The reason I dropped it to 4/5 instead of 5 is because of two things:
1 – it doesn’t get as close as a traditional clipper, so if you plan on using it to groom everywhere, just know you won’t get a sharp line groom for your beard. Not a big deal though as I have a separate pair for my face that works fine. I tried it before using elsewhere and it isn’t great for lining yourself up.
2 – It definitely stills knicks your balls. I don’t care what any add says. Sure, not nearly as much, and it is much harder to do, but still possible nonetheless.
It is waterproof and works well in the shower. I’ve used it SEVERAL times and have not charged it once. The light on it is a great addition for extra usability. Travel mode so it doesn’t turn on while traveling >
nose hair trimmers:
I don’t know if I am an idiot and not using it right or if my nose hair is impervious to these things, but nose hair trimmers like this have never worked well for me. EVER. I personally don’t think they work for anyone, but that’s my experience. Otherwise, same as above.
grooming kit:
this is the best part in my opinion. Everything is very high quality, durable, nicely made. Unique design, slim, case is great.
Case:
fantastic product. No cheap materials. No corners cut on making it.
Overall, getting all of this for the price they sell it at is a steal and worth every penny in my opinion.
I thought I was getting a great deal through amazon however since purchasing this Dec 8 2022 and today being July 13 2023 the trimmer is no longer functional and Amazon will not do anything to replace it and Manscape because it was not ordered directly from them their is no warranty also after contacting Manscape and providing the serial numbers etc from the trimmer I find out its from a discontinued line basically amazon bought a bunch of these at a steal and resold them. Its safer to spend a little more and go direct to manufacture if you have an issue. Manscape customer service is working to help me out even though I did not purchase from them.
I’ve read some pretty negative reviews of this kit, in particular the shaver itself. But i have to say, in my experience, i don’t agree with any of them. This is a fantastic shaving kit, especially the shaver itself. The build quality is second to non, not too mention stylish! The added bonus of the built in light i found particularly useful to detect those stubborn rogue hairs. The bag it is all comes in oozes smooth tactile elegance. The only downside i could find was the price. That said, i don’t mind paying good money for something that delivers such great results, also looks great and is clearly built to last. Would make a very special gift.
This is a high quality grooming kit and my bf loves it since I bought it for him. My only reason for giving it 4 stars is because I didn’t realize that it didn’t have an attachment for grooming his chest hair to a reasonable length. The choice is either too short or too long, but other than that it’s perfect!
Great product. The Plow 2.0 comes with two packs of blades, the Weed Whacker is great at removing the hair from the nose and ear. The Lawn Mower 4.0 is great, does it cut the skin when using and personally I didn’t need to recharge until after 3 uses
Let’s start with the trimmer itself. It is not that great, really. I mainly just use it to trim without worrying about looks. I would much rather use the razor, which is FANTASTIC! I love the heft, the material, and the grip the razor has. That’s the most premium razor I have ever used! The nose trimmer is good enough too, nothing special! The little “tool” set is iffy. The nail clippers are AWFUL storage wise. They have the weirdest way to open and close them. The rest of it I haven’t had to use yet, but the nail filer is VERY well made. It feels nice and heft for such a small piece of metal.
All in all, it might be best to order all this separately if it makes more sense to you!
I’m a dry shaver and so far this has been great. Just good for a close shave with well kept hair. I wouldn’t trim a whole bush without trimming that thing down two like half an inch. The ceramic blade leaves your skin feeling hydrated though… it’s nice… but wierd. I have certainly had to not worry about ingrown hairs. This whole kit is worth getting for the price and screams quality. Just be sure to trim longer hair with it.
All around, the product is average except the nose trimmer doesn’t trim well at all. For the price in relation to quality, I wouldn’t recommend. Average product, parts don’t work well and high priced.
I bought the product for my son, for his birthday. My son called me and said thank you, thank you he loved it and it did a great job on his beard. His only disappointment was that the smaller clipper did not do as much as he would have liked. However every thing is worked great.

Razor broke after 3 uses and wouldn’t hold charge but got sent a replacement and it works.
I only really intended to use this on my balding head, and will only be using it for this purpose going forwards.
To anyone that intends to “man scape” be warned, this product is prone to snagging your sack.
Smoother then anything I’ve used the ceramic blade dose wonders really impressed 10/10 would recommend
