This review is for a pack of 3 mouth guards / gum shields which should be fine for teenagers and adults. These ‘heat and bite mouth guards are suitable for field sports, contact sports, sparring and the like.
In the box you receive the following … 3 mouth guards in different colours, 3 pcs mouth guard boxes, 3 pcs portable carabiner and 1 pair of tweezers
Please Note: This mouth guard cannot be used with braces.
This guard is easy to use and fit, simply place the whole mouth guard in a cup of near boiling water, wait a couple of minutes then it should be pliable enough to mould and fit. Let it cool slightly to avoid the risk of burns.
My 24 year old son is an amateur boxer and he has been using this mouth guard for sparring during the last couple of weeks and he confirms that it is comfortable in the mouth and offers a fair amount of protection although he does say that he feels it is a bit to weak to risk using during an actual amateur boxing fight.

My dentist suggested that I needed a mouth guard because I clench my teeth. She suggested that I try an off the peg one first. From previous experience I know I have a very small jaw and a well developed gag reflex. And I did find the child size good for me, but I still felt them to be uncomfortable even when getting them to fit. It’s got easier, but I’m glad I tried these before spending a lot of money at the dentist on one!
Instructions were not very clear but we got around it in the end.
It is an okay product, not as good as the well known brands but you get more than one for the price level which is great.

Great look, good design on appearance, and feels good on the teeth and gums, too. Easy to mould and a good fit, although it took a few attempts.
A very good guard which is both comfortable to wear and stays in place, can breathe easily when wearing it. Ideal for contact sports.
My suggestion would be: Do read instructions for fitting in mouth first; Don’t let a kid try to do it themselves.

My children practice karate and they need to wear mouth shield during training. These are very easy to cold, feel comfortable to wear, don’t hurt their guns or mouth. Modern design, nice colours. Durable and sturdy material.
We have been using the more expensive ‘gold’ and ‘platinum’ varieties and the issue is that kids’ teeth grow so fast and you need to change them often. At around 15 to 25 a pop, the cost adds up quickly. This multi-pack has three for the price 12.99, less than one of the branded ones – there is an even better value pack of six for just 1 more! I was surprised that they do a very decent job. My kids said that they are just as comfortable. Okay, they do not come with the million pounds insurance but I will take these. Thank you vm.
