Neither slipper aligns with the direction of the foot; so the big toe of each foot rubs against the side of the slipper. I doubt I can wear them for an extended period without chafing the big toes.
After a bazillion attempts at finding slippers that my wife would actually wear for more than just Xmas day to keep me happy, these finally seem to have pressed the right buttons. She has worn them every day and tells me that they are ‘practically perfect in every whay’ possibly even supercalifragilisticexpialidocious, by the way it’s only her middle name that is Mary :).
Seriously, in her words, they are extremely comfortable, and feel secure on her feet due to the elastic heel back, which, whilst stopping the slippers falling off her feet, is not at all tight in the way that many ‘elasticated’ features can be. Maybe a bit pricey but worth every penny.
I have been buying this brand for years, only slipper that can take a professional orthopedic insert. They are extra think foam soles so the orthopedic needs a day or two to brake them in. I love the new colors and I love the sole is not detachable as I wear them out from the inside out.
Wanted a pair of these for a long time. Now I have them I am very very pleased with them. They fit great, they’re modern and very comfortable. Pricey but worth every penny.
