It’s a good game but if anything let’s it down It’s having to collect so much cr#p to upgrade stuff I seem to be collecting all the time instead of enjoying missions
At first this game is quite complex to figure out and a bit slow but after a few hours and several weapon upgrades it gets a lot more interesting and enjoyable to play. There are loads of weapons but most aren’t necessary. Just pick a favourite few. I recommend using the rocket launcher, it’s very satisfying blowing up the helicopters and trucks. As other reviewers mention, the game does crash from time to time, mostly on start up but it’s crashed twice so far during game play on my PS5. Nothing so far to cause too many problems, just a quick mission repeat. Overall I like the game and have played it for many hours, with still many more to go. The graphics are really good. There are plenty of missions available so a lot of hours game play available.

I like how they have gone back to the 3rd game hell of alot of weapons to build few glitches at the beginning. But one of the patches sorted that out.

More of the usually Far Cry-ness but how it has lots of cut scenes in the 3rd person that take away from the experience unlike previous releases.
Still well worth a play though.
Overall a good play if you enjoy the Far Cry franchise. A few issues here in there include AI intelligence, the story structure and not many new additions to the Far Cry formula. However, it still retains its fun action packed scenes and lots of free roam activities to do.

Cuando crea que tras Farcry 5 nada me iba a gustar massacan el 6 con una historia que engancha y un personaje tremendo.
Las misiones se pueden hacer repetitivas pero es lo mismo que otras entregas. Lo divertido est en que tu puedes hacer las cosas de varias formas as no te cansas
This is a great big crowd pleasing, popcorn munching, monster of a game. What it lacks in plot and subtlety it more than makes up for in explosions and hilarious unscripted moments. Those who have played previous Far Cry games will find no surprises here: it’s more of the same busywork. It’s disappointing that there is little innovation since Far Cry 5. If anything, there is a regression in the game’s systems. The NPC companions, for example, are less sophisticated than in Far Cry 5. They can’t even join you in vehicles as passengers. This leads to ridiculous moments where you’ll jump in a helicopter to fly across an island whilst your disabled pet dog follows beneath you, traversing miles of terrain on his two paws and two squeaky wheels. Even more ridiculous is that no matter how far you travel, your companion will arrive just a few moments after you.
But despite these criticisms, Far Cry 6 is great big dumb fun. It’s my go to game after a hard day’s work. Whilst more “worthy” games such as Ghost of Tsushima go unplayed, I’ve put some 20 hours into Far Cry 6. Its beautiful tropical islands, huge firefights and daft moments are pure fun. There’s also quieter moments such as treasure hunts where you search for breadcrumbs of information in order to track down a new piece of kit or a fancy weapon. The discovery of hidden caves, sunken villages and the notes left by characters long gone add depth that make Far Cry 6’s tropical islands a more rewarding destination to explore than than the rather flat fields, forests and plains of Ghost of Tsushima.
If you enjoy first person open world games and have never experienced Far Cry, this is an essential purchase. If you’ve played any of the previous Far Crys (certainly 4 or 5) then you already know whether you’re “all Cry’d out” or it’s time to don your wing suit and grab your rocket launcher once more. Whilst there is an online shop to buy extra vehicles, weapons and skins with real money, these aren’t essential by any stretch and the amount of game you get with Far Cry 6 makes it great value for money.

It’s good Massive maps, good graphics but after a while it get boring
The hunting is terrible and when it comes to the fishing I fished out front, left, right 3 types of fish shame over and over.

A gorgeous, extremely fun entry into the Far Cry series. If you’re a fan of 3 or 5, this is one will probably be right up your street ( I didn’t like 4 or New Dawn). It’s chaotic, endlessly entertaining, and great value too with loads to do. The story is pretty good as well. Highly recommended.

The game starts off on a small island which did mostly disappointed me. Same farcry I thought, nothing special, but the more you play it, the better it gets. The game is huge, beautiful in some areas and has spectacular sunsets and sunrises. I’ve explored all of the main south island area now, I think. Great choice of vehicles, weapons, helicopters and boats. I absolutely love this game. If you liked previous games, you’ll love this
I knew buying this product would be a risk as I’ve never played the Far Cry series, but this has honestly been so far, a blast to play. From graphics, side quests and little hidden gems this game is really a beauty in all aspects. 10/10.
My son was desperate for this game to be released and we had it pre ordered for months. Overall the game lived up to expectations but the prime pre order process was a let down with delivery coming days after actual release. The email said delivery would be 4 days away so I actually cancelled the preorder and bought again and got delivery next day. Defeats the purpose of preorder.
Product very good. Delivery poor as was suppose to be PRIME and listed as next day that then turned into 3 days later……..Is Prime worth it?……Always seems to be when Royal Mail are used.
This game is brilliant. The map is huge, the gameplay is way better than the last few far cry games. This is the first game I’ve just stopped and been blown away by the scenary. I love the premise and the destruction is everything you want from a far cry game. Definitely recommended!
Juegazo, si quieres pasar horas y horas jugando este es tu juego, es muy largo llevar unas 20/25h jugadas y haciendo misiones principales y secundarias an no he descubierto todo el mapa. Tiene muy buenos grficos en muchos momentos parece que ests viendo una pelcula.

Best far cry yet in my opinion, brilliant varied locations ,side quests aren’t just fetch quests they actually have variety ,weapons are great, massive open world you never run out of things to do,looks superb on ps5 ,must buy for far cry fans
If you like Farcry games then this is the same things as in the other farcry games, open world story based but with freedom to play at your own pace and route.
Really immersive, beautiful world, fun gameplay with the option to go crazy with a whole variety of weapons and gadgets or take it slow and stealthy. A few comedic bugs here & there that’ll likely get squashed out in upcoming patches. One con to the game – No option to change the speed of your cursor in the menus, which is really annoying if you are using a controller! Other than that, great game!

Me encanta la saga far cry. Mundos abiertos con grficos de bastante calidad y una cantidad de misiones de los ms variada.
El fallo principal para mi gusto son los lugares interiores, dentro de una habitacin, donde hecho en falta mejores grficos en los detalles y objetos de las habitaciones.
Had about six – eight hours in and have to say I like it. I do like Far Cry games and yes along the same lines as the others. Finding some of these reviews unfair. It’s far cry what do you expect. Same as the other franchises that Ubisoft make you either like or you don’t. It’s not going to move away drastically from theirctried and tested just in another part of the world or area. EDIT: After few updates from Ubisoft I have to withdraw my previous comments. The graphics have improved massively and now are looking more like next-gen (although there is still plenty of room for improvement). The game mechanics and controls have been improved too and there is nothing to complain about now. Overall, if this version of the game (Dec. ’21) was released initially I think it would avoid the majority of the negative reviews. For me it progressed from being a disappointment to the contender for the best game ever!
OLD REVIEW: First the good things: the game is ok’ish, I like the Cuban vibe and music in it. The story line is quite engaging too. That’s it.
The bad things: the graphics are so outdated that it’s unbelievable that it’s being promoted as a new-gen game. It feels like it was made 5 years ago. The game mechanics are quite rough around the edges and controlling your person/vehicle gets glitchy.
I’d happily pay 40 for it on the release day, not the asking RRP 60, not worth it.
