Pity good produce poorly and misleadingly advertised.
Bought this as an open box item at half the stated price. No risk, it arrived in original box unused but at half the original price. Useful addition to your patio. Fitting was straightforward, took around an hour with the electrics. It gives a reasonable amount of heat. It will be interesting to see how it performs in the autumn/winter. The remote works well, it’s both a reasonable range and there is even a spare provided.
A longer lead would be useful but easily solved with a waterproof junction box. Looks a quality product. Had supper on the deck the evening of its arrival. Air temp was 14 degrees and it was really toasty with the heater on the second setting

Overall, with the caveat that I have only owned it for a few days, this is an outside heater I am happy to recommend
Easy to install. The 3 heat settings are just right. The glow is a bit brighter than I wanted but I am sure we will get used to it. Handy remote. Well worth it.
Obviously this is normally mounted above head height. It chucks out some heat but I have to run an extension to make it work, which rather defeats the object of an outside unit. Should come with a minimum 5 metre cable.
The heater is easy to install (by our electrian) heat setting are very good, but the remote is poor quality and you have to press it in just the right place to get it to work

Ordered 2 of these units for garden patio. Arrived in good time and well packed.
Installation was pretty easy, I recommend purchasing all purpose anchor bolts for wall mounting, as plastic role plugs provided are not the best.
Small issue when initially switched on could not get controllers to work, emailed vendors who were straight back. Had to warm battery up, work straight away.
Would highly recommended, great product and excellent customer service.
I bought this just to take the chill out the way under my gazebo and it is so warm!

I ordered two heaters to cover my patio and BBQ area. One of the heaters took out the RCD as soon as it was plugged in. I called Futura Direct and spoke to a lady in their customer services. She apologized and sent me a new one which arrived overnight delivery the next day. I wish all suppliers were as good as Futura Direct.
Ideal for the summerhouse this time of year, the only problem was the remote is the same frequency as a remote control for a light we have so they interfere with controls
Used for outside under a glass verandah . Haven’t had much time to test it so far but lots of warmth , easy to use remote and easy to install.
This is a fantastic heater, I have it in my outdoor bar area of my summerhouse and it gives out great heat! Might even be too hot, but there are different settings! Wish they were still available as want another one to match!
We wanted a little heat so that we could sit outside when the weather cools down. This fits the bill, easy to fix onto our wall. However, the weather has turned warm again so we haven’t been able to appreciate how much heat it will throw out when on the maximum setting.
The only down side is the length of the cable. It advises that the heater should be mounted 6feet off the ground but the cable isn’t long enough to reach a socket unless like ours, its 18inches off the floor. Wouldn’t be difficult to make the cable a few feet longer……
Was a little concerned as to how “weather-proof” this actually was. I have attached it to an outdoor pergola via an external socket. So far it has been fantastic! It has been absolutely doused in 10+ showers, yet operates absolutely fine once we switch it back on. As a note, it’s worth waiting until the rain as funny been and gone and the weather has naturally dried it out before use, we had switched it on 5 hours after it rained and heard some rather worrying fizzles. But it’s working absolutely fine and keeps us nice and toasty (the three settings make it ideal to find your ideal temp). The remotes are a great idea as ours is place up high, just out of most people’s reach.
So good that I purchased another for my other gazebo.

There are three heat modes, and the maximum is hot! We purchased two and they cover our decking area perfectly, would highly recommend.

this new heater arrived promptly and was really easy to fit to an outside fence (3 screws to fix the bracket and 2 olds to attach the heater. The cable’s concealed between the fence planks and plugs into an outdoor socket underneath when needed.
a little bit confusing to operate at first (soon sorted thanks to amazon answers) – in short switch on at the side, press the power button on the remote then select your heat setting and your good to go.

Puts out really good heat. Been up about 6 months now. Have noticed the protective metal wire frame protecting the bulbs has gone a bit rusty but still working well.

Bought for summerhouse however, instructions dictate height from ceiling meant it was unusable in the way I had intended. Good product though.

Brilliant heater used for bathroom, heat output is amazing. Remote is simple nd does the job.
Only annoying thing is the flashing red led when on standby.
The heater arrived ahead of estimate, it was easy to install and when testing the heat is amazing it gives. We now have to see its performance when the colder weather arrives.

When a company exceeds your expectations it has to be classed as 5 star. The heater itself we cannot fault, we have it fitted in our wooden garden seating area and it performs exactly as we required. Have not felt the need to have it on full power as yet so overall pleased with the heater and the service. Would definitely recommend the product and the Company.

Tried them out on a cool evening and they wirked well with instant heat, light is a bit strong however
The electric cable supplied is far too short , needs at least 1 meter more, ridicokously short
The remite control is poor quality, no wonder they are giving two year free replacement, no battery supplied for remote, surely For the high price a battery could have been supplied for the remote control
We’ve used this as a workspace heater, aimed at a specific area where we spend more of our time and it’s fantastic at its job. We will be purchasing another in the near future for another location. Easy to set up, appears to well put together.. only downside.. no batteries for the remote included (2xAAA) in the box
Put this heater in our conservatory mounted high on a brick wall and found it heats the area quickly on 2 bars very rarely need the high setting. Not sure how much electric it uses yet.
Its so nice and warm in seconds thinking of buying 4 more for patio

Both units still working well no issues after two winters .
Update July 2021
One unit failed after 4 years 4 winters. Effective for 4 people to sit under but ideally for two. Only received light use so not a s robust as it could be.
Used over the colder summer nights gives off good heat.
