However over time I found the clips annoying and uncomfortable.
Excellent quality bag with plenty of room inside. Sturdy and looks good too. Plus I received a lovely email after purchasing saying that if there were any problems (which there were not) they’d get it sorted right away.
I have had this bag for over a year and I love it! It is excellent quality and exactly the right size for everything. It’s plenty big enough for a weekend away but doesn’t look too big and bulky for everyday use. It’s still in excellent condition but I won’t hesitate to buy again should I need another!
I like this bag, the interior and exterior. Seems like it is built well and will last long as well as looking really good.
Backpack is an excellent size; looks slightly massive when you get it out of the box but is actually very well proportioned when you’re actually carrying it. Stylish and spacious – holds 15″ laptop perfectly in dedicated pocket. Will work very well for commute, carrying laptop etc as well as lunch and potentially gym kit if needed.
Not sure about the security of the top flap’s buckles, but assuming you carry your bag by the top handle when on public transport this shouldn’t be an undue issue.
No waits straps so wouldn’t recommend for hiking, but this should be obvious from the design – it’s an excellent bag for a day out around town.
i bought this after searching a lot for a canvas bag.
i use it to carry my laptop, books,water and food to work while having a smart casual look and i am satisfied till now.
Excellent commuter bag. I needed to ensure it would fit my work laptop which is 15.6 inches inside which it does easily. I emailed Hoher direct and they responded straight away and also amended the description on the website so others now know it fits larger laptops. The bag is of excellent quality. On days when you don’t fill the bag to its full you can pull the drawstring too and it still looks great whilst keeping your items secure. I would definitely recommend this bag.
The quality of this product is second to none, beautiful colour. It is surprisingly large due to drawstring arrangement and all the part are very well made. The only small issue is the two buckles to secure the main flap. The arrangement means you have to put the bag on a surface to do it up, but that’s a small price to pay. I just wish there was another zip compartment inside and the straps were a little wider and padded as it could cut into the shoulders over a long period of time but considering this is not a hiking backpack that is ok. Great Casual Backpack. 4.5/5
I use this bag for work and its great as it fits everything in I need (I have to take uniform into work as well as all the usual stuff) and its really well made and stylish

Design…Its minimalist looks very nice.I love that. But its hooks on the flap “MAY” comes out when your bag is half full.I hope they had some magnetic qualities and they also won’t cover “FULLY “the top loading area
Comfort…Its cotton that is environmentally friendly.Its not waxed so its get dirty. This is the 1st I am using cotton. So its much heavier compared to nylon or polyester..Its water repellent..Shoulder strap is straight.So a bit uncomfortable compared to human body curved ones.
Size….Well enough..Spacious and roomy..Enough pockets..One zipper pocket on outside may be not at ease to use when bag is full.
Add on to it…I was quite skeptical about the quality of its zipper…After using 3 months its spoiled
I was looking for a good quality bag to use for going to the gym before work. Plenty space for everything and smart enough to turn up to clients with!
The fasteners could be a bit easier to do. It’s only a small thing but strong magnets could make accessing the backpack a bit easier and quicker.
Bag looks great and lots of storage space. Well made too.
I have already received plenty of compliments on this bag, and I have only had it for a couple of weeks now! I use it for work as it fits my laptop, lunch, coffee cup, headphones and books. I really like the interior too as there are enough pockets for smaller items. I shall be using this for travelling also!

Gave this to my son for his birthday, and he was absolutely delighted with it. Gorgeous colour, really well made, spacious and great design features. Definitely made to last which is just as well ,as it will be used a lot! Would recommend to anyone.
I treated myself to this backpack after an influencer recommendation (I know. I am WEAK!). But it’s a beautiful bag with lots of space (20L) for both everyday and for any upcoming travel trips.
Lots of storage and pockets for tech stuff which is really handy. I’m a photography buff so putting in a camera cube when I’m shooting is handy to travel with.
Sometimes bags like this are really complex with lots of pockets and crazy charging ports (which is weird btw).
Only niggle is the straps.. they are a bit stiff but these will soften over time. I was sceptical spending 64 sheets on backpack but I dont regret paying for it.
And it’s not a Herschel bag.. that alone is enough for 5 stars!

Bought this bag for frequent journeys that catch me in the sun, rain and different temperatures. Its really done well a large number of months down the line. I was concerned that the metal bits might be first to suffer, but this bag has proved to be quite the helpful companion- pleasantly surprised
Very good. Big enough to bring gym kit (including towel) plus a laptop and a few other things. Great look, and it seems pretty waterproof to me. No visible wear and tear yet, had it for around 5 months.
Good bag in quality materials – well padded laptop pocket – and the neutral look is ideal for work.
The niggles are;
– there is an inner pocket in the lid, and a laptop sleeve, but an extra inner pocket or two would be handy
(all as described, and nothing you can’t solve with a seperate cable tidy and pencil case)
– the drawstring is white (as shown) and this clashes and, I imagine, will get dirty. I swapped it out for a black one.
– the main fastening are heavy steal and good quality… but be aware that these do slip on the straps. These fitting would not be ok on (say) a hiking rucksac’s should straps – as they do work loose. But they look good, and it’s fine for a work bag.
More trendy or colourful options may be available, but you may have to compromise on material quality or price.
Pros:
– Comfortable even when packed full
– Very durable (everyday use for 12 months)
– Simplistic with one large opening (with laptop sleeve) and a zipped pocket under the cover
– An outdoorsy feel to an urban rucksack
– Striped pattern inside is very cool and has not smudged/discoloured from use
– Very large capacity inside for items (I can fit a 500ml waterbottle, lunchbox, a couple A4 folders and a couple A4 workbooks comfortably inside)
Cons:
– The metal buckles, over time, get scruffs on them but not wearing away the metal
– Can be time-consuming to constantly open and close the rucksack with the drawstring
Overall, if this is the style you are looking for then I would definitely recommend this rucksack.
A distinctly minimalist looking backpack that is well manufactured and gives the feel of being a high quality product. It is surprisingly spacious and able hold a lot of heavy books or clothes to fulfill the role of a weekend away bag. Internally, the inner lining and its blue white stripes do not fit in the general design style and there is no other partitioning – good when stowing books, clothes or you like rummaging trying to find something – which you can organise in other bags. It is comfortable to carry on long journeys and get used to carrying. Certainly do not regret its purchase and would recommend.

Love this bag, waterproof, sturdy and can fit a lot in it. It is slightly longer in height than other backpacks but I like this as spread the weight (when bag is full) up instead of out.
Casual and versatile bag. Good size – I carry my laptop and gym gear in it. Has a zipped compartment to hold keys, coins etc too

My granddaughter chose this for her school work. She is finding it comfortable and keeps her folders from being scrunched up.
Great backpack for the money, it’s a perfect size for most tasks, and I can often whatever I need it as the straps and the opening of the backpack are adjustable. The quality of the backpack is also above average compared to other backpacks available here, with strong metal clasps and good stitching. I usually can carry my camera gear, a camera a few lenses, my laptop and notebooks, and still have plenty of room for a couple of days worth of clothes.
Overall this is a great bag. The capacity is huge and it looks very stylish. If I could change one thing though – there are virtually no little pockets or flaps to organise stuff. So, almost the perfect bag and I’d definitely recommend it!
The rucksack is made of good quality materials and holds plenty. The squeeze clips are a bit fiddly but work. Personally I miss the side pocket that you get on most bags of this nature. Overall, I am not convinced it’s really worth the money but mine was partially funded by a gift card so I thought I would try something a little different. I am sure it will remain serviceable for some time to come.
