Not sure why so many people have problems putting it together, it takes 10 minutes and a bit of pressure for the red end caps on to the plastic rod. Decent sturdy slide for a 2 year old
After reading reviews unexpected it to be more difficult to assemble but it wasn’t. 3 year old loves it.
a touch tricky on the assembly but only for 1 bolt cover. Otherwise great, can fold so space saving and kids love it.

Kids love their slide. It’s next size up from toddler slide. It is a colourful, solid, well made slide. Took a little while to build but reading instructions might have helped!
Best part for me is option to fold away in winter.

Bought for grandson’s first birthday and not too big, plenty of growing potential. Son had no problem putting it together apparently and seems very sturdy and durable. Very pleased with it.

Very tricky to assemble as parts did not want to fit together. Took a lot of strength and dexterity! Slide looks good and is a big hit with the grandkids.
Brilliant slide but it almost caused a divorce trying to put it together (specifically putting the caps on the hinge).
However when we eventually got it put together our boys absolutely adore it.

Good size, sturdy slide. The instructions are easy to read but you do need to have a bit of force behind you to put the slide together. I did need to get grandad in to bash the base and side nuts in. My daughter loves this slide and is getting a lot of use out of it.
Absolute nightmare to assemble. The part that goes through the slide and steps to hold it together will not hammer onto the plastic screw , every time I try it just moves out of line. Surely there must be an easier way.

Purchased for my 2 year old. She loves it. Can climb by herself but it’s big enough that it should last at least a couple of years. Seems sturdy. A bit tricky to put together, I had to get help with the first stage but my dad made light work of it!
I really liked this for my daugther, but i think that this is too much for just 3 pieces of plastic.

Fairly easy to assemble however recomend you have something long to guide the tubing through, as it makes it a lot easier to make, our 20 month old loves his new slide
apart from the work out and sheer strength and patience needed to build this (that central bolt… really?!) it’s a well made product that is solid and sturdy enough and has brought a lot of fun.
Ok so turns out this is a pain to put together, but I wouldn’t let that put you off, once it’s assembled it’s done, but not easy hammering the ends on the connecting pole, annoying to put together but so worth it to see my 2 years face as she unwrapped it (yes we wrapped the whole assembled thing in paper!) She loved it so would recommend 100% just be ready to get annoyed putting it together!

Bought for a thrill seeking 18 month old who loves it. Although under the age range, and of average height, she can easily climb it herself. Good value, and a child friendly sturdy product.

The Little Tikes Easy Store Large Slide is amazing! I bought it for my godson what he loves and plays on all the time. Was pretty easy to put together and being folds up pretty small so it’s easy to store so it hasn’t got to be out all the time.
A substantial and good slide! We bought ours from Amazon damaged box offer and slide inside is in totally immaculate condition so defo recommend doing this for the saving!

Great size for toddlers and very sturdy. Has a bit of a drop a the end of the slide which seems a design error though. I put a mat on the end as the kids come off with a bit of a bump.
This was purchased as a present for my 3 year old, he outgrew his first little tikes slide. This is really robust and sturdier than the smaller one and he enjoys the slight wave in the slide. The steps are very big so no falling off and the hand rails at the top help him to steady himself and sit down.
The instructions are really annoying!! The rod you have to slide between the ladders and the slide is quite difficult to do, the red covers for this rod too are REALLY difficult. Ours kept popping off and going on at angles. It didn’t take too long to make, just the fiddly bits slowed us down.
My boy really loves this slide though and it’s not a bad price for what it is. I think he’ll have a good couple more years out of this one until we upgrade again.

Great slide offering hours of fun for our toddler twins. Easy to put together until you get the the rod holding together the slide and steps. Driving a plastic rod into a metal cap with a household claw hammer was impossible. It took a heavy mallet and the builder next door to hammer it into place!

Meant it for the garden but it was smaller than I expected so it stayed in the living room. Took about half an hour to put together(mainly had some difficulty putting the connecting rod through!). My 2 year old twins love it though- one of them keeps toppling off the end but the other doesn’t. First thing they do in the morning now is climb on it so I’m giving it a 4 stars.

Very good slide. my daughter is 2 and can can manage it perfectly by herself , it is also robust enough to deal with my 9 year old having a go of it too, I will be recommending this slide to my friends, particularly if you can get it at a good price as i did on amazo
This is a wonderful toy and my grandchildren love it. Age 3.5 and a tall 2, this is big enough for them and probably will be for the next 18 months, I hope. Both children can climb up by themselves and the steps aren’t too steep. Robust but light enough to move if you need to, it fits the bill and I’m really happy with it. Don’t forget to soften the area where the slide stands, they can come off at any stage, not just the base of the slide.
my 3 year old was happy with his ‘big slide’ and my 1 year old likes to freak me out by standing at the top clapping himself…..needs adult supervision as it is quite high and all kids like to climb up, which can be dangerous for little ones when big kids want to come down…

As expected from any Little Tikes products, easy to assemble & very sturdy. Our grand slighter already had the smaller version & is delighted with the larger slide which she now calls her big girl slide.
Whilst assembling the slide the plastic rod used for attaching the two parts of the slide together broke when attaching the protective cap (plastic into a metal cap)
I contacted Amazon by e mail and asked whether it was possible to supply a new piece or arrange collection but received no response within my timescale to effect a return.

It was a nightmare putting this slide together. It was really difficult trying to hammer the side bolt things on.
I got them on as best as I could and it hasn’t fallen apart yet.

Ordered this slide as it was on offer, we had a few little hiccups with delivery dates but the slide itself is great! Easy to put together although a couple of things needed a good bang with a mallet something I needed my husband for but thats just being picky, the children love it, Im a childminder so ages from 2 up to 5 get plenty of fun out of it.

Since this arrived my 2 year old daughter has used it at every opportunity. She even sends her furry animals and dolls down the slide shouting ‘whee!’ She is no longer apprehensive about using the steps – she has gained the confidence to use it without supervision. It is chunky and sturdy (easily coping with our well built robust child) and was easily assembled from the box. Wish I’d had one as a kid!!
I would have given this a full five star rating but for one thing that really miffed me. I payed for express delivery, ordered it on Friday, got it on Tuesday late in the evening because they only packed it on Monday to be delivered. And then early in the morning the next day I got the item I ordered at the same time with a super saver delivery (from a different company) . Make of it what you like but I would not bother buying anything urgently from them unless you are prepared to wait, otherwise it is a lovely product at a reasonable price.
First thing to say is the slide is a little bigger than i anticipated however thats not a real issue as the kids love it!
My 2 year old absolutely loved it. As read in reviews fixing this is a bit hectic not as easy as I thought. Simple fixing mechanism should have been made. They should also provide the DIY things needed to fix. Once fixed.. it was easy. Hard to fold it for storage purpose..
Some of the reviews have alluded to the fact that it was difficult to assemble but I found that by taking your time and with a little patience (and the odd bit of brute force) it went together with ease in under 20 mins. My little one loves it too!
