El producto es robusto y de calidad. Espero que envejezca bien con el uso que le dar, entiendo que hay que cuidarla mucho, aceitar despus de lavar.
Es fcil de limpiar ,ahorra energa ya que mantiene el calor mucho tiempo , la comida a baja temperatura queda excepcional . Lo nico negativo es el peso .

Quality is acceptable for the price. Nothing burns in it but is very sensitive to water as any iron item. Just make sure you dry it well after each wash and oil it regularly.

Ambas sartenes tiene un acabado muy bueno. Encajan perfectamente as que se puede utilizar como una olla o para ahumar comida. Yo la he utilizado en induccin en el fuego de lea y va genial
We like the food cooked in this, we always used it back in india growing up. So far it’s been great though it needs bit too much care. See some scratches already after using for month.

Les aliments ne collent pas s’ils sont mis chaud (presque aussi efficace que du tflon mais tellement plus sain). Superbe rpartition de la chaleur et maintien au chaud une fois sur table !
Je l’avais achet au dpart pour le pain, et en effet, le pain russit super bien dedans, avec une magnifique mie et une crote fine grce la vapeur, mais attention ! Si le pain est au levain, il ne faut pas le faire lever dedans, car il est acide !
La meilleure astuce pour le pain dans cette cocotte est de le transfrer chaud sur un fond de graines olagineuses. Le suspendre avec du papier cuisson s’il est fragile. Comme a, pas de rouille.
Comme tout le monde, j’ai eu des soucis de rouille, car je ne savais pas les utiliser. Maintenant ce sont mes poeles prfres et quand je fais une sauce (tomate, ou acide) avec, je la transfrre dans un plat pour la servir et rince immdiatement les poeles l’eau bouillante pour viter que le culottage soit attaqu par la sauce.
Sinon, elles adorent faire revenir les aliments et baigner dans l’huile, les laisser avec l’huile de cuisson de la veille et les rincer l’eau bouillante le lendemain c’est encore ce qui marche encore le mieux pour les maintenir 🙂

Cast iron is the best for some things. Great for slow cooking and great for a good sizzle on steaks.

Juego de cazuela y sartn (que tambin es la tapa de la cazuela) de hierro fundido que parece de buena calidad. Es la primera que compro de hierro fundido, por lo que no tengo mucha experiencia. En cualquier caso, ah van mis opiniones.
Aunque viene tratada de fbrica, conviene hacerle un buen curado antes de usarla si no quieres que se te pegue la comida. Hay que tener en cuenta que, siendo nueva, se nota la rugosidad del molde de arena sobre el que se construye. Hay que formar una buena ptina para que la rugosidad vaya desapareciendo.
Yo le hice el proceso de curado 3 veces antes del primer uso. Fueron unas hamburguesas y, aunque una de ellas se peg un poquito (probablemente fallo mo por moverla antes de tiempo) no hubo problema para retirar lo pegado frotndola con sal. Despus de ello volv a darle una capita de aceite antes de guardarla.
Puntos de mejora:
Los mangos son algo cortos y no se agarran especialmente bien con una sola mano. Hay que pensar que son elementos ya pesados en vaco y ms an con la comida dentro.
Ojo, que los mangos se calientan. Hay que usar trapos o manoplas para manejarla en caliente.
Echo en falta algn tipo de agarradero de silicona de quita y pon para poder sujetarla adecuadamente.
No valoro bien el apartado “fcil de limpiar” porque ningn elemento de hierro fundido lo es. No es por fallo en este producto en particular. La limpieza tiene sus mtodos. En internet hay mucha informacin.
Con el producto vienen unas instrucciones. Conviene leerlas. Ahora, prepara la lupa. La letra es tan pequea que apenas puede leerse!
Manufacturer says it’s preseasoned, but I never trust claims like that. I seasoned it twice in the oven (one day apart), both pans in one go. I have cast iron tamagoyaki pan, but I’m hardly an experienced user… Anyway, those 2 pans are thicker and heavier than my tamagoyaki pan. I don’t think I achieved proper non-stick surface yet, but it takes time, so I’m fine with that. I cooked about 10 times in one or the other pan so far, and they were perfect. Cast iron lets you control heat really well, I could really see that when frying mushrooms and onions for sauce. I’m very pleased with my purchase, when my largest teflon pan dies (should be in about 6 months), I’m defo gonna buy large pan from this company, and finally get rid of teflon in my kitchen.

Once you’ve used them and seasoned them properly they are great,yes it says they’re
pre-seasoned yet your food will still stick to the pans initially. Yet they are a heavy sturdy product that has worked well while I’ve been out camping.

Very good quality pans – especially so considering the price – I’d say it is at least as good as my Lodge skillet for a much lower price.
Of course, all cast iron cookware needs a little bit of care and attention, but the effort is always rewarded.
Quite a heavy pan but really good to use as a such oven cooks great but need to take care cleaning and re-oiling to store. Easy to rust if you don’t take care.
Such a handy piece of kit good quality not too heavy multi use would highly recommend
We use these pans for everything now. Great on the hob or in oven. Also use in the fire pit as a dutch oven. They season up nicely to be non stick if done properly.

Well weighted starting skillet and pot. Cooks for 6 people and is very handy for the fire pit and induction stove alike ! Bargai
As soon as I got this out of the box, my oven was set at 240C and I put the base in on one shelf and the lid on another.
45 mins later, took the base out and put a little grapeseed oil in and wiped it all over every surface inside and out with a cotton rag.
I returned it to the oven and did the same with the lid.
At 30 minute intervals I repeated the process 3 times (4 coats in total).
On the last oil application I left it in for 30mins then turned the oven off with the cast iron inside and let everything cool down.
The preseason mentioned in the description is for protection from factory to home. The method I’ve used above for all of my cast iron and they pass the fried egg test every time.
I’ve made a few curries, stews, bolognese and after a quick wipe under the hot tap, all is ready for another great tasting meal.
I haven’t used the lid as a frying pan/skillet as I have pans dedicated (superb for steaks).
It’s good quality and a decent size but I don’t really agree with the phrase “pre-seasoned” as I have had to re-season after every use so far. I am seeing improvement though so I am looking forward to a better future with it.
very good for the money, i actually took the interior of both pans to bear metal and make them smooth and season them back again 3 times…it change the interior colour to copper(ish) ofc exterior is black
Purchased after reading positive reviews. Did order another name but it was so thin I realised it wouldn’t last, this will.
Heavy so beware before purchasing. Well made. Easy to clean, I warm it up after washing and lightly oil it.
Have cooked several meals with it now on the woodburner. It gets so hot I put a saucepan on the lid and cooked up pasta.
Only complaint is the lid isn’t a snug as it could be, so loses a star plus the price has gone up in 12 days?!
All in all recommend this, it will last as long as you follow the instructions when cleaning and drying.
I got a very good deal as the skillet doubles as a lid. I have not owned any cast iron before. It was clear to me how I should take care of it. Also both pans are very heavy. But I am happy with the product as I am gaining confidence in usage.
Bought as a ‘test’ to see how it would work as a dutch oven for camping. It works great. Also has the benefits that it doubles as a deep frying pan or a saucepan and the matching lid works great as a frying pan. Delighted with the purchase and it will get a lot of use going forward.
Brilliant for making sourdough. I had no issues with rust, and I only seasoned it once, before first use.
Really value for money. I use to bake bread and I am really impressed by the results. I would recommend it.

Presean is a bonus, I eashed a seasoned before my first use. This pan will last for years, a minimum of care to make sure it does, heat condution is perfect so silicon handles nust be bought too.
Very, very heavy but really cooks food wonderfully. I live the lid being able to use as a mini skillet. Love this item.
Once seasoned well food tastes much better in a cast iron pan – good value

I use this for baking my sourdough loaves. It’s nice and light and a good size for 400g flour loaves.

I was sick of purchasing expensive non-stick pans and then them deteriorating with use, cast iron Pans no doubt come with maintenance demand but after first few uses my Pan has become very well non-stick as any teflon pan, I would suggest to season it at least 2 times before your first use and still if food sticks don’t feel bad over use it will become non-stick
Originally purchased for sough dough bread making – bakes as expected. It is safer to grip when removing from hot oven than conventional dutch ovens because of the long and the chunky short handles. I also have been using it for frying and casseroles, really like using them, it is my pans of choice, my le creuset pans are now stored in the cupboard. Quality is very good I have no complains. It looks good, easy to clean as it is black, can cope with higher oven temperature than le cresuset, and the price is amazing compared with similar pans at 2- 3 times the cost. My friend also bought one after seeing mine.

Open fire camping and have used this set a couple of times recently. The frying pan warms up evenly and nothing sticks. Easy to clean.
Have left stews simmering in the Dutch pot and cooks perfectly. Great combo

I have Le Creuset pans but this dutch oven beats them hands down on value, for cast iron, versatility, you want to put it on an open fire or put in the oven on the highest heat setting, and quality – the pan was non-stick out fo the box!
I bought it for cooking sourdough bread – it has worked perfectly!
I was skeptical at first as there are number of other brands doing it but after arrival, we were so impressed that we threw all of our non stick cookware on sand day. The food cooked in cast iron tastes so much better that you would realise what you were missing earlier having it cooked in others.
It came pre seasoned so all we have been doing it religiously is:
a) Wash
b) Wipe it fully
c) Warm it before cooking
d) Cook
e) Transfer the food
f) Let it cool down
g) Wash it gently with sponge (no harsh brush unless it is stuck)
h) Wipe it , Warm a bit
g) Season with oil
h) Store it with tissue so any moist will be caught
For someone who hates doing that will find non stick cookware easy but please remember non stick is slow toxic so it all depends you weigh in your health and food taste over quick clear up.
Use this for cooking my sourdough bread. It’s a lot cheaper than some of the others but it works perfectly for what I need it to do. It is very heavy and also comes pre seasoned. If your looking to cook sourdough bread this thing is perfect.
I did some looking for the best I could afford and this was hands down the best value for money, pre seasoning is great and the pan cleans without bother, a perfect size for my oven and cookies evenly.
Incredible value for money, suitably thick cast iron pans that lock into place easily, great for retaining consistent heat. It came pre seasoned, and isn’t too heavy (buy definitely lift using both hands while it’s hot, as there can be slight wobble taking them out of an oven together)
I bought it for baking sourdough and breads, and when it’s been preheated in the oven it gives a fantastic crust on the bottom, and while closed, locks in some humidity for a fantastic rise.
Take care of it and it can literally last you a life time we’ll worth the money.

Purchased as part of an early Xmas 2020 gift for my partner, as she started her sourdough making journey, after some months of use and proper care this set has become a regular part of our daily cooking as well as sourdough baking.
This was probably one of the cheapest sets of cast iron cookware I’ve seen, but the quality doesn’t seem to reflect this at all. Like all cast iron pans, if they are properly seasoned, cleaned, and maintained they can last far longer than modern non-stick pans, even giving better results.
We did have one instance of stuck food, however this was down to user error and, despite the charred areas on the shallow pan, still work perfectly fine after a bit of extra care and seasoning.
Highly recommended.
From what I baked and cooked omg what a good one , tomahawk steak sorted , sourdough bread perfect oven spring boom best choice ever I made.
Very happy with the products. I already used few times the small pot for steak and both for oven and it is perfect for lamb steaks and a full chicken very yummy. You have to learn how to work with if you are new with this type of pots how to clean and maintenance them. They go very hot and that’s a good thing for slow cook and everything.
I’ve used this just for baking bread and it’s fantastic I’ve never washed it just brush it off when finished, so can’t comment on whether it is easy to wash or if it rusts.

I have looked at many cast iron pans before buying Kichly. It offered value for money and I’m really happy with the product. I have seasoned it twice before first use and it is very effective to produce a non stick surface. I’ve made parathas, steak and sausages in it and all were perfectly done. I’ve used the bigger pot for a stew which was also great. I would highly recommend this product.

I use this for baking sourdough and it’s fantastic. Very solid and well made. I. Can only fit in round boules and shorter oblong loaves but that’s fine, Came quickly and we’ll packaged.
Was used for bread making and did the job perfectly. Very sturdy and heavy. Make sure to buy some good oven gloves if your using this this over 200c it is a bit hard to handle the weight with just a tea towel.

This combo cooker is, at the very least, as good as the brand names you have to pay 100+ for. I’ve been looking for something like this for over a year and I’m extremely pleased with the superb quality of this one at a bargain 29.99. It’s brilliant for baking bread, which is the main purpose I bought it for. It has a good thickness and it’s very well made. It comes already seasoned, but I re-seasoned it straight away and the result is very satisfactory, one more layer of oil and oven and it will have eggs sliding off it. Thoroughly recommended.
Wanted an affordable combo cast iron “oven” for baking bread. Pictures show an 800g loaf proved in 9 inch banetton. Comes pre-seasoned but I did 3 further clean bakes with rapeseed oil to “guarantee” no sticking. It has a made in China sticker on base. This may be a deal breaker for some. I would have preferred to have known this and made an informed choice. That said. I am clearly recommending the product.
I bought this for making sourdough and was a bit dubious due to the low price, but it’s fantastic! I’ve been using it weekly for a couple of months and it’s great. Fits a nice round loaf perfectly (I use a banneton which fits exactly perfectly into the lid when I put the bread in) and a good solid weight. Produces lovely results, and much better than my pizza stone method previously. Easy to clean, comes with instructions for how to look after it – I’m really pleased.
Was about to drop 80-90 on a fancy one of these for sourdough baking, but thought i’d give this one a chance. One of the edges is a little uneven but that’s only a cosmetic issue and doesn’t affect the use of the pans at all. Works amazingly well, really thrilled I took a chance on this. Works perfectly on my induction hob, as long as you’re careful not to move it around too much (scratch potential!)
As cast iron pans go these are bang on the money. Heat up well and retain heat. I did need to re-season after one use, even though it said pre-seasoned, but not a hard thing to do and they are now how I would want and expect.

Purchased to use as a Dutch oven for making sourdough bread, and it works great! Cheaper than many others and great size and quality. I have also now used the pans separately in the oven and they work very well.
I originally purchased this to bake my sourdough in as a much more affordable choice than the lodge combo. It comes pre seasoned which is good enough if you are only using for baking. I have used the frying pan a lot more than I expected and taken time to improve the non stick surface. Have turned out a couple of lovely frittatas ( the whole pan can go in the oven no problems). Both pans are a good weight. Not too heavy which some cheaper cast iron can be. Follow the included instructions for washing and caring and I think you will be very pleasantly surprised by this combi and it’s great value for money.
The title says it all. If you want a combo cooker of a decent size, this is probably what you want. Tested for baking sourdough and as a skillet. Will probably use as a casserole.

I was bit suspicious before buying these as I’d used a few Lodge and Le Crueset items and regard them as the highest quality in cast iron cookware. But I have to say that this totally matches both Lodge and Le Crueset quality, but at a fraction of the price. I’m very happy with this purchase.
Like other reviewers I bought this solely for baking sour dough bread. At the price I couldn’t resist as they’re usually cost a lot more than this. It arrived with a very tiny nick on one of the rims, but nothing major and it certainly won’t affect it’s use so long as I look after it properly. Over all it looks well made and is as you’d expect very heavy. Although it states it is pre-seasoned, I didn’t want to risk starting out on the wrong foot with something I hope lasts me many years, and I don’t particularly like using food utensils straight out the box without so much as a wipe, so I did give it a quick wash, dried it carefully, and then re-season following the instructions it came with. I used it for the first time yesterday and was absolutely delighted with the result. My loaf was evenly baked and lifted clean away, no sticking whatsoever.
Side note: It is worth investing in a quality pair of oven or BBQ gloves, because this pot gets hotter than HOT! Hell’s ambient temperature hot, and the heat will bleed quickly through folded tea-towels or a worn oven glove.

I searched high and low for a skillet/pan combo with a flat bottom and finally found it. Not only am I using them for cooking and frying, but also “up side down” for baking bread in the skillet with the deep pan as a lid. And it’s working perfectly. And it gets even better – it was priced much lower compared to branded ones that I doubt would work any differently nor any better.
It’s both cast iron and (a) steal. A lifetime investme

Bought this Dutch oven to bake my sourdough bread in. I couldn’t believe the price! It seems excellent quality, only used it once, but am planning on only using it for bread. You do need industrial strength oven gloves though as it’s as hot as Vesuvius!

This is a very good quality product which I use for baking sourdough. Been looking for one of these in the UK for months now and couldn’t find anything apart from importing from America for 90 which was way too much. Happy to find this for a very affordable price and is totally worth the cost if you are wanting to use this for baking bread. Would give it a 5 star review but I had a slight dent on the rim of the skillet, it doesn’t impact the functionality of the product but for obvious this doesn’t make it a perfect product but I still highly recommend this to anyone getting into bread baking.
