It’s small, lightweight & quiet to run on the lowest setting.
Good value for money and exactly what we were looking for.
I bought this to use in my spin class, and it is absolutely amazing!
My spin studio is ridiculously hot, aircon never works, they only have one fan, and sometimes I have to leave early as the heat makes me feel ill.
I used this today, and it was absolutely perfect. Lightweight, clips on easily and holds well.
Definitely recommend this fan.
Super wee fan (think menopause is chasing me !!) I’ve used it attached to lap top at work & taken on trip away my only problem is length of cable but that’s personal preference . No complaints & thanks for the breeze during the night 🙂
The button got stuck in immediately and it broke the seller contacted me personally and rectified the situation very quickly I am completely satisfied with my service and experience.
Love this fan, Its small and quiet, The battery has decent life and its easy to charge via the usb cable provided.
One thing however, when you are charging the fan, and use the fan, the fan is slower. Which is something I like. Its designed this way and not a fault. So you could say you have even more speeds than quoted.
I really like this little fan.
It’s pink, its cute & its a powerful fan too.
It’s sturdy enough and doesn’t topple over easily or too ofte
So far so good. They clip on easily and run on a USB battery pack that. Great for camping, or when the power it out at home and you need some air circulating while you sleep.
This is a great rechargeable fan that can be clipped onto surfaces or free standing on a desk or table. It has 3 wind speeds which are more than enough for personal use. I would also like to mention how quiet this fan is even on the top speed. Overall this is a really good fan for an excellent price. Highly recommended
I received this item from the Amazon Vine Program.
Arrived well packed and presented.
Lovely pink colour.
Includes battery that can be charged.
Can be clipped or can stand on it’s own. Looks well made and durable. Smooth finish with no sharp edges.
I use it in the office on hybrid days. Convenient to bring and also perfect for travel.
Has 3 speeds. Low noise. Although noise increases as speed increases.
Includes USB cable for charging. Fan can be used while charging which is great!
It costs 10.99 at the time of this review. Great value.
A fantastic desk fan is very easy to obviously turn on and set up very useful and there is 3 speeds and this case is very strong so of course very much needed especially in the summertime when you’re trying to fall asleep he becomes the best and it’s the most useful. I really do admire the desk and how it’s been made the design is very unique it’s very firm it’s not flimsy at all which is very good easy to turn the actual fan up or down of course there’s no left or right rotation but that’s not necessarily needed the actual stand itself grips really well onto pretty much any surface specially if it’s on a disc and the USB cable is perfect length easily attachable especially to your laptop or even if you’re attaching it to a plug. define itself the material that’s been used to make the actual fan is very good and of great high quality. I can see that it seems to be an item that would last a very long time and for that reason I very much admire this. I definitely recommend it especially for the price.
This is a great little handheld fan, it’s very simple to use, it has one button which you press to cycle between 3 speeds and off.
It’s not silent but it’s still quiet enough to not be annoying and moves a good amount of air even on the lowest setting.
It includes a nice little stand, which works really well and sets it apart from other fans in this price range.
This small fan can be clipped onto the side of a desk, stroller or inside the car if you can find something suitable to clip it onto, or it can sit flat on a surface. It has three speed settings, the highest of which is surprisingly powerful. It works straight out of the box (you just need to insert the rechargable battery provided) but also comes with a small charging lead. For the price I am very impressed and will be making a lot of use of this fan over the summer.
I got this because I hate being hot at night, but can’t leave the windows open because of pets. I just charge in the day, and point it at me at night. If it’s really sweltering I clip it right next to me and have it blowing at my head. It’s great.
I love the colour, and that you can place it pretty much anywhere.
I’m sure this’ll get plenty of use this summer.
Used this in my office, clipped on top of my computer, or used inside the car attached to usb. Battery life is long enough, very lightweight as can be carried anywhere. Helps with overcoming heat especially during summer. Cheap and affordable.
Foseal Portable Handheld USB Rechargeable Fan received per the order in a cardboard box depicting a heading of “S8 Handy Fan” and measuring 210 x 112 x 55mm. On opening the box I was presented with a plastic bag holding the fan, which is a lightweight handheld fan on a stick, as requested in white with yellow blades, a silver section around the upper stick has the Micro USB socket and the single multifunction power and speed selector button, a stand that it can be slotted into is also provided so you have a handsfree capability if required.
I charged the fan before using which took 7 hours – a very long time for a smallish battery, though I did note that the fan operates whilst charging so that is a bonus.
In use simply press the single available button once to start then you have the option of two more presses for incremental speed jumps before the fourth press tuns off the fan. At the lowest speed is is OK, though higher speeds develop a noticeable whine which is consistent with motor demands for speed and airflow. The unit worked well in use and at 10.99 provides portable relief for warmer weather and the stand is useful for handsfree use, but charging seems to take forever and that is somewhat irksome.
This portable, clip-on fan comes with a standard 18650 rechargeable battery and a USB charging cable. It can be clipped onto a shelf or table, or left free-standing on the oval base. I have the pink one here.
The fan arrives in a small cardboard box with the components loose inside. Normally I would commend this minimalist packaging, but there is nothing to separate the battery and USB cable. It is extremely unlikely that the two would be able to cause a short circuit, but experience tells me that ‘extremely unlikely’ things often happen within minutes of someone telling me it’s ‘almost impossible’. The battery should be wrapped up, because a short circuit will cause a fire.
Speaking of the battery, it seems to have confused a few people. I don’t know why, because it’s clearly marked with positive and negative, and so is the fan. 18650’s are a very common battery found in torches and vaping equipment. Unlike an AA battery, both ends look similar, and it can be fitted the wrong way round. That’s not the fan’s fault.
Assuming you have paid attention to the polarity markings, the battery is a doddle to fit. Mine came partially charged so I was able to test the fan immediately. When I put it on to charge fully, it did take a very long time to charge up.
The fan has three speeds. It does get louder as you turn up the speed. I measured 50dB on my phone app at a distance where I was getting the full benefit of the air being moved – about a meter. 50dB is regarded as ‘quiet’, but that doesn’t necessarily mean it isn’t annoying.
It’s louder than my PC fans on idle, and nowhere near as loud as my PC when my driving sim is running and the fans are on full speed. It’s definitely tolerable and I wouldn’t really call it loud. I don’t find it particularly annoying, either.
I was actually a bit surprised how well it moved the air. All three speeds give different airflows too.
There are loads of these fans at the moment, some of which have truly eye-watering prices. I honestly can’t see how they are any better than this one – which costs 12. I think that’s pretty reasonable.
These portable fans are becoming more popular and I can certainly see why. They really do pack a punch and are powerful little things to say the least. The fact they can be charged and do not have wires, means they are super portable and are great for hot days and nights, also great if you are going on a holiday in a hot destination and need to stay cool.
Comes with three different speeds, which are easy to navigate.
Easy to hold and comfy to grip with how it has been designed.
Appears to be durable.
Decent battery.
Impressed with this.
Superb little fan that takes one 18650 battery (supplied) which can be charged externally or using the supplied micro-USB and plugging into the back of the fan.
As the battery is in the cage with the fan and motor, it can rotate around without needing to worry about connecting wires. That allows you to position it in any direction without end stops. The button on the back sets the power (3 levels) and it’s really very good. Quiet yet powerful.
The clamp is string enough to hang from anything – I’ve got mine on the plinth under wall cabinets in my kitchen and is perfect when peeling onions!
Good value and very effective.
I received this mini fan for free as part of the Amazon Vine Programme.
I LOVE this mini fan so much! The colour is so pretty and I love that you can clip it anywhere. I clipped it onto the stroller and it has been absolutely perfect in this hot weather. I can keep my child cool and it is a lovely size so it doesn’t get in the way. It is great that it is rechargeable too! It is so easy to unclip from one place to another as well – I think it is exceptional!
Great addition to my working from home desk
This item looks great and matches my pink themed room .
The biggest shock was the amount of power this tiny little fan has.
The clip is handy so can put anywhere.
And I love that it is easily chargeable by usb
Great produc
I have a few of these style fans. Perfect for hot flushes or a summers day. Multiple settings to choose from. Can be placed on the stand or used on the go. Battery life is veterans 3-6 hours depending on the speed you use the fan o
Foseal Desk Fan, 3 Speed 360 Adjustable USB Clip on Fan, Portable Personal Fan Rechargeable for Bed, Desk, Office, Car, Stroller, Camping, Gym (Pink). This is a great fan. I love the colour.
11.99 at time of review. 5*.
Easy to use, lightweight handheld fan. Portable but also has a base so you would be able to stand it on a desk or something.
Perfect for on the go, in the office or wherever you may need it.
3 adjustable wind speeds.
Rechargable
Nice and small so it really doesn’t take up much room if I wanted it sat on my desk, the clamp is nice and strong which I’m really happy with.
Can be turned or tilted to any direction you need. 3 settings low, medium and high, it’s more than powerful enough for me personally sat at my nail desk to just keep a cool breeze over my desk area. It’s really not noisy either infact it’s alot quieter than I was expecting so I’d definitely recommend it for office’s that need low noise etc..
Rechargeable so it doesn’t need to be plugged in however if the battery was dead and you needed to use it plugged in for a while it’s got a very very short wire which would definitely restrict where you can put it but as long as it’s kept charged I don’t see it bothering me
And it’s pink too- bonus my favourite colour! Will be fab for hot summer days stuck at my desk!
Titles slightly mislead but context is there, it’s a small USB rechargeable clip/standing desk fan.
I’m a big fan it’s great! Recommend.
This fan is great. For its size it is very powerful. I clipped it to my daughters bed as she has a high bed so normal fans do not reach it. It swivels all the way round so you can have it facing either way and the clip is really durable and strong. Great colour too.
This is a sturdy and very well made little fan. Gives a great cooling breeze and is very effective and portable . Useful to clip on a shelf or bed frame or will stand on any surface as well. Great to take along with you anywhere really. Also great for a stroller or a childs room or to use in the car .
This is small but a good size for the desk and can be adjusted in the direction you want it to blow (up/down/right/left etc. It is powered by a USB cable and can be plugged into an adaptor or a laptop or powerbank. It has a compartment for a battery (not supplied) so no need to connect it to anything. For its size it is powerful with 3 speeds. Well made, flexible, portable and for its size powerful.
It’s really useful to have this on standby now it’s Spring and getting warmer! Rather than do what I did last year and trying to buy one in the heatwave and the shops were bare because that’s what everyone else was doing. It’s portable and small enough to be carried around comfortably. It came with a charger and a stand that can be placed on a desk. I like that you don’t have to pick between holding it or placing it on a desk!
I’m sure I’ll make use of this – would recommend!
Nice desk/handheld fan, but relatively weak battery.
Good:
– Easy to use, three speeds and on/off from a single button.
– Comfortable to hold.
– Comes with a base stand to make it more stable and won’t knock over as easily. The base is lined with an anti-slip material, which works to some degree, so that’s good.
– The fan cage doesn’t open, so you’re unlikely to be hurt by the fan blades unless you try.
– Can be used while charging, as the charging port is on the side, which is very important, meaning you can charge it while it’s placed upright on a desk to use, again, shows thought to be used as a desk fan as well as a handheld fan.
Neutral:
– No charger, but comes with a charging cable. This is pretty standard with these fans.
Bad:
– Fan area is a bit small, meaning the CFM is quite low, so not as cool as some bigger ones.
– Battery is quite weak. Supposed to last between one and four hours depending on speed, which isn’t very impressive.
Currently priced at 11.99, which is an OK price, but the functionality and battery are lacking a bit.
A good quality desk fan that clips onto pretty much anything which makes it very easy to use. It is cooling and refreshing and a very good size as well. It is high quality and very durable, good value for money, and I really can’t fault it. Recommended.
This is simply packaged in a well presented box and comes with a short USB-A to Micro USB charging cable, 50cm in length.
The fan is very light and has a good simple design whereby it can either clip to something (grip open up to approx. 4.5cm) or is more than capable as being used as a small desk fan – and can be adjusted to any angle.
I comes with a big 5000mAh rechargeable battery and the fan can operate with or without the battery inserted if the external 5v USB cable is inserted.
On the the back of the fan is a push button for on/off and to cycle through the 3 speeds:
off > S1 > S2 > S3 > off > S1 > S2 > S3 >off.
The diameter of the blades is approx. 9cm, but the moving blades themselves are only 3cms, which effectively means the air flow is quite focused.
As for the wind generation from the fan… pretty good, obviously with the small fan blades, the wind focus is quite narrow at close range, but effective and with good differentiation between the 3 speeds.
Using a basic Anemometer and Sound Level Meter, I measured the following wind speeds and sound levels (at arms length only for sound).
Testing was basic and figures are for reference only to show the relative difference in measured speeds when the air comes out of the fan head, then at half arms length (as though closer to the face/body) and then at full arms (as though holding slightly further from the face/body), for the 3 different speed settings:
Fan head output – half arms length – full arms length (Sound level at arms length)
Speed 1: 2.8m/s – 2.1m/s – 1.6m/s (36dB – quiet) … a nice gentle breeze
Speed 2: 3.3m/s – 2.6m/s – 1.9m/s (43dB – just about hear fan motor) … soft gentle wind
Speed 3: 4.0m/s – 3.2m/s – 2.3m/s (49dB – can hear fan motor whine) … a good wind and you can hear the wind rush in yours if the fan is direct facing you at arms length.
Overall, a great little handheld fan that can also just about free stand on a table/desk.
At 11.99 (at the time of review), a fantastic effective fan – easy to clip to something and also a good little desk fan.
An easy and definite 5 imho.
This is a really cute little fan, lightweight and portable. One of the best things is you don’t need batteries and you don’t need to be plugged in for the fan to work: just charge up using the USB cable included and then it’s completely wireless to use. The fan head can be manually rotated and the wide stable base means you have the option to use it as a desktop fan or you can clip it onto surfaces up to 1″ thick.
The fan has 3 speeds which I found to be cooling; the button – as with most of these mini fans – is at the back along with the charging port. The fan is lightweight plastic but feels sturdy enough. I think for the size/portability/convenience, this is a nice little budget fan – miles better than the restrictive older models which only worked if you were plugged in with a USB cable. I really like the pastel pink colour too, I have several of these fans and I think they’re great.
A small, light fan which clips on to items or can be used with the clip closed to act as a stand.is ideal to carry in a bag for use on the go.
The fan is nice and steady when in use, even at the highest speed and clipped on to something. As it is so versatile it enables you to set it up on your office desk or monitor to keep cool you when the temperature rises and is especially handy if you share an office with others who like it to be warmer than you.
It has a fully adjustable fan head to allow you to direct the air flow where you need it most.
It charges pretty quickly, taking a couple of hours to reach full battery, it can be charged from a pc, battery pack etc as it has a usb cable provided.
It is pretty quiet, especially on the lower setting, so not only will it not annoy others around you but you can easily sleep through this low level white noise.
A small and Beautiful made fan and lightweight USB desk fan that has a strong motor it’s a bit small but works great. It has 3 speeds settings can adjust.
Additionally, it’s USB fan so can be use in car on workplace desk.
Moreover, an adjustable angle and a 360-degree rotatable body.
Love this! It’s got 3 speed settings but it’s small so it doesn’t take up too much room. Comes with a battery and a cable to recharge. At the moment I use it in my room to cool down after getting out of a hot shower or bath but when the weather warms up I will be taking it to work (which was my intention when ordering it) as I can attach it to my desk without needing to battle behind the desks for a spare plug! I will probably just buy another one as it comes in so handy at home.
This is a small clip fan that will comfortably clip onto a desk or a shelf of approx 1″ thickness (or anything under). The clip makes it useful if you want to position the fan in an awkward spot, perhaps on a shelf with the head tiled downwards or onto the side of a desk etc. The base is also stable enough so you can use it on a flat surface like a desk, without needing to be clipped on.
It’s a USB-chargeable fan so you don’t need batteries; this is a practical update to older models that needed to be plugged in to work. It does come with its own rechargeable battery (this is not a conventional sized battery and looks a bit bigger to me than standard AA); place this into the fan and from there onwards treat it as a USB-chargeable fan.
The fan has 3 speeds which I found to be cooling; the button – as with most of these mini fans – is at the back along with the charging port. The fan is made with lightweight plastic and does have a budget feel to it but it’s quite powerful for its size and not too noisy either. I think it’s good for the price, especially given how compact and portable it is. Plus I really love the pastel aqua colour I got!
This handheld fan is great, its super lightweight and easy to use. Good charging and great value for money
This clip-on fan from Foseal popped up on Amazon at the right moment as a good idea for my elderly mum. She’s travelling to the Mediterranean for a long break this summer, and I’ve been looking for things that will help her cope with the heat.
The Foseal fan seems to deliver the sort of personal cooling I want for Mum, who has tried it and agrees. The 5-inch-ish (13 cm) caged fan has three speeds, pushing out quite a strong breeze. The base is a plastic clip which can grip the edge of thin to medium desks, tables and headboards. The caged fan is in a frame with two points of swivel that let you point it more or less any direction once you’ve fixed it in place.
The cage over the fan blades mean it’s safe to drop into a bag for use away from the house.
The base of the clip is flat enough to let you stand the fan on a flat surface.
I like the fact that the Foseal fan is rechargeable via micro-USB. It won’t be back up and running instantly like a battery fan but it’s eco-green-ish and electric sockets don’t stop selling batteries after Sunday lunch. Foseal don’t make any promises about battery charging times or hours of use. The battery is removable so if you can find one to match you could have a backup.
You can use the fan continuously plugged into a charger, powerbank, computer USB socket etc.
The red light that shows when it’s charging glows blue when it’s on, which is a bit of an issue for use at night, as is the fact that it’s not exactly whisper quiet.
For 11.99 at time of review it’s at the cheap end of a surprisingly crowded market but strikes me as reasonable value for a convenient way of cooling yourself at a desk, in bed, or just sitting in the house.
This is a fairly basic little rechargeable fan by Foseal.
It is a lovely mint green colour.
It has a strong bulldog style clip that can be used either to clip it to a car seat , desk, tent poll, bicycle handle bar, pushchair, exercise equipment or can be just used as a strand on a desk.
It charges in a couple of hours and then works for about 2-6 hours depending on which of the 3 speeds you select.
Provided is a USB A to Micro USB cable with which it charges and this takes about 2-3 hours. It can be plugged into an adapter, or computer, or any USB A socket.
There is a simple on/off switch on the back and this is also used to increase the the speed.
For its size, this fan delivered a very strong breeze and it is fairly quiet.
The price is fair for a product that seems well made.
This fan is a must have for summer as it is very convenient. This provides fresh air and is easy to use as there is only one button to change and control the speed of the fan.
It is convenient to travel with as it is small and can be taken anywhere despite the size it is still quite a powerful fan. The fan and the bracket can be rotated at 360 by manual, allowing you to direct the airflow direction, make sure to deliver the wind at various perspectives.
This is also adjustable and easy to clean as the front of the fan can be removed and does not collect dust easily .
This is highly recommended for summer especially for those travelling it’s perfect for the house or the car as it can be adjusted anywhere with minimal effort.
Brilliant product,
Really like this item,
Its lightweight, easy to use, and looks nice too,
Good value for money
I absolutely love this fan.
The fan is it cute teal turquoise colour and it is no more than 20 cm big. The fan itself is very easy to set up as you can have it clipped onto the side of your desk or have it stand up by itself therefore allowing you to put it wherever is best suited. Furthermore, the fan has two options. You can either have it powered by USB and therefore have it connected wherever you feel like(however the extension line is quite short and therefore you’d have to be reasonably close to where ever it plugged in.) or it comes with a battery which is provided and you can put in .
For such a small fan, it is a lot more powerful than I thought it was. You press the button to turn it on and then it has three different modes with three different strengths.
All of these are perfect for the hot months and I would really recommend this.
This fan is very good quality, it has 3 different speeds, it charges via usb and one charge lasts up to 4 hours on the lowest speed. Its small enough to fit in your bag, ideal for your holidays. The lowest setting gives a good blow, I’ve never used the higher speeds yet. Very easy to use and great value for money.
Great little fan. Works well can be stored away easily.
This is a great little fan. Its a lovely colour and looks exactly as shown in the product photos. It clips on or stands on its own. It comes with its own cable but also has an integrated battery so js fully rechargeable. It has 3 speeds and is easily controlled by a push button on the rear on the fan. Overall, this is a really nice fan, surprisingly powerful, well made and a lovely colour!
I always wanted one of these portable USB chargeable fans ever since I saw one of my colleagues using a portable fan in a hot summer day when the office air con broke.
The plastic doesn’t look cheap, and I like the textured pattern on the handle. The button is silver and easy to see, and it comes with a base for hands-free use which is a bonus.
The fan has 3 settings and the fastest setting is quite powerful for what it is. 9.99 (at the time of the review) is quite a good price, given that others cost more and some are smaller.
So my Dad is bedbound in our house, he has his own hospital bed and table, and during summer we already know he will suffer as the part of the house he sleeps in is the hottest. This will make things more comfortable for him.
The fan itself is 11.99 and I don’t think it’s a bad price considering you can plug this into his usb or use the battery that came in the packet. It’s quite sturdy when I’ve been looking at it, and it’s quite easy to adjust through its 3 speed settings.
The colour itself is an added bonus, it’s a nice blue green colour as shown on the advert.
I have the pastel green version of the fan and although it’s not the most attractive of colours it looks a little better than I had expected. It is made from a fairly strong plastic and I like that the clip has a strong grip when the fan is mounted that way; I find it stays in place on my headboard for example. It also works as a stand in its own right and the fan can easily be angled to point and tilt in all directions. It is supplied with a single 18650 battery which recharges whilst in the unit using the supplied USB cable in any standard USB outlet.
I like that the fan has three operating speeds which are selected using the button on the back of the fan, and it is easy to use. The highest setting is strong, and great for helping to keep cool. The only disappointment for me is that the fan isn’t quite quiet enough for me to leave on whilst sleeping, and is a little louder than I’d have liked. Otherwise, the fan is very good and because of the clip I am going to be able to fasten it to cupboards, chairs, beds and even in my vehicle.
The fan is a multi tasker, it can be stood on a desk or clipped on to something, it has a moveable fan head to ensure it is angled to suit your needs and three speeds to suit the temperature.
The clip is very strong, it holds the fan securely in place with no problem l
The three speeds create a decent breeze, the lowest speed is very quiet, each increase in speed brings an increase in sound, but even in the top speed it is still possible to sleep through.
It lasts well from a charge, obviously the lower speed lasts the longest and when it does need a charge it doesn’t take too long, a few hours max.
It can free stand or be clipped onto something, making it quite versatile. Three speeds too and it does chuck out enough air to keep you cool. Probably ideal for office desk in the summer perhaps.
Overall a good fan, simple to use and rechargeable so you don’t have to keep replacing batteries which is a good thing!
This portable rechargeable handheld fan seems well-made, is lightweight and easy to operate with an on/off button.
It comes with a stand so it can be securely stood on a surfaced whilst it is charging using the micro USB to USB A cable provided. It can also be used during charging.
It is white in colour with yellow blades inside.
It is fairly quiet in operation and can be adjusted to three speed settings. The lowest setting lasts the longest amount of time and the higher setting lasts about one hour.
I’ve been keeping this fan in my bag and it’s lovely to use when you’re feeling a bit hot and bothered and want to cool down. We’ve recently had some warm weather and this fan has been excellent.
At the time of writing this fan is 9.99, this is excellent value and I’m happy to recommend it.
A very nice handheld fan!! It looks and feels good quality.
The battery life is pretty good, especially if you use it on the lowest setting. There are three speeds in total, which are all controlled using the single power button.
The fan can either be used while holding in your hand or on a sand on the desk (stand included in the box).
This is a really nice fan, but one thing I’m disappointed with is the Micro USB charger. All my main devices use USB-C chargers, which means for this fan, I will have to carry a Micro USB cable with me.
This one will be going to my nephew, who keeps taking a similar one that I own.
These little fans are an absolute must have in summer for me, they keep me cool wherever I go, from sitting watching TV to doing the washing up, mine go everywhere with me.
This one comes with a little stand so you don’t have to hold it, you can sit it on a desk or table.
As it’s powered by a rechargeable battery you’re not limited to using it near a plug socket, so you can take it to use whilst shopping or in a restaurant or cafe.
Great for menopausal hot flushes, it’s saved me from many an uncomfortably warm situation.
It’s got 3 speeds but I find the medium one is more than enough in most cases and it lasts ages when fully charged.
I’d definitely recommend getting a couple of these in anticipation of a nice summer (please, please, please!)
They’re so handy and a great price.
Hope you found my review helpful
I received this item through the Amazon Vine programme.
This item is slightly larger than other hand-held fans I have at home (the grandkids have one each in the car to prevent arguments, and I have a couple around the house for us grownups..) but not such as to be inconvenient.
The fan appears well made and has a detachable base to allow it to be used on a flat surface like a desk.
Rechargeable via usb, a cable is provided. The fan has three speeds accessed by repeatedly pressing the control button.
I found it to be quiet in operation and to give out a good flow of air, particularly on the max setting.
Priced at 9.99 its the same price as the smaller examples I have mentioned, but has a better air output: unless you are actually looking for the smallest possible fan I think this item from Foseal offers excellent value for money.
Nice little hand held or standing fan. 3 fan speeds. Charging cable included, you just need to plug into a USB port. How long it keeps a charge depends on the speed you’re using – faster=more charge used. Comes charged and doesn’t take long to charge. It stands up quite stably on its stand. The kids like this sat on the desk
The mini hand held fan is really cool, it really brings cool air and has just the right amount of power. I would really recommend buying this hand held fan. A very nice item to own for the summer time, it can be hand held or put on the desk with the base attached. Speed modes are excellent, very nice and powerful and the best thing is, it is definitely the quietest fan i have seen! Definitely recommend!
This arrives in a nicely printed box measuring approx 21cm x 11cm x 5.5cm.
This would be easy to wrap & make a lovely summertime gift.
Inside the box you get the handheld fan, a small circular stand & a micro USB charger cable.
The fan is quiet, looks good & has 3 levels of power – you cycle though the single button from on low, to on medium to on high to off.
It can be stood on it’s end & used freestanding if you haven’t brought the base with you & you’ve taken it out for the day.
The only thing I don’t like about this is the choice of a micro USB charger.
I’ve got so many things with USB chargers of one type or another & the micro USB ones seem to break the most often.
If this was USB C I’d have given it 5 stars.
Foceal portable hand held fan is usb rechargeable with 3 different speeds it is battery powered, you can hold it in your hand or sit it on a surface, for a small fan it is really good just what we need with the hot weather coming in.
Small but powerful fan.
The fan can be used as a handheld fan or it can be stood on its base plate and be used on a desk/ bedside table etc.
It is surprisingly powerful for its small size, I found that the first power level was more than enough to provide a cooling breeze.
It is quiet, especially on the lowest power setting and I can sleep through the noise of it easily.
It charges via a usb lead so can be done from your laptop.
Hapot enough with this little clip fan , I ha r it inside a grow tent and it has been on constant for about 6 months .. no sign of degrading or malfunctioning. Needs a little clean from dust Evey so often . That said it has lost some power it’s not throwing out as much air . But that’s to be expected . It’s a budget fan will be interesting to see how long it lasts
Nothing to dislike brilliant in the car or any where well worth the money
Perfect for cooling hot and, jumpy legs at night, nice and quiet.
Absolutely love this fan! Charges easy and last few days before it needs charging again. Very quiet, I have mine clipped on my headboard as I suffer from night sweats, just switch it on the lowest level and cools me down instantly and doesn’t wake my partner up as it’s so quiet, best thing I’ve bought this yea
Ths is a great little fan.
Comes with a laptop cell battery and it runs for 2 hours at least. Also runs on mains, through a phone charger or USB socket. Very quiet and te 3 speed settings are a good balance.
I use this at work and it’s such a lifesaver in the summer. You can either clip it to something or use the clip as a stand. Works well and has 3 speeds, I just have it constantly plugged into my compute
Absolutely fantastic fan,
couldn’t be mere pleased, clipped to the headboard of my bed, easily swivels to the angle required, its nice and quiet and surprising very effective with three levels of power, packs a punch for its size,
i dont often do reviews of what i buy , but definitely had to say how pleased i am with i
Easy to use, a bit noisy but after awhile we didn’t notice, gives out plenty of breeze to keep you cool, I liked the fact it can be freestanding and clip on, we clipped them to a tray and a table.
I use this as a small but useful fan when work g in my office that gets very hot during the summer.
It’s quiet enough to use whilst on the phone, even at full speed.
I bought this portable fan during hot waves summer. Delivered so quickly and good Amazon box and working so well as I bought this one for my son Working desk a d it got clip to put on one end of table , so very convenient to hand it on table and cool air with 3 speed and rotate all over so you get cool air in every corner of room. Excellent produc
I’m going take this fan for day trip to seaside. It’s great fan because we can clip it to basically anything. It’s pretty powerful and in portable size. Its rechargeable, well made and battery last for long time. I’m happy with it.
Bought this fan to use in the car as my ac has given up. Have it attatched to my sun visor and its great to keep ke cool.
A large clip allows the fan to pe securely placed onto items such as a shelf ir table or a desk.
Has 3 speeds and has low noise and can rotate 360 degrees.
Good price
I was very sceptical when I received the fan as it was tiny and seemed a bit flimsy. But boy did it change my mind as I turned it on. It’s got 3 speeds and the fastest one is plenty to provide a satisfying breeze. The clip at its bottom allowed me to anchor it to my bed and makes it very versatile and portable. It’s got a very dim blue light which I wish I could turn off for the night but it’s not very bothersome. The fan comes with a rechargeable battery and a USB cable. The battery lasts a good 8-10 hrs, which gets me through the night.
Would highly recommend it, especially if you can get it on a deal!
Have a similar Black Fan, This White Fan works very well. Lasts for ages before recharge. PJP.
his little fan is great it clips on or you can stand it , also tilts to suit direction, I got it for my bedroom and its great, not to strong but enough to keep mecool all night , it works a lot better than expected stronger so am very happy and being portable even better , this isn’t noisey as a large fan and doesnt stop me sleeping .
Is a great little fan to clip to headboard or bedside table. The noise level is not silent especially in the fastest mode. Cable came damaged and unusable luckily had a spare to fit. Battery life seems pretty good had it on most of the night and didn’t die.
Fan is quiet & powerful for size. It has a good strong clip & is sturdy if stood on base as a desk fan. USB lead is alittle short so use an extra long lead in the car. Good product with fast delivery.
This is a well made and reasonably effective desk or travel fan that can be clipped to desk lights. However the noise can be distracting when used in an office environment. Worth a try. Cautious Recommendation.
Pros
Well made.
Battery and USB powered so for desk use or when travelling.
Good powerful air stream with three settings.
Cons
It isn’t silent and is quite noisy, especially at the higher settings. I have only tried it on USB power so on battery it may not be as powerful and hence a bit quieter.
Air stream is narrow so you may find yourself re-directing it quite a lot if you move around at your desk.
Simple, good quality rechargeable clip on desk fan. It is a small, handy device that I’ve been using in conjunction with my laptop’s USB port to provide silent relief. The battery in the fan can be recharged on the back through a USB cable. The clip is quite stable with it withstanding all sorts of force, from my kids who like to rush by my table (and the fan), without falling down.
Speaking of children, this fan has a blade cover to prevent fingers from entering and getting cut. A standard feature that almost all fans, I’ve used so far, have but it is still nice to have rather than not. The fan has three speeds that can be changed via a button next to the USB charging slot.
Overall, you get a good quality, solid rechargeable clip on desk fan for the current price of 13.49 which is quite worth it in my opinion.
Thank you for reading
For a fairly cheap Fan this is really good and I can’t complain at all.
The spring clip is quite stiff you need a lot of force to get it open but at least you know it’s not going to fall off all the time.
It’s got 3 different speeds and it’s quiet ish but not silent. You can’t hear it when out and about in the day though.
The battery is included and is rechargable for which a charging wire is supplied.
The build and plastic quality is good.
I use a wheelchair and it’s perfect to clip onto the back. I haven’t exhausted the batteries so I don’t know how long it actually runs for yet. However the battery fits in a compartment that you can open so you can change the rechargable battery if you wanted to.
Overall, I’m really pleased with this. I think it’s a great buy and great value for money and I’d recommend it.
I highly recommend this especially this coming summer.
1. The quality is good, lightweight yet durable and robust.
2. The air coming out from this fun is strong enough and will help you feel colder.
3. This can be clip on, hand held or stand on its own.
4. The sound is ok not loud as other portable fan.
5. Portable and travel friendly.
6. This is rechargeable making it cost effective.
7. This.is price well for the quality.
This usb desk fan is small and compact, made from good quality plastic material.
Comes with 18650 rechargeable battery for more portability, it also works when connected via usb.
There is a indicator light that will turn blue when fully charged.
Its fairly strong and has 3 different power settings, changed by a button on its back.
The clip makes it suitable to be placed on different surfaces, it holds the fan properly.
Good little device.
This is a fantastic little fan, it’s small but mighty! It’s a fully rotatable and can angle however needed and comes with a special rechargable battery which charged in around 4 hours so it can be used cordlessly during the day.
This can clip on to shelves for example or stand on its own on the clip base and has variable settings from less powerful to more powerful. It’s very quiet and discrete and with the warmed weather hopefully coming up, this is going to be very handy! Recommended.
I was suprised by this little fan and the power that it has is good you know that it is on put it that way and the sound is quiet the clip is strong to. So that you can put it anywhere you want basicly charging is good to it didn’t take long befoe it was full and portaility is good to you can put it in the car to
Not much to say other than a great fan.
Rechargeable – fast to charge, lasts for ages.
Clip – Can be located anywhere there is an edge to clip to.
Multi Speed – Small button cycles through Slow, Medium, Take Off.
Quiet – Even at max it is not intrusive despite a good breeze being generated.
Cheap – 13.49 at time of review, for a portable, rechargeable, quality fan….Bargain!
This fan might be quite small but it is surprisingly powerful, especially at the fastest speed. It’s ideal for a desk but is portable so you could take it out and about. It charges up via USB which is very handy and only takes about 4 hours so you could do that overnight. It lasts 3-6 hours depending on the speed you choose but if you keep it plugged in to your laptop it will keep on going as long as it is connected. Recommended.
This is sold as a silent battery powered fan recharged via USB.
I was drawn to the silent claim, since I don’t like fan noise. I was also very curious how they managed to make a silent fan…
Well, my first disappointment is that this fan isn’t silent – I can definitely hear it, however to be fair, it is very quiet, but I’ve got good hearing…
The fan can stand on the desk, or be clipped onto something. In terms of size, it’s around 13cm/5 inches in diameter which in my view is a good size for a personal desk fan, and does provide decent airflow for the size.
Given the sub 14 price tag, I think although not silent, it’s still a really good fan.
This fan isn’t huge but it is quite powerful. It has 3 speeds which can be chosen by pressing the button at the back of the fan.
The measurements are exactly as per listing description.
I like its portable size.
The clip is strong and holds the fan well in place.
On arrival I had to insert the included 18650 rechargable battery, which was very easy and fast to do.
It had some charge already.
Battery lasts for long and is fast to charge.
Great fan, powerful and silent even on the fastest gear.
The head angle is adjustable, so could be directed if needed to.
Excellent for the hot summer days.
It is well made from good quality plastic without any imperfections.
Looks sturdy and durable.
Came well packed in the box with instruction manual, rechargable battery and charging cable.
Portable, works as it should and reasonably priced, so I would happily recommend it.
Excellent fan with speed settings, can be used with battery or with 5v USB power supply. USB cable supplied but not power supply.
Has a strong spring loaded clip suitable for car sun visor or similar.
Rechargeable battery is easy to remove so can be replaced with a branded one if preferred.
Using this in our motorhome as can get a bit hot in the summer.
Works well albeit not very quiet comparing to size, but probably due to the fact that the fan has to be within arm reach to be effective. I like the fact that it’s very versatile and can be clips anywhere. The fan can be rotated in all directions.
It comes with a unmarked and unlabelled battery which looks like a cell battery taken from inside a laptop battery. There’s not even marking for positive and negative but it’s just trial and error (you have 50/50 chance of guessing it right at first time). The fan’s battery can be charged by the accompanied micro USB cable and it’ll show red light when charging and blue when fully charged.
All in all, I’m happy with the performance but giving a 4* because of the dodgy-looking battery.
This review concerns the Foseal USB Desk Fan,Silent Portable Clip Mini Fan with Rechargeable Battery, 3 Speed 360 Adjustable Cooling Personal Desktop Fans, price at review 13.49.
Incorporates a USB charging port on the rear alongside a blue charging indicator light and also fitted with a very strong adjustable clamp fitted with decent rubber buffers.
Just a single button to control the three fan out put settings, in use very quite non the two lower settings but slightly louder, but not intrusive on the high setting.
The fitted clamp can also be utilised as a stand, whilst the fan mount moves through two axis.
Nice compact unit for use almost anywhere.
This is a life-saver on a hot day – so convenient to have a battery-powered fan that just clips onto the side of a screen. The 3 speed settings are great. Very good choice of clip fan.
Foseal USB Desk Fan, Silent Portable Clip Mini Fan
When checking out something like this it is important to take note of how much it actually costs. This little desk fan is supplied at what I consider to be a reasonably low price, so I certainly am not going to be too critical about it. The plastic used on this is not of the highest quality, it does appear to be tough and is in keeping with the price range that this is in.
The fan is supplied well packaged along with a battery, USB cable and user guide. The supplied rechargeable battery has to be installed within the fan body, this is easy to do as it’s just a matter of lifting the battery cover and pushing the battery inside. The battery will first need to be fully charged as the fan will operate for a good length of time using battery power alone. The micro USB charging port is situated just above the battery cover, a charging light is next to the port. I did find the charging light a little difficult to see as it’s obscured by the cable connector. The light shows red whilst charging, it will turn blue when fully charged. The lithium-ion battery is rated at 2000 mAh but can take 2-8 hours to fully charge, this will provide between 3-6 hours use depending on the fan speed selected.
This is quite a small fan which is ideal for personal use when placed in front of you. The fan can be placed on a hard surface where it will happily sit on it’s 4 small silicone rubber pads. This also has a powerful spring loaded clamp where it can be attached to your desk, computer table or any other surface that the clamp will fit over. The fan body can be rotated up or down along with a full 360 swivel, so you can have it blowing in whatever direction you wish. The fan measures 6.9 x 5.7 x 4.5 inches (17 x 14.5 x 11.5cm). It has a small button on the rear that will cycle through all 3 available speeds.
For the current asking price of 13.49 I really don’t think you could expect much more from this. It appears well made for the money and does all that is asked of it. Fan rotation isn’t 100% silent but it also isn’t overly noisy. To be perfectly honest, I found the lowest speed to be more than sufficient for my needs as this does provide quite a lot of air movement for a smallish fan. The lowest speed generates the lowest noise too.

Thank you for reading my review, I hope you have found it helpful.
A decent little fan.
It’s good that it’s rechargeable as it means you can use it anywhere but you can also use it plugged in to the supplied USB cable.
There is a tiny light by the socket that is red when charging and blue when fully charged. This also lights up when you turn it on but it’s not too bright to be bothersome.
The fan has three speeds this is all done with the on/off button. It turns of by either pressing the button for a few seconds or going through the speeds.
You can clip this on to something or use on a flat surface as the clip is also a stand. It is adjustable – up, down, left and right – but manually.
I wouldn’t say it’s particularly quiet but it’s not noisier than any other fan.
For 13.49 it’s not a bad price.
fan that you can charge up via USB good speeds and ultra quiet good value
It has 3 settings of wind, so you can choose how much you want blowing on you. It works with a USB and also an 18650 battery that is a strange size but it is supplied with the fan and it is rechargeable with the USB as well; so you can use it plugged into the USB, use it with the battery when out and about and recharge the battery from the USB when you get home. It clips onto your computer monitor, so handy when working from home at the computer in the (hopefully) hot weather. We worth having to keep you cool during the summer.
Apart from the three speeds the thing that I like best about this fan is that it can be both used on the desk with the stand or clipped to the top of the monitor for direct airflow to keep the user cool.
Clipping this to the top of a monitor doesn’t need it to be perfectly positioned as the fan is adjustable both vetcally and horizontally so one will always have the cool air blowing in the direction one requires.
It’s a powerful little fan and although it has three speeds the highest is not too cold and is therefore comfortable to use.
The fan can be used directly from a USB Port or with the included, large, rechargeable battery. The fan can be used whilst charging the battery.
I am recommending this fan as it is good quality and good value but most importantly it will help keep a PC user nice and cool on the hottest of days.
This fan is just what we wanted, as there is a new baby due in the summer.
With the clip, it will be handy to clip onto the cot, car chair and pram. It’s so versatile, it can be stood or clipped anywhere. It has soft rubber pads on each side of the clip, to protect the surface you clip it to. (See photo)
It has three speeds, and can be fully rotated and tilted to any angle, so that the airflow hits the right spot.
The fan comes with a rechargeable lithium battery , it’s not an AA, so don’t replace with one. It didn’t have any markings on it, to show which end was pos or neg, but I noticed that one end had a faint ring around it, so I took that to be the pos. (see photo)
The fan takes about four hours to completely recharge, and lasts up to six hours, depending on speed. A red light comes on when charging, and it turns blue when fully charged.
The fan is soooo quite, which again makes it handy for bedrooms, especially when the long hot summer nights finally arrive. (See video)
The instructions are concise and in English.
I’m really happy with the fan, it’s robustly made and a good design, I would happily fully recommend it.
This fan stands about 7 inches tall in total. The whole thing is mostly plastic and therefore very light so I can’t see it falling off easily if it’s clipped onto something. The fan can be manually tilted up and down and also from side to side (it doesn’t oscillate by itself). The spring loaded clip opens to a maximum of about 1.5 inches (4cm) and has foam pads inside to prevent damaging whatever it’s clipped on to.
There is a little light at the back of the fan where the USB cable plugs in (next to the switch that controls the 3 fan speeds and turns it on/off), that shines blue when the battery is fully charged and the fan is on (red if the battery is charging), or blue if the fan is plugged into USB cable power. It’s a tiny light, so shouldn’t be too bothersome in the dark.
The fan comes with a 2000mAh rechargeable lithium-ion battery 18650 rechargeable battery (which I have also seen for sale on Amazon). I don’t know how long the lifespan of rechargeable batteries is but a quick look on the internet estimates 2-7 years. The battery doesn’t need to be inserted for the fan to work when it’s plugged into USB power.
The cable is about 30 inches (76cm) long. I found the USB cable quite stiff to plug into the back of the fan at first, but took it out and tried again and it went in properly the 2nd time. I’ve decided to leave it plugged into the back of the fan permanently as it’s very stiff to put in and I don’t want to break it.
Although it’s not silent, I think it’s quiet and reasonably powerful at close quarters on the lowest setting, so I quite like it and think it will do a good job of keeping me cool at my desk in the warmer weather.
