Haven’t not heard of the Hansgrohe brand before, but I was pleasantly surprised by the feel and quality of the product, it’s style certainly enhances our newish bathroom. The rain effect definitely needs to be experienced, you get a much fuller natural flow of water and I certainly noticed the difference when using an normal shower head in our second bathroom. Having used the Hansgrohe Raindance Select E120 for a few weeks now, I am ready to leave an honest review. The shower head arrives wrapped in plastic in the a Hansgrohe cardboard box. It comes with an information sheet. It is easy to install. Basically just needs the old shower head to be unscrewed from the shower hose and the new one screwed on. You then want to be ready to have a shower, because just turning on the water, will lead to you wanting to have a shower.
The shower head transforms the shower from a basic shower to a real shower. The E120 has three modes of water delivery. These are very easily selected using the “select button” on the head. With the flick of a switch, you can change the shower experience. There are three modes, Rain Air, Rain and Whirl. The Rain Air mode draws air into the head which mixes with the water to plump up the water and create a very full water flow, that is slightly softer than just water. Personally this is my favourite mode and the one I use most of the time. The next mode is the Rain mode, this is a more rigorous mode and gives a more invigorating shower experience, but I find on a daily basis, it is too forceful. The last mode is the whirl mode which gives three rotating jets of water that are great at targeting a sore back, shoulders or head. With such ease of access, it is simple to flick to a different mode unlick the more basic shower heads where you have to twist the head. Generally I find the more basic mode just stays in one mode, as it is too much of a fiddle to change modes.
The shower head is nice and big and full, so you get a good area of coverage, none of this moving your body to find the water.
Hansgrohe is an amazing brand. They make good quality and great innovation, so I expect this shower head to last for many years.

I am also on the testing panel for this product. We have been using it for a couple of weeks now and I can’t find any fault with it, the push button makes selecting different functions an absolute doddle and the design is really modern and fits in to our bathroom brilliantly! I’d highly recommend grabbing one of these although be prepared for the queue for the bathroom to be a bit longer because no one will want to get out of the shower!

Best shower head we have ever had. I love the 3 different modes. The rainair is wonderful first this in the morning, it feels like I am dancing in the rain it is the perfect start to the day, but then the whirl mode after a long hard day hits all the right spots and massages all my tired muscles.

I am testing this product. This large shower head has the option of 3 types of water flow, which are easy to switch between by pushing the select button on the handle. Rain mode is probably most like your usual shower but if you like a lighter touch then go for RainAir. The third type is called Whirl which is a focused stream of water for easing tight shoulders or getting a good wake up blast. It was very easy to fit to my existing shower hose – just screw it on and away you go. Because of the dimensions, it can droop (when water is off) if the wall mount fitting is not tightened up.
Best showerhead by far. The different modes are a brilliant function and having the selection bottom on the handle makes it easy to switch between. The large shower head means there is better coverage when using the shower so I feel I used less water and time to get clean. Definitely worth the money, highly recommend
I was lucky enough to be given the Raindance E120 to trial. What a treat, unlike my previous shower head which I struggled with, twisting to change the spray, this works at the touch of a button, the 3 sprays are really refreshing and very different, there is a very fine gentle mist, a more invigorating drenching spray, or a really intense massage which is brilliant on any aches or pains. Its so easy to fit with no leaks around the joint. It maintains a steady temperature too.
I started using this shower head as part of a trial and I love it. The various shower modes actually show significant difference and the power has improved what was previously a trickle of a shower.

Fantastic piece of kit, gives you the clean feeling you don’t always get from sub-standard products. Bit wary of the price point but I definitely think it is worth it now that I have used it.
If it’s looks you want then, the Raindance E120 has it. The beautiful large chrome outer shower head with white easy to clean plastic face. On the handle just below the head is a smooth touch setting button that allows you to change spray pattern from Rain, a power pressure shower perfect for early morning showers to Rain -Air, a gentle air like spray mode to Whirl an intense message shower perfect for winding down to.
Really great product! Stylish sleek design with a chrome easy clean finish. 3 different modes for showering and is pretty versatile – it’s fallen from a height before and there appears to be no damage at all to the showerhead. Good pressure and actually made my water heat up faster than my old showerhead, so less waiting around before getting in the shower! Would definitely recommend this product to others!

The first thing I noticed about this shower head is its size. Being more square and larger than most round shower heads, its probably twice the surface area. This does provide good coverage in a couple of its 3 modes.
The modes themselves are easily selected via a single push switch. RainAir mixes air into the water to make it feel light and relaxing, Rain is similar to ‘normal’ showers and Whirl is a jet but rotates – good for massaging aching muscles.
The aesthetics are good and will certainly compliment the majority of bathrooms. It has silicone nozzles which help prevent the build up of limescale and quite easy to clean too.
Overall this is a good shower head with a few unique and easy to select modes. I would certainly recommend it if you have the budget. I think that its down to the individual, whether these modes, the features etc justify the price tag. Granted I doubt you will get the size, these modes or even a push switch to select them on any other shower head – at least not together, but whether that’s enough to justify spending more than double the price of similar chrome multi-mode shower head is down to the individual.
Personally I can’t fault it and the unique modes are great but I know that I could get an alternative for half the price or less and still get as clean etc. That’s the reason I give it 4 stars.
The price here though is competitive for this product and if you are interested in buying, here is a good place.

There is a little button, which is really easy to press which offers 3 different spray settings:
RainAir – this is like a lighter rain shower, and I find it perfect for general washing – for lathering, and washing off.
Rain – this is a more intense shower, which I find perfect for getting my hair wet (I have very long hair), and then it’s brilliant for washing the lather out of my hair – I need the intensity of this setting to get all the suds out quickly

The Hansgrohe Raindance Select E 120 is a king among shower heads. An easy to use instrument that makes customising your shower experience an absolute doddle. Switch between three different modes at the touch of a button and see the water turn from a gentle rain to a more focused burst.
It’s in a modern design, lightweight and has easy to clean nozzles.
The only problem I have now, is never wanting to leave my shower. I feel like I’m at my own personal spa.
I love this shower head! I am reviewing this too and can honestly say it really is a luxury item for not a luxury price! It easily fixed onto my existing shower hose with no problems. It is bigger than any shower head I have used before but that made rinsing my hair so much easier and faster! It has three settings which are easily changeable with a quick press of the button. I like the Rain setting myself while my son loved the Whirl – saying it was like thick paint being poured on you! I had to laugh at that. I do not think the Whirl setting is that brilliant at being for a massage, but it certainly felt nice on my tired arm and feet.
I thought the jet might be stronger but realise it is not necessary due to size. Easy to clean as the jets are rubber.

There is a little button, which is really easy to press which offers 3 different spray settings:
RainAir – this is like a lighter rain shower, and I find it perfect for general washing – for lathering, and washing off.
Rain – this is a more intense shower, which I find perfect for getting my hair wet (I have very long hair), and then it’s brilliant for washing the lather out of my hair – I need the intensity of this setting to get all the suds out quickly

Super easy to fit. With a touch of the button you can use 3 different settings. I personally love all the setting and I use all 3 every time I have a shower. I can only recommend this product!!
I have been using the shower head for about 3 days now and seriously concerned about my water bill… completely different shower experience! I absolutely love the Rainair setting as it also doesnt splash too much so I dont need to clean my glass shower doors so often. The button makes things a lot easier. My old shower head had different settings but I never used them as it was too fiddly. Besides, I love the modern design and will certainly appreciate the easy to clean surface. Highly recommended and thinking about getting it as a Christmas present for relatives.
It was very simple to install,and what a joy to use! The three settings are great and as I have Degenerative Osteoarthritis,I found the ” whirl”setting really helped my aching muscles. My grand daughter also really likes taking a shower in Granny’s bathroom since I got the Raindance E120.

But this one I have to say. I’m really like.
First the design, it’s light, but the quailty is amazing, it does not look cheap, second it took only a minute to change, so easy!
Third, I don’t have a power shower. But this feels like I do, it has a switch which for myself with bone problems is so easy to use, and I love the large square head design, it covers a greater area and just feels like I’m having a proper shower and not just a drizzle of water splashed on me, I would highly recommend this

Very easy to install and fitted perfectly as a replacement with my very old out of date shower head! There is three very different shower modes to choose from RainAir, Rain and Whirl. All of them give an equally great and very different experience but have to say my favourite is the RainAir. The jets expand and makes the water mix with air for a very refreshing shower. The Rain mode is a bit more powerful and rinsed my hair so quickly and effectively. The third mode is just perfect when you need a more intense shower to help ease all the aches and pains definitely invigorating. My overall feedback is having used it a few times now is that once you’ve tried using this shower head you would never want to use anything else!
A little bit of a gimicky product, the idea is fab and the general design and workings of the shower head are great with no issues, but apart from the main spray I don’t use the rain air setting or the whirl air setting as I don’t personally like the first and the second doesn’t seem to have enough power to make a real difference (though the idea is great!)
This shower was super easy to install, the build quality is great and the modes are excellent! I tried this shower out on both my power shower and shower above my bath and the performance is brilliant. I’m loving the rainair mode ….never had a shower before that has had a similar water spray mode. Well done Hansgrohe 🙂

I was lucky to receive this shower head to try out for Trnd what can I say I had not thought about changing my shower head and that just by doing that you can update your shower in minutes to improve the experience. This product was amazingly quick to instal less than 5 mins to take off old shower head and replace with this one. The design is very sleek and modern and would fit in with any decor and effortlessly lets you switch from one mode to the other at the touch of a button, there is a choice of 3 modes Rainair which is a nice gentle water spray, Rain which is fantastic for washing the suds out of your hair and having a thorough shower with and then the whirl mode which is absolutely divine and is like having your own personal masseuse in the shower, perfect for those with neck and shoulder tension or problems. The whirl button does really relax sore tired muscles and welcome after an intense gym workout to sooth aches and pains. I would say if you have a high pressure water system the you will get even better results from this shower as my area is so so with regards to pressure but it still delivers a good experience. The shower head is easy to clean as all you need to do is just wipe over the nozzles with your had to unblock them no descaler needed which is good for me as I live in a very hard water area. I normally have a shower in a morning and a bath on a eve but since receiving this shower head my baths have taken a back seat in favour of this wonderful device which has certainly brightened up my shower experience and brought a little luxury to my bathroom. Be warned though you may find yourself spending lots of time in the shower if you buy this as it really does make me spend more time in their than normal and that is saying something as I was already a complete water baby and always showering this has made me even worse. I would say if you are looking to update your shower and dont want the hassle of installing a new system this may be a compromise. I dropped a star due to the price as in some places it can retail at an rrp of about 80 which is quite expensive for a shower head. This would be my only criticism of it.

I am also trialling this showerhead. It’s easy to fit, looks expensive in smart chrome. It has 3 modes, rain air which is gentle as it mixes water with air, rain which is more powerful as it directs water through smaller jets to create pressure and whirl which gives 3 powerful jet streams in rotating nozzles to create a massaging effect, and all can be changed at the touch of a button, so much easier and quicker than using a dial. I like to alternate between rain & whirl for an invigorating shower. The rain air mode gives the perfect pressure for rinsing out shampoo. The shower head is easy to clean with a damp cloth as it is self cleaning silicone. Overall this is a clever showerhead which works best with a power shower so you can really feel the benefits of the 3 modes.

My favourite is RAIN… which gives the most water volume & a good showering experience given the large shower head size. But the other 2 spray modes are great too, and a little bit ‘different’ to your regular shower spray patterns, which gives the Raindance some ‘brownie points’!
The Raindance Select E 120 is a great way of updating & improving your shower, without having to reinstall a whole new system! I would definitely recommend it!

I’ve been using the Hansgrohe Raindance Select E for two days now and just love it. It’s so easy to move between the three modes and it provides great coverage. Looks gorgeous and stylish too – very happy and would whole heartedly recommend.

I love how easy it is to install and use as I am terrible with DIY and technology. Its very easy to switch between the different shower settings and each setting is a pleasure to use. I particularly like the massage setting. I love the sleek design and it looks great in my bathroom!
Really pleased with this shower head. Really simple to fit and much easier to switch between modes than my other shower head as you do so at a press of a button. Rain mode is brilliant for getting rid of shampoo out of hair (as the shower head is wide and the water covers the whole head) and the whirl gives you a fantastic massage, especially on the shoulders. I personally don’t have any use of the RainAir mode as I like a powerful shower, but it is definitely work the money for the other 2 modes.
Installed within an hour of delivery, good weight and really high quality. The button to change settings is large and easy to use. I’m lucky to have quite high pressure and it’s very powerful. Love the water saving function too. Love a good shower, best way to start the day and I thought mine was good before but now it’s on a whole different level. Easy fitting too, just unscrewed old one screwed on new.

Was impressed as soon as I removed it from the box! Stylishly well crafted, it has just the right amount of weight to it and the beautiful chrome gleams. It has a large wide head which which gives the most glorious shower experience on all three, easy to interchange, settings. My favourite has to be the RainAir setting; soothing and gentle, it really helped combat the panic attacks I’ve recently been experiencing in the shower due to poor health. The Rain setting is very settling too, with the Whirl setting fab for knotted muscles. You will NOT be disappointed. Another quality product from the Grohe brand!
Never fitted a new shower head but it was easier than I had been imagining. With its touch button feature this shower really is a dream to use. It also was powerful enough to tackle a thorough rinsing of my extremely long hair. I used the whirl function (great feature twisting streams of water) whilst scrubbing with my candy scented body wash n felt extremely decadent. Never gonna go back to manually twisting shower heads that get stuck
I’ve just had my first shower with the Hansgrohe Raindance. Easy to fit, great looking design (which to be quite honest, would compliment any bathroom) and very pleasurable to stand under. Promised easy cleaning is also a plus. My favourite setting is RainAir. It actually does feel like rain!
The Rain setting is great for rinsing, and the Whirl setting is a pleasant massage type moving spray. This is much better than the heavy streamed massage settings on other adjustable shower heads.
So easy to change between sprays too, just push a button!

The installation of the head literally takes seconds even an amateur can do this who has never done this! All three settings are amazing and so unique for different purposes like if you want soothing shower, try RainAir but if you want vibrating massage on you shoulders or back, try Whirl and for strong pressure try Rain. I and my whole family took shower today and everyone was so pleased that they gave me pat in the back 🙂 to find such a unique shower head.
I was very lucky to have an opportunity to test the Hansgrohe Raindance Select E 120 from Trnd. The showerhead was very easy to install and use it pressing the “Select” button. It looks very trendy, refreshingly different and contemporary. It allows to select the style and choose between three water spray modes at the push of a “Select” button: Rain Air, Rain and Whirl. My favourite mode is “Rain” as I feel awaken and refreshed after using the effective shower experience with perfect water pressure. The mode is ideal fro rinsing shampoo out of hair and a shower gel from the skin. Pushing the “Select” button redistributes the water spray according to the personal preferences. My family members gave a very positive feedback and I intend to spread the word about this amazing product.

I LOVE this shower head! My 3.5 year old loves his showers and he honestly laughed with delight as he easily flicked through the settings. It is powerful and makes your scalp tingle! Love love love it.
The only downside of it is that due to the angle of the head and power of the jets, the water overshoots my bath, so I’m investing in a different shower scree
The installation of the head literally takes seconds even an amateur can do this who has never done this! All three settings are amazing and so unique for different purposes like if you want soothing shower, try RainAir but if you want vibrating massage on you shoulders or back, try Whirl and for strong pressure try Rain. I and my whole family took shower today and everyone was so pleased that they gave me pat in the back 🙂 to find such a unique shower head.

This product is amazing and a lot better than my previous shower head which I had for around 10 years. I never even thought about buying a new one as I didnt know they could be this good. Im so happy that I have got this shower head and it connected onto the pipe I had already straight away, it was so easy to install.. I was able to install it in seconds. Thanks for making such an awesome product Hansgrohe!
anyone thinking of replacing there shower head i would recommend the hansgrohe raindance select120 spectacular performance suits all the family great fun to use very energy efficient rain mode ideal for washing hair .rainair so relaxing one of the best shower head on the market guaranteed for 5yrs the hansgrohe company offer first class service. reasonable price as it will pay for its self by reducing water bills

It’s really easy to swap between the 3 different shower settings and the whole shower head looks elegant and cleans easily. The whirl mode setting was really good on my aching neck and I ended up spending longer in the shower than usual because this was so soothing and I could feel it massaging away my aches and pains! It was also really easy to fit to my existing shower. I would happily recommend this!

I have been lucky enough to receive this product for free to test it and spread the word. However, this is my own honest opinion and written in my own words.
To start with the shower head is so easy to fit, it looks fantastic and feels like a quality product. Also it uses flexible silicone jets so is super easy to clean.
Once it is fitted and ready to use you are able to easily and quickly switch between the 3 modes (Rain, RainAir and Whirl) by just pressing the “select” button. It is much more efficient than my previous shower head where I had to spin it round and round until I found the mode I wanted.
My favourite mode is the whirl mode as it feels like you are being massaged. The jets twist around each other and ease away your pains. Rain is perfect for rinsing shampoo out of long / thick hair and RainAir is the softest mode which is meant to feel like you are taking a walk in the rain.
I would really recommend this to anyone. Enjoy xx
I had a very ordinary shower head. I replaced it with Hansgrohe Raindance E120. Its been such a refreshing shower experience since then… It saves a lot of water yet no compromise on the shower whatsoever.. I have an upper backache. I use the swirl function to massage my back and it actually works very well. Definitely recommend…
If you looking for a shower head for the family, the Raindance E 120 is ideal. With the three different modes, Rain is for the people who like a ‘heavy’ shower, Rain Air is gentle shower and soothing and lastly Whirl is for those massage lovers.
Highly Recommend, connecting the shower head to the shower was very simple and it’s now added a little class to the bathroom.
Even with a lot of water pressure, it doesn’t provide a forceful jet, but it’s calming and soothing.
Optisch ist die Raindance Select natrlich Geschmackssache mit ihren runden Ecken und dadurch, dass sie eben nicht – wie gewohnt – komplett rund ist. Aber mir gefllt das.
Die drei unterschiedlichen Strahlarten sind toll und funktionieren durch Knopfdruck prchtig: In der Rain-Air-Einstellung ist das Wasser geradezu samtig weich und perlt schn, bei der Rain-Einstellung kommt das Wasser “spitzer” raus und hat feine, glatte Strahlen, in der Whirl-Stellung, die ich besonders toll finde, kommt das Wasser nur mittig aus den drei Dsen und bewegt sich auch noch leicht hin und her, der Strahl ist so dann ziemlich stark und z.B. eine schmerzende Schulterpartie lsst sich so herrlich ein wenig massieren.
Ich bin voll zufrieden mit dieser Handbrauche. Sie ist Qualitativ hochwertig, deshalb halt auch teurer als ein Pendent aus dem Baumarkt… Die drei verschiedenen Strahlarten machen wirklich einen deutlichen Unterschied und lassen sich mit dem Drckknopf gut einstellen… Fr das kleine Wellness-Gefhl zuhause…
Sehr schnell habe ich dann auf der Suche nach einem besseren Duschkopf die Kundenmeinungen hier auf Amazon gelesen. Von der Form her zuerst etwas suspekt habe ich dann doch diesen Duschkopf bestellt.
Bei uns ist der Wasserdruck anfangs eher schwach so dass ich etwas in Sorge war ob ein derart groer Kopf damit zurecht kme. Doch diese Sorge war gleich verflogen: das Wasser hatte zwar anfangs wenig Druck wird aber sauber und gleichmig verteilt. Spter, mit gestiegenem Druck ist das Duschen mit diesem Kopf eine Freude!
Das Umschalten der drei Duschstrahl-Modi anhand des Druckknopfes ist sehr einfach. Alle drei Modi arbeiten perfekt. Besonders die Regenschauereinstellung ist sehr angenehm.
