Side button on/off and volume all too close together.
Was a cheap replacement for my sons broken phone! Its a great phone!
As expected the terrible reviews are way off the mark. Have to say I never trust really and reviews. Only had the phone two days but so far no problems at all and battery life is what I expect for a smart phone. All my apps from my previous phone transferred no issues at all with speed
Only downside is no 5G compatibility, bit great product for the price I paid.
I used both the note 7 and note10p and they both broke. My note 7 worked fine for a while but then started bugging. And now its slow as apps just fill up my ram. The note 10 worked a charm as well but then after a while it wouldnt boo

My son was over the moon after he set it up states better than iphone

Great phone for the price does all that it should do no problems
It seems to work well. May not be in the big boys league but you can make calls, take photos, make videos, text, access the tinernet and download your apps. The memory may not allow for loads of apps these days but for someone who has a life without my phone in my hand it works perfectly. The screen is clear, the photos are of a good standard ( much better than the sony phones I’ve had in the past) and it looks serviceable in that the battery is accessible if and when that needs replacing. The cover is taken off when the sim is fitted so is easy is get to. Its no iphone 13 but its not an iphone 13 price. Its works well, it looks fine, its easy to use plus it does not require a mortgage to buy. I’m more than happy with it.
I had purchased this phone for my mum for xmas, she’s not very technical and it was to bring her into the 21st century with WhatsApp and Email. I had never bought a phone unlocked so had to research a bit to find the phone I thought would be everything she would need. Something basic for calls and emails but also good camera. The phone was easy to set up, and easy to use. I was very surprised at the quality of the phone for the price, The camera is great quality and I know my mum will be off out taking pictures wherever she goes now! I would purchase again if I needed a phone.
Given to a friend as a present, and they could not be happier, a great screen for subscription tv apps like Prime and Netflix. In all, a great phone that does everything that is required and it comes with all the ancillaries required.

Great phone really good value struggle where to open back to put cards in .instructions are very small need to be bigger print good idea sending message about how to open the back but came 3days too late quicker response needed when you know what issues have with phone and battery doesnt seen to last as long as note 7

I only received this handset yesterday so this is a limited review.
So far it works well. Superficially it feels like any other android device. It’s easy to set up and use. Its is relatively slim, so its easy enough to hold in small hands though it is of comparable size to most other phones on the market at the moment.
Camera seems decent too.
Only issue I have so far is that the charging port is a mini USB, not USB-c as described. This means all my old chargers, cables and earphones wont be compatible.

This phone is super easy to set up and use thanks to the Android 11 OS.
It has a very good camera system that takes really good sharp pictures and smooth video.
You can have the option of putting a Micro SD Card into it to increase the storage if you need to which is a good option.
This phone has face recognition and fingerprint ID for security. The fingerprint ID works amazingly fast and you can unlock your phone in a matter of a split second. The face recognition also works extremely well and it’s super fast too.
All of my dads favourite apps work without a hitch on this phone and he can even stream some Full HD content from Amazon and Netflix which is great.
The battery life again is excellent and easily last all day.
You also get the added bonus of a protective case being included with this phone so you can rest assured it’s well protected straight away.
Overall my dad is extremely happy with this phone and for the following reasons I have decided to rate it 5 stars:

This phone is great ,nice sized screen, decent memory , the only issues were that it did NOT come with a full user manual,just a quick start manual .and that the default settings were all in another language which i don’t understand . Apart from this no other complaints.
