Unfortunately the spout was too high for
our needs, but tap looked and felt like a quality product.
Item arrived very quickly. Boxed and packaged up really well. Plumber took under half hour to remove old and replace with this. I have a two bowl sink and now with the pull out facility can easily reach all corners. Also has an adjuster which enables you to either have a solid fall of water or as a sprinkle. Tap swivells smoothly as do the tap handles. A quality item and i am 100% delighted with it.
Excellent product. However, as with most taps the clamping to the sink was awkward so I used two 150mm M6 thumbscrews (eyebolts).
Tap is really nice, but unfortunately wobbly due to rubbish fitting!

This is a really nice tap. Smooth operation, easy to fit and a nice long extension hose. I dis have to cut quite a bit of the base unit away to accommodate the hose and counter weight because it’s fitted to a butler sink, but that’s expected.

Brilliant. Fitted easily enough. Had to put the weight a little bit higher up as the pipes got in the way, bit does what it needs to do and so glad I got this tap. Added bonus is that you can change the flow to a shower spray or single spray.
Plumber fitted this tsp, a bit wobly ( he tightened it as much as he could) but overall will make life easier shampooing our dogs wet muddy paws!
Pressurised water system, so it worked well. Silky-smooth lever operation requiring minimal force, and levers move forward so that splash back clearance is not a problem. A couple of minor design issues:
1. The pull-out hose nozzle is perfectly smooth, so slightly difficult to grip and extend with wet hands.
2. When running hot water, that nozzle gets very hot!
Overall, very pleased and good value for money – obviously too early to comment on longevity.

Quite easy to fit. However it required more room under the sink than I was expecting. It retracts by having a weight attached to the hose. If you have a shelf under the sink this can interfere with the path the weight takes as it falls, which means the hose doesn’t retract. Cutting a whole in the shelf sorted that.
I love this tap! (I need to get our more) . It’s so classy looking. I didn’t fit it myself so can’t comment on that. I do think any issues there may have been was because of the way my under sink unit is set up. It’s sturdy and, I think, excellent value for money. I’ve already recommended it to a friend.

Great tap, really like the pull out hose, very easy to fit even in the tight space behind our sink. Much chunkier than our old tap but perhaps that is the same for all taps with pull out hoses.
Does what it says on the Tin. Simple to install and use. Just be mindful that you will need sufficient space below your sink (tap) for a heavy pulley to hang which allows the tap extension to be pulled back.

The large hand nut makes fitting supremely easy and without the need for tools or scraped knuckles.
The spray / open flow is a really useful and a bonus. My only concern there is how to replace / clean the nozzle as being in a hard water area and we often just replace the sprayer after a while.
