The mat itself is lovely and soft/smooth and nice a colourful, but they really should have employed a cartographer as the map stylings are weird.
The text size seems random and excessively busy – they should have limited to just capital cities or even just country names. Taiwan and Tibet labels are missing.
I’ve not noticed any spelling mistakes on the 2022 version.
Highly recommend this mat as it has so many cities as well as capitals that are all very clear to read. Far superior to a different person be I ordered elsewhere.
Not much to say. It’s very good for its money. I have no issues with the mouse when working or gaming.
I bought this to replace a cheap RGB desk pad I bought over a year ago but it was a flipping nightmare and never sat flat! I decided to go with no rgb this time around but still wanted some sort of pattern or image without it feeling too “gamery” and this popped up in my search. First off all the package appeared to have been opened when I received it, so I thought here we go, return looming, but once I got the mat out it is blatantly brand new so not sure what is up there? Other than that the mat sat pretty much perfectly flat straight out of the box which is brilliant. It seems to be of very good quality and is interesting to look at when sat in endless work calls haha. Its also 100mm deeper than my old mat so a perfect for a full size keyboard and mouse, had no issues FPS gaming on it either. For 15 I can’t knock it at all!
I don’t use it for gaming, I work from home & needed a large mat for my desk and this fits the bill perfectly. Comfortable to use both my keyboard & mouse on.

Was a bit put off by the reviews showing spelling errors. But thought for the money I’d get this for my gamer son (12yrs) as it looks alot more interesting than plain black etc. To my delight the print looks amazing, the quick glance I gave it before wrapping it up the spelling errors seem to be fixed or Indian Ocean, Perth, only had a quick look to take photos though. Looks great I’m very happy sure my son will be when he opens it at christmas.

I would rate this a 9.5 out of 10 its affordable especially for a mousepad this big infact I’ve seen people say it goes on sale cheaper then this the quality is amazing and the glide is better then my small razer mousepad that costed 10.
THE MAP is so efficient for gamers since your teammates can be all over the world and you can see where they are and the time for them. it is very neat and loads of countries and territories. i would of payed 20 for this mousepad but that doesn’t mean you should change it to that price.
The mat feels great and is perfect if you want one that doesn’t need readjusting all the time. I wanted a large mat that also had an extra function, this being educational. I’ve now read other reviews to find out the mat had spelling errors. I can confirm that the “Indian Ocean” is now correct. However Rio de Janeiro has been written as “ianelro”. I am yet to look for others. For the price, I can overlook this issue. However I hope future prints will have eliminated these errors for future customers sake.
My bottom line: its a good mat, don’t let the spelling put you off.
The quality and feel is excellent. In truth it should be framed and hung on a wall. Tracking with an optical mouse is very good.
Nice item for the price. Does what it says on the tin. It’s a black mouse mat basically. Comes nicely rolled up in a tied bag. Takes a day or two to completely flatten out but it feels durable and seems fine with the usual mouse and keyboard combo. Can’t complain for the price.

This mat is so beautiful, I love it. I don’t do gaming but bought it to provide a little cushioning for my arms at work, for which it isn’t really much good. It helps a little, but I have since bought a more padded mat which is great. However, I just love the design of this and it looks so good – I use it on my dining table when I’m using my laptop at home. It does have a practical use, as it stops my laptop moving around and my laser mouse works perfectly on it, so I don’t have to keep fiddling with a mouse mat to pull it back into position. For the price, I think it’s excelle
Apart from a few spelling errors (like ‘Rio de ianelro’ not ‘Rio de Janeiro’), fonts changing between countries for no apparent reason and some countries not being named at all (eg. an entire strip of countries between Italy and Greece): overall the quality is really clean and what I was expecting for the price. Even the smallest writing is easy to read and it is very useful for working out international times or finding countries etc. quickly. It is water resistant, however, it does absorb a decent amount of liquid, as you’d expect any fabric to, so I wouldn’t recommend putting any drinks that you wouldn’t want absorbing into it (eg. Coffee) directly onto it. It is slightly spongy but I am able to dig my nail into it and it springs straight back, however, I don’t know how it would be effected by monitors etc. for an extended period of time. It does stay down on my desk well and I haven’t had an issue with it moving during games. Overall I would recommend it for practical use but it is slightly hit and miss in terms of geography (hence 4/5).

You really can’t get better than this. It’s plain black, very professional, soft, and easy to wipe down if you ever get anything on it. It’s a fabric surface, rather than a plasticy type surface like some other desk mats appear to be, which is great.
Rolls up easily for transportation and comes in a nice bag as well.

For me, this is just the right thickness, the seam doesn’t annoy my forearms and the feel of it is just great. One tiny little pull on the edge stitching when i opened it but its at the top corner so doesn’t bother me. Still a little curl (shipped rolled up) at the ends after a few months of use but again, not enough to worry about.
Great mouse mat nice and thick stays in position and doesn’t move came well packed and on time. Well made has a very good stitched edge so very smooth on your wrist. Mouse is responsive. Happy with purchase recommended five stars
I was concerned at first that printed may be on top and it would affect the glide of the mouse. I was wrong. The print is inbreed and mouse glides perfectly across it. Love it.

One noticeable flaw in my book. Of all the disputed territories in the world they have chosen to label the Falklands and even more surprisingly South Georgia and the sandwich islands as “administered by the u.k. claimed by ARGENTINA” – caps intended that’s how it is on the map. It’s like they are trying to trigger Brits as there is nothing of the sort for any other similarly disputed land.
The mat does the job and looks nice and understated in its black and white however so i’d still recommend it.

Decent manufacturing quality, great size and good edges. I like to pass the time when I’m bored on Zoom calls by trying to find as many spelling mistakes on here as possible. I’m up to about 7 or 8. “Satnt Petersburg”, “Melbouren”, “Urumql”, and “Azores (Toxt)” are some fun ones to get you started.
Really like this mat, which I bought for under the keyboard and mouse. The desk has a slight ridge in it which “upsets” the laser mouse, and this has cured it. Can’t comment for gaming as only use for business work. Quality and print is higher than inspected. Very pleased.

I was looking for a mouse mat to work on. Having owned many mouse mats over the years, some better than others and some total rubbish. I was reluctant to purchase this. Well what a surprise. It came rolled up and laid flat straight away. It is perfect with an optical mouse and the material feels smooth and soft. It is a great size and you never worry about running out of mat. My mat has seen some real abuse. It has had food and hot drinks spilled on it. I just spray it with kitchen cleaner or anti bacterial and it is as good as new. I was so impressed I bought another for my partner in a different design. The bad……..how many spelling errors can you spot? See photos. I can see past the spelling as the function is more important. However, for some other people (with children) this could be a real issue. I use this mat 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. It still looks like new after 10 months. Fantastic value for money. I wanted to give it 5 stars but the spelling let it down.

This is a nice large mousepad, comes in a nice travel bag too. It has plenty of room for my keyboard and mouse to lie on it. I think it has a nice design but that’s more down to personal preference. It is good quality, no tears/threads coming out.

The overall size and feel of this mat is great., Ducked a star as some of the stitching around the edges has started to come undone, and the print quality could have been a little finer, but overall very satisfied with this purchase.

his item arrived nicely packaged in a tube rolled up, very good bright print on it, nice fabric feel, smooth and mouse works flawlessly on it, large size to accommodate keyboard and mouse, good border stitching, has a nice smooth finish to it, looks great on desk and so far so good.
Soft to touch yet firm and looks beautiful. Few spelling errors which is annoying. I don’t get why they don’t check these things. Maybe they don’t know how to spell but at least check.

Have been using this for about 3 months now, and I don’t know why I went so long without getting one. Everywhere is a mousemat now.
The mat itself is super soft and smooth, mouse glides effortlessly over it and it feels lovely to rest my arms on as I’m typing this.
Delivery was quick and came rolled up in a decent draw-cord bag.
Quality is excellent too, stitching is all spot on and there are no marks or blemishes anywhere.
In terms of easy to clean, it only arrived yesterday so I haven’t spilt anything yet…
Overall super impressed though, both from the quality and the aesthetic.

The mat is exactly what I was after for on my desk, it’s a good size and nice quality. Only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 was due to the spelling of Melbourne – someone really should have done a spelling check before manufacture!
