Worked really well the first use. The next time it started spewing water out everywhere. The water was under the max limit line. Unfortunately I can’t return because I threw out all the packaging.
This steamer truly works and is great for the price! The only iffy thing is not being able to lay it down flat so you have to have the clothes hanging, but it’s not a huge problem.

I had a problem with my first steamer from this company. It stopped working after the return window had closed.
I left a review. The company contacted me and sent me a new steamer. So far the steamer has done well. The only thing I don’t like is that the attachments fall off easily which causes the garment to get a tiny bit wet in spots. My former steamer, from another company, did this as well. Im satisfied with my replacement steamer. It works 100% better than the first one I was sent.

Seems to work well. I’ve only used once. My last portable steamer broke at the plastic seam on the bottom. Hoping this one hold up better. I like the large capacity of this unit. It might be a bit large to travel with.

This steamer heats up quickly and does a good job steaming.
I figured this would be sort of just okay but that was all I needed. Wanted for curtains, dance costumes, just occasional use. It has exceeded expectations and been way more useful than I imagined. I even used it to steam my couch and rugs when I was afraid my dog might have fleas.
I use this every time I launder my clothes.

It is easy to fill, boils/steams quickly, and since I’m not doing entire garments, the water chamber holds plenty.

This is really great because I don’t iron. The 1 flaw is that there is no on or off switch. Once you plug this puppy in it starts spewing steam.
This is my first time using a small portable steamer and OH MY GOSH! It’s amazing! I’ve used a large one before when I worked at a clothing store, and it is no where NEAR as good as this one is. Wrinkles were gone in seconds! Love love love
This product is amazing. It’s small so easily portable, but works so well! The steam output is amazing allowing for quick wrinkle release (because who wants to spend all their time steaming clothes). Heats up quickly and shuts off/cools down just as quick. Would recommended 10/10

Reduced wrinkles, but did not eliminate all of them. Takes time so don’t try to rush removing the wrinkles. I had to use it several times.
As a professional photographer, it’s essential that I can work with backdrops in a fast and efficient matter. Handeling large backdrops can be quite a nightmare, but this little hand steamer made my preparations so easy. I steamed a photography backdrop 6.5x10ft/2×3 meters in no time using the brush that came with the steamer (two brushes came with it). The only thing that annoyed me (hence the 4* rating) was in fact the brush as I couldn’t get it to fasten on the steamer nozzle properly and it kept falling off. But even with that, and placing the backdrop in front of a wall using it as a surface for my steaming, it didn’t take long before the entire backdrop was nicely steamed, wrinkle-free and ready to be used. I also used it on large polyester backdrops and it worked great for that as well. I can imagine that this steamer is great for travel as it doesn’t take much space and will fit perfectly in a larger handbag or small suitcase/carry-on bag.

It has a lot of steam and works really . I used it for a new set of curtains and my granddaughter’s Cinderella costume. Order it and came in mail it was really wrinkled. Both curtains and costume looked great!
I don’t need creases in my work shirts, but want them wrinkle free. This does the job very well. I have used my iron only once since buying this.
I have some chiffon silk shirts with sheer lantern sleeves that are delicate though always wrinkly when in a closet for a bit or brand new. This steamer was simple to use and quickly accomplished the goal, bye, bye wrinkles. I should have taken a video because it’s night and day than if it wasn’t used before the shirts are worn!

I am rarely impressed with a product, but this little thing did just that. I went from an incredibly wrinkled shirt to a smooth one in 5 minutes. I could have taken longer but for the intend and purposes that was enough. Heats ip fast, small enough to travel, great heat/steam output and comes with 2 brushes and water accessories. Overall, happy with this purchase
Bought this for my son to take to college, he said it works great and is simple to use. He’s never gotten a wrinkle out of anything on his own before, so for him to say it’s easy to use and works great is saying something!
This is a handy steamer and works overall. However, the brush keeps falling off, so I do not think this was tested for real use. Also I wish I could tilt it a bit, although it was clear in the description that this was not possible. I did not realize I needed a bit more flexibility. Nonetheless, overall, it is a good steamer if you do not use the brush, and keep it straight.
The steamer is perfect for travel. It did well taking the wrinkles out of suitcase clothes. The only thing it struggled with were larger garments like a long dress. Otherwise, it’s great little steamer!
This little tool really impressed me on the very first use. I needed to release some wrinkles from a heavily pleated skirt and top set that a regular iron wouldn’t have worked on. So I finally decided to buy one of these handy steamers and WOW! How on earth have I never owned one of these before now?! This thing is fantastic!
For years I’ve been saying I was going to get a steamer. I used one all the time when I worked in retail to steam bustform outfits and such. I waited way too long. This is a great deal and it works well. It doesn’t take more than a couple of minutes to heat up and it steams expertly. I wish the handle detached so I could go beneath the shirt since I find that a bit easier in the steaming process. It’s hard to do that with it attached to the water compartment. Really great product, though.
I run and close for me has never been so easy the first time I tried it and heat out very quick and he works for it every kind of clothes that you have this is really useful and it’s very small so you can pack it together with your luggage whenever you going on a trip and you can have your clothes always clean and wrinkle free
I thought this would be smaller and easy to travel with but it’s not. It almost takes up the same amount of space as a full size iron. So don’t expect a pack this in your luggage carry on and it not take up much space. But if you’re using a check in large luggage it’s totally worth bringing. I used it to iron out the wrinkles in my suit and it worked perfect.
The brush head of the steamer can also fall off mid-use. If this occurs, turn it off, wait until the steamer is cool again, then reattach. Otherwise you will burn yourself as the steam is super hot.
I used this to dewrinkle a Halloween costume, and it worked fine.
i’ve always had a stand-up steamer so this is the first handheld one i’ve gotten. it gets super hot and heats up very quickly! perfect for travel! i feel like i have to go over an area more than once on a cotton shirt or pants but it does it’s job. no regrets in the purchase.

This is great for travelling if you need to have a few items of clothing with wrinkles removed. Like teeshirts, shorts, shirts. (Works really well on cotton)
If you have a small number of clothes like this and you you dont want to get out ironing board and iron, this will perform a decent job, for a more casual event.
But if you need a professional finish, you will still need the iron/dry cleaners.

Purchased different hand steamers, some far more expensive, this is the easiest & most efficient used.
Works well on lightly creased items. Took a lot to do a very creased linen shirt but as I hate ironing and very rarely buy stuff that needs ironing it is simpler than getting out the ironing board. I would not take on holiday but that’s just me not worrying about a few creases. If you were going for a special event probably worth taking.
Box it came in needs to upgrade their packaging to paper tape not cello tape. Good machine does the job for 1 or 2 items does not replace an iron if you have loads to do as it does take longer to use this vs and iron. Would recommend.
I opted to purchase this due to not being able to iron as I can’t take a lot of heat. I used it a couple of times it takes out creases just it doesn’t have the crisp finishes that a iron would give you especially on short arms.

It did a pretty good job on my thick blackout curtains so am sure it’ll be better on thinner materials.
I pressed my Mayors Robes and all the creasing were gone.
I have already used various large steamers and i knew before i bought the product how good steamers can be. They cant really replace an iron in most cases. They dont work well at all with pure cotton (and other similar material).
So bearing that in mind (for big steamers with a proper base) I wasn’t expecting miracles from this product. The results were still pleasantly surprising. The only thing that I dont think they have mentioned is, you will need a sturdy base behind it for the steamer to work at all. You might also need to pull the material a little with your hand to get better results. I hang clothes on my wardrobe to steam but some people might not be able to do that.
It also emits a lot of steam and dampens the surface behind it (with droplets of water dripping down). So you’ll have to be careful where you use it. It does spit water quite frequently so always better to use a day ahead
I’d say its too large to carry around for traveling. I’d rather carry a small iron if i have to
I never iron so thought a steamer would be ideal for me! This little steamer is great! Just move it over the clothes and the creases are gone! Very easy to use, light enough to handle for a long time.
I haven’t used it on very heavily creased clothes but mine normally don’t get that bad. So glad I purchased and will recommend to everyone
Really good steamer. Got out the most stubborn of creases.
I tested it on various types of clothes fabric: cotton, linen, viscose, polyester, and it performed well on all. For basic ironing while travelling is just about OK.
The difficulty is to do with the positioning of the garment. The clothes need to be hanging on a hanger, but bear in mind that you must have a hard surface to press against when doing the ironing. When I tried to do it with the hanger hanging by the curtain pole behind a window, it did not work well, as I had no hard surface to press against. You cannot do it with clothes hanging ‘in the air’ so to speak.
The best performance was achieved with the hanger hanging on a solid hook on the door, that allowed me to press against the door while ironing.
Another major drawback is that this steamer does not allow you to iron if you place the clothes horizontally on the bed.
In other words, NO horizontal ironing, as all the hot water will spill from the container.
They could have designed it much more securely, so that the water does not leak when you turn the steamer at any different angle from the ‘standard’ one. This poses also a Health and Safety hazard.
Moreover, the actual ‘ironing’ surface is tiny, just about 4 cm legth by 0.4 cm width. They could have made it at least wider (if not longer too), so that it can tackle wide creases more effectively.
If you have a large/ long garment with creases, you need lots of work and time to get them smoothened out, because the steamer actual working surface is so small.
I would have also liked for the designer to add a led that signals when the water heating ended and the device is ready to be used.
But the good thing is that it seems to heat the water very well, and so it is powerful in the way it releases the steam.
All in all, the device seems quite basic.
It is basically like a vertical “kettle”. 😉 …, which brings me to the fun observation that if you take with you while travelling, you can also use the water boiled by it to make a tea or instant coffee. Ha. Steamer and kettle 2 in 1! A rather unexpected perk from a device otherwise a bit too basic and lacking design finesse.

I found it handy if you have a durable hard surface such as a door, you can steam garments against the door and it acts as an ironing board.
Only downside is the plastic cup to fill the steamer with water arrived cracked and the amount of water you can fill inside will only last you maybe 2 T-shirt’s before you need to refill (but that might be if you are steaming from completely wrinkled).
Had my doubts purchasing as was not sure it would work – how wrong I was!

I bought this steamer as a gift for my wife who wanted something simple to use and portable. The materials used seem decent enough for the price, it’s small (definitely portable), and there’s really nothing to using it other than filling it up and turning it on, which is exactly what she was looking for.
I tested it out on one of my work shirts (before/after in pictures) that was particularly wrinkly (left in washer too long before being hung on rack to dry).
I filled the unit up to just below the max line and turned it on. After about 1-2 minutes the unit was boiling and steam was steadily flowing out of the nozzle (this is essentially the same thing as an electric kettle but forces the steam from the boiling water out 5 small holes in the nozzle). I SLOWLY worked from bottom to top of the shirt on the front, back, and sleeves. After applying steam to all sides for about 4-5 mins total, I had the wrinkles down to a level that would be deemed acceptable for work in the office. Keep in mind that this unit is quite small (which is what makes it so portable), but the tradeoff for this is it doesnt produce nearly as much steam as a floor unit and hence takes more passes to achieve the “wrinkle-free(ish)” look.
If you’re a big wig at a fortune 500 company, the results from this product certainly wont compare to a press from a dry cleaner (or even a decent ironing job from someone that knows what they’re doing), but the results would be perfectly acceptable for normal office work or casual events.
If you’re looking for something to replace your iron that gets the job done just as well in half the time, then I’d recommend going with a larger floor unit steamer. However, if you’re like my wife and are simply looking for something simple, affordable, and portable that gets the job done, I believe you’ll be satisfied with this product for the price like we are.

Does a good enough job for what I paid for it.
CONS:
MUST use while completely upright (will spill boiling water if tilted too far – potential safety concern).
The unit is quite small so it takes longer than you might think it would to achieve desired results.
Gets small amount of condensation/sputters which may temporarily cause wet spots on clothes (they dry up quickly, but it’s something to be aware of for some fabrics that may have color-stay issues).
