It is a good toy, but be warned, it does not work on carpets. Works amazing on hard floors and tiles though.

Keeps children active and entertained while not scratching walls or furniture. I bought one for my 6 year old nephew and for my 18 month daughter. They love playing with it. My only criticisms is that I think it’s overpriced for the quality it is made at and it is a bit louder that I expected.

Great for playing indoors on a solid floor, just bounces off the skirtings. Bought for 3 & 6 year old who both loved it. Shame their parents didn’t!
Bought for 9 year old. Easy to set up with batteries. Used indoors, seems to be sturdy and still on the first one which has stood up to a lot of use so far (there are 2 supplied in the pack). Good fun, and edges are padded so no harm to furniture. Needs a hard floor to work, as it glides when turned on, and goes fast when kicked.

These are awesome they hover so well on flooring (not carpet) our downstairs is all hard floor so great for us the it’s have had hours of fun out of this and still on its first batteries highly recommend you don’t need to kick it either just push it in the direction you want it to go these would be great for a retirement hall game

Bought three of these and the boys played with them off and on all afternoon. Best present I have brought for boys for a while. Wasn’t sure if the 13 year old would consider it too young but with the 8 and 10 year old playing with them he joined in and took the lead !!!
Bought for a friends twin boys for a birthday present. She said they were brilliant, can’t comment on battery life or durability as she didn’t say, but they were a hit with her boys, and they are having great fun with them.
The hover football is very good fun! And works perfectly.
Great purchase, gifted one and we kept one and all the family have been having a go with hours of fun. Battery dies quickly and as soon as you lose a little life, it doesn’t hover as much and scrapes across the floor.

My kids LOVE playing with these (3,5,7). They aren’t extremely durable and the batteries sometimes get knocked loose because kids are constantly kicking it. Still fun and the price is appropriate.

Is good that you get 2. Lights up nicely. Works great on lino but doesn’t hover on carpet but still useable. My dog hates it…lol

Gave these to my two nephews aged 3 and 4, they are simple to use and work really well. The younger children loved the coloured lights and wanted to hold them as well! I was very impressed with the quality and effectiveness of them.

What can I say the grownups confiscated it from the kids and spent all day playing with it. Luckily the set comes as a twosome. So the kids had the other one. Needs lots of batteries though after the foot pounding they have taken. Great family entertainment during the lock down.

Bought this for my grandson’s birthday 12 years old – and one other for his sister who is 7 – they loved it – worked well – we only had enough batteries for her brother (it was his birthday) ! But her parents came to the rescue !!
Made well, stands up to quite a bit of abuse, gets you moving about in a fun way and it doesn’t injure furniture. It’s lovely and everyone should have one/two. I highly recommend.
The item works well on smooth hard surfaces so if you have wooden floors, etc, it will work well. The only downside is that it burns through batteries like crazy.

This is a surprisingly great toy, you can really get some good practice in with in the house setting with no fear of breaking or wrecking anything around.
It works really well and will rebound back to its original position, its great fun.

They come really nicely boxed, very gift-worthy although be aware that you’ll need your own batteries.
I didn’t think they looked too robust at first, but they have lasted remarkably well with two children using them at the same time in a relatively small space. Inevitable knocks and bumps, but that’s why they have bumpers on them. The flashing lights are also very nifty.
Both the children have really enjoyed playing with them and they’ve had laughter too. In these regrettable times of lock down that’s exactly what they’ve needed when going stir-crazy indoors.
The longevity of play isn’t great (bored after a few minutes) but they keep going back for a few minutes of silly fun, and that’s what it’s all about. The dog would love to play with them too…

This is brilliant!! I never write reviews but really wasn’t expecting the Hover football to work. Great for getting kids off Xbox – especially on rainy days. Also lights up in the dark. Definitely a hit and you get 2 so great value as well.

Christmas gift for my nephews. Bought two double packs for 4 nephews. They require 4 x AA BATTERIES per item which don’t last a very long time when little boys forget to turn the hover ball off but they absolutely loved them. (Their mums…not so much)

My toddler enjoys playing with this hover football. Not sure how long it will last because it is light and plasticky. It is quite noisy.
These are a win win, they hover and are cushioned so don’t mark mummy’s furniture but still allow daddy and boy to play footy in the house.
The fact the light up at night time is just novelty. He absolutely loves his ball to pieces.

These are a very good price – I have seen single units sell for the same price as this twin pack. Each hover ball takes 4 x AA batteries to power it’s fan – I was really surprised when it “took off” from the ground and hovered! It works exactly as expected – it hovers slightly above the ground and when kicked or nudged, it goes in the kicked direction and sort of hovers there.
Very impressive little bit of kit and has provided hours of entertainment so far! The batteries seem to last forever – we used it daily for around 2 weeks before the batteries needed swapped out.
Such a brilliant purchase, I ordered this as I had a couple of birthday’s coming up for boys who are football mad and the fact that you get 2 is amazing! The product is exactly as described and the foam bumpers are perfect for stopping damage to furniture etc indoors meaning indoor football is now allowed! I will definitely be purchasing these again for future suitable birthday/Christmas presents.
