If you’re limited for space this is an ideal solution. I bought it in April (from memory) and I’ve successfully raised a couple of hundred seedlings in it.

It’s sturdy enough for what it is – just make sure you line the outside edges of the cover with something (soil or gravel) if it’s going to be in a windy spot to stop the wind catching under the edges. I used gravel and it’s so far all good even with winds up to about 30mph. I will take it down and pack it away before winter though.

I took a star off because I felt the cover could have been a little bit snugger. I’m probably being fussy. All in all, pleased with this for the price paid.

I have used make shift cloches before – but wish I hadn’t. This is strong, fabulous head room for watering etc, it’s just perfect.
only one snag – the metal rings stopping the plastic from tearing do tend to pop out far too easily.
    Still great value for money.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI liked the cloche it is a handy size.
I think the frame could be a bit taller as the cover is quite baggy.
Also I would recommend putting a little bit of Vaseline on the joints as they are very hard to push in.

Easy to assemble. I use these tunnels to protect seedlings from birds.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersFirstly, I needed cover for chilli plants I’m growing in containers. I was able to secure this tunnel to concrete blocks, making it a bit taller. This also made it much more secure. I got the 2 section one, and inside it fits 4 5 litre containers. We had some bad weather this week, and my chilli plants remained safe and dry inside the tunnel. Recommend.

    Great for gardening beginners!
