This is the best dollhouse ever! It is by KidKraft, which is way more sturdier and better quality than Mattel’s dream houses.
It is not all hot pink like all the other barbie houses. It has very calm colors like light blue and light pink. All my other barbie houses are pink, and they look nothing like real houses! There is 2 balconies on either side of the bedroom. One balcony has a swing set for 2 barbies. The other is completely empty so you can decorate with whatever you want. (I made it the patio)
Everything is made of wood! It is way sturdier because it is not made of plastic. The purple couches it comes with have real cushions! 5 stars!

Bought this for my daughter’s 6th birthday. It took a while to build and was a bit awkward at the initial stages to get the pieces to fit. However, my daughter absolutely loves it and has played with it every single day since. Great buy.

Great dollhouse for price! Need two people to assemble. Took about 3hrs. Very tall, sits a little over 4 ft high. Simple, but elegant look with wood furniture and background room drawings that are pleasing to the eye. One issue we had is one of the roof wood pieces did not come screw holes drilled in so we were unable to fix one side of the roof. It currently sits on the roof without screws and is held on by the other areas we were able to screw and tighten. I recommend this dollhouse for a 4 or 5 year old that is able to have imaginative play with the house. We bought it for our niece for her 3rd birthday and she was a bit too young for it. It makes for a very pretty decor piece for a young girl’s room.

Absolutely huge dolls house. Got this for my three year old and it towers over her. The furniture is beautifully made. It did take me almost 3 hours to assemble but that’s because I am terrible at building things and following instructions. Lost a star because although it is a beautiful house, for the price, I did expect it to be more sturdy, and I found the floors and walls of the house not to be as sturdy as the pieces of furniture.
My husband didn’t swear building it that’s a first! Instructions very clear & easy to follow.

The Girls absolutely loved it! They play with it almost every day and their ages range from 2 yrs to 8 yrs.

My only complaint is that the top floor keeps sliding out of place. I read many other reviews that recommended gluing that in place which we will do as soon as we can pry her away long enough.
*Note- It comes with great furniture but it does not come with any dolls. We purchased the Melissa & Doug doll family and the Hape pet family. She loves them both!
My daughter’s friends come to visit especially to play with this doll house. It is currently inhabited by Barbie, Beauty and the Beast, Anna and Elsa (from Disney’s FROZEN), various My Little Pony’s and a large collection of LaLaLoopsies.

This is a beautiful dollhouse. It is well made and has stood up very well to my daughter’s playing. It is very tall, and our 4yr old has to use a small stool to see in the attic level, but that is part of the fun for her. We found assembly to be fairly easy – there are some very helpful reviews that aided us in that. There were two large pieces that came damaged, which we did not realize until trying to assemble it on Xmas eve, but they were immediately replaced with no questions asked, and those things sometimes happen. The furniture pieces are well built and attractive. Overall we are very happy with the quality of this house.
There were too many pieces and it took too long to build it up. My 7 year-old daughter loves it so much and it’s perfect for Barbie dolls, Bratz and the little furniture which comes with it is perfect for this dollhouse.

I bought this dollhouse for my 3 year old granddaughter. She loves it, and plays with it everyday. It is made of wood and is sturdy. It took me a little over an hour to put it together. It was easy to put together. The instructions came in picture form only. I put it together by looking at the pictures, and I also got help from you tube. All the pieces came in the box, and was colored-coded. The dollhouse is about 4 feet high. My granddaughter needed a step stool to get to the top. The house is very colorful and had that country charm. My ganddaughter plays with it for hours. She’s very creative, and uses her imagination while playing with her Barbie’s. I enjoy watching her play with it. I would highly recommend this dollhouse. It is well worth the price. I caught it on sale for $79.00.
he playhouse was ordered so ready in plenty of time before christmas but was only opened christmas eve to be assembled. on opening the box and removing the parts when getting to the bottom of the box i found that the upper part of the roof, the front facia edging was broken. its quite a big part which supports the roof panels. typical of not checking beforehand but did manage to get it together so as not to dissapoint the child it was for. a replacement part is requiered but have no idea how i can get you to send 1 to me.
the overall quality of the house is very good and went together with ease it was just a nasty suprise when the part was noticed broken in the box.
Santa brought this dollhouse for our 4.5 yr old daughter and she loves it. It really is very big, as other reviewers have stressed. It took about 1.5 hours to build, without any particular problems (the parts that don’t fit exactly need to be pushed into place) although there is some alignment problem with the back walls of the ground and first floor. I expected more wood and less cardboard having read the other reviews, but again, this doesn’t make much difference in the general feel of it, which is great.
Build quality is great, daughter was very happy this Christmas.
Took around 1.5 hours to build and seemed like a hard task at first but once the base was built it was a doddle.
Only downside would be the swing, doesn’t sit right and keeps swinging forward and the doll will just fly off. I fixed it by drilling new holes to give it more support.
santa brought this house for my seven year old. it is a beautiful house and is great value for money. my children are spending hours playing with it. it is sturdy and easily built. I would recommend this for any little girl.

I usually hate putting things together but this one wasn’t bad. Had to give 5 star because of ease of assembly and it was no question the grandbabies loved it. Toy engineer did a good job with this one.
As far as quality, it is good, but kids don’t need to lean on it.
The grandgirls loved it…..it is tall, they stand and play with it. They were fascinated by it. That was the real test.
Furniture was nice that came with it, real wood!

Tips……do not tighten all the way until you get to roof. Then tighten all bolts then put roof on. Do not over tighten or you could crack the wood.
Arrived within the time stated. Took 2 hours to assemble but was worth it to see the kids faces on Xmas day.

Bought this for my daughters 4th birthday, she absolutely loves it! Others have commented it but I feel I have to reiterate, it’s a big ‘un! My daughter plays with it constantly with her existing dolls and toys. It’s a great price for something I know my daughter will love for years (unless she breaks it with her constant attempt to climb it). I have bought doll houses for similar price that’s a fraction of the size and detail. Nothing to complain about, if you have the space (width is bigger than a single wardrobe) and looking for a doll house then get it.
No photograph on the package which we could view when assembling as the instructions were difficult to follow .Assembly took approx 2 hours.Nothing missing so that was a relief.
I am sure our grandaughter will be delighted with the product on Xmas morning.

This dolls house is gorgeous. It is well made and my husband put it together really quickly. It is very tall, a lot taller than my 3 daughters (age 3 and twins age 1) but they still love playing with it and i m sure it will last them for years.

Can’t comment on the house actually assembled as we haven’t assembled it yet, but we have checked all the pieces to make sure they are ok and they look an excellent quality.

Good build quality, a bit of challenge to construct it. It is quite big, fits all her barbies that she has collected over the years. She has now had it for couple of months and still plays with it. All in all a good buy, not the cheapest presents but she loves it.

It is a big house,my daughter is 110 cm and she doesn’t reach the top room very well to play.she fits all her fools,Barbie standard and all the forniture is a very good quality.the walls look like are painted,it is not paper that can came off.Definetivly,it is an amazing toy, a lot of money but no regreats.

Got this for my 3 year olds birthday and she absolutely loves it. It’s pretty solid and will hopefully last her a few years of fun. Ideal size for her barbies and although she’s on her toes to reach the top of the house at the moment, she’ll grow into it. Furniture also seems to be quite solid and well made. A beautiful house that has all of my “grown up” friends wanting to come round and play with it too!

We ordered this dolls house in October so we would get in time for Christmas. My husband put it together on Christmas Eve, only to find out, the front part of the roof was broke. It is a beautiful dolls house, but we are very dissapointed with the decorative strip of the roof panel, I am not sure if I can get another replacement strip for it?

This would not be getting four stars were it not for the fact that my 5 year old daughter loves it.
The build quality is not great, the pre-drilled holes did not line up well, the screws are not self-tapping and very soft so they strip quite easily which made assembly more difficult. The swing seat doesn’t work for fashion dolls because the balance point is in the wrong place. I have spent similar amounts of money on build it yourself wooden toys before and the build quality and hardware have been much better.
I chose this house for my 7 year old after reading reviews and it didn’t disappoint.
My 7 and 10 year old both love it, it’s good quality, sturdy and much better value than a normal Barbie house.
It’s not to hard to assemble, just a little patience required.
I would definitely advise anyone looking to buy a house for Barbies not to buy one of the official Barbie houses that are small, expensive and made of plastic but buy this which is large, reasonably priced, and am sure will last a long time.
This dollhouse is reminicient of the Historical homes on the bay in Charleston, SC. It is taller than my 6 yr.old and she loves it. Great Gift! I gave it 4 stars because the canopy bed which could have been beautiful was plain and cheap looking. I will try to redo it. The other furniture was nice. I liked the spindle side porches, especiallly. My daughter has an idea to build a flower garden on the porch:) My daughter noticed right away that the lovely stairs from the first floor to the second do not go to the third. I said use your imagination. For $109.00 this is a great wooden doll with class and style.
Ich habe das Haus fr unsere Grundschule bestellt und die Mdchen der ersten Klasse sind frmlich drauf “geflogen”, so dass erst einmal gelost werden musste. Wunderschne Aufmachung mit nostalgischen weien Sulen und Treppen. Trotz der Grenangabe war ich berrascht von den Dimensionen, es knnen locker vier Kinder gleichzeitig damit spielen.
Das Haus ist stabil verarbeitet, lie sich gut aufbauen. Die Mbel sind sehr ansprechend und in hbschen Patellfarben lackiert, besonders chic ist die lila Couch mit passender Stehlampe.
Bis dato habe ich gedacht, fr Barbies und Konsorten gebe es nur diese hsslichen Kunststoffhuser, aber das liebevoll ausgestattete Holzhaus hat mich eines Besseren belehrt.
Kurz und gut. Das Haus und der schnelle Lieferservice haben mich so begeistert, dass ich am folgenden Tag noch ein weiteres Haus als Weihnachtsgeschenk fr meine Tochter bestellt habe und mich schon auf die runden Kulleraugen freue, die sie an Weihnachten machen wird.

his was the 2nd dollhouse i received as the first one was quite extensively damaged. It looks great and was relatively easy to build although there are still 2 screws that did not fit the bolts required, i have managed to sort this myself. Im not sure how long ths dollhouse will last as the bathroom floor is already sagging and my daughter has only had for a week. Bit overpriced but looks great and the included furniture is of a good quality.
Super groes Lob fr dieses Puppenhaus. Wir haben es unserer Tochter zum 5. Geburtstag geschenkt. Sie ist ein super Barbie-Fan und daher musste es etwas sein,wo diese drin Platz finden wrden. Die original Barbie – Huser sind uns zu rosa/bunt/quietschig und ausserdem stehen wir so gar nicht auf diesen Plastik – Mll!! – Bricht doch alles auch viel zu schnell kaputt. – Meistens. So, zurck zum Savannah Puppenhaus…. Es ist aus Holz in weiss und die Innenwnde sind bunt gestaltet.Sieht man auch gut auf den Produktfotos! Es macht einen total stabilen Eindruck,ist ausserdem supergro(1,30m hoch),sodass unsere Tochter sicherlich noch viele Jahre ihren Spass daran hat. Die Rume und Mbel sind grentechnisch wie fr Barbie gemacht!! Tozal super. Aber das schnste an diesem Puppenhaus war die Reaktion unserer Tochter. An ihrem 5 . Geburtstag kam sie ins Wohnzimmer,sah das RIESENGROE Puppen-/Barbiehaus und ist zu ihrer Mama in den Arm gelaufen und hat geweint weil sie so berwltigt vor Freude war!!! Das war fr uns natrlich das grte Geschenk!!!! 🙂
This is a mega-sized doll’s house. A veritable mansion! It took most of Christmas day to put this together but it was worth it as all children (and many adults) who visit us are awe-struck by it. My son plays with it more than my daughter, but it still gets a lot of use. Big enough for Barbie and Ken (and their horse and their convertable and all their friends…)! I thought it was good value compared with other smaller dolls houses, some of which cost a lot more.
I was astounded at the quality of this dolls house. I expected it to be of a good quality given the price, but it exceeded my expectations. It took about two hours for me to assemble, but the instructions were very clear and even the nuts and bolts etc were clearly labelled, leaving no chance of error! The included furniture is of a very high standard (including a velvet covered sofa, lamp, fridge/freezer, cooker, four poster bed, two tables, two dining room chairs, a cot and swing and more). I would highly recommend this product to anyone. My four and six year old girls play with it all the time. One negative – my 14 month old who is a little heavy handed managed to break the door to the fridge within an hour of setting it up, but perhaps I was just unlucky, as everything else seems very sturdy.

I wasn’t sure whether the furniture would be the right size for barbie dolls but it’s exactly the right size (except the bath which is a bit small). My little one’s had literally hours of play out of it already. Compared to the plastic barbie houses which you can get for around the same price, this is really sturdy. Would definitely recommend. If I’d known I would have spent less time (months) umming and ahhhing and just bought it.
We gave this as a Christmas present. Overall, easy to put together in an hour-or-so, no damaged items, good quality. Size is massive! Will keep her going for years. Couple of items of furniture were not as pictured (ie. toilet was plastic rather than wood). Swing bench needs more ribbon otherwise it won’t stay upright! Played with nearly every day – her Barbie’s love it!!! Excellent value, although price has risen significantly since our purchase.
We have three daughters ranging from age 3 to 7. We got this dollhouse for them for Christmas and they absolutely loved it. We had read reviews of other Kidcraft dollhouses that said they took forever to put together but this one didn’t seem too bad. It took the two of us about an hour to put together. I’d recommend having two people put it together for the extra hands.
We were amazed at how big/tall it is! It’s a little over 4 feet tall. Our youngest has been using a small step stool to reach the top story, but that hasn’t been a big deal.
All of the pieces arrived in great condition and it seems really sturdy. It is just the right size for Barbie dolls and all three of our girls play with it at the same time.
It was a great buy and we thought the pricing was great for the value.
This doll house offers a lot of opportunities for kids from the age of 3 up to use their imagination. For the most part the construction is good quality and it is easy to assemble. The only problem we had was the composite floor for the second story was not quite wide enough and when a small hand pressed down on it, it gave way and sagged at one end. We used glue to keep the flooring (after taking the house almost completely apart) in the groove but that may not be a permanent fix. This is the only complaint, otherwise, this is a great toy for playing house or displaying your dolls–Barbies are the perfect size.
My 4 year old daughter opened this present on Christmas morning and I can confidently say it is the best present she has ever received. She is just at that age where she loves her Disney Princess & Barbie dolls & I really wanted a house for her to put these dolls in but was not impressed with the official Barbie & Disney Princess houses. They just looked really poor value for money with “rooms” so small they could hardly be used for play. I’m so glad I bought this house as it reminds me of the Sindy house my sister and I spent hours playing with as children. It is very high quality wood & board (unlike the plastic alternatives) & the furniture which come with it is wood also, again painted & varnished to a very high quality. One thing to note is the measurements. My daughter’s room is small but thankfully we measured before we bought to make sure it would fit. My daughter has to stand on a stool at the moment to reach the attic but I love that I’ll be able to watch her grow with it. If you’re looking for the perfect present for your little girl look no further. You won’t regret buying this.
I had been looking for a dolls house for my girls aged 4 and 7. Saw lots of small plastic houses and then I saw this! Perfect. This will still last them for a few years in that they can use it for their Barbies. It is big enough (really big) for them to stand and play with it or 2 or 3 to play at the same time. The quality is fantastic, much better than the plastic ones I had seen. The best thing for me is that I ordered it on 30 Nov and it had been delivered to my door in New Zealand by 7 December. It was also a great price in the sale, and even with the exchange rate, I bought it about $200 cheaper than what I could have bought it here in NZ. I am one very happy customer.
Considering that it was just over 100 and other more generic, branded, plastic, mass produced “houses” are pushing 100 this simply blows them out the water.
It’s just over 4′ tall and about 1.5m wide so you really should measure up before hand. The sheer size means that it is more than capable of handling any of the dolls she has comfortable and allow good freedom of movement in and around the rooms. I didn’t see any of the [insert generic doll brand] houses manage that feat. I’m a little suspect with the roof area as it seems to add the extra height but add nothing more than a small storage space (like a real loft…) but the other rooms provide the playing space so a small storage area is actually quite logical.
Quality is good and there is no movement in any of the parts and it fitted together nice and snug. Flat pack always has problems for some but for me this went up like a dream and the packaging for the screw set was just awesome (needs to be done for all flatpack !!) Assembly was about an hour and that was me taking my time.
I already believe that this is built to last and should get a good few years out of it and for 100-150 in todays value that’s incredible. No more of those overpriced plastic thingys for me o/

With an exquisite interior decor and very nice quality wooden accessories, it’s a beautiful dollhouse and it’s HUGE so do measure first. Very sturdy and realistic looking, it encourages imaginative play and I think we’ll have it for many years to come.
Most of their dolls fit perfectly inside (all four floors are functional, as the attic can house all the miniature dolls and pet figurines.)
Assembly instructions are a bit out of order, but with a little patience this can be completed in less than an hour.
I would also recommend you fasten this to the wall, (our cat sleeps on the third floor!)
This dolls house is lovely and very sturdy, it is quite big though so you may need to measure up before you buy.
I was looking for a barbie house for my 4 year old daughters birthday present, thought other they where very over priced for what they where. But then saw this house and its good reviews it is very strong and well made and excellent for barbies and the furniture is great all made of wood and fits barbie size just right.its also big and a lot better value than barbie houses my daughter loves it.
Easy to assemble, quality good.Grand daughter over the moon with the result. Not much more to say really. Excellent product.
We got this for my “almost 4” daughter for Christmas and she has played with it daily! It is a great height, just tall enough so she can store her small dolls in the attic, and low enough so she can play with all 3 floors. Assembly only took about an hour, most of the furniture is already assembled. The hardest part was putting the swing on the ribbon and getting it to work right, so I didn’t follow directions and ended up rigging it up so it would swing properly. The only quality issue is the bed canopy and pillow. They both are shredding because they are cheaply made. I ended up taping parts of the canopy and gluing it to the top of the frame so it wouldn’t come apart more. My daughter loves this so much and was the hit for Christmas.
This is the best dollhouse I have found anywhere near this price. It is the perfect size for Barbies. The Barbie brand houses are more expensive and less durable. The weak points in the house are def. the floor boards. The frame is solid wood, but the floor pieces are more flimsy. Some have suggested assembling the house with glue, but my husband thought it unnecessary. We will see. He had no problem with assembly and says the trick was making sure all the pieces were TIGHTLY in place before tightening them. He is a carpenter by trade. I think I might have had difficulty putting the thing together myself if he weren’t here, it looked a bit daunting, although the instructions are thorough.
We bought this for our 4YO daughter. Was delivered within 3 days using free shipping. Assembly was pretty easy considering the substantial amount of fasteners involved. Well engineered and the quality of the parts is impressive. Provided you take your time and fit it up properly prior to tightening the screws, you should be able to build this thing within an hour and it will be solid as a rock. It is big enough for Barbie dolls to fit easily and also comes with furniture that fits the dolls equally as well. We had been looking for the Barbie Dream House when we saw this dollhouse. Besides the price difference and the obvious construction differences (wood and screws -vs- glued plastic), this house just looks better and seems to be more suited to long term play for kids. I highly recomend getting this one if your undecided.
Pay special attention to the instructions during assembly or you will find yourself doing things over. I personally used glue in areas where I could, but overall, this is a very sturdy structure. Everything seems to be pretty good quality and it’s neat to incorporate some other Barbie furniture and accessories which your daughter may already have. Once assembled, the dollhouse size and design is very impressive – well worth the money. I must say that my daughter plays with it much more when a friend is over. It was such a convenience to simply order online with no shipping charges. It was really nice not having to waste time calling/driving around to the usual dept. stores to see if they even had this in stock. Delivery was well within the specified time. I love Amazon!
