Hedstrom Single Swing

Designed for children from 3 to 10 years, the swing features a blow-moulded seat for comfort as well as heavy duty, soft touch ropes. The frame is constructed from heavy duty powder coated steel for stability and durability and the entire set features UV resistance for longevity. For safety, the swing must be secured into the ground using the ground anchors that are provided – we also strongly recommend securing via concreting.

Easy to put up only one problem the seat is to slippery and my granddaughter has to have bare thighs other wise she slips off

Easy to assemble. I would suggest to get some gardening spikes to secure the frame to the ground.

You have to peg the frame onto the ground but the pegs loosen when pushing the swing. Keep an eye on the pegs when pushing.

Easy to assemble, anchor points are tricky
We got this for a 5 year old and it was easy to assemble, the rope length is about right but getting the anchors in was rather difficult.
Every time we hammered one end in, another would start to wriggle free.
If you place a peice of wood on the anchor /peg thing and hammer the wood it doesn’t break the peg or damage the swing leg
A Swing to las
The swing was bought for a 3 year old who appears delighted with it. Doesn’t appear to move when used which is the main thing. Should do him for quite a few years.
Good for the price
Good for the price, brought for my 6 year old who is happy. Is very light weight and easily topples over if not anchored into the ground properly, also it’s a little smaller than a full size swing but much bigger ‘toddler’ size one. Easy to assemble on your own.

Brilliant swing…very good value,sturdy,looks good,easy to assemble but very small seat…me no chances…my 4 year old just about fits it and she’s s lim, evidently for small bottoms!!
Suprisingly sturdy
Our 4 year old has been giving this a good old workout and it’s still sturdy. I will be watching the bases as the ground gets softer during the winter.

I overpaid - but fine
My little boy has enjoyed this during lockdown despite overpaying by appx 20/30 for it at the time. I’m sure it will be rusty within a couple of years like most metal swings.

Easy to assemble
This arrived in very good time. I was able to assemble it myself. Had to order cement separately to anchor it in the ground. Very happy with this product.

Lo compr para poner en el jardn. Es tal cual como en la foto. Hay que poner cemento para mantener la seguridad de nuestros hijos. No le pongo las 5 estrellas pq el asiento es algo estrecho y se hace un poco incmodo.
