Good item, I measured at 14″ so recommended size small. But this was definitely wrong! The item was so tight and barely fastened. It also left the spikey velcro scratching my leg-not nice!
Had to buy a bigger size ended up buying large as couldn’t get a medium. They were a tad baggy but suited my needs!

This is a pair of black protective knee pads with a thick, flexible sponge pad around the knee and light cushioning all around to make the pads more comfortable to wear. They’re not supportive like an elastic knee support for example but they definitely provide good protection. I found them slightly awkward to move in at first but like any protective gear, you become accustomed to it after a while so movement feels more natural.
The velcro fastening is really good as it’s not just a defined strip meaning you can actually pull the straps and stick the velcro ends anywhere on the surface of the knee pads so there’s good scope for adjustment to ensure the best fit. The knee pads are thick and the fabric feels durable so they should last a long while.
Bought for daughter for ice skating for axel jumps etc. Does what it says on the tin. Good quality, quick delivery and saves her having loads of bruises on her legs, shins and knees!
Another item requested by my wife that remains unused! They appear to be fine and fit fit purpose. As and when Teresa uses them, I’ll be back to add more to this review.
These are comfortable and give adequate protection for you knees
Immediate thing was washing and wear they showed aging pretty quick, out the packet they were the perfect support but after three months use (post total knee replacement) they have really aged.
I really must wear my glasses because when I first glimpsed the main photo for this item I thought it was someone stepping into a pair of knickers. Moving on……
This set of knee pads are well made with a good stretch to make them fit comfortably. The application isn’t limited to dance and yoga — any sort of activity which involves kneeling or bending the knees, especially when those knees are getting a bit creaky. These will be useful for my gardening days , weather permitting. Easy to put on as they simply wrap around the knees and fasten at the back with hook and loop strips.
They come packaged in a flat zip-type bag which makes storage easy and tidy.

These straps are so comfortable and are just the right firmness to give a great supporting convert for your knee very easy to manoeuvre in them and just as easy to attach or remove.
Also these are very very easy to wash and dry incredibly quick I would highly recommend.
Small yet perfectly adequate are these knee straps. Adjustable with Velcro tabs that help to secure against your knee.
They are quite padded in the centre so useful if you will rest your knees on the floor during exercise for example.

As a professional dancer I needed these and wanted only the best quality and these are just that ! These knee pads are non slip, lightweight, breathable and super comfortable to wear and will fit everyone as they have 4 adjustable straps. Thick sponge will prevent impact and injury. Also provides great stability to weak or injured knees. This is great for any dancer.
Nice and comfortable, I use these for my work which involves bending down and going on my knees often. As usual with these kinds of products, the straps at the rear can cause pinching of the skin, but I didn’t experience that with these.
They were comfortable to wear and didn’t hinder movement at all, after a while I was happy to keep these on for a long 8 hour stint.
I can’t speak for the longevity of the velcro but at the time of writing they are secure and do the job well.
My wife gets sore knees from time to time so was pleased to be able to try these protective knee pads by Hueglo. These pads are easy to use and can be worn over or under various items of clothing depending on what you are doing at the time. My wife has worn them around the house as it is currently winter — but she thinks that they will be good for gardening and other outside activities when summer arrives. The pads seem quite well made but the medium size is not all that big so the large might be a safer option for covering more of your knee — both sizes are the same price, currently around fourteen pounds from Amazon. Designed primarily for sports and dance these pads have many other uses and get a four stars rating from my wife.
These womens knee pads are fantastic quality and are extremely comfortable. Unlike some others I’ve used in the past these are very light and extremely well padded offering your knees a lot of strong protection so perfect if you suffer from knee pain after an intensive workout etc.
These seem fine for short periods and general light exercise, but they tend to crinkle during more vigorous activity. They are easy to put on and offer reasonable padding over the knee cap. They are adequately comfortable and don’t interfere with movement too much. There is rubberised grip towards the top that helps to keep them in place. The velcro seems to hold we so far, although the contact are is a little small, so I am not sure how long they will last before they lose their grip.
We ordered the Medium size and the hook & Loop straps are just about long enough, but a bit more length would have meant that I could have worn them too, but they only really fit my wife’s knees. We might have been better off ordering the Large size I think.
I like the way they fit, i.e. you don’t have to step through them to get them on, you just place the pad on your knee and wrap the two straps around behind the knee to fix with the hook & loop. This means that putting the knee pads on and removing them is a super-quick process.
They are hand-washable and they feel like they would be long lasting.
I’ve got arthritic knees but find the normal knee supports that go right around the knee a bit uncomfortable at times. When I saw these on my list of items to try I thought they might be just what I want. I was right. They hold my knees but don’t restrict movement as much as the others I have do. They’re better when my knees are really talking to me. These let me move freely – well as freely as arthritic knees let a person move – and are comfortable. They stay put very well and I can see them being fine for someone doing dance or exercise. I like them.
These knee protectors are easy to put in and provide good protection for the knee caps if sliding across the floor. They do provide some support around the patella and the knee joint but not as good as a dedicated knee support that extends well above and below the knee. Great for the purpose it is designed for but wouldn’t use in a sports injury setting
These are nice dance knee pads for women to help keep the knees protected during the long practice hours. They are comfortable in use and are reasonably padded. My Granddaughter, who is in her final year at Uni for dance and choreography and is involved in many stage performances finds these very useful.
Like most things designed for dancers, longevity is a very important matter, but not had these long enough to comment on that aspect .
The general view is that they are ‘approved’ for the intended use

These knee pads fit comfortably around my knees with soft velcro straps.
They have a decent amount of padding on the knees and I have found that my yoga and pilates exercises that need me to kneel for any time are made much less painful when wearing these.
I already use a double yoga mat but I was starting to find that some of the exercises were giving me sore knees so I am very happy to have these.
They are not only good for yoga and pilates but also for when I clean our hard floors as I am one of those weird people who prefer to clean their floors by hand as I feel that is the only way to get them really clean!
It works well , altho I found it hurt a little behind the knee as it slipped down when on bare skin , not so bad on top of leggings tho

Bought for my dad while he’s helping me convert our loft. He’s a well built man with knee problems and he says they are very comfortable.
Snug fit. Just got a strong factory rubbery smell. Have not tried washing it though.
I am using these for gardening and they fit quite snugly under trousers. Much better than a knee pad.
