Could be used for BB gun practice if I was in the USA but the game is much too good for that.
Pretty neat game, I read so many reviews about it being buggy and such so I got the patches to add on, reminds me of old schools games like silent Hill to some extent, wired graphics and atmosphere but good gameplay….
A stunning game, where the main story is widescreen cinema, while the wonderfully emotional sidequests explore the expanse of the human condition. Oh and ‘The School’ level is TERRIFYING.
Included with this ltd edition is a beautiful steelbook, which is a wonderful celebration of a truly brilliant game.
Got this as years back being introduced as PS5 new releases, thought it may just be less intriguing. How wrong and once started, you can’t let go of the controller as you explore the city of Tokyo with a entity guiding you, along with incredible elemental powers, rescue souls and finding the character’s sister and solving mysterious ties of who’s behind the city’s desertness.
I wasn’t sure if I was going to enjoy this game but I stuck with it and ended up absolutely loving it. I got completely sucked into the story and the Japanese culture and lore. Its one of those games that you do really want to find every hidden object and collectable, do every side mission, read every note and just get lost in this world. The characters are brilliant and excellently voice acted, even if some aren’t exactly likable when you first meet them!
The only thing I will add, is that the ending got me choked and stuck with me for a while.
In my opinion, its an underrated classic!!
This is a good first person non shooter, you use magic powers from your hands and then after you rip the heart out of the enemy/ghost thing. Good visuals but not great, runs at 60 FPS sometimes. Side quests are a bit boring after the first few, has the same repetative nature that most open world games have, main mission plus side quests plus collectables equals upgrades and progression of main story. The environment is cool, running round Tokyo ripping hearts out of creepy faceless people in suits, talking to ghosts about there minor problems and collecting weird artifacts along the way. My only issue with this game is it still falls into that repetitive open world category, although it’s the most fun I’ve had with that type of game since far cry 4. Worth adding to the PS5 collection.
This is great fun and is a good title to showcase the prowess of the ps5. Think resident evil x the grudge ! A eerie tokyo set action game ! Filled with quests and spooky duppies. Only played a few hours but hey its gripping. The spells and weapons you perform/use are weighty and have a satisfying execution in locales that are ripped from tokyo town centre. If you enjoyed siren or silent hill or resident evil? This is your bag. Top drawe
I really liked this game for reasons others my sigh at and see as a negative so to explain, I have been becoming exhausted with long 50-100 hours AAA games that’s what most are now I miss shorter 10-20 hours that are fun and don’t overstay there welcome and I have one. I completed it in a single weekend in under 8 hours just doing the story however you can easily get 20 hours by experience the side content which is interesting and as fun.
Combat is better than good can get repetitive but as said it’s a short game so it doesn’t overstay it’s welcome by the time it does story is ok the bad is whatever but the relationship between the two main characters is extremely interesting and entertaining.
The game is very fun. The gameplay loop can get very addictive and is sort of relaxing in a way.
The metal poster was definitely why I got physical because I always love when games come with items. The metal poster is a great item for a game collection. It looks grea
I was drawn to this game by the previews before release. I liked the idea of a first-person supernatural rpg-lite game that has lots of twists and turns. The Japanese setting is perfect, and makes a change from all the horror and jumpscare titles of late.
The graphics are well rendered and the city, although initially gated by mist, opens up as you progress. It also adds to the immersion by having the default audio as Japanese with English subtitles.
Gameplay is smooth with lots of areas to explore, hidden animals to find, and decent combat with stealth moves.
A good new IP that hopefully will sell well so that a sequel can expand upon this great initial offering.
This is an amazing game , it really is a great change from every thing else out there . My only criticism would be obviously lots spoken in Japanese and has subtitles , which is how it’s meant to be but I struggle slightly to read them as I’m playing , so I changed setting to English spoken ,but this is in no way puts me off a great game .

The collective shrug for this title baffles me.

Very fun gameplay but what makes it for me is the atmosphere, the game blends the Japanese mythology, folklore and culture so well. 10/10 game.

Well packaged, liked the little extra. Fab game, good story.

Not the usual genre I go for but this is well worth your time,it looks amazing, great sound ,long story short give it a go.

Game is fun
Poster came with a couple scratches that are a bit noticeable but otherwise is a good poster (it’s the same size as a ps5 game box)
