I was very impressed with my order, the game is great to play and the condition of the package upon arrival was outstanding, it was as if I had been to my local game shop to purchase it. Very happy with this product.
Bit slow at first and more difficult than I expected but once I got used to it really enjoyable
I purchased this as a gift for our grandkids. They LOVE! They have spent hours playing it. Great holiday or anytime gift.

If you don’t have friends who play this game, it can get repetitive and boring quite easily, other than that, it’s not a bad game.

Mais moi j’attends qu’ils adaptent des variantes du jeu de plateau Hotel aussi par exemple sur la switch. Il n’y avait pas que le monopoly et la bonne paye qui taient des bons jeux il faut voir plus loin !!! Hotel c’tait un jeu avec dj des hotels aux graphismes plus intressants que ceux du monopoly et je me demande alors pourquoi ils ne l’ont pas encore adapt sur console …
Par ailleurs dans ce jeu on ne pas chatter avec les autres joueurs.
The family love it, especially that nobody can cheat anymore.
Ce jeu est bien fait, bon graphisme, la dure du jeu est parfois longue mais cela dpends aussi du hasard au niveau lanc de d pour rcuprer les cartes titres (parfois a va vite, parfois non). Plus besoin de faire des calculs d’argent l’IA se charge de tout, transaction,payement des loyer etc…)
Je prcise que cela ne remplace pas le jeu de plateau ou l’on dplace physiquement les pions et les ds et ou l’on brasse son argent, mais c’est une autre exprience du jeu plutt sympa, pour amateur du genre.
Easy to play and my nephew age 10 loves it. He can play against the computer which means I don’t have to play it with him. The game also explains the rules so no cheating.
This is quite the like the board game but possibly a little less involving to play. It’s a bit disappointing that there is no single player option.

Fun game for a monopoly fan, quicker to play than the board game and no cheaters! Bit of fun to pass the time, with a choice of boards and different rules to choose from. Cute characters to play as too.

If you like Monopoly you will enjoy this. Most switch games are massively overpriced however for 21.99 (price at time of writing) my son and i are happy with it.

Bought for Christmas. Nephew assures me played at least twice a week in his student house…….and he’s a Monopoly expert with a big box collection, this is the first digital copy he’s got.
Pretty good… stops anyone cheating 🙂 kids love it, especially the different themes
Monopoly, as is tradition, will cause war between family members and friends.
I played this with my wife for the first time and the game lasted almost 2 hours but once you know the controls and how to complete trades, things go much faster.
Note: You don’t have to do it in 1 sitting. You can continue games at any later stage as the game can save up to 3 game instances.
The game is priced really well, very similar to the actual board game which is a big plus from me (and of course doesn’t take as much storage space or organization when setting everything up).
Property management options (mortgaging properties/buying houses or hotels) are great and easy to understand.
The visuals are nice and no major complaints about the camera rotation.
Important to note that many reviewers experienced really long loading times with the game. I’m happy to report that this no longer occurs, possibly due to a quick update that you have to download before playing the game.
Overall, at 20 (on sale) or even 25 (standard), I give this a HUGE thumbs up for Switch owners who want to add to their collection of multiplayer games.
Edit: I’ve now played several games and also a few online games (with a total of 4 players in each).
The online play is really good and I have experienced no issues (other than bad luck!).
The only problem of online pay was that I couldn’t play this with my wife as 2 separate players on the same console online. Though I understand this would pose an unfair advantage to us given that it would open up trade easily so I understand.
Don’t worry if you don’t like the ‘living’ boards either, as you can play on a classic board if you want.

Like others I had issues with the loading screen- I wasn’t aware of a bug as I hadn’t read any reviews…..
So I used my common sense and thought to myself…..hmmmmmm first I’ll try turning it off, then turning it back on again and see how it goes??
After that the game loaded flawlessly.
I haven’t played the multiple player mode yet- I just played against the computer in the 3D worlds and so far I’m enjoying it.
It’s not a difficult game- it’s there to enjoy and pass the time- it’s far from perfect- but it’s a nice game when you just want to relax and not have to think too much.
There are also negative reviews from people who don’t like Monopoly. Well duh. If you don’t like Monopoly, you won’t like this because it’s, well, Monopoly. If you DO like Monopoly, though – guess what! It’s great!
The initial loading issue is indeed currently a small issue but a full system restart and you’ll be fine. Ubisoft are working on a patch for this, but it’s an acceptable workaround for now.
Online is quite well done but you will get players time out and then auto-drop out. Part and parcel of long games and or connection issues. – The devs have added shorter game modes as options which allow for quicker games, which is a nice touch. – It’d be great if the game allowed disconnection rejoins, but it appears as of now this isn’t possible.
As for the game the visuals are great, haven’t really played into it much yet though.
This is my second digital version of Monopoly, first being on Android.
