camera’s to connect via Ethernet. If you intend to use just an ethernet connection as apposed to a WiFi connection do not set up the cameras initially via WiFi. I purchased 30 meter cat6 Ethernet cables to compliment these cameras. Having said all of that they are now working flawlessly and my family abroad has no issues viewing live feeds or taking pictures via app found on app store. I did contact their help desk and found it slightly uninformed about the issue I was facing. This took me one week to resolve and not what they were suggesting. If you set up camera’s through the WiFi connection the LAN connection could not find camera’s connected via Ethernet. I had to reset pw on my router for WiFi and re installed the app as each time it would automatically connect to the WiFi connection even after resetting the camera’s numerous times. The motion detection is great, night vision is fantastic if you select light assisted mode the sound is good could be better. The live feed via ethernet section has less options on app. Finally you can pinch n zoom. One last thing the provided Ethernet waterproof housing is of no use as it only works if you intend to crimp connectors manually.

It dose the job as described and happy to have it. Although the tracking of motion is not so fast, its performance fit such a cheap band of cameras.

Great value for money. Excellent night vision over a large area. Very good motion detection and picture quality. Software for control and viewing camera or recorded video is not bad either. I recommend you purchase a suitable sd card as although there is a “cloud” subscription service this could work out more expensive in the long run.
