Bought this for my 1 year old little boy and he loves it, it’s his favourite thing in the whole world even over his parents…which he has run over in it! This was definitely the best gift we’ve bought him for indoor and outdoor use.

Was easy to build and only took my partner, 30mins maximum build. You don’t need a drill. Just screw drivers and a mullet does the job.

my fire engine mad son loves this toy however for a little tikes toy its not as good as others we purchased. had it less than 6 month and the hose snapped and due to bad weather its not used often enough so the hose breaking is not acceptable especially as it snapped from the inside. annoying that it can’t be replaced as little tikes are not prepared to help unless I pay for replacement part but it seams its a common fault with this product.

Excellent children’s truck, meaty and very substantially built. Difficult to look at this without smiling and I reckon it will last for years and years. Added bonus is the push handle which means you can keep it all under control on a walk with your infant truck driver. Believe all the reviews, you will be lucky ( and very talented ), to assemble the cozy coupe truck in much under 2 hours and it could take a lot longer. It is not easy to assemble and you will really need a power screwdriver and a hammer. Worth the effort though!
Absolutely loved by my grandson. He and his friends love being pushed around in it. Can’t wait until he is old enough to race about in it himself.
Was an easy build, only thing I would say is don’t be afraid to give it a good dunt with a rubber mallet to make sure all the joints are in place before screwing together. Stickers can be tricky especially if your like me and need the to be on perfectly haha.
On top of that the truck looks awesome and gets a lot of comments.
My son LOVES this thing and that is the important part.
Takes a while to assemble and screw together, yes it has screws keeping parts in place making it sturdy and solid. My son gets into the thing and bounces around and it looks very solid. He pushes it around with ease so it is also helping him with his walking skills which is great.
The only warning I have is that you take care putting the wheels on the correct way as if you fit them the wrong way around I can’t see you removing them very easily to rectify the erro
Solid truck, it’s difficult to get our grandson out of it.
Bought this for my 2yr old grandsons birthday and he loves it, he will jump in and park it in front of the TV if he’s watching a movie, he is always in and out of it, shutting the door, closing the tailgate and filling the boot with his toys. Absolutely had hours of fun with this and expect many more, highly recommended.

Assembly was quick and easy with clear instructions. Very sturdy and my grandson wont stay out of it, he will even sit outside in it when its raining given the chance. Love the product but delivery took forever. it was well over a week before it was even dispatched. As a seller on Amazon I would get a black mark for that but it seems Amazon can do as they please.

Grandson loves being pushed around in his truck, it comes with a footplate for smaller children, so they don’t get their legs trapped or caught whilst moving around 🙂 all in all great product easy to build and great delivery
My son is 1, bought him this and he loves sitting in it. Can’t get him out sometimes.
Once built there are likely to be some gaps and things that don’t quite close – this is, after all, a molded piece of plastic and not made to huge engineering tolerances. But those gaps and tight fits are all “liveable” and don’t detract from the function or enjoyment of the toy.
Once built it’s pretty simple. There’s a seat, with a steering wheel and a battery operated horn. The steering wheel is there for play and doesn’t do anything to steer the car. It’s easy enough for a little one to turn and the battery compartment in the horn is easily accessible without removing the whole steering wheel when they need to be changed.
The front wheels are independent of each other and the wheel mounting is designed so that they typically “self-correct” into a straight line unless the driver is trying to push in a different direction. The intependent nature means that the car can turn on a sixpence, handy when mum or dad is pushing it around the house. The rear wheels share a fixed axle and work well enough.
For mum and dad there is a handle type design built into the roof to helpmake it a bit easier to push/steer. It works but the height of the car means that if you’re 5′ 10″ or taller you might get a bit of a bad back after pushing for not too long as you need to bend over quite a way.
The thing that sets this car apart from the original Cozy Coupe is the boot and, wait for it, the cup holders!. Both are great additions! With an opening tailgate, our little one loves loading the boot with his toys before driving off on an imaginary adventure. The two cup holders are just the right size for his Nuby drinking cup and hold it nicely in palce without being too tight.
The finsihing touch is the smiley face on the front – instantly welcoming and our little one often says hello to it before going for his drives…
Only used indoors so far, it’s rugged enough to become a garden toy during the summer months. It also looks like it’s been amde to last (like all other Little Tikes toys that I’ve seen).
Well worth the money and highly recommended.
Never seen anything like this in uk shops it’s brilliant a must for any toddler it’s strong and the spray feature keeps them entertained for hours assembly is difficult but well worth it 10 out of 10 all round it’s a must folks

The only problem I have with the car is the build it yourself part, it is not very practical for single mums with very little time on their hands as it is, without having to build this car, that quite frankly to some may as well be a real one, they’re putting together.
You need good strength as you will have to screw through the plastic with a screwdriver, unless you’re a dab hand with a drill, which I am not.
You will need to hammer in parts that are quite tricky to balance by yourself and you are constantly having to reposition the car while you do this.
I found building the car stressful, as I wasn’t sure how the finishing product was going to look, until the very end. I wasn’t wanting to have to send the car back half built defeated, but I also didn’t want to spend all that money for the car to turn out looking like it had already had it’s run, and waste my money either.
I wouldn’t recommend it to someone who wouldn’t know where to start with such projects, as even following the instructions can lead to the car being a failed attempt at the end of a lot of hard work. I am not sure if my car is up to par as it seems to be extremely noisy when pushing it. I thought this was due to the front wheels being positioned wrongly, but I checked by rolling the car back and forth before hammering them in place and all seemed fine then and still do seem the correct distance from the wheel arch now, so this must not be the case at all. I don’t know if my wheels are suppose to keep rotating, but my wheels seem to keep turning in on themselves and then turning back to normal and back in again, but I guess this makes it easy for turning corners. I don’t know if the front wheels are right for sure leaving me guessing, I suppose. I have built bunk beds, a bookcase a cot and many children’s necessity’s such as high chair, travel cot, you name it I’ve built it, and in the end I feel great to look at the finishing results. This time is different I keep wondering if I have the wheels correctly positioned and wonder if it is built as sturdy as it should be. I found it hard to screw the roof and window frames together, as one of the sides wouldn’t push into place as it should have, leaving one side that doesn’t seem to meet the window frame as good as the other side. However, it is not that noticeable, so not a big problem for myself, but may be for others who are perfectionists.
The stickers where not put on professionally as I had to put them on myself, but ended up being as close to professional as I could get them, as I am very artistic and have a steady hand. Not everyone is and does though and even with my artistic attempts I ended up with a few air bubbles, which I had to smooth out by pricking tiny holes in the stickers using a needle, and push out the air. The stickers are extremely hard to take back off once you have flattened them down so I would recommend you don’t until you have them positioned accurately. The stickers are very strong and my many repositioning of them never resulted in any of them ripping and I don’t think they stickers will be coming of any decade soon.
All in all I wish you good luck if you buy as you are going to need it even if you are familiar with building such products, but if built to a usable degree you will have a fantastic toy on your hands for years to come as I have heard all fantastic things about these cars and I use to have the yellow and red one myself as a kid. Now my son is enjoying his own! Fantastic, but wish it was pre-built for piece of mind that it is to the best of it’s ability.
great toy for kids my grandson has ‘moved’ into this car while his sister sits on the back like a princess being drove about! hours of fun although its big and bulky and ideally needs two people to put it together also more expensive that the cozy coupe car both my grandchildren can play with i

Good idea with the removable floor pan for when they grow. Once together it seems very sturdy and is very well liked by its new owner.
My son who is 22m old loves the car. However, his favourite part of “driving” cars generally, is turning the steering wheel, and this steering wheel is so stiff that I can only turn it myself using my almost-maximum strength – he is completely unable. It is a great shame and very disappointing, because other than the steering wheel, it is a fantastic toy. I have tried to alter it numerous times, but it hasn’t helped. Not sure if it is designed to be a non-turning steering wheel, but I suspect not, compared to other Little Tikes models
My boys love playing with this, it has the door and a great little boot for putting grass/cones etc in. And the 2 year old just loves playing with the door!! Took under an hour to build, use a power drill though!
I was intending to buy the Cosy Coupe for my Grandson but when my husband saw this truck he fell in love with it so that’s why we bought it. My grandson adores it and as he’s only 15 months at the moment, it will give him hours of fun. I bought Little Tykes for my now grown up kids, so I know the superb endurable quality of the products. The price was competitive also.

Always trust little tikes, i remember having a little tikes car when i was a kid in fact I don’t know many kids that haven’t had one! Had to buy this for my son last Christmas he was just over a year and instantly loved it, sometimes he will just sit in it to watch television! its great how you can have it with a platform in the bottom for when they are younger and as they grow old enough to move it themselves you can take the platform out!…love the ‘new’ design with the eyes and facial expressions and the fact you can buy different cars we bought this style because i knew my son would love opening to ‘trailer’ bit and putting things in it and taking them out again also it looks pretty cool ha ha!

This was a birthday present for my daughter. She loves it and her big brother likes the hose, strong and durable great for any firefighter fanatics. But two things to consider the cars have doors that open and shut which lots of children love the engine doesn’t, also no roof means no protection from the sun.

We brought this for our 2yr old grandson as our Granddaughter has the little Tikes car.
This product is wonderful and cannot wait for the summer when they can use the hose in the garden, at the moment they pump the air as a petrol pump.
Item arrived as stated easy to put together and the pump actually works.
A really good buy.. Our 2 year old Grandson loves it. We bought the petrol pump with it and he loves playing with the two of them!
It did not take as long to construct as some reviewers suggested, 1hr in total. the worst part was the stickers which are fiddly. One design fault, the drivers seat is under the hole in the roof so the drivers seat gets wet if left outside and it rains!
