I bought this rucksack for walking and holidays you will notice I have given it three stars that’s because I have not used it for holidays yet it is excellent for walking. I do not see how it can be secured. But as it will be cabin luggage it should be fine.

Bought this rucksack to use whilst flying on holiday and it hasn’t disappointed, plenty of storage compartments to keep everything separate asuch as travel documents,liquids and so on , probably paid for itsels with the in flight food saving ,another great feature is the strap across the back so it fits on a wheel suitcase really securely so you don’t have to carry it most of the time ,and saved paying for luggage because this and a cabin bag hd hold plenty for a week
I bought this bag for travel after reading reviews. It’s very practical and spacious yet not to big. Perfect for budget airlines as it passed as a smaller bag 🙂 You can fit lots of stuff . Highly recommended.

This rucksack fits my 17in laptop, 18in keyboard, 18in wrist rest along with all my other equipment and my lunch! It’s also very well made and sturdy. Not sure if waterproof but time will tell. No need for a handbag for work anymore either, have managed to get everything in this handy rucksack. Very pleased

I don’t write reviews I never had but this thing is like Pandora’s box.. I got pair of trainers 2 pair of jeans 4 t shirts my laptop and the charger in this thing and that’s just in the main compartment it’s lightweight cheap.. it fits in the plane compartments as the free carry on you get.. people on here moaning a zip broke after 9 months .. I mean come on it’s just over 20 quid and 9 months is a pritty long time for any bag used everyday I personally love it and when it finally gives in il buy anothe

Has lots of compartments to carry all your stuff. I use mine for carrying my sports kit and it’s ideal for use with travelling. I particularly like the bottle holders on the sides of the bag, east to grab a bottle of water on the go. And the quality of the bag is definitely worth the price that I paid.

This is a great quality bag with thick, water resistant material.
It is very sturdy and has plenty of room for all your things. The USB hub is brilliant for charging your phone on the go and with the design of the zips, it is possible to add a lock to them for added security.

I was looking for a decent laptop backpack, which would sit comfortably whilst carrying a 17inch laptop on my 30 min walk to work. I’m so glad I picked this bag from all the other ones I saw online as its super comfortable. The other reason for choosing this backpack was because it was the smallest I could find which would fit my laptop, which btw fits perfectly. The bag itself is spacious so you can carry many other items but it doesn’t feel/look too big.

Bought this for work, has lots of pockets and plenty of room inside for my laptop and everything else too. The straps and back are really well padded which makes it comfortable to wear as well as protecting the laptop. Great quality and really well made. I love this bag. I’m petite so larger bags look silly on me. This is big enough to fit lots of items onto, without me looking tiny in comparison to it. There are lots of compartments for various item. The back pocket is a great idea and the side mesh perfect for a drinks bottle.

Bulky backpack. Lots of areas to store securely however after 3 months of using, the outer material stitching came away completely from the zip leaving a massive gap and rip open.

The bag then adds a multitude of brilliant features not available on a lot of other rucksacks.
1. A strap for securing the rucksack onto the handle of a suitcase.
2. A small sideways pocket on the very front. Ideal for keeping your passport / tickets in for quick and easy access
3. A USB on the outside of the bag for charging your phone on the go. Inside the bag there is an extension cable to attach to your power bank (not included).
4. A 3.5mm headphone Jack should you wish to keep your phone inside the bag but still connect headphones and listen to the music.
5. A combination lock on the top of the bag to secure the main compartment. It’s extremely easy to set your own combination so it’s easy to remember.
There are plenty of other features too such as a sun glasses holder, a card holder, water bottle holder, a padded area for your laptop in the main area to my name a few
The bag appears to be really well made and feels really good quality. For me the way to identify a cheap or poor quality backpack is to look at the straps. This backpack does not fall under that category!!! The straps are padded and the underneath is mesh which helps keep them breathable and helps prevent sweating. There is also attention to detail on the straps too such as the loop for your sunglasses and a card holder for a quick access card such as a railcard.
There are no ribs nor a back plate in this bag to stiffen it up which personally I prefer as it means I can fold / roll it up when needed.
This bag is extremely sturdy. Everything else is top quality. I’m still surprised at how good it is for the price

I’ve had this bag for over a month now and couldn’t be happier with it. A lot of storage, I carry a laptop and all the peripheries that come with it, waterproof coat, lunch box sand with room to spare. There’s seemingly an endless amount of compartments.
It’s comfortable, straps are well padded and sturdy. Water resistant (not proof), I’ve warn this bag numerous times in heavy rain without any issue. The usb charging point is a bit gimmicky but still a nice touch.
It’s well made, it feels quality, no issues with any of the zips. I think it’s stylish.
I would have been happy buying this for more, it’s great value for money, absolutely nothing negative to say. Recommended.
Perfect for traveling light to a meeting or a rare day at the office. Material inside feels a little cheap but it does the job. Time will tell if it can take the strain of everyday use.
Bought this for my 12 year old daughter for her high school books. After reading some reviews I thought it was going to be too big but it’s not it’s perfect size. She has alot of books to carry and her old bag felt way too heavy, with this bag it feels lighter. She loved it. It feels very sturdy will be buying again when she needs a new one. 100% reccomend to anyone.
The bag itself is great, it has fantastic storage, great compartments to hold a lot of things in. Very comfy to wear and I love the colour it’s absolutely beautiful.
The only reason is not getting a perfect score is the condition it was in when I got it. As you can see in the photos I had to fix one of the straps, so I’m a little disappointed it was sent to me in that condition, if that strap wasn’t broken I would’ve given this a perfect score.

Rugged hard wearing rucksack. No so convinced about the USB lead and headphones connection, more of a gimic or perhaps the younger generation would Have more use. Have yet to use in wet weather so cannot comment on its water resistant capabilities. Quite a few different compartments and we’ll padded to protect items. I ordered the wrong colour. Grey instead of the black. However it’s reasonable. So will stick with it rather than exchange. Overall a good product. Although cannot understand why there is a price difference in Colours. Perhaps a particular colour is reduced merely to sell.
Brought this as a present for my brother because he abuses all of his rucksacks. This is absolutely perfect. He’s used it for months and it still looks new and works perfectly. I’m amazed at how much he can ram into it and it still zips up properly and the outer pockets are still usable even with the inner being completely full. A great bag, would easily buy it again.

Git this as a replacement bag for my old one but I an very impressed. It’s got a lot of storage for the size and its that’s comfortable to carry it feels like.im hardly carrying anything amazing quality for the price.
Good value for the money. Very durable and has plenty of storage space and pockets. I’ve been using it for nearly 6 months now, and it goes everywhere with me. Has a nice full height pocket for laptops, and I love the USB charging socket with an internal battery pouch for charging external USB devices, while the battery remains inside.
Water-resistance is not that good since I’ve had it out in rains, and water goes in through the zippers sometimes. But overall, a very nice bag.
My son asked me to order this as his previous school bag apparently wasn’t big enough, although I actually suspect it was due to the USB port so he can charge his phone up from his bag on the train each way.

I travel a lot for work, sometimes overnight, sometimes just for the day and I’ve always struggled with finding a bag that gives me the right balance of small enough to take just my laptop and lunch but big enough to fit clothes in too if I’m overnight.
There’s loads of pockets for all of the essentials and I’ve even treated myself to a wireless power bank to make use of the USB port (you can also use your laptop instead of a power bank if you want!)

Love this backpack. Using it around the city yesterday carrying my computer, iPad, notebooks and rechargers. So comfortable on my back despite all the stuff I had in it. Great to have all the different compartments. Love the pockets either side of the bag. I could put my water bottle in one and a flask of coffee in the other and they were both secure. Very good quality material and sturdy zips. It’s not black as advertised but more of a grey which I personally don’t mind. Great value and great bag. I would highly recommend.

I’ve bought this bag for work. When I opened it I thought it might not be big enough, but when I started to put my things in it I realised I was wrong. I can fit in my uniform, a change of clothes, my working shoes, a book, my lunch, water, and all the little things a woman needs (and in my case they’re quite a few ), and still have some free space. I like being organised so all the inner pockets are excellent for all the small things and I know where everything is at any time, without having to get everything out of the bag only to find a pen I like the lateral pockets because they’re deep so my bottle won’t fall out of it, like it happened with a previous bag.
I am a small person and usually my bags are a bit too heavy for me. I have back pains all the time and a heavy bag makes me “hunch” my back, which only makes the back pains worse. But with this bag is different: the shoulder strips are wide and they “force” me to keep my shoulders and back straight, and that helps a lot!

This bag is perfect for the job I do I can fit all I need for the in hand without squeezing it in though the zips could do with a overlapping tab as rain water does get it now and then apart from that well worth the price.
Bought this to replace my old worn out work bag I was delighted with it, plenty of pockets to hold all my bits and bobs with room to spare and can actually store everything in an organised fashion, comfortable to carry on my back too.
I bought this bag to use for work and any future travel. I bought the pink one so that it stands out amongst my colleagues bags, I love the colour. I can comment on it’s water resistance yet or it’s capacity for travel but for work it is excellent. There is plenty of space for all my files and laptop when I need to travel between sites and make visits. Well worth the money so far, though I have only had it a few days.
It’s well made, feels sturdy and secure.
The laptop section could be a little better padded but it is adequate. The USB port is a great little addition but not sure I’ll ever use it.
The rest of the bag has plenty of well organised storage/pockets – for pens and other stationary, in the laptop storage area there is plenty of room for A4 papers and brochures/magazines
It’s basically ideal for work, looks really smart, and after a week, still looks brand new (as you’d hope)
As for the colour – I bought the black version, it’s definitely a dark grey not a Jet or Matt black. I actually really like the colour and was aware it might be dark grey after reading other reviews…

I haven’t tested how waterproof the bag is yet which is why I only gave that feature 3 stars but the fabric seems tough so should be as good as any other bag in that regard.
So far I can’t think of any way to improve the bag.

I just wanted to add an update about the seller’s customer service. I’ve had this bag for four months and used it several times a week. I recently noticed the stitching was coming undone on one of the straps where it joins the bag at the top. I contacted the seller who immediately sent a replacement bag so really impressed with BonClare for great service. 10/10
This is an excellent laptop bag. The internal protected laptop pocket is a good size and will easily fit a 10 or 12″ laptop. There are plenty of other pockets and lots of room. Overall it’s a good bag with plenty of space.
Great back back with lots of space for all my items, as I travel a lot this is perfect it’s robust and you can lock the individual zips, I especially like the secret pouch that sits at the base of you back when wearing the backpack this is ideal for all your high security items

Really impressed! I bought this to use as a travel bag for weekend/overnight stays and it’s perfect! Good size with plenty of compartments to store items securely. The usb charging is a fab added bonus. Good quality and looks more expensive than it was in terms of style and design.
I am very happy with this purchase. It fits all I need for short trips and day to day work in the office. It is comfortable on my back and seems 100% water resistent, which is extremely needed in Ireland, where it rains all the time. Lots of pockets and the external USB port for the powerbank is great. Just learned one bad thing, you can’t take the powerbank onboard airplanes nowadays! I had to put it in my suitcase and dispatch it off. Strange!
This is a brilliant bag. It has a huge amount of storage. I’m using it primarily for work. The abundance of pockets and compartments help keep things organised. There is even room for my gym gear and with size 13 feet that is a big pair of trainers. The usb charging port is is a nifty idea.

Pros: Very comfortable to wear and plenty of storage space. I use mine for a work laptop, personal laptop and a tablet and there is still plenty of room, good weight distribution as well.
Cons: Not really as waterproof as made out, although it was a very heavy downpour, the papers in the front pockets suffered some water damage.
This backpack is more substantial than the one it replaced which is a good thing. The quality appears to me to be very good. Use it when we go away for short UK breaks as it can carry the stuff you may need in a country that can see four seasons in one day, like wet weather gear, woolly hats and gloves, spare t shirt and shorts, sun cream etc. Only used it once so far but looks like it should see quite a few years of service.
Backpack better than I expected for the cost. It feels very good quality and perfect size for what I need. Plenty of room for laptop and paperwork, and enough zip pockets for other bits and bobs.

I love this backpack. It is so big and spacious I can carry all sorts! So many pockets and zips to keep things safe! I don’t use the USB ( my phone is USB C plus I do not use public transport) but I suppose it is usefull. It is sturdy and practical.
One pocket I forgot was included was at the very back, when wearing this there’s an extra-wide pocket which would be ideal for passports and other valuables as it’s out of reach if you’re on holiday.
One slight criticism which has been mentioned in most reviews, I ordered the black version – it’s not black, more of a dark grey – the sort of grey which reminds me of my school trousers. That said it still looks good and is probably a more forgiving colour for dirt and the silver badge “BC” I prefer than a lot of other backpacks with strange names.
Also, as a test, I tried my extra-large Dell 17.3″ laptop – to my shock, it fits (only just, it’s tight) so I have the option to take my large laptop although ideally, this is more suited for up to 15″, and because of decent padding I can also carry my 10″ laptop safely and power supplies without them knocking into each other.

This bag had much more room than I expected. It feels strong, so I have no worries of the straps breaking on me. I don’t think I’ll ever use the usb charging port but I can see how it would be useful. My only negative is that it was delivered folded in half, and it took a while to lose the bend in it’s shape.
Seems like a decent bag works for what I need rain test went ok but I wouldnt trust it in a downpour to protect my electronics
Everything met expectations except one thing. Loads of space, as I DJ, it’s useful with having plenty of compartments for wires heads phones, laptops etc. With plenty of space still left over, comfy to carry, only downside I’ve found so far is the charging port, it doesn’t support fast charging. I plugged in my portable charger using the bag my phone said it would be over 4 hours till fully charged but direct charging from my portable said it would take just over an hour. Maybe these guys could look into this and design it with fasting charging capabilities for the charging po
Amazing backpack, I bought it for my laptop. It’s material is good , alot of space inside , the USB charger is working well and I tested it regarding the waterproof function and it did the job . Overall, it is a very good backpack which has many advantages with a good price.
I travel for business – visiting clients and wanted something substantial I could carry my equipment around in. It therefore needed to be light, robust / sturdy, look professional, roomy and able to go with me on a plane without being told it’s “too big”. Happily all the boxes were ticked with this item and just used it on a trip to Spain.
I bought this bag for college and I think it’s great. Plenty of space lots of great sized pouches and pockets the charger port actually works unlike another brand I bought from Amazon. It has a sturdy feel and I got caught in a heavy downpour and the water just ran off it as advertised.
The backpack is very well made and provides a lot of room and many different and well-separated compartments for pens, notebooks, a laptop, etc. I also really enjoy the looks of it, it doesn’t have any glaring text or symbols like some other bags in this price range do. The USB port is also a nice touch! I can keep my brick of a power bank in the inner pocket and charge my phone easily. All-in-all I think you definitely get a great bang for your buck.
