Another epic game. Fast and action packed . Many hours of fun..
Not opened yet but a great deal as now has gone back up 65% too original price so great deal.
First off I really can’t believe the dislike in general for this game.
I’ve been a Grid / Codemasters racing fan since the PS1 Toca Touring Cars days so I’ve raced a few times!
PROS:
* Graphics are really good, big cities, loads of detail, cars look superb. In car view on the rain is great as the wipers struggle to keep the windscreen clear. Night time lighting is really well done too.
* Sound is spot on, meaty car engine fx, great track noise and tannoy commentary for the crowd, great stuff.
* Good story mode to work through.
* Arcadey style handling, quite forgiving which adds to the speed especially in car.
CONS:
* AI can be a bit clunky but ramping up the difficulty makes it better.
* Menu screens are a bit cluttered and not as clearly laid out as they could have been.
Overall a good racer, cheap to buy now or if you have EA access it’s free!!
Great looking game, heptic feedback on the ps5 controller is practically none! Having played GT7 for many hours and really missed it !! More of an arcade racer than a sim. But good fun all the same with a story mode
Good game but a bit short Dirt 5 is a lot longer. But it’s still a good game for ps5.
Codemasters really have returned to form with this game, it definitely deserves better reviews as I’m playing this more than GT7! It’s no simulation but if you’re a fan of earlier grid series games and enjoy those you will love this! The handling is spot on and it looks and plays beautifully on the ps5, lots of track variety too and it’s nice to see some returning classics from the original grid, a nice selection of cars too complete what is a really solid and above all fun racing game!
Bought to use with steering wheel and pedals . Good game and works well with wheel and headphones .
Like me if you like racing games you’ll really enjoy it.

Opponents sometimes to easy
Need more flash backs on easier mode
Compared to GT7 not sure I can be Matched but hopefully more DLC cars/story
