There are no poles and the pictures showing such on product page are seperately sourced and not with the kit you get. The waterproof nylon PU coated material is very strong. It is well stitched and you get well stitched webbing loops to tether this as you want. Four loops, one in each of the corners and two in the centre one each side opposite each other. So you can use the 6 paracords to tie this in all sorts of shapes. So you can create a canopy, bivvy, or whatever you need. It is snow- and water-proof. Ive even used this to cover the AV kit for an outdoor event. Tge main material is 3m x 3m. You get 6 pegs and 6 paracord ties. The camping tarp and these cords and pegs go into a nice strong drawstring bag that is 10″ x 5″. This is big enough for all of these comfortably and it is lightweight to slip into your rucksack. Very good quality and very versitile. Very happy to recommend this well made product, Andrew.
This tent tarp is very sturdy and durable, my husband had it assembled on our garden for the warmer days and it is a incredible product. Easy to work with, not very light but it is ok for a strong person. Nice colour, great size. Easy to clean.
If you’re looking for a waterproof tarp, then this is a great product! It’s very simply just a waterproof 3 metres squared bit of material that you can use however you like! You can use the ground spikes to secure it into the ground, or you could tie it up to anything that you like, giving you plenty of versatility in terms of how you use it!
Of course you could always just stick it on the ground and use it as a waterproof cover to then stick a comfy blanket on if you’re looking to go for a picnic.
Overall, at 24, I think this is very well priced and is versatile in terms of use. Cannot complain, would recommend!
I think it is worth noting that most of the tarps like this you can buy do not come with poles and it is stated on the item name and in the description that poles do not come with this which is pretty standard.
This tarp is great quality, it is lightweight and durable and perfect for keeping the rain off you or adding some protection from the sun. Particularly for camping, this is a great way to extend the porch area to add a little further space where you could take your shoes off before walking muddy shoes into your tent.
The tarp is easy to assemble with 2 people, we had no issues putting this up in around 5 minutes, the stakes and ropes are great quality and feel very robust once in place. The look of the tarp is also really nice, simple grey colour works well with any setting.
The tarp also comes neatly packed in a bag so you can easily store the product and accessories making it easy to travel with.
Great value for money and great quality.
GINTOGE Hammock Rain Fly Tent Tarp, Multifunctional Waterproof Camping Shelter, 300cm x 300cm lightweight Windproof Snowproof Outdoor Sunshade Fly for Hammock -Tent Stakes and Ropes (Gray) No Poles is currently at the price of 20.89 (with an extra 5% off voucher) including next day quick delivery and 30 days returns if anything goes wrong with the item.
Tilt tent. A very good, thick waterproof material was useful as a tent flysheet. A large 3mx3m tent was covered with a 4-person tent. I am satisfied with the easy installation on ground spikes, it folds quickly and is easy to clean. It will also be useful as a roof for a hammock. I defiantly recommend this choice
This tent tarp is extremely lightweight, durable and sturdy. It was very easy to set up and pack away. It comes securely packaged in a travel friendly bag and is great for camping. It is great value for money and I highly recommend this if you like going on outdoor adventures.
This fly tent is great, I use it to extend my tent while camping, my daughter uses it in the garden to create a tent for her friends and it can be used almost any way you can think of. Very handy item to have when camping to create a dry store, use it as a porch on the front of your tent or put it above a hammock. The material is pretty thick and durable, obvioulsy waterproof too. These are alway handy items to keep for those trips away.
For the size of this tarp it’s pretty light weight, it’s easy to use and stitching is good and strong. The buckles are good and secure so should stand up with a bit of wind. Tent pegs aren’t the best but they do the job, although I’ll probably replace them with heavy duty tents pegs as I do with all my camping gear. Very happy with this make shift shelter.
This is great for anyone interested in camping or outdoor activities like survival training ect.
It’s a good quality tarp that looks and feels well made. Quite durable and hardwearing.
It is a little thin but that does make it relatively lightweight and easier to carry. especially as it’s quite compact once folded into it’s storage bag.
In the package you get the tarp, 6x guy ropes, 6 pegs and a storage drawstring bag.
Note the poles visible in the picture do not come included.
The rope seems to be good quality for most uses but if needed you could always purchase stronger rope for more rugged terrain at a reasonable price.
For the price i think this is well worth it.
Would recommend.
Review from my husband:
I got this for my pop up tent to make it totally waterproof, and it’s really good and does exactly what I wanted. It has multiple settings or positions which can accommodate all needs. My tent is only a two-man pop-up, but it covers that adequately and keeps all the rain out, and when it’s sunny it even acts as a sunshade. It is a really good piece of camping gear that’s easily storable and doesn’t take up any room. It’s made of sturdy material and leaves you with the confidence you’re not gonna get drenched. Easy to assemble and construct 5/5
I actually wanted this tarp for my green as making a Bedouin tent style..
Unfortunately I measured wrong and the tarp is overly big for my area.
But this isn’t the products fault. The actual tarp is actually very sound.
The measurements are spot on as measured mine.
I will keep mine in the car because at least can be placed on the beach, or even use as a big wind breaker or to cover in the showers and rain..
Plenty big enough albeit strong and light.
I am very happy as so useful for a lot of activities, festivals, camping, in the garden.
Thank you to the seller
I hope my review helps you
Very light weight. Huge 3x3m tarp, very thin material, but well constructed and lots of tying off loops at the corners and sides. We plan to use this tarp in the garden as a sun shade as we have another tarp just like this one that we use whilst out camping. The tarp doesn’t include poles(they often don’t) but it does have plenty of pegs and guy ropes. The pegs may be a little low on quality but they’re gonna get smashed about anyway so meh. And pegs are cheap and easy to replace anyway. Multiple uses from picking blanket to shelter from the sun or wind, even use it as a tent or awning. If used with poles you can even use it like a gazebo or pitched over a picnic table
Lightweight yet durable. It’s quick and easy to set up and is a handy little shelter. It is compact and easy to travel with.
Extra large tent tarp extremely good quality see pictures to show the well made corner holes and tag holders for the guy ropes this weighs 906 grams in the water proofed bag which is shown on the scales this is slightly heavier than I would like but that said still good value for money extra large water proof tarp
This handy tarp from GINTOGE is a really handy a versatile product, as it can be used in a multitude of different ways.
The shelter is made from a rip stop nylon material that has a really nice quality feel to it, with nice neat stitching and reinforced corner points that each have a webbing loop to enable you to attach guy lines or to peg the canvas down. The underside of the material also has a PU coating to add further protection from rain.
The shelter measures approximately 3m x 3m square and packs down into a small storage bag measuring just 25cm in length and 12cm in diameter.
***** In The Box *****
1 x 3 x 3m Tarp
6 x Metal Tent Pegs
6 x Guy Lines
1 x Accessory Storage Bag
1 x Tarp Storage Bag
***** Conclusion *****
I think GINTOGE have put together a really nice package.
The tarp itself is decent quality and a good size and weight. I am planning to use it as a sun shade in the garden on the odd occasion that we have friends over for a barbecue, to add a bit of shade from the sun and of course for some added cover from rain if needed and I will also put it in the boot of the car to take with us on family picnics, as the shelter can quickly be erected between a couple of trees, attached to the open tailgate of our estate car or simply used as a ground sheet to sit on.
My only slight criticism is that the included pegs are just the thin wire type, which will bend quite easily, so I shall replace them with some that are a bit more substantial and the guy lines could do with being a bit longer — again this is easily solved, but all in all I think for 21.99 you are getting a really good product for the price and would happily recommend it.
This was a huge Tarp (Basher) at 3mx3m it was big enough for at least three people. This could be used as a shelter or even a fly sheet for a hammock to keep you dry. This was a thin material but it made it so easy to fold up and put back into its little bag. It came with pegs and guy ropes. You can get Basher poles for the front and back but a bit or paracord between two trees would be good enough.
This thing arrives packed up pretty tiny,
Good cover for camping, or a temporary shelter. You get a line, pegs and a 3mx3m waterproof sheet. The sheet itself seems sturdy, yet is sufficiently thin that it’s easy to handle.
Only down side is it’s a bit tricky to put back into the bag afterwards, but patient folding and some brute force and it does go back in!
At 22 it’s not cheap, but it’s windproof and waterproof and should be strong enough to provide shelter.
This is exactly what I needed, it is so much lighter than my old tarp and the corners have a much better design. I love heading off into the countryside in the better weather, I like to pack as light as I can. It is a good size and made from 210 denier rip-stop nylon making it perfect for keeping the rain off and the UV and heat of the sun out. You also get 6 aluminium pegs that are strong and not heavy plus 2 adjustable guy ropes, perfect for pegging out or tensioning between trees etc. It is very compact and light weight; it pops into my pack with hardly any impact at all. Brilliant quality and good price.
GINTOGE Hammock Rain Fly Tent Tarp
My son has recently become interested in survival training and camping out in the woods, he has most of his gear except for a decent tarpaulin. This tarpaulin is quite thin but is also lightweight, it will fold up fairly small which is important when there is a lot of gear to carry. Although described as a tarpaulin, it is more of a thin water resistant nylon sheet which to be fair does feel quite durable.
The tarpaulin appears to be be well made as it is securely stitched around the outer edge. All hoops are securely stitched, they also have extra material sewn in for reinforcing which should prevent tearing in a strong wind.
Also provided are guy ropes and ground stakes, these all fit neatly into a drawstring bag. As with most other camping type gear, what you receive is designed for the ideal location. If camping out in the woods or on rough terrain then longer and stronger rope will be needed, along with more sturdy ground stakes. If using on flat soft ground where the ground stakes will push down easily then you probably have all you need.
The tarpaulin can be used in a number of ways, for example my son will be using this to cover his hammock whilst slung between 2 trees. It can also be used on the ground, as a sunshade, a rain shelter or even as a temporary tent itself.
Overall for just 22 quid, this is decent quality for the money and will certainly help to keep that weather off you whilst outside.

Thank you for reading my review, I hope you have found it helpful.
I was looking to use this tarp to cover my hot tub on my patio area. When i rains the lid of the hot tub pools with water which will eventually damage the lid, so this product looked like it could solve those issues in the cooler months!
The set comes with a large silver tarp 3mx3m, 6 metal ground pegs and 6 guide ropes. Overall the quality of the materials appears to be good. It’s not wonderfully thick material, thinner than your average Table/BBQ cover fabric, but then this isn’t really designed for all year round use. It comes in a handy little carry bag and is very light weight and portable.
You can set up the tarp in various different ways. It’s a 3x3m square so this allows a multitube of design setups. However due to the limited space i had around my hot tub patio area i had to have the tarp set up in a tent shape. This is where is became a little complicated! The pegs are not great and two bent within a few minutes. The wind was picking up making setup more challenging, especially when there is only one person doing it, as a result I decided to pack it up and try again when the weather is a little calmer.
There are no support poles with this set, so if you do decide to set up in a tent shape you will need to get hold of these. I would have preferred D rings to put the poles through, but this only has sewn fabric straps, time will tell if they are suitable for the job at hand. For other setups you won’t need poles so it is a fairly versatile product.
Overall this isn’t bad value for money. Set up will be a lot less challenging on a perfectly fine day, but how many of them do we get in the UK! Non tent shape setup’s will be much easier i would suggest.
I use it as a sun shade, which is very helpful. The material is good and it’s not really difficult to install, only takes a bit time. However, it’s not use in the heavy rain or wind. Worth to try it.
Even though the advert shows a number of pictures with tent posts they don’t come with this. It is a great lightweight tarp that can be used as a sunshade or protection from a shower. It comes with guy ropes and tent pegs in a small carry bag. The tarp is well stitched with six strong canvas loops reinforced at the corners for either the guy ropes or tent pegs. Great for protection when hiking. Can also be used as a picnic blanket. Great all in one for a day out.
This tarpaulin can have a variety of uses. At the moment we are using it to give our chickens some shade whilst they are in their run on ‘flockdown’ due to avian flu in the country. Normally they’d be out roaming under the bushes and able to move into the shade but sadly are stuck in their run which is in the sun.
Chickens are very grateful, thanks
I like that this can really be put to use in so many ways, a sunshade, a bivvy, a groundsheet or beach blanket and probably many uses I’ve not thought of yet too, it’s well made and feels premium and the line and pegs good too, it also comes in a little carry bag, the whole thing does not weigh much so easy to hike with too, all in all, a very handy item indeed.
This was super easy to use and set up. I used it in my garden to block out the sun and some rain because the weather is very weird at the moment and it worked fantastically. It is so easy to set up and put up, takes around 10 minutes. It is large and does the job really well and it is very durable and of good quality doesn’t move around either which is good. Good value for money and I recommend it.
GINTOGE Hammock Rain Fly/Tarp.
Exceptional value from money this multifunctional tarp is one of the best i’ve seen for the money.
Overall size is 300cm x 300cm comes with wire tent pegs and guy Ropes (black)
Tarp overall is very decent quality all stitching is good and strong pegs are rubbish (but they always are) but guy lines are good quality.
The pole and orange guy lines in the picture are not included it just needs a few more tie out points with 8 ideally being the minimum and not 6 like this one has.
