Ottima la funzione ECO che impedisce il ristagno d’acqua durante l’irrigazione. Molti programmi (compreso IL SALTO PIOGGIA) che lo rendono flessibile. L’istallazione semplicissima e veloce. Occorre un modem con presa lan (Non funziona tramite Bluetooth). Consigliatissimo.
Bought to use for hydrangeas that like a lot of water and I can’t be out daily watering them in the heat of summer. Attached to a soaker hose, this works great to give the plants a drink every day.
Planning on buying another one or two for other areas that could use more TLC.
I have purchased two of these over the years, and they work well and are very reliable. I like that you receive warnings via email and the app when the batteries are low or there appears to be a problem. I had an issue with one of them after nearly two years, and customer service responded to my email the same day and sent a replacement immediately.
Works as advertised, wish I would of bought the double output though!

Nachdem ich Dewenwills 3fach, wegen mangelhafter Qualitt zurcksenden mute, habe ich lang gesucht, um ein passendes System zu finden.
Ich habe das System in Verbindung mit einem Gardena Wasserverteiler laufen und bin glcklich ber die vorbildliche Einstellmglichkeit.
Es bleiben keine Wnsche offen. Sekundengenaue Anpassung der Schaltzeit ist mglich
Jeder Ausgang mit Tropfsystem, Sprinkler und Getrieberegner kann zeitlich genau, an die bentigte Wassermenge angepasst werden.
In Kombination mit Gardena Wasserverteiler habe ich alle Mglichkeiten fr 6 verschiedene Bewsserungsstellen.
Die App und die Website sind bersichtlich aufgebaut und erklren sich von selbst.
Eine Website in gutem Deutsch wre wnschenswert, denn die automatische bersetzung ist schwachsinnig.
Die App luft bisher sehr zuverlssig und stabil auf Android.
Allerdings sind seit dem letzten Handyupdates die Tne verschwunden.
Bitte nachbessern oder die Tne zum Download verfgbar machen.
Ein oder mehrere Feuchtigkeitssensoren sollten noch entwickelt werden, um Wasser zu sparen.
Jeden Tag ist die Sonnenintensitt anders und der Wind zieht je nach Geschwindigkeit das Wasser unterschiedlich aus dem Boden.
Fr meine Zwecke gibt es bisher nichts Besseres.

Have a small garden, left for 30 days to go to the other side of the world. It worked without issues! No problem with connections with my gaming router or doing it’s job. I have an acre plot and a large home and had zero issues!
So I started with the Bhyve and was pretty happy for about a year. Every now and then it would skip when it shouldn’t, but in general, seemed to meet my needs. Then it died. As in new batteries do not make it work again. Switched to the LinkTap and has worked very well to date. I love the ability to have short interval waterings more frequently during the day and the quick on is better than the Bhyve as well. Hopefully, this one lasts!
Hace rato que no hago una resea pero este producto lo merece. Lo compre porque iba a estar fuera de casa por dos meses, en julio y agosto de 2022. Lo instale el mismo da que me iba, bajo presin, porque tena que tomar un vuelo rumbo a Argentina a la brevedad. Tarde 20 minutos o menos en instalarlo y configurarlo. Estuve los dos meses controlando el riego desde otro pas y no fall un solo da. El lugar donde esta instalado es una terraza en malaga que recibe sol desde las 12 am hasta las 20 pm, y el equipo est intacto sin ningn deterioro por el sol o la calima malaguea.
Estoy realmente asombrada por la fiabilidad que brinda este producto.
Un software impecable, un equipo slido, una App intuitiva y una instalacin muy rpida. Las plantas y yo agradecidas. Muy recomendable!
It was so easy to install and connect to WiFi and the App, love it.
After some cheaper options that didn’t work well, I went with this and it’s been excellent. Great example of getting what you pay for, if you can swing it and you like cool gadgets.

I have been looking for a WiFi water valve I could operate remotely when necessary. Initially, I purchased a product from S___S, which never worked properly. I returned it.
Next, I went back and looked at other similar products on Amazon. They have different names and even different packaging, but all used WiFi and what appears to be similar gateway software. I gave up trying to find a WiFi valve.
Then I found this valve from “LinkTap”, and it’s not WiFi at all. Nor Bluetooth. It uses Zigbee, which is more secure, more reliable, longer range and has sophisticated capabilities.
What a difference. The setup was simple. One QR scan for the gateway, one for the valve, and you’re done.
The range is better. I haven’t tested the limit; it just always works. My gateway is in one corner of my concrete block house while the valve is outside, 60′ away. It transmits correctly even when cell phones don’t work. In the screenshot, you can see 2 red bars; the app tells me I may have limited connectivity. But it works.
The user app is far better than the other one I tried. For example, when you turn on the water, the app makes the sound of running water for a second. Cool. A progress bar continually shows the time.
Warning: you need to keep the gateway plugged into a port on your router, but I doubt this is much of a problem, since your water valve isn’t going anywhere. The phone app is the key to remote control over the Internet anyway. If you need to continually move your gateway, or if you have some reason why the gateway can’t be next to your router, then WiFi might be the only alternative.
In summary, LinkTap seems far superior to the others.
(P.S. the fittings don’t leak either.)

This LinkTap G1S Smart Sprinkler timer and gateway is good if you want lots of control over your above ground hoses for watering remotely or on a timer system. The gateway is required to control the battery powered remote unit that actually performs the mechanical on/off. The gateway communicates to the remote unit using a proprietary type of Zigbee protocol to preserve battery power of the unit, and then you communicate via WiFi. This allows the developers lots of control and they provided tons of SW features for you to control your watering. Only issue is that they provided too much and it’s hard to figure out how to get things working and monitored – there are too many features! Anyhow, it allows you good control and once you figure out exactly what you want it’s a very cool system. You only need one gateway to control multiple remote devices. The G1S lacks a flow meter, so you will need to purchase that separately if you want to measure actual water consumption. Overall – it’s been interesting to use the Linktap water timer, it was easy to setup, but you just need to spend some time learning the user interface to implement/track what you want. If you want a ton of features for your water sprinkler this is a good unit for you.
App could be a bit more user friendly. Once I figured it out. Both units working great. Plan to add more for future lines.

Trs facile installer.
On branche en filaire la gateway sur la box wifi, on attend 5 min.
Ensuite on approche le programmateur de la gateway, on scanne le QR code avec l’appli (qu’il faut installer au prealable), et hop le tour est jou.
Ne reste plus qu’ programmer au travers de l’appli.
J’ai connect un deuxime programmateur sans problme.
Le lien avec une appli meteo marche trs bien.
Super produit. Et bien moins cher qu’une autre marque Allemande connue..
The product feels solidly built and doesn’t have the cheap plastic look of some of its competitors. I had the Hozelock equivalent for years before and it was temperamental and caned batteries really quickly. Only had the LinkTap one for a few weeks but already get the impression its batteries will last a lot longer, mainly because of the silent way it opens and closes the valve, and because of its low frequency hub connection – both of which are a massive improvement on the Hozelock.
I knocked it down a star for the iOS app. Although it does everything you need, it’s messy and unintuitive. But is usable if you persevere

This device what it says. Can manage your garden or lawn watering needs remotely. It also works weather and rain and adjusts the watering. Overall very satisfied.
Greatest advantage is ability to control your faucet from anywhere remotely.
Only Con – the water pressure gets reduced by 20% after you install this on the garden faucet. This was also acknowledged by the Linktap support
I will a buy a another one for another faucet in the future.
Love it! Super easy to hook up. The app is fairly easy to use. It pulls weather geographically and has an option that if it rains it will skip a cycle, which is awesome for someone who is gone days/weeks at a time.

Bought it 2years ago. use it to add water to pool. this is really usefull! this is one of best purchases I made! I can water my pool anytime from anywhere. especially when you are away home. I recommend this product! if you have lawn or pool to water get this, you won’t regret!
Remember how great it was to use a product that actually works, and that has options to fit your needs, and is reliable, and smart.. well, this is such a product! Have six units controlling different watering needs across a landscaped backyard.
Love the detailed scheduling, adjustments for rain, reports on my phone. Give yourself some time to learn about all the options. It’s very well thought through.

This system exceeded my expectations. I have a home nearly 5000 sq ft and was concerned about the wireless range not reaching spigots located at opposite sends of the house. I placed the hub centrally in my walkthrough attic and voila, signal strength is 70-80% at both devices. The app is very feature rich and allows you to test connection quality, monitor system uptime, receive notifications for low battery and on and on. The app is easy to use and setup was a breeze with scanning QR codes to register devices to the hub/account. Start to finish was done installing within 15mins for two devices. Scheduling the two watering days we are permitted locally was also a breeze. The plastics, gaskets and solenoid all seem to have decent build quality for the price based on my initial inspection. So far I am very pleased with this product and am considering adding a third zone for the planter.

I’m only using this for remote control of a line that allows my well to put water in the pool. With our hot weather I need to add an inch or two every three to four days. So now I have an almost invisible hose at the back of the pool and I don’t have to go and get eaten alive by mosquitoes to turn the hose on and off.
It works well, the WiFi converter is inside, next to a window, about 45 feet from the valve. Never had any connection problems.
Have you fretted constantly finding someone who would water your garden while you are gone in the heat of summer. Fret no more! This device, controlled by an app is the answer. It was pretty easy to set up after buying an extender to plug it into. It works like a charm, is easy to use, check and set up a schedule. It also lets you know when the watering begins and ends. I will likely add another unit for the front of the house. I’m one happy gardener!!

The user interface is worry free. Actual device setup is seamless. The only complaint is not watering when there’s rain in the forecast. There would be days with no rain, but the app said there was. Simple override.

I usually don’t write reviews but had to for this one. I’m so happy I purchased this watering system. It’s fantastic and worth the money – makes going away and leaving your veggie/ flower garden alone less complicated. It’s a blessing to be able to start watering with one click from another state while being on vacation, my garden looked happy when I returned. Installing the system was easy, and the app is well designed!
Exactly what l needed…works perfectly and no worries as the support team notified me as to no internet as my region internet service went down here Canada and the team notified me when internet was back up and running, and not like my carrier…Link-tap provides excellent support…worry free watering…
I bought this after I returned an Orbit 21004 B-hyve Smart Hose Faucet Timer because it was unreliable (if it worked at all) and had no live customer support.
This product is the exact opposite. Their customer support was pro-active, sending me an email to check on the timer’s performance. Even better, I have not had to use their support yet because the timer has worked flawlessly thus far.
One of the best features of this product are the notifications. When I wake up in the morning, my phone’s notifications reveal that the timer has come on and gone off on schedule. And even more important, I get notifications when the timer hasn’t operated as expected. I often use the manual timer from my phone, and sometimes there is a network issue preventing my instructions from reaching the timer. If the timer doesn’t operate as expected, I get a notification, so that I can send the instructions again. This saves me a lot of time by giving me the confidence to operate the timer remotely without having to verify that it is operating correctly.
The phone app is great, offering a large number of options and variability for automatic watering as well as remote manual watering.
So far, this timer has worked flawlessly, with the only issues coming from my network and not the timer itself.
