I have the large & now the small fan. This is really lightweight and can be really powerful. Underneath it has a small switch on or off. Very handy if being carried in a bag, that way it doesn’t come on accidentally.

Nutze den kleinen Ventilator auch zu Hause fr verschiedenes, sogar zum Netzteil Khlen.

Questo il terzo che prendo, regalandolo ai miei familiari. Lo trovo soddisdacente, perch piccolo, pratico e maneggevole. Lo tengo in auto che accendo quando sono fermo evitando di tenere il condizionatore acceso e incorrere nelle multe. Mi trovo molto bene, non posso far altro che convincere altri sul suo utilizzo.

Es muy cmodo, la batera dura bastante y realmente es un gran sustituto al abanico.
Lo nico malo es que es ruidoso, pero en mi caso no me importa ya que en exteriores no se nota tanto.

I bought this fan to help with lung problems. When I am unable to breathe properly I hold the fan away from my face and let the air on my nose cheeks and lips. This restores my breathing again, it even works outside. I don’t have to faff with batteries and there is a button on the bottom that switches off the fan, so it doesn’t start working by accident in my bag. Never had to recharge it yet and I use it every day
Bought a couple of these now as they are so good. Bought the blue one for my teenage son and he loves it and because they are rechargeable it saves you in batteries in the long run.
I really like this, it’s got a chunky handle that’s very comfortable to grip and also doubles up as a sturdy base with really heavyweight feel so you can rest it easily on a stable surface to use it as a portable desk fan.
As well as the power/speed control button, this fan has a second on/off under the base which I’ve not seen included in other fans – initially I thought “what’s the point?” but I quickly realised it’s a great inclusion: it’s a switch (not a button) that stops your fan from turning on while in your handbag, suitcase etc. I’ve definitely had fans activate (and waste precious power) while in my bag so this is a very smart little addition and a good safety feature.
It’s not the lightest hand fan I’ve used (weighs approx 184g, which is about the weight of my phone) but it’s quite compact in its design and certainly very cooling. Not too noisy and definitely no off-putting whine.
I also really like the minimalist design and the dark blue colour – and the fact that there’s no unsightly branding on the fan to cheapen its visual appeal. Very smart, handy – and stylish in an understated way – I definitely recommend this fan.

Bought this fan for our upcoming holiday and it seems perfect. Lowest speed setting gives a nice cool gentle breeze, with the second setting giving that bit extra. I find the highest setting is ideal for giving a cool blast when really hot.
Overall, it’s a brilliant little fan that does the job.
I bought this fan for a recent trip to Italy it was great. It was 31 degrees at times and I would stand it on the table whilst eating my meal to keep me cool.. No batteries needed just recharge at the mains.
There are a plethora of desktop/portable fans on the market, mostly from china. This is a nice little portable fan and it works really well.
The build quality is excellent and the plastic is supersmooth with a premium feel to it. It has a rather short handle and a big fan area. It is super quiet and has 3 settings. As with most of these small fans, its not going to totally blow you away with air, but it is adequate for a hot day to get you cooler.
It is charged using a usb c cable, which is also supplied.
It has a 4000mAh battery that is non changeable and claims to last for 20hrs, and i must say it does just keep going and going!!
Whats nice is that it has a flat bottom so it can be used as a desk fan as it can stand tall without any risk of falling.
It is a bit pricey at 16.99 but I think overall its excellent value and a really high quality item!

This fan is a nice size and shape and actually has a good amount of airflow for such a small fan. However at 16 I do think it’s a bit on the expensive side for a personal fan. The battery life is moderately good although it cannot be used for extended periods without charging.
Positive:
– A button to isolate power so the fan can’t be accidentally switched on.
– Quality feels nice.
– Easy to use, three speeds and off from a single button.
– Charging port is on the back, meaning you can charge it while placing it on a desk to use.
– 4000 mAh battery is a nice battery size, especially when taken outside for use.
Neutral:
– No charger, but comes with a charging cable. This is standard.
– Not the most comfortable for holding.
– Detachable front makes it easier to clean, but user susceptible to injuries if not careful.
Bad:
– No real faults with the item itself.
Currently priced at 15.99 (14.39 with the 10% off voucher), this is an OK price for such a nice portable handheld fan. Not the cheapest one out there, but it does the job well and the battery capacity is very decent.
This is a little on the heavy side but it holds allot for charge. the fan gives decent air flow and is quite compact and handy to just pop into your bag or even larger pocket’s. it also can sit on a shelf or table or where as the base is nice and wide and even when the fans turned right up it wont wobble or fall over.
This mini handheld portable neck fan from JISULIFE popped up on Amazon at the right moment as a good idea for my elderly mum. She’s travelling to the Mediterranean for a long break this summer, and I’ve been looking for things that will help her cope with the heat.
The JISULIFE fan seems to deliver the sort of personal cooling I want for Mum, who has tried it and agrees. The palm-sized caged fan has three speeds, pushing out quite a strong breeze, and it’s light enough to hold close to the face without arm strain. IT’s reasonably quiet.
The cage over the fan blades mean it’s safe to drop into a handbag for use away from the house.
The base of the handle on the is chunky enough to let you stand the fan on a flat surface, so it doesn’t HAVE to be handheld.
The handheld windmill type fans I’m used to are too small to make much of a difference unless you sit right over them, and always strike me as not much more than toys. Plus, like toys, they’re really just machines to make you buy packs of batteries.
I like the fact that the JISULIFE fan is rechargeable. They say the 4000mAh battery gives 5 hours at full power and 20 hours at low power charging for 3 hours charging. It won’t be back up and running instantly like a battery fan but it’s eco-green-ish and electric sockets don’t stop selling batteries after Sunday lunch.
For 15.99 at time of review it isn’t cheap but strikes me as reasonable value for a more effective way of cooling your face and neck.

However one thing I have noticed, charging is taking forever, or so I thought. There is no way of knowing when it’s charged, as in flashing colours going up like a scale. Always been red since received. I have tried several of my USB plugs, remains the same. However reading the instructions weirdly says when plugged in stays red all the time. When unplugged and near the time of needing a charge, indicator flashes white. When unplugged everything back to black.
The breeze pretty good for the size.
No turning as in rotating.
Given 4* as charging takes to long. I will update if needed.
This is a very durable & excellent fan! This exceeded my expectations as I did not think it would be this good !!It’s quite strong and powerful and lasts for a good amount of time. The fan definitely stands which I liked the most as most fans I’ve bought have dropped even when it was sitting upright. I’ve placed this on my table so the fan is facing me directly and giving me cool air. The noise level is not that loud which is good too as I have cats and am a light sleeper too overall, this is a excellent fan and a very good value for money. Would recommend.
This fan looks like a lot of other portable fans and with three speeds (fast, medium, slow) and USB charging it seems the same too. However the big difference is the battery life is considerably longer than most. You get about 5 hours worth at maximum speed and nearly 20 hours at minimum speed. That is quite a difference on a hot day when travelling or out and about. Highly recommended.
This is a great little fan that’s ideal for carrying around in a bag for use on trains, busses, etc.
The fan comes with a charging lead which can also be used to power it if at a desk. The rubberised base means it doesn’t vibrate or move about, even on full blast. They provide a lanyard so you can hang it around your neck for easy access.
There’s a locking slide switch underneath to prevent accidental operation. The front button has three speed settings and really can give a good blast from up to 3-4ft away.

This is a brilliant hand held fan, which can also be used as a mini desk fan. We will certainly be making use of this on summer days and when we travel to warmer places. It is so easy to use- it takes 3 hours to fully charge using the USB cable provided. It has three speeds, and the fastest one kicks up quite a strong breeze. At the fastest speed you get 3 hours between recharges – much longer at the medium speed and 20 hours at the lowest speed. To change speed you just press the start button – once for slow, twice for medium, and three times for fast.
The fan is protected from little fingers by a being enclosed in a protective cage, which can be removed for cleaning easily.

I really like this. What you get is the fan, a USB charger and the instructions all in a branded cardboard box. The fan is small, but I wouldn’t class it as mini, as it just under 3.5″ inches at its widest point and about 6″ tall including the handle. It feels as though it is very well made and there’s a bit of weight to it. It can be used stood upright, as there’s an anti-slip ring on the base.
There is an on/off switch on the base of the handle, and it takes around three hours for a full charge. There are three different speeds and the top one is quite powerful. It’s not overly noisy either. The usage time is advertised at 20 hours for the first speed, 15 hours for the second speed and 5 hours for the top speed; so far, it’s looking as though those timings are accurate, especially for the top speed.
At the time of writing the review, the cost is 15.99, which feels on the expensive side, but not enough to lose it a star.
My first observation re this fan is how quiet it is compared with others I’ve used of a similar size and design.
The 4-blade fan is of simple but robust design with a chunky handle and squat base bearing a non-slip silicone pad to ensure it won’t scratch or damage a polished surface and doesn’t vibrate or move around on a surface when in use, even on its top speed. The front grille can be removed for cleaning, if needed.
The fan is first switched into power mode via the easily-missed switch on its base and then can be operated via the push-button on its handle with one press to switch it into low-power mode, a second press into medium-power than a third press for high-speed. The lowest speed is very quiet and suitable for bedside use although, because the fan’s head doesn’t tilt, the flow of air from it cannot be adjusted. The medium speed is more powerful but produces a noticeable hum so would be suitable for general use at home or in the office where there is a little light background noise while the top speed has a much more noticeable hum. It would be fine for use watching TV but not for use in a quiet work/office meeting with others sitting around a table. Low-speed, however, which runs quietly would be suitable for these situations along with visiting church, theatre or similar.
Charging is via micro-USB and the fan can run while being charged so it not reliant on its internal high capacity 4000mAh battery. Outdoors or away from a power source, the fan can run for up to 18 hours on its lowest setting according to the instruction booklet. I ran it for 7 hours so can confirm its long running time but haven’t yet left it running for 18 hours. However, the battery capacity is double that of many similar fans with a 5-8 hour running time so 18 hours is certainly feasible and the battery capacity was one of the main attractions of this specific fan.
To the rear of the fan handle is a lanyard loop fixing point. However there is no lanyard strap included although, for practical use, this isn’t a fan design I would normally wear around my neck although I like to have this option so a strap would have been appreciated.
This is exactly what I need – portable with good wind selection speeds that can also self stand.
This has a good design and a good weight to it. It feels comfortable to hold and also the handle is wide enough such that the fan can easily stand vertical to become a great little desk fan.
There is a master on/off switch on the base of the fan and a push button to cycle through the modes:
off > on > S1 > S2 > S3 > off > on > S1 > S2 > S3 > off.
There is a Micro USB port for charging on the back of the handle – a USB-A to Micro USB charging cable IS SUPPLIED.
The diameter of the blades is approx. 7cm, but the moving blades themselves are only 2cms, which effectively means the air flow is quite focused.
The front grill can be detached in order to be cleaned and while off it gives access to clean the blades as well. NOTE: with the front grill removed, it is still possible to operate the fan and the blades will spin. WITHOUT the front grill attached, although the blades can spin, there is little to no airflow (even at full speed) – you MUST have the grill fitted in order for the airflow to work.
Using a basic Anemometer, I measured the following wind speeds. Testing was basic and figures are for reference only to show the relative difference in measured speeds when at arms length and at half arms length (as though holding closer to the face/body) for the 3 different speed settings:
Overall, an absolute stonking little fan, handheld and able to free stand as a small desk fan – at 15.99, I feel that is pretty good value and a definite 5 imho.

This fan does last a long time, I like that it can be placed on a surface and blow cool air on you because of the nonslip rubber underneath.

his portable neck fan is fantastic. I never thought something could come so innovatively and be so unique. the design of the colour is brilliant it’s nice it just close there’s no complaint in regards to it the fan is easy to use horse it’s very lightweight which I really like is easy to attach around your neck you know and all the features that you’d get with a neck fan it comes with this obviously there’s levels and speeds that you can have of the fan and obviously this does deplete the battery more depending on whether you’re usage is higher now the charging is fine it’s got long life I mean it lasts a very long time and if anything for the summer days specially if you’re in an office or if you’re doing work at your own office it does a fantastic job haven’t been complained an issue with it I found it quite useful I really do admire it and I find that the use of it can come really handy. the charge last a long time as I mentioned and it’s easy to charge as well and it doesn’t take that long to charge either which is obviously something that you want. overall if I’m honest with you it’s definitely worth the money just because of how unique the design is and how cool it is and it’s got three speeds if I can remember correctly so you can definitely keep yourself cool. definitely worth it!

This fan is very effective. Guaranteed to keep you cool with 3 strength settings. Very long battery life. I recently used it on my bedside locker throughout the whole night.
I bought this fan to help with lung problems. When I am unable to breathe properly I hold the fan away from my face and let the air on my nose cheeks and lips. This restores my breathing again, it even works outside. I don’t have to faff with batteries and there is a button on the bottom that switches off the fan, so it doesn’t start working by accident in my bag. Never had to recharge it yet and I use it every day
Bought a couple of these now as they are so good. Bought the blue one for my teenage son and he loves it and because they are rechargeable it saves you in batteries in the long run.
I really like this, it’s got a chunky handle that’s very comfortable to grip and also doubles up as a sturdy base with really heavyweight feel so you can rest it easily on a stable surface to use it as a portable desk fan.
As well as the power/speed control button, this fan has a second on/off under the base which I’ve not seen included in other fans – initially I thought “what’s the point?” but I quickly realised it’s a great inclusion: it’s a switch (not a button) that stops your fan from turning on while in your handbag, suitcase etc. I’ve definitely had fans activate (and waste precious power) while in my bag so this is a very smart little addition and a good safety feature.
It’s not the lightest hand fan I’ve used (weighs approx 184g, which is about the weight of my phone) but it’s quite compact in its design and certainly very cooling. Not too noisy and definitely no off-putting whine.
I also really like the minimalist design and the dark blue colour – and the fact that there’s no unsightly branding on the fan to cheapen its visual appeal. Very smart, handy – and stylish in an understated way – I definitely recommend this fan.

Bought this fan for our upcoming holiday and it seems perfect. Lowest speed setting gives a nice cool gentle breeze, with the second setting giving that bit extra. I find the highest setting is ideal for giving a cool blast when really hot.
Overall, it’s a brilliant little fan that does the job.

I bought this fan for a recent trip to Italy it was great. It was 31 degrees at times and I would stand it on the table whilst eating my meal to keep me cool.. No batteries needed just recharge at the mains.
There are a plethora of desktop/portable fans on the market, mostly from china. This is a nice little portable fan and it works really well.
The build quality is excellent and the plastic is supersmooth with a premium feel to it. It has a rather short handle and a big fan area. It is super quiet and has 3 settings. As with most of these small fans, its not going to totally blow you away with air, but it is adequate for a hot day to get you cooler.
It is charged using a usb c cable, which is also supplied.
It has a 4000mAh battery that is non changeable and claims to last for 20hrs, and i must say it does just keep going and going!!
Whats nice is that it has a flat bottom so it can be used as a desk fan as it can stand tall without any risk of falling.
It is a bit pricey at 16.99 but I think overall its excellent value and a really high quality item!

This fan is a nice size and shape and actually has a good amount of airflow for such a small fan. However at 16 I do think it’s a bit on the expensive side for a personal fan. The battery life is moderately good although it cannot be used for extended periods without charging.
Positive:
– A button to isolate power so the fan can’t be accidentally switched on.
– Quality feels nice.
– Easy to use, three speeds and off from a single button.
– Charging port is on the back, meaning you can charge it while placing it on a desk to use.
– 4000 mAh battery is a nice battery size, especially when taken outside for use.
Neutral:
– No charger, but comes with a charging cable. This is standard.
– Not the most comfortable for holding.
– Detachable front makes it easier to clean, but user susceptible to injuries if not careful.
Bad:
– No real faults with the item itself.
Currently priced at 15.99 (14.39 with the 10% off voucher), this is an OK price for such a nice portable handheld fan. Not the cheapest one out there, but it does the job well and the battery capacity is very decent.
This is a little on the heavy side but it holds allot for charge. the fan gives decent air flow and is quite compact and handy to just pop into your bag or even larger pocket’s. it also can sit on a shelf or table or where as the base is nice and wide and even when the fans turned right up it wont wobble or fall over.
This mini handheld portable neck fan from JISULIFE popped up on Amazon at the right moment as a good idea for my elderly mum. She’s travelling to the Mediterranean for a long break this summer, and I’ve been looking for things that will help her cope with the heat.
The JISULIFE fan seems to deliver the sort of personal cooling I want for Mum, who has tried it and agrees. The palm-sized caged fan has three speeds, pushing out quite a strong breeze, and it’s light enough to hold close to the face without arm strain. IT’s reasonably quiet.
The cage over the fan blades mean it’s safe to drop into a handbag for use away from the house.
The base of the handle on the is chunky enough to let you stand the fan on a flat surface, so it doesn’t HAVE to be handheld.
The handheld windmill type fans I’m used to are too small to make much of a difference unless you sit right over them, and always strike me as not much more than toys. Plus, like toys, they’re really just machines to make you buy packs of batteries.
I like the fact that the JISULIFE fan is rechargeable. They say the 4000mAh battery gives 5 hours at full power and 20 hours at low power charging for 3 hours charging. It won’t be back up and running instantly like a battery fan but it’s eco-green-ish and electric sockets don’t stop selling batteries after Sunday lunch.
For 15.99 at time of review it isn’t cheap but strikes me as reasonable value for a more effective way of cooling your face and neck.

However one thing I have noticed, charging is taking forever, or so I thought. There is no way of knowing when it’s charged, as in flashing colours going up like a scale. Always been red since received. I have tried several of my USB plugs, remains the same. However reading the instructions weirdly says when plugged in stays red all the time. When unplugged and near the time of needing a charge, indicator flashes white. When unplugged everything back to black.
The breeze pretty good for the size.
No turning as in rotating.
Given 4* as charging takes to long. I will update if needed.

This is a very durable & excellent fan! This exceeded my expectations as I did not think it would be this good !!It’s quite strong and powerful and lasts for a good amount of time. The fan definitely stands which I liked the most as most fans I’ve bought have dropped even when it was sitting upright. I’ve placed this on my table so the fan is facing me directly and giving me cool air. The noise level is not that loud which is good too as I have cats and am a light sleeper too overall, this is a excellent fan and a very good value for money. Would recommend.
This fan looks like a lot of other portable fans and with three speeds (fast, medium, slow) and USB charging it seems the same too. However the big difference is the battery life is considerably longer than most. You get about 5 hours worth at maximum speed and nearly 20 hours at minimum speed. That is quite a difference on a hot day when travelling or out and about. Highly recommended.
This is a great little fan that’s ideal for carrying around in a bag for use on trains, busses, etc.
The fan comes with a charging lead which can also be used to power it if at a desk. The rubberised base means it doesn’t vibrate or move about, even on full blast. They provide a lanyard so you can hang it around your neck for easy access.
There’s a locking slide switch underneath to prevent accidental operation. The front button has three speed settings and really can give a good blast from up to 3-4ft away.
It charges up quickly enough and seems to last for ages. It’s comfortable to hold and well made and I can’t really find anything negative to say about it.

This is a brilliant hand held fan, which can also be used as a mini desk fan. We will certainly be making use of this on summer days and when we travel to warmer places. It is so easy to use- it takes 3 hours to fully charge using the USB cable provided. It has three speeds, and the fastest one kicks up quite a strong breeze. At the fastest speed you get 3 hours between recharges – much longer at the medium speed and 20 hours at the lowest speed. To change speed you just press the start button – once for slow, twice for medium, and three times for fast.
The fan is protected from little fingers by a being enclosed in a protective cage, which can be removed for cleaning easily.

I really like this. What you get is the fan, a USB charger and the instructions all in a branded cardboard box. The fan is small, but I wouldn’t class it as mini, as it just under 3.5″ inches at its widest point and about 6″ tall including the handle. It feels as though it is very well made and there’s a bit of weight to it. It can be used stood upright, as there’s an anti-slip ring on the base.
There is an on/off switch on the base of the handle, and it takes around three hours for a full charge. There are three different speeds and the top one is quite powerful. It’s not overly noisy either. The usage time is advertised at 20 hours for the first speed, 15 hours for the second speed and 5 hours for the top speed; so far, it’s looking as though those timings are accurate, especially for the top speed.
At the time of writing the review, the cost is 15.99, which feels on the expensive side, but not enough to lose it a star.
My first observation re this fan is how quiet it is compared with others I’ve used of a similar size and design.
The 4-blade fan is of simple but robust design with a chunky handle and squat base bearing a non-slip silicone pad to ensure it won’t scratch or damage a polished surface and doesn’t vibrate or move around on a surface when in use, even on its top speed. The front grille can be removed for cleaning, if needed.
The fan is first switched into power mode via the easily-missed switch on its base and then can be operated via the push-button on its handle with one press to switch it into low-power mode, a second press into medium-power than a third press for high-speed. The lowest speed is very quiet and suitable for bedside use although, because the fan’s head doesn’t tilt, the flow of air from it cannot be adjusted. The medium speed is more powerful but produces a noticeable hum so would be suitable for general use at home or in the office where there is a little light background noise while the top speed has a much more noticeable hum. It would be fine for use watching TV but not for use in a quiet work/office meeting with others sitting around a table. Low-speed, however, which runs quietly would be suitable for these situations along with visiting church, theatre or similar.
Charging is via micro-USB and the fan can run while being charged so it not reliant on its internal high capacity 4000mAh battery. Outdoors or away from a power source, the fan can run for up to 18 hours on its lowest setting according to the instruction booklet. I ran it for 7 hours so can confirm its long running time but haven’t yet left it running for 18 hours. However, the battery capacity is double that of many similar fans with a 5-8 hour running time so 18 hours is certainly feasible and the battery capacity was one of the main attractions of this specific fan.
To the rear of the fan handle is a lanyard loop fixing point. However there is no lanyard strap included although, for practical use, this isn’t a fan design I would normally wear around my neck although I like to have this option so a strap would have been appreciated.
This has a good design and a good weight to it. It feels comfortable to hold and also the handle is wide enough such that the fan can easily stand vertical to become a great little desk fan.
There is a master on/off switch on the base of the fan and a push button to cycle through the modes:
off > on > S1 > S2 > S3 > off > on > S1 > S2 > S3 > off.
There is a Micro USB port for charging on the back of the handle – a USB-A to Micro USB charging cable IS SUPPLIED.
The diameter of the blades is approx. 7cm, but the moving blades themselves are only 2cms, which effectively means the air flow is quite focused.
The front grill can be detached in order to be cleaned and while off it gives access to clean the blades as well. NOTE: with the front grill removed, it is still possible to operate the fan and the blades will spin. WITHOUT the front grill attached, although the blades can spin, there is little to no airflow (even at full speed) – you MUST have the grill fitted in order for the airflow to work.
Using a basic Anemometer, I measured the following wind speeds. Testing was basic and figures are for reference only to show the relative difference in measured speeds when at arms length and at half arms length (as though holding closer to the face/body) for the 3 different speed settings:
Arms Length – half arms length Speed 1: 1.2m/s – 1.6m/s (gentle breeze)
Arms Length – half arms length Speed 2: 1.6m/s – 2.5m/s (soft wind)
Arms Length – half arms length Speed 3: 2.6m/s – 3.2m/s (good wind)
Overall, an absolute stonking little fan, handheld and able to free stand as a small desk fan – at 15.99, I feel that is pretty good value and a definite 5 imho.
