I had a basic office chair prior to this one that was gifted to me, it had no arms and without sounding ungrateful it was very uncomfortable, especially for long periods of time.
I work for the NHS so I only work from home a few hours per week but last week I had a full day of training at home on Teams and the prior weekend I thought I can’t sit on that all day, it’ll cripple me.
I had also recently completed a mandatory training module entitled Display Screen Equipment and thought to myself I should get a better chair and a cushion for my feet.
I do suffer with my back and have recently switched from a shoulder bag to a backpack for work too.
I started browsing Amazon and looked at various options up to around 300.
They all had between 2 and 10% negative reviews so I decided to take the plunge and go for this chair.
I put it together myself in just over an hour.
With this chair and a cushion for my feet I actually enjoy working from home now so much more!
I’m really pleased with it so far!
Supporting chair and comfortable, gas strut kept slowing going down over time, reached out and they sent out a replacement straight away.
Two people ideally needed for assembly support, and watch the instructions video beforehand.
I really like the chair it’s comfy and if u aint picky you’ll like it. Hard to assemble tho

Bought this as a Christmas present for my dad as he’s been using a dining chair at his desk since he’s been working from home. Needless to say this is a big step up and he’s loving it so far. It’s much more comfortable and was fairly easy to assemble too
Not one to assemble on your own but comfy when up
This is a great chair, I’ve been using it for just under two months. It’s comfortable to sit on for long periods and is durable.
Would be 5 stars, however it arrived with a broken piston that collapsed under 50kg of weight (it’s rated for almost triple that).
I have kept the chair but replaced the piston because it really is very comfy.
*Update* Melokea have been in touch and refunded me the cost of replacing the piston. Great customer service!

Comfortable, well made, good value replacement for the prior office chair.
I’ve been using this chair for 8-9 hours a day for a month. It’s not bad. I’m 6 feet 3 inches and have had several operations on my spine. The lumbar support is lower than it should be, and I often add a small extra cushion, which helps. The build quality isn’t the best but not terrible, and neither is the pump, which doesn’t go as high as I’d like, but at this price point (100) you can’t expect too much. Assembly was a 2-man job.
Need a chair for my job!daily! As an editor I need comfort and support. So far!this chair has given me both. Happy
Actually easier than expected to assemble the back rest has surprised me on how much it helps my posture
I thought the chair was super comfy, seat is amazing and lumbar also super soft – however I sent it back as I need more upright (90 deg +) support and more adjustments than this chair offers for my back. Its 5 -star if you have no back problems but no good if you need real support and adjustability
easy to assemble, i like the support and this was the only chair i could find that was fabric (not a fan of the plastic/leather feel as i slip) I’m only giving it 4 because i thought the tilt back could be fixed but it just allows for a rocking motion instead (as far as i am aware). good chair for the price
The chair itself is comfortable, with a high back. I am 6ft tall and the headrest on full extension sits just above my shoulders. It would be perfect if it extended 1cm higher I think, but as it stands it’s quite comfortable.
The lombard support is surprisingly comfortable as it is made of mesh and gives a bit, the backrest is also mesh so gives support without ‘digging in’ anywhere.
The chair is sturdy of construction and relatively easy to put together. A bit of advice during assembly is to not tighten all of the arm rest screws until the chair part is fully assembled, this is because the armrests appear to flex slightly when the screwed are tightened.
The arm rests are all ok plastic (no cushioning) so not overly comfortable, they also ok dont adjust so are a little on the low side for me.
The chair base seems sturdy with decent casters. Unlike most chairs the ‘legs’ that hold the casters are metal and modular which appears to have been designed to reduce packing.
The chair does not detract (up and down) very far.
My questions on Amazon here answered quickly by the seller and very informative and the product matche description and reviews (you’d be surprised how many items do not match the description and reviews on Amazon).
The chair is perfectly fine for me (at 6ft) and I expect someone shorter than myself. Though I doubt it wouldn’t be overly comfortable for people over 6ft, simply due to the head rest and minimal extension of the seat height.
For the price I am rather happy with my purchase.
The chair is really confortable. I have used a gaming and expensive chair for 4 years but this one is cheaper and better than the other. You feel that you cold stay in the chair for a couple of hours without feeling any kind of pain. I really recommend.
Great office chair, perfect for my home office. Although, slightly low.
I’ve since ordered a Replacement 9″ Office Chair Gas Lift to enable me more height – this chair comes with a standard 7” gas lift cylinde
* It was very easy to construct and took me less than an hour.
* Seat is reasonably wide and comfortable. It remains comfortable even after a few hours of continuous use making it suitable for WFH setups. No numb bum so far!
* Has an adjustable headrest that is a good height for me (I am 6 foot/1.82m tall).
* Comes with lumbar support which I really appreciate.
* Feels secure and I have not had to re-tighten any screws since the initial assembly.
* Arm rests are comfortable, despite not being padded.
I did, however, have 2 issues:
* Gas rod kept dropping, which is in-line with some other reviews here.
* After a couple of days, the chair had a fairly steep forward tilt due to the faulty gas rod/seat bracket.
Customer support reached out to me regarding both of these issues, and I am extremely impressed by them. They immediately acknowledged the problem and told me the plans to amend them, and have acted on all of them with some replacement parts having already arrived.
Overall I am very pleased to have chosen this chair as it is comfortable and ideal for me, and I feel secure knowing customer support will resolve any issues. I’d definitely recommend this chair.
Good quality, easy to assemble, have been using it for a couple of weeks and love it.
The package I received was bigger than expected, but it is what I wanted. It took me about 30-40 minutes to install this chair. They provide a QR code in the user manual for you to view their installation video, as well as on the product page.There is a hex screw in the box, but if I have the electric screwdriver in the video, I think I can install it faster. The best part of this chair is it can support the back and it has neck pillow to support the neck, and it can it is moveable!! !wooohooooo! hope this will help other buyers.
This is a very comfortable office chair and looks really nice. And it can support my back and neck which is my favorite part of this chair. I strongly recommend this chair to people who works longtime with the computer.
