Lovely lovey machine, light weight, practically silent , you don’t need to be an athlete to move it on the carpet, fantastic carpet/hard floor cleaning. I bought an optional large turbo head too which makes it brilliant. We’ve tried Henry, Miele, Bosch, AEG cylinders and this far and away is better and easy to use and cleans beautifully
Used for first time seems fine. Not a 500 machine but that’s what we wanted. Picks up dirt no problem. Anyone know what these were in the bottom of the box?
I have had one of these cleaners before, thought it was great lots of suction, light weight easy to carry, very pleased with it even though I have to buy the bags. It was bought to replace my dyson which blew up a few weeks ago. thought about trying a miele cleaner but change my mind this is fine.

Great suction ! Easy to use. Comes with 4 different attachment heads which all have been great. especially the carpet one, the suction is seriously powerful great for hoovering up sand.

This is a lookalike of a Miele Pets model I have for years at less than half the cost of the Miele model and half the weight. Excellent suction and add on parts. Just not sure it will last as long as my Miele.
I love this vaccum cleaner, there are just so many heads to choose from. The pet head is very useful.
For the price this is a great vacuum cleaner. It has good suction and is very quiet. It has lots of additional tools some of which fit on board and a long cord. It is easy to use. Only downsides so far are that it is so lightweight it doesn’t corner well and the hose is quite rigid doesn’t always manoeuvre well.
I am really pleased with this purchase. The suction is great, and I like that it’s variable. The pet head works well, and made a noticeable difference to the long-pile rug where my cat likes to sleep. The cat didn’t realise it was a hoover and sat, quite unconcerned, watching me quietly vacuum around him, where normally he’d be under the bed muttering to himself as soon as I’d plugged in. As other reviews have mentioned, there are too many heads- two of them will never see the light of day again. But if you have a parquet floor then perhaps your butler will get some use out of them.

Great little hoover, we have a long haired dog and it cleans the hair up really well. The small rotating head is great for cleaning the mats and rugs. Recommend!

The Helios has extremely powerful suction and tools for all needs. The only drawback is the weight especially when cleaning the staircase.

The suction power not what I’ve expected! Its not strong enough to properly clean the carpet! The cable is not so long as well. You may have to keep changing the charging points as you go through the house. Easy to clip in the accessories. It comes nicely packed, it looks very nice. It has min/max easy to change. The bag and filters can be easily cleaned!
If you neen a strong powerful hoover, it may not meet your needs! Decided to keep it as the old hoover not working at all. I may have to look for something else soo
You will not believe how quiet it is, when you turn it on it is so quiet. Some people have said that they can use it when their children are sleeping & I can definitely see that as possible.
It comes with loads of different attachments which are great, 3 or 4 of which are contained in a compartment inside the hoover so you can easily change them while vacuuming. The is a gauge on the front of the hoover to say how full the vacuum bags are which is super handy. The bags are available on Amazon, I have written the ones you need/we bought at the bottom of this review, if you copy & paste into the search they should come up.
I cannot recommend this enough, great value & really great vacuum cleaner
