I bought this to challenge my 9 year old grandson. It took him a while but he got there. It looks stunning. Very pleased with the product!
Bought for my brother, 26. He is an engineer and tends to like building things. Will definitely buy another model in the future.
I couldn’t wait to get started and it was built within a night.
I got this in prime day sale and it was a nice way to spend 4 hours.
My brother loved it and the quality is good. But the final piece is much smaller than what I expected and my 12 year old brother finished it in less than one hour. I am not sure it was worth the money, but a nice decoration overall
Its easy to assemble and looks amazing! The only problem is that you want to buy more and more!
Grandson loved it so much it is now on display in his bedroom.
This was the perfect present for my Lego expert 12 year old grandson. He loves it.
Was really small and too easy for a 10 year old.
My 5 year old absolutely loved this and finished it in 4 hours. I don’t really understand why it says 12+ as it’s easier than the 8+ lego technic sets. Nice range of pieces and it looks great.
My son loves these type sets so he can display them in his room. Not the biggest or hardest to build but very nice to look at. As with all Lego feel price is high but that’s just Lego for you.
I bought this for my wife as an extra birthday present. She enjoyed putting this together. The instructions were easy to follow and the pieces were all there. There was one piece she thinks might have been the wrong colour but I don’t think the instructions specified the actual colours of everything. But it wasn’t one of the major pieces.
Really happy with this set. It’s a great display piece and I really enjoyed building it. I ordered a few of this set on Amazon and they came very well packaged, which was nice as I’ve also had LEGO sets come from amazon that have been severely damaged during Amazon’s shipping. The only negative thing I would say is be careful if buying this as a gift as sometimes the boxes can be a little scuffed from storage.
Our grandson loves Lego. I bought this to build with him during the time we have him after school, just one time a week. We’ve only built the platform up to now, but he’s looking forward to continuing next Friday. He’s not daunted by the 109 pages of instructions! Be a lovely keepsake.
My son loved this Lego. It looks very nice when completed
Really we wanted the Fallingwater model, which is sadly out of stock/discontinued/not available.
Got this for 25 which is the cheapest I have seen online. Anything more than that is not worth it.
Great little set, didn’t take very long to put together but a nice set and represents London well.
Good piece easy to do simple instructions.
Worth the money
Purchased this for my husband for Christmas, as I was looking for something different and it was a winner! He enjoyed it so much especially with it being of London. He found the instructions clear and easy to understand and was a great distraction from TV or Social Media for a while. Would highly recommend.
Really great product, brought it for my 16 years old daughter. She loved it!
It was really fun to put together and also a great price!
Bought as a present for an adult. Feedback is he loved it.
This was so fun to do! My son enjoyed putting it together and it looks great on his desk!
An excellent lego product. Not sure that you want to rate easy assembly, rather appropriate challenge and difficulty
You get a lot of pieces and build time for the spent. The instruction manual also features information on the sites being built so you can even read as you go!
Lots of fun to put together, especially the curved pieces used for the London Eye. Best of all, you can raise and lower Tower Bridge. Love this set!!
Much appreciated by my God daughter aged 12 who is into lego.
It’s Lego, everyone loves Lego. Easy to build and a nice architectural set.
My Granddaughter was delighted with this and she is not a huge Lego enthusiast so it was a hit. Kept her occupied during Lockdown school holidays.
Bought for my grandson as a present. He loves seeing the sights of London and had great fun building this.
This is absolutely great because it looks amazing and my brothers love it so much!!
This was a present for my 9 year old grandson. He enjoyed building it and now displays it in his bedroom. He found the building fairly easy.
I’ve given this to my dad for his birthday as he likes to build things, and Lego even if he doesn’t want to say it openly so it was worth money and has a nice weight to it too
Brought for daughter at Christmas. She was really pleased with it and has it on show.
Smaller then I expected but still took a few hours to make
Great putting this together. Lots of fun and a great keepe
For my Granddaughter for Christmas, she loved it. I managed to get the set of lights that fit this lego too. She was thrilled with them
I bought this for my 7 year old grandson, who loves Lego. He opened it and straight away was building the scene. It its now pride of place in my house (proud grandma). Must admit the buildings are a bit on the small side but fully detailed and colourful.
One of my favourite London landscape in LEGO, like all Lego great quality and fun to build. Great gif
This item arrived quickly. Everything was in the box. Great build with impressive features. No issues
Another great build from Lego, making great use of my time.
This model is more suited towards older children and adults due to the small pieces and fiddly assembly, but it all makes for a detailed product.
The only unfortunate aspects is that I was expecting the London Eye to spin, which is doesn’t, as well as the fact that Big Ben seems more like a light brown stack rather than a detailed clock tower. Understandably due to size, however I feel more detail could have been included on this landmark.
Other than that, the assembly was quick with an easy-to-follow and high quality instruction manual that came with facts and information regarding each of the featured landmarks.
This is a Christmas present for my son can’t fault the price and excellent delivery service
Came on time, good price. Does what it says on the box.
I liked the kit very much, that is, the parts that I was amble to use!!! The number of parts missing is ridiculous. I say “is” because I have not yer received all the parts I have asked for. A significant number !!
To be honest, I feel I am entitled to a replacement or a refund of my money.
Victor Holloway
This is perfect for my 10 year old grandson and was the best value across the net.
Unfortunately the box was a teeny bit damaged by something on route but I decided to keep it anyway.
Excellent service excellent product.
It was a present for my grandson. I expected a bigger box. He is getting it for his Birthday at the end of the month
My son was greatly impressed with his days work so for me it was worth the money and I will probably buy another city. It is a bit expensive but its also very well made and does now look lovely on the shelf.
Nice and easy to build, not too many pieces to get bored, just enough to keep me excited to complete the build, a must have for tourist of Londo
This was a gift to my husband and he loved it building this! Finished product looks sturdy and the pieces aren’t too small and fiddly. Recommend to any lego lover!
Love Lego
Love the architecture series
Can’t fault in any way
Great price from Amazo
Wow, big Lego fan all my life, only just tried architecture and from this set it has become my favourite theme!!! I love it!
Great way to build and visit London in lockdown. Great model. The best of the Lego series I think
Classic Lego set that did not take long to assemble. First of the city scene sets I’ve done, tempted to get the others but the price is putting me off.
my 11 yr old grandson loved this, a bit hard but got older grandson to help and built it up and was very happy with i
Lego is an expensive hobby but this kept my son entertained for an afternoon and unlike many other Lego kits actually looks nice on display.
Great fun, looks great when assembled, small in scale but great detail
This was really fun to build and kept my spirts up. It looks really good once it has been built. Defo want to buy some others now.
Present for grandson so not opened, but all Lego very good value for money.
I did think the set would be bigger but it was for my son and he loves it! He is 17 and has been building with Legos since he was about 4.
Can’t figure out why I’m being asked to rate 1-5* for ‘Easy to assemble?’…I think the point is it’s not too easy! Still, my 10yo daughter loved this having just visited London for the first time 🙂
Bought this for my 9 year old Goddaughter- she loved it and enjoyed the detailed instructions with historical info on the buildings
A gift for my husband who is a Londoner born and bred be thoroughly enjoyed building this item he is still a boy at heart even though he is 77
If you love Lego you’ll love this set. Great for displaying rather than building and taking apart.
This was a present for a teenager who collects Lego architecture. Although she loved it the pleasure of assembling it was brief as she is so good at putting them together!
Brought this for my Grandson who love assembling it, nice finished product and hours of fun for him.
Excellent item, looked very good when assembled. Seemed a lot of money for what it was, but LEGO is always quite expensive.
Compact, not difficult to assemble but the finished article looks good on the office desk.
I haven’t opened it yet as it is a Christmas present but as it is LEGO it should be very good, possibly a little small.
I asked my son if he would like this at 7pm he said yes! Order placed! I received it the next day and he was happily building it 24 hours after ordering! Tho now might have to get him a few more as he loves them!
I bought this as a gift for my godson who is mad about lego.. It looks great and a bit different to the other sets he has. Im sure he will love i
Bought for “Lego mad” Grandsons 9th Birthday. Expected a huge box for the London Skyline models but the overall model size is 12″ long x 5″ wide. That said, it’s a great model, easy to build and yet provides a challenge for the younger Lego enthusiast. (and also the dads!).
Priced around 33 and despatched from a toy shop in Germany.
A perfect gift for my 8 year old grandson. He loves it and started making it straight away!
Bought as a gift for my Brother in Law who work sin (and also loves) London. Will look great in his study when he’s built it. Quite a small set for the money.
Purchased this as there was a deal on and with London being my home, I thought it would be a nice display piece. Fun to put together and looks great displayed in my office next to the Yellow Submarine from Lego Ideas.
Bought this for my father in law he absolutely loved it great present. Although there are lots of very small pieces
This took me a while to construct but it was relatively straight forward. It looks very pretty when finished and I an glad I made the effort. I think it is one of the nicest panoramic city views.
Purchased for my 9 year old granddaughter who loves Lego. I was expecting her to find this challenging; however she assembled it in approximately 90 minutes! She thoroughly enjoyed herself so I consider it a nice present that looked absolutely splendid when finished. She would like to do other architecture kits so, all in all, a result.
Another excellently modelled lego construction. Their standard quality manual. My 10 year daughter managed to build solo with no adult help..
It was so fun building this. Instructions are very clear and easy to follow. It comes with a little book that give u a bit of an insight about the different buildings which i loved so much. Definitely recommed this!
Great to fix up looks fantastic all London’s Skyline in a miniature build. Was greatly received and enjoyed building it.
My 8 year old wanted this for his birthday, built it himself no problem and very quickly, I’m sure this will be his first of many Architecture sets, beautiful piece!
Bought it for a Lego-loving adult male who loves a project! He smashed it out in under 2 hours! I thought it would have distracted him for longer. Note to Lego… Make smaller parts! Great looking London-scape though.
Not cheap. As usual Lego but such a great piece. A little collectible. Plus the instructions have some knowledge of the piece. Yes great. Will be buying mpre
Pity there are no non-London UK sets. Milton Keynes has a great shopping centre but I’m not sure how easy it is to depict rounderbouts in lego…
I purchased it as a birthday gift to my friend. I did expect a bigger box, but this one turned out to be very small…last year I gave her a huge box…don’t know if she would feel disappointed this year…but Lego is always good quality and wonderful design. That’s for sure.
I bought this for a young visitor from overseas after he visited London. He loved seeing the buildings around the city and also loved Lego so this was perfect. He was really delighted with the gift and it was much larger than it appears in the picture.
My sons (aged 23 & 25) loved building these at Christmas. They look really good when they are finished and are displayed on their bedroom windowsills. I will be looking out for more of these in future.
Suitable for building by any child who is able to follow detailed picture instructions (aged at least 8). Very nice when completed! Lots of small pieces .. so important to keep an eye out so as not to lose any.
Follow me on the Youtube/Facebook (PuzzleMeAJigsaw) for LEGO and jigsaw time-lapse building videos and reviews.
The box contains 468 parts and the assembled structure measures roughly 28cm x 15cm. There is excellent attention to detail given to this set, for example there are clear pieces to depict the river running under the bridge as well as the glass pods of the London Eye.
It took around 2 hours to build as a solo effort and the London Eye definitely took the longest time – it is quite hard to get a perfect circle, but persistence pays off!.
The instructions are very easy to follow and there are some interesting facts about the landmarks included.
This would make a lovely gift for someone, and is good enough to be displayed as an ornament once completed.
