Great little fan. Extremely quiet at night- can’t hear it on level 1 which is like a light breeze and enough to keep you cool. Haven’t really tried it in the real heat as it arrived after the heat wave but when I have tried it when very warm have been impressed. Would recommend
Bought this fan during hot weather and have been very impressed. The build quality feels like it will last and the remote control is intuitive and easy to use. The fan itself runs quietly and moves the air effectively. For us, it is a perfect size… Not too big but larger than the more desktop style models.
Nothing not to like about this fan. It suits all our needs. We like the remote, it’s so handy. We use it in the bedroom on hot nights for a good sleep. The sleep mode is great as we leave it on all night.
I liked the quietness of the fan on the lower levels. It distributes cool air over a wide area using the direction controls. It was brilliant keeping us cool in the last heatwave.
I wanted a quiet fan to have in my home office so that it wouldn’t interfere with conference calls. This hit the spot being extremely quiet on its lower speeds. It also has the feature of varying speed so that you feel the benefit more than a continuous airflow. You can switch this on or off as desired. It is light enough to carry easily using its handle. Its design means that you need to put it on something (e.g. a table) so don’t buy it is you need a tall fan with its own stand. Perfect for me.
Since returning quite a few dyson fans, I thought as this has been given good reviews. Since receiving the fan its been on no stop lovely fan large in a way but footprint small and easy to move. We love how you can turn the screen light on and especially the night time mode quiet but just enough relaxing fan noice to get you to sleep.
I had purchased this fan to endure the heatwave of 2021. The price initially put me off however was surprised with the build quality on unboxing.
The fan has a variety of settings which I have used on different occasions. If this is used in a bedroom you won’t be bothered by any vibrations or other noise if kept on a low setting. The pan & tilt setting has also come in handy when remotely moving the direction.
I highly recommend this product if you are looking for light-moderate use

This is my second one, my husband bought the first and the fan broke, I have no testedthis one yet but tyhe seller had GREAT communication and sent a replacement fan. took a while to get here you are mroe concious of time when you need a fan. Quality wise (obviously as I bought a second one) its really does the job, yes it cirulating wamr air but it does deliver power and does relieve the heat, so short of air con..buy this!
Liked the range of speeds and quiet operation, even on quite high speeds. The handle is a godsend for lifting or carrying around to different rooms. Choice of oscillating or stationary fan. Only had it a couple of weeks or so, but very satisfied so far. Invaluable in recent heat wave and quiet enough to have on at night also.
This fan is amazing, very quiet compared to other fans and you can definitely feel the difference in the whole room. I like the different modes to it and also the timer.

I thought I’d compare the MyCarbon with the tower fan, Dyson bladeless and one of the small, cube-sized ‘air-conditioner’ fans (usb fan with a water reservoir that gives out a fine mist) Firstly, against the oscillating tower fan, the MyCarbon wins hands down. It is far far more powerful, cools the air more, moves the air around more due to its ability to not only oscillate left to right, but up and down too.
Compared to one of the water reservoir air-conditioner fans, MyCarbon also wins. The cube A/c only offers relief because of the fine mist of water it releases into the airstream. But there is no power to the usb cube, and within a few hours, you need more water. Most of the cheaper cube mist fans have no ability to oscillate. So again, for the MyCarbon, it’s a huge win.
The Dyson fan is the one to beat. I have the Dyson AM06, which cost me 350 last year. So the Dyson is very quiet, and does seem to reduce the room temperature by about 2 or 3 degrees. You do feel a current of air, but not like a bladed fan – it’s much more subtle. The MyCarbon did also drop the room temp by 2 degrees when I had the windows closed and I wasn’t reintroducing hot outside air into the room. Exactly as the Dyson fan. The MyCarbon isvas quiet as the Dyson if on night mode, much much quieter than the Dyson if set to the baby mode. On baby mode, you can hardly feel air being displaced but you can feel cool air coming out. I think baby mode is exactly designed for that, to be placed just out of arms reach of moving hands, to keep baby cool. The is a great guard Infront of the fans blades, narrow enough for adult fingers but a small child would certainly get some of his fingers through.
I personally like to feel the air gushing past me, cooling me down, so I was happy last night, sleeping on level 9 (max is 12). You can turn off the display panel so you don’t have a bright display emitting a bright light at night. You can set a timer – up to 10 hours, which is handy. When you power off the fan, it seems to remember your last used settings. The remote is handy too and has a magnetised surface on the fan to sit on.
Compared to the Dyson, I’d say it’s marginally less cooling, but as far as reducing the overall room temp down, the MyCarbon is as good due due to its multidirectional oscillation. The biggest difference is the price. Is it worth paying the extra 190 for the Dyson? No way! The slightly better cooling offered by the Dyson is marginal. The Dyson is quieter but not hugly so, especially when the MyCarbon is set to the quieter settings.
Bottom line, a great fan. So good, I bought a black version for my son’s room.
Excellent small but powerful fan that has a variety of settings, a timer, and is easy to move from place to place if you want it somewhere else. I am getting on a bit and disabled but found it easy to understand and operate. It was a lifesaver last night in the intense heat and enabled me to sleep!
This fan is amazing, it cools every inch of the room, perfect for the night just switch it to night mode and it’s silent with a breeze around the room, in the day with these high temperatures it’s the best fan I have ever used. Very highly recommend I have ordered another one today.
I love this. Nice soft sound when sleeping and can help shut out other sounds from outside if my windows are open. Love the remote control and ability to switch off the digital display. I can reach over for the control and feel the raised buttons so I can change any setting without opening my eyes. I like the options for side to side/and/or up and down or stationery in one position. A worthwhile investment for me to help me sleep at nights.
My son ordered this for his bedroom as it gets pretty hot at night in the summer. His fan before this was a standard plastic fan on a tall stand and it wasn’t giving out a good enough cool breeze so he wanted to get a new one.
We were looking at the fans that are like the dyson bladeless fans but are cheaper generic versions. They had mixed reviews so he opted for this in the end.
He is very happy with the fan, it comes with a remote control. The head part of the fan can be set in any direction, up or down. It rotates around and there are several settings and strengths you can set it at. The fan also has a timer on so you can set it to go off or come on at anytime you want.
With regards to how strong the breeze is, it is definitely better than a standard fan. My parents have the standard dyson bladeless fan and I would say this fan is similar or slightly better than the standard Dyson fan version. It isn’t very noisy at all but everyone’s opinion on what is noisy is different.
All in all it is pretty good fan and has some great settings. Definitely much superior than a standard plastic fan. The build quality is excellent and the fan sits very sturdily on his bedside drawers.
Love this fan so much we have just purchased another one for our son’s bedroom. In laws also purchased one and very pleased with it. We searched for the holy grail of the silent fan, I don’t think it exists but this fan is nearest we’ve come to it! On our favourite setting it is lovely and quiet with a gentle breeze and we can sleep without being disturbed. It’s solidly built, not flimsy, easy to carry and move around as it has a strap on the top, good choice of fan settings and really well made. Worth the money I think. Looks stylish too. Love it!
Great engineering. Ultra quiet. Multi—directional. It just makes so much sense and at a price that oriented towards an average human, not a millionaire. I feel relaxed just by looking at it moving. My only concern is life span, but even if it will last one summer I will be satisfied.
A very powerful fan, 12 settings and spins vertically and horizontally, The higher the setting the noisier the fan becomes, but that’s too be expected, It is supposed to show the temperature on the display but it is never anywhere near correct, maybe I have not set it correctly, but all in all, I am very happy with product and comes with very handy remote control
This fan is really amazing, really high quality with lots of adjustable positions and settings! This is probably one of the best fans I’ve ever purchased, the airflow is nice and strong and its way quieter compared to other fans. The fact that you can choose the force of the flow and whether it rotates is also really helpful as it actually cools the whole room down too, instead of just one select area. Love the remote control too, great for really hot days when you don’t want to get up and adjust it manually. Overall, great product which serves its intended purpose very well.
Excellent look, power, range of motion. Remote a bit weak/pointless, but that’s ok as never needed to adjust it from across the room. Fine to use at night because two quiet. modes. I would buy this again and recommend it- excellent value for the power and appearance.
We live in sauna… literally, all year round our windows are open and the fans are on in every room. We have “retired” slot of fans over the years but finally found one tough enough to do the job. The noise level isn’t bad, and it swivels around like a ballerina and has multiple settings and fan modes, the kids can finally sleep in nightwear and not underwear. The remote us magnetically attached to the base unit and it has a handle and is very portable. Worth the price and better than the smaller Dyson fans.
The thing I like the most about the fan is the design, it looks modern, I think it looks great in black instead of all the bulky white fans you see. It has a lot of different settings. Don’t be fooled by the picture with the heat as there is no heat setting. The remote can be hard to work unless it’s 100% facing the fan. I bought this for my 10 month old sons room as the reviews stated that it is a quiet fan. I must say it really is! The baby mode is very quiet so it helps during those hot summer days and nights when my son is napping. A few things I did not like: remote has different buttons than the fan (eg. Remote has light button / fan doesn’t). Beeps real loud – that’s a downside as well. I can’t see what mode is on when as the screen is in horizontal position. Overall I find a very good purchase
Great fan well worth the money it’s not ice cold but cool air when it’s red hot outside been a great buy when it’s been red hot and I love the movement as I have it blowing up and down on my when I’m doing my workouts. Really pleased with this fan it has replaced an old pifco fan which has been brilliant but sadly the speed control had gone faulty. I took my time in choosing the right fan to replace it with knowing that cheap ones make more noise and probably wouldn’t last too long, so when I saw this advertised with the already great feedback I paid the money and haven’t been disappointed. It has great features which can be operated by the small remote control, its output of air is really good considering it is not a massive fan. It has up to 12 speeds and even on the highest is really relatively quiet, the ability to set the fan to arc left to right and up and down really circulates the air in the room and its supprisingly good at the distance it can reach. It’s ready to go out of the box it’s construction although is largely plastic it seem to be of a very good quality. I am very pleased with this fan and can highly recommend it.
This fan is worth every penny, I have tried, brought many fans over the years & none have really been any benefit in warm weather or hot summer, thats untill this one, its absolutely great even at night on sleep setting.
The only improvement I could suggest being disabled is for Mycarbon to add either Alexa or Google Home smart voice control to it (or both,)
This would be both beneficial at home but also away from home as customer could turn it on before returning from work,
I tried to do it using Home Smart Plug but it doesn’t work as you can only start switch it on but not start any setting, anyway thats my only gripe over all its a 5* fa
Seems pretty well built and its footfall is not to large. Quite powerful and its air distribution is sufficient for a fairly large room. The remote is fine but you do have to be square on to the fan unit for it to receive the signal. Being able to switch the display panel light off is a useful function when using in a bedroom as is the timer. Although it is not as quiet as they claim on the sleep setting I can sleep with it still on.
Fantastic quiet cooling fan. I’ve tried lots of fans when it’s hot nights but always kept me awake with their noises, this one is the best and so quiet I can’t be disturbed. Remote controls easy to use and there are times you can set up for fan to turn itself off. Love it!
Oh the domestic this fan caused cos of the cost….. however he soon shut up when I put it on at night during the first heatwave we had it. I wouldn’t say it’s terribly quiet on faster modes but it’s complete bliss when it’s hot especially at night.
Brought this for my wife in the bedroom to help with menopause hot flashes.
Works perfectly. She doesn’t need to get up in the middle of the night to turn it on as it is fully functional via the remote control which is simple to use especially in the dark.
I purchased the MYCARBON Fan Quiet Desk Fan specifically to use during the night as I normally cannot sleep with the noise of the pedestal fans etc, and as this was advertised as operating at 25dB I thought it would do the job even though the cost of 99.99 did make me give it an additional level of consideration.
I always consider the ‘strength of a company’ not by the product, but by the service you receive when things go wrong. (and in this case, they went wrong).
Right from the start the noise level seemed excessive, the motor had a very loud humming noise which did not go away. I checked the reviews from other customers and noted that this had been identified by some, and that they had been in contact with ‘service@mycarbon.cc’ regarding the issue.
I wasn’t filled with confidence when I wrote my first email to them, but oh how wrong could I have been. They have been fantastic, they responded to my emails within good time (the same or next day) and they sent me a replacement fan that arrived within 2 days of them notifying me that a replacement was going to be sent. The only action I took was to send then a video showing a ‘sound meter’ next to the fan so that I could demonstrate the excess level of dB.
In conclusion. Yes the first fan was defective, but as soon as service@mycarbon.cc became aware of it they acted to rectify the situation without quibble. The replacement fan is lovely and quiet, and I am now able to sleep at night. So thank you very very much service@mycarbon.cc

Good fan, if you are after a bladed fan then this is a great option, looks well built, lots of options and quiet as on lower setting so perfect for sleeping. I experienced no noise what so ever with base swivel action. This fan hasn’t got the aesthetics of something like a bladeless Dyson, but in my opinion not fair comparison. For the price paid and the functionality I would highly recommend.
Very pleased with this fan, it oscillates from side to side and up and down which is very useful. It is extremely quiet, we use it in the bedroom to keep cool and it does not disturb at all. Remote control is very useful.
The first time I received a faulty unit and emailed the seller they agreed to replace it without me having to go through the hassle of returning the faulty one and I received the new one in 2 days after the final email.
The new fan is great it covers a large area and if you place it by an open window it cools the room even better as the design allows it to cool the hot air before blowing it into the room .

Bought because it was advertised as an almost silent fan operating at 25db. That’s debatable in my opinion but it certainly is a lot quieter than the 3 speed desk fan it replaced. Anyway after several restless nights I downloaded a free noise meter app on my phone and checked our old fan and was surprised to find it registered 55 to 60db. To me it sounded more like a light aircraft taxiing in the corner of the room!!! That made my mind up to purchase the MyCarbon fan and so far it is much quieter, but still registers 25 to 30db on the same app. I’m guessing but I suspect its to do with the disengaged oscillating mechanism which sounds a bit like there’s a mildly irritated flying insect trapped inside the base. For the price I’d expect better bearings or gear mechanism but it’s probably all plastic mouldings with an excessive tolerance build up in the mechanism. Also if you set it to either cooling or night modes the fan speed fluctuates as it tries to constantly adjust the fan speed to achieve the required temperature setting. So we just leave it in fan mode at the lowest fan speed setting. Overall its a good fan but a bit pricey for the quality. The double oscillating mode feature isn’t really going to get a lot of use in our room, so is wasted. However, the remote control is good and you can also switch the display off for use at night. So far it’s working well and we’re managing to sleep and stay cool. Will update the review after a few weeks of continued use…
Very happy with this fan. I’m a light sleeper and so any noise can keep me awake. This is the first fan I’ve been able to leave on through the night. It has up to 12 speed settings and can oscillate sideways vertically or both. Particularly like the different wind options and the sleep one has a rhythm to it which is actually quite relaxing and helps you sleep. The remote works fine and can adjust all these and can switch off the display so you have darkness as well

The most effective fan I have ever owned and the best thing is that it needed no assembly, but there are instructions on how to dismantle it for cleaning. It aerates the room wonderfully and on a low setting there is an adequate breeze, plus it is very quiet. During a hot day I have it turned up and it doesn’t matter if it’s a bit noisy as it cools the bedroom well for the night while I’m out and then at night, when I need a quiet breeze in the room, a low setting is ideal. The only microscopically small problem is that the base seems to move when you have the horizontal movement switched on, not the fan part (I know that I haven’t explained it in proper technical terms but that is all I can think of ) but that is not a sufficiently large problem that I would remove a star from my review. It was expensive but you do get what you pay for. It was delivered in plenty of time and well packaged.

The fan is simple enough to setup and looks-wise, it’s sleek. Build quality seems to be decent too. Controls are on the bottom front and presented to you. The fan is quiet on use and also, powerful enough. There are 12 settings you can choose from too. Air circulation is just right and it moves it quite a lot.
I got this to use in my kitchen. Because my kitchen has no windows, so no natural ventilation or flow of air to cool the kitchen down when cooking. The size is perfect because it can sit on the kitchen bar and sit more stable than a tower fan.
For the price, I expect it to preform well, and it does. It also has some advantages to a tower fan which I’ll get into later. The fan performance is brilliant. It is powerful and makes a difference. Without the window open to drag fresh air in, it still gives good cooling air. The reach is impressive and tilts up and down and rotates across to cover the whole room. It has a few modes, most importantly is the night mode. This is where I feel it has the edge over a tower fan. I’ve noticed, every tower fan I have owned, start rotating smoothly. But quickly become noisy. Squeaky noise for the rotating mechanism. That’s because of the height of the tower. This has not and don’t believe it will suffer from this issue.
The build quality is a mixed bag. It built very well, premium build quality. But the plastic housing makes it feel a little cheap. The remote also feels a little cheap. But I love fact it has a magnet built it and sit on the base of the fan. The remote has to be pointing directly at the fan to work. Very responsive.
The fan is so great when hot summer day I use it alots and it blow real cold in my living room also good for my dogs nice and cold blast easy to use very happy.

My conservatory is always hot and my lounge is always cold!!!! This channels the wind from one room to the other .. so the cool air helps the conservatory cool down and vice versa .. cleve
This was an excellent purchase and well worth the extra money spent. We bought this to replace our old metal rotating fan which is so loud that it drowns out all other sounds. This fan is almost silent. Even on a powerful setting it is very quiet – which is a bonus.
It is fairly large for a desk/table fan but the air passing out of it is consistent. It does a great job of monitoring the temperature in the room via the clear screen. The remote control works well and the fan is very responsive to it. You can control the tilting and rotating of the fan as well as the power. The tilting and rotation of the fan is smooth and gradual – it feels very controlled – it’s a well built fan.
I highly recommend this fan. It is an attractive unit also, one that I will look to move from the kitchen into the home office once it has been fully decorated.
Recently it has been really hot, staying at home is like boiling. Thanks to this fan, it is amazing, works excellently with strong winds and literately zero noise. Its LED display is really handy, showing features and themes selected, easy to read and it can be dimmed at night without bothering your sleep. I am very sensitive and I feel this feature very user friendly. What’s more, it is rotatable, left to right and up to down, excellent for sharing among family.

I love this fan so as my family. Specifically, the night mode because the other fans I had before was making too much noise. No more night without sleeping.
I was hesitant with this purchase as it seemed steep for what looks like an enlarged desk fan but this thing is no joke. Really puts those tower fans to shame and the oscillation up/down and side/side feature is great to circulate air. It’s small and stylish as well I’d say. Does get noisy to me after level 5 but I’d just set it to max power for 30 mins if I’m leaving the room and then lower the power to 3 or 4 once I’m back.
Don’t worry too much on the price, you get what you pay for and I’m pleased with this one.
I have been looking for a whole room fan with remote function for a while, bought when it was on 20% sale.
As the remote is on IR (some remote fans are on RF), you can turn it into a “smart” fan and use Alexa to control it. Only thing needed is an universal IR remote with voice control capability. You can get one somewhere between 10-20. I use Broadlink RM Pro personally.
I find it best to set up as a TV remote, which you can use very generic command, turn on/off, mute/unmute (turn the backlight on/off) and volume up/down (to control speed, though Alexa’s default is change by 3, you can say volume up 1,2,3,4,5 etc. though). I filmed a video showing how this works in practice, and how cool and fun this is.
You can set up very specific scenario/command too. So instead of volume up/down, you can make it “increase the fan speed” etc, but I find it simpler to maintain by re-using the basic Alexa commands.
At 90 without existing universal IR remote, you are just slightly better off than buying a “true” smart fan, which usually only oscillates horizontally. But at 72 and have an existing IR remote, this 3D fan is an absolute bargain. So happy to have caught the sales on time.
I got the fan delivered today 21/05/2020 and it’s superb, love all the functions on it.
I was going to order another one today for my sons bedroom but unfortunately the price has gone up by 20 so I will wait or look somewhere else.
Brought this fan just before the summer heatwave hits the UK and everyone is panicking buying fans at extortionate prices. This fan, in particular, is supplied in a well-packaged box, Amazon overkills the external packages adding loads of unnecessary space and filling with brown paper to avoid it moving.
The fan itself is not small, I thought it would be more desk size but it is bigger but not enormous. With so many features this has the device comes with a remote control size of the colour-changing lights control. With a section specifically on the device itself to place the remote avoiding it being lost.
The Fan itself has up to 12 different settings if you start from the top it flows the air quite intensely causing it to be noisier than usual but that is normal with every fan even the Dysons at the Highest Speed. When you reduce the speed it starts to ease into the motion producing lower DBs with function mimicking the outside breeze.
This fan doesn’t just oscillate in one direction but two-axis left to right as well as up and down being able to fluctuate the air in a circular phase almost. This allows the air within the room to naturally spread around in areas that don’t get any cool air that a normal fan wouldn’t do. With embedded timer functions, this allows you to stay in control of how long the device is on for.
It’s not a very noisy fan, it’s a lot better than my dyson fan, Overall very happy with purchase and delivery was quick too, thank you. Seller was quick to send our product. and kept you up to date on delivery.
I have been pleased with this fan so far. The item came packaged well and feels well built. This is further emphasised by the 1 year warranty provided with this product.
As the weather starts picking up, we were after an extra fan as we tend to use one in our toddlers room. I was intrigued when I came across this fan that was meant to be quieter but also had different modes of how the air is blown out to you.
First thing I noticed when I received this product was that it was a lot bigger than i expected. Its not really a desk fan nor a floor fan but rather something in between. However due to it having 12 different speeds it can do both jobs effectively. Having said that, I can’t see myself having this on a desk. The fan itself does look and feel premium, which is to be expected when you consider the price you pay. The ability to oscillate and also move up and down means that it i very effective as a floor fan. The fan also tells you the temperature of the air it is blowing out which is a great feature to see if you are just blowing warm air around a room. It also has a handy handle attached to it making it very easy to move around.
Regarding it being a quiet fan, at low speeds yes this is the case but if you use it at the higher speeds then it sounds just like a normal fan but still not as noisy. The different modes certainly do change the way the air is blown at you so should suit most people’s needs. It also comes with a very useful remote.
Time will tell how good this product is but for the time being I am pleased with this purchase.
This fan is absolutely brilliant. I bought it because it’s become warm outside and it’s very hot in my bedroom. I never liked fans, because of the noise they make. This fan is definitely worth every penny. It works very quiet and makes air really cool. Also, because I have got small children for me it’s very important that blades are far from the frame. Quality is fantastic and I don’t need to go to the fan to change the speed or turn it off, I can just use remote control. Definitely would recommend this fan.

Bought the fan earlier this year just in case it will b out of stock at the summer time! Honestly this is not cheap fan compared with my old one, but the point that is this fan is remote control and I used it during this covid19 quarantine time, weather is fab warm, I am very pleased for the noise level, even compared with my dyson fan, I think this noise is much lower than dyson product, there are 12 speed, at this time, I only used Max up to speed 4 , very pleasant at night time setup timer with lower baby level when I m sleeping. It’s a portable size so very easy to carry around in my house, day time I like to setup at 4, and in my conservatory, very comfortable. Led display tell me the temperature that’s really useful as well, only one thing I think it could b improved that if it is smart control that’s will b even better, that time it will b without remote controller!
I’m very pleased with the performance and quality of this fan. I primarily use it during workouts to keep me cool, it works great. Airflow is a wide and forceful, definitely circulates a large room. I have other fans of theirs, all are good quality, though this one is my favorite. After 1 year, it’s working like brand new, never had any issues or concerns, and I expect it to last a long time. Recommended.
Worth the 89.95 we spent on this. Does what it say. Pros: strong fan, not too noisy, easy to use control and comes with a remote control, doesn’t need assembling, has a handle to carry from one room to another, lightweight so easy to move, oscillates sideways and up and down. The only con is if you put it on max setting, it’s too loud but you shouldn’t need to as it still feels cool enough around two thirds max setting. I’m only using this in a decent sized room so it definitely serves its purpose.
After trying out the oscillating fan at my mum’s, I decided to get one myself. with no disappointments, the oscillation has really made our sitting room cool even at the hottest time of a 25+ degree Celsius sunny day. I have got a Dyson at home as well, but its now retreated back into the bedroom for night times only as it just does not cool the sitting room down enough.
The fan itself is a good size, not too big that it takes up lots of room like a tower fan. It can easily fit on a desk or have its own table to sit on. It has a good range of controls and options, adjusting both the x and y axis for the rotation is a nice feature you don’t see much. I think it is a little expensive when it comes to such a basic home appliance but the additional luxuries make it worth it. With a magnetic remote control that attaches to the base, solid build quality and a handle for easy movement. The noise levels aren’t bad either, while at higher speeds it can produce a bit of noise, at the lower end you can hardly notice it.

This is the first time desk fan we had with remote control, than our desk fan in our bed room, very easy to install, awesome deskfan for my daughter’s room, she’s happy to have her new desk fan, can use the remote control while you are still in bed, perfect for my daughter, specially summer is coming soon, she wants desk fan on her room, this is the best for her, we surprise the fan is super perfect, I hope I can buy another one soon, I would highly recommended
The remote has to be pionted right at the sensor on the fan so doesnt always work on first try.the fan does reach all the way to the other side of the room and it lookes smart i would recommend i
We need a fan to direct the airflow in our house in this season. This one really did the job, the air flow not only from left to right – but up and down too. The design makes cleaning easy and, even on the highest fan setting the noise isn’t intrusive.
The remote is an extra little luxury I didn’t think I would use – but is so handy when you’re comfy in bed and want to adjust one of the settings.
Considering a modest size of this fan it is quite powerful. I don’t know how it is possible but it circulates the air very well. I have a lot of houseplants in my room and they require air circulation to stay healthy. At the same time this is the room where I sleep and having a number of fans working overnight disrupts my sleep sometimes. So I decided to invest into a more expensive model hoping that the situation will improve and it has improved indeed.
The fan is brilliant.
I bought this to get this before the high demand in the summer just around the corner. The fan is totally brilliant all round. It is a strong quality product with no flimsy plastic parts. It is extreamly powerful with the settings going from 1 to 12. Not only does it rotate left and right but also has an up and down movement which just fill the room completely with fresh flowing air. This can all be controlled at the base of the fan or using the remote provided.
1 major thing I do like is that the blade from the fan is quite a way into the fan so your fingers will not be a problem if you accidently do touch it while it’s on, but obviously wouldnt recommend it.

Bought this fan during hot weather and have been very impressed. The build quality feels like it will last and the remote control is intuitive and easy to use. The fan itself runs quietly and moves the air effectively. For us, it is a perfect size… Not too big but larger than the more desktop style models.

I wanted a quiet fan to have in my home office so that it wouldn’t interfere with conference calls. This hit the spot being extremely quiet on its lower speeds. It also has the feature of varying speed so that you feel the benefit more than a continuous airflow. You can switch this on or off as desired. It is light enough to carry easily using its handle. Its design means that you need to put it on something (e.g. a table) so don’t buy it is you need a tall fan with its own stand. Perfect for me.

Since returning quite a few dyson fans, I thought as this has been given good reviews. Since receiving the fan its been on no stop lovely fan large in a way but footprint small and easy to move. We love how you can turn the screen light on and especially the night time mode quiet but just enough relaxing fan noice to get you to sleep.

What a great little fan this is. I cannot recommend it highly enough. It is almost silent and very effective, a god send during the summer heatwaves.
I had purchased this fan to endure the heatwave of 2021. The price initially put me off however was surprised with the build quality on unboxing.
The fan has a variety of settings which I have used on different occasions. If this is used in a bedroom you won’t be bothered by any vibrations or other noise if kept on a low setting. The pan & tilt setting has also come in handy when remotely moving the direction.

This is my second one, my husband bought the first and the fan broke, I have no testedthis one yet but tyhe seller had GREAT communication and sent a replacement fan. took a while to get here you are mroe concious of time when you need a fan. Quality wise (obviously as I bought a second one) its really does the job, yes it cirulating wamr air but it does deliver power and does relieve the heat, so short of air con..buy this!
Liked the range of speeds and quiet operation, even on quite high speeds. The handle is a godsend for lifting or carrying around to different rooms. Choice of oscillating or stationary fan. Only had it a couple of weeks or so, but very satisfied so far. Invaluable in recent heat wave and quiet enough to have on at night also.

I thought I’d compare the MyCarbon with the tower fan, Dyson bladeless and one of the small, cube-sized ‘air-conditioner’ fans (usb fan with a water reservoir that gives out a fine mist) Firstly, against the oscillating tower fan, the MyCarbon wins hands down. It is far far more powerful, cools the air more, moves the air around more due to its ability to not only oscillate left to right, but up and down too.
Compared to one of the water reservoir air-conditioner fans, MyCarbon also wins. The cube A/c only offers relief because of the fine mist of water it releases into the airstream. But there is no power to the usb cube, and within a few hours, you need more water. Most of the cheaper cube mist fans have no ability to oscillate. So again, for the MyCarbon, it’s a huge win.
The Dyson fan is the one to beat. I have the Dyson AM06, which cost me 350 last year. So the Dyson is very quiet, and does seem to reduce the room temperature by about 2 or 3 degrees. You do feel a current of air, but not like a bladed fan – it’s much more subtle. The MyCarbon did also drop the room temp by 2 degrees when I had the windows closed and I wasn’t reintroducing hot outside air into the room. Exactly as the Dyson fan. The MyCarbon isvas quiet as the Dyson if on night mode, much much quieter than the Dyson if set to the baby mode. On baby mode, you can hardly feel air being displaced but you can feel cool air coming out. I think baby mode is exactly designed for that, to be placed just out of arms reach of moving hands, to keep baby cool. The is a great guard Infront of the fans blades, narrow enough for adult fingers but a small child would certainly get some of his fingers through.
I personally like to feel the air gushing past me, cooling me down, so I was happy last night, sleeping on level 9 (max is 12). You can turn off the display panel so you don’t have a bright display emitting a bright light at night. You can set a timer – up to 10 hours, which is handy. When you power off the fan, it seems to remember your last used settings. The remote is handy too and has a magnetised surface on the fan to sit on.
Compared to the Dyson, I’d say it’s marginally less cooling, but as far as reducing the overall room temp down, the MyCarbon is as good due due to its multidirectional oscillation. The biggest difference is the price. Is it worth paying the extra 190 for the Dyson? No way! The slightly better cooling offered by the Dyson is marginal. The Dyson is quieter but not hugly so, especially when the MyCarbon is set to the quieter settings.
Bottom line, a great fan. So good, I bought a black version for my son’s room.
Excellent small but powerful fan that has a variety of settings, a timer, and is easy to move from place to place if you want it somewhere else. I am getting on a bit and disabled but found it easy to understand and operate. It was a lifesaver last night in the intense heat and enabled me to sleep!
This fan is amazing, it cools every inch of the room, perfect for the night just switch it to night mode and it’s silent with a breeze around the room, in the day with these high temperatures it’s the best fan I have ever used. Very highly recommend I have ordered another one today.
I love this. Nice soft sound when sleeping and can help shut out other sounds from outside if my windows are open. Love the remote control and ability to switch off the digital display. I can reach over for the control and feel the raised buttons so I can change any setting without opening my eyes. I like the options for side to side/and/or up and down or stationery in one position. A worthwhile investment for me to help me sleep at nights.
My son ordered this for his bedroom as it gets pretty hot at night in the summer. His fan before this was a standard plastic fan on a tall stand and it wasn’t giving out a good enough cool breeze so he wanted to get a new one.
We were looking at the fans that are like the dyson bladeless fans but are cheaper generic versions. They had mixed reviews so he opted for this in the end.
He is very happy with the fan, it comes with a remote control. The head part of the fan can be set in any direction, up or down. It rotates around and there are several settings and strengths you can set it at. The fan also has a timer on so you can set it to go off or come on at anytime you want.
With regards to how strong the breeze is, it is definitely better than a standard fan. My parents have the standard dyson bladeless fan and I would say this fan is similar or slightly better than the standard Dyson fan version. It isn’t very noisy at all but everyone’s opinion on what is noisy is different.
All in all it is pretty good fan and has some great settings. Definitely much superior than a standard plastic fan. The build quality is excellent and the fan sits very sturdily on his bedside drawers.

Love this fan so much we have just purchased another one for our son’s bedroom. In laws also purchased one and very pleased with it. We searched for the holy grail of the silent fan, I don’t think it exists but this fan is nearest we’ve come to it! On our favourite setting it is lovely and quiet with a gentle breeze and we can sleep without being disturbed. It’s solidly built, not flimsy, easy to carry and move around as it has a strap on the top, good choice of fan settings and really well made. Worth the money I think. Looks stylish too. Love it!

Great engineering. Ultra quiet. Multi—directional. It just makes so much sense and at a price that oriented towards an average human, not a millionaire. I feel relaxed just by looking at it moving. My only concern is life span, but even if it will last one summer I will be satisfied.

This fan is really amazing, really high quality with lots of adjustable positions and settings! This is probably one of the best fans I’ve ever purchased, the airflow is nice and strong and its way quieter compared to other fans. The fact that you can choose the force of the flow and whether it rotates is also really helpful as it actually cools the whole room down too, instead of just one select area. Love the remote control too, great for really hot days when you don’t want to get up and adjust it manually. Overall, great product which serves its intended purpose very well.

We live in sauna… literally, all year round our windows are open and the fans are on in every room. We have “retired” slot of fans over the years but finally found one tough enough to do the job. The noise level isn’t bad, and it swivels around like a ballerina and has multiple settings and fan modes, the kids can finally sleep in nightwear and not underwear. The remote us magnetically attached to the base unit and it has a handle and is very portable. Worth the price and better than the smaller Dyson fans.
The thing I like the most about the fan is the design, it looks modern, I think it looks great in black instead of all the bulky white fans you see. It has a lot of different settings. I bought this for my 10 month old sons room as the reviews stated that it is a quiet fan. I must say it really is! The baby mode is very quiet so it helps during those hot summer days and nights when my son is napping. A few things I did not like: remote has different buttons than the fan (eg. Remote has light button / fan doesn’t). Beeps real loud – that’s a downside as well. I can’t see what mode is on when as the screen is in horizontal position. Overall I find a very good purchase

Really pleased with this fan it has replaced an old pifco fan which has been brilliant but sadly the speed control had gone faulty. I took my time in choosing the right fan to replace it with knowing that cheap ones make more noise and probably wouldn’t last too long, so when I saw this advertised with the already great feedback I paid the money and haven’t been disappointed. It has great features which can be operated by the small remote control, its output of air is really good considering it is not a massive fan. It has up to 12 speeds and even on the highest is really relatively quiet, the ability to set the fan to arc left to right and up and down really circulates the air in the room and its supprisingly good at the distance it can reach. It’s ready to go out of the box it’s construction although is largely plastic it seem to be of a very good quality. I am very pleased with this fan and can highly recommend it.
Only gripe is that a lower angle on the oscillation cycle would have been good!

This fan is worth every penny, I have tried, brought many fans over the years & none have really been any benefit in warm weather or hot summer, thats untill this one, its absolutely great even at night on sleep setting.
The only improvement I could suggest being disabled is for Mycarbon to add either Alexa or Google Home smart voice control to it (or both,)
This would be both beneficial at home but also away from home as customer could turn it on before returning from work,
I tried to do it using Home Smart Plug but it doesn’t work as you can only start switch it on but not start any setting, anyway thats my only gripe over all its a 5* fa
Seems pretty well built and its footfall is not to large. Quite powerful and its air distribution is sufficient for a fairly large room. The remote is fine but you do have to be square on to the fan unit for it to receive the signal. Being able to switch the display panel light off is a useful function when using in a bedroom as is the timer. Although it is not as quiet as they claim on the sleep setting I can sleep with it still on.

Oh the domestic this fan caused cos of the cost….. however he soon shut up when I put it on at night during the first heatwave we had it. I wouldn’t say it’s terribly quiet on faster modes but it’s complete bliss when it’s hot especially at night.
Brought this for my wife in the bedroom to help with menopause hot flashes.
Works perfectly. She doesn’t need to get up in the middle of the night to turn it on as it is fully functional via the remote control which is simple to use especially in the dark.
I purchased the MYCARBON Fan Quiet Desk Fan specifically to use during the night as I normally cannot sleep with the noise of the pedestal fans etc, and as this was advertised as operating at 25dB I thought it would do the job even though the cost of 99.99 did make me give it an additional level of consideration.
I always consider the ‘strength of a company’ not by the product, but by the service you receive when things go wrong. (and in this case, they went wrong).
Right from the start the noise level seemed excessive, the motor had a very loud humming noise which did not go away. I checked the reviews from other customers and noted that this had been identified by some, and that they had been in contact with ‘service@mycarbon.cc’ regarding the issue.
I wasn’t filled with confidence when I wrote my first email to them, but oh how wrong could I have been. They have been fantastic, they responded to my emails within good time (the same or next day) and they sent me a replacement fan that arrived within 2 days of them notifying me that a replacement was going to be sent. The only action I took was to send then a video showing a ‘sound meter’ next to the fan so that I could demonstrate the excess level of dB.
In conclusion. Yes the first fan was defective, but as soon as service@mycarbon.cc became aware of it they acted to rectify the situation without quibble. The replacement fan is lovely and quiet, and I am now able to sleep at night. So thank you very very much service@mycarbon.cc

Good fan, if you are after a bladed fan then this is a great option, looks well built, lots of options and quiet as on lower setting so perfect for sleeping. I experienced no noise what so ever with base swivel action. This fan hasn’t got the aesthetics of something like a bladeless Dyson, but in my opinion not fair comparison. For the price paid and the functionality I would highly recommend.
Very pleased with this fan, it oscillates from side to side and up and down which is very useful. It is extremely quiet, we use it in the bedroom to keep cool and it does not disturb at all. Remote control is very useful.
Fan works fine, not worth the price though. Noise level not as low as I expected.
The new fan is great it covers a large area and if you place it by an open window it cools the room even better as the design allows it to cool the hot air before blowing it into the room .

Very happy with this fan. I’m a light sleeper and so any noise can keep me awake. This is the first fan I’ve been able to leave on through the night. It has up to 12 speed settings and can oscillate sideways vertically or both. Particularly like the different wind options and the sleep one has a rhythm to it which is actually quite relaxing and helps you sleep. The remote works fine and can adjust all these and can switch off the display so you have darkness as well

The fan is simple enough to setup and looks-wise, it’s sleek. Build quality seems to be decent too. Controls are on the bottom front and presented to you. The fan is quiet on use and also, powerful enough. There are 12 settings you can choose from too. Air circulation is just right and it moves it quite a lot.
For the price, I expect it to preform well, and it does. It also has some advantages to a tower fan which I’ll get into later. The fan performance is brilliant. It is powerful and makes a difference. Without the window open to drag fresh air in, it still gives good cooling air. The reach is impressive and tilts up and down and rotates across to cover the whole room. It has a few modes, most importantly is the night mode. This is where I feel it has the edge over a tower fan. I’ve noticed, every tower fan I have owned, start rotating smoothly. But quickly become noisy. Squeaky noise for the rotating mechanism. That’s because of the height of the tower. This has not and don’t believe it will suffer from this issue.
The build quality is a mixed bag. It built very well, premium build quality. But the plastic housing makes it feel a little cheap. The remote also feels a little cheap. But I love fact it has a magnet built it and sit on the base of the fan. The remote has to be pointing directly at the fan to work. Very responsive.
The fan is so great when hot summer day I use it alots and it blow real cold in my living room also good for my dogs nice and cold blast easy to use very happy.

My conservatory is always hot and my lounge is always cold!!!! This channels the wind from one room to the other .. so the cool air helps the conservatory cool down and vice versa .. cleve
It is fairly large for a desk/table fan but the air passing out of it is consistent. It does a great job of monitoring the temperature in the room via the clear screen. The remote control works well and the fan is very responsive to it. You can control the tilting and rotating of the fan as well as the power. The tilting and rotation of the fan is smooth and gradual – it feels very controlled – it’s a well built fan.
I highly recommend this fan. It is an attractive unit also, one that I will look to move from the kitchen into the home office once it has been fully decorated.
Recently it has been really hot, staying at home is like boiling. Thanks to this fan, it is amazing, works excellently with strong winds and literately zero noise. Its LED display is really handy, showing features and themes selected, easy to read and it can be dimmed at night without bothering your sleep. I am very sensitive and I feel this feature very user friendly. What’s more, it is rotatable, left to right and up to down, excellent for sharing among family.

I love this fan so as my family. Specifically, the night mode because the other fans I had before was making too much noise. No more night without sleeping.
I was hesitant with this purchase as it seemed steep for what looks like an enlarged desk fan but this thing is no joke. Really puts those tower fans to shame and the oscillation up/down and side/side feature is great to circulate air. It’s small and stylish as well I’d say. Does get noisy to me after level 5 but I’d just set it to max power for 30 mins if I’m leaving the room and then lower the power to 3 or 4 once I’m back.
Don’t worry too much on the price, you get what you pay for and I’m pleased with this one.
As the remote is on IR (some remote fans are on RF), you can turn it into a “smart” fan and use Alexa to control it. Only thing needed is an universal IR remote with voice control capability. You can get one somewhere between 10-20. I use Broadlink RM Pro personally.
I find it best to set up as a TV remote, which you can use very generic command, turn on/off, mute/unmute (turn the backlight on/off) and volume up/down (to control speed, though Alexa’s default is change by 3, you can say volume up 1,2,3,4,5 etc. though). I filmed a video showing how this works in practice, and how cool and fun this is.
You can set up very specific scenario/command too. So instead of volume up/down, you can make it “increase the fan speed” etc, but I find it simpler to maintain by re-using the basic Alexa commands.
At 90 without existing universal IR remote, you are just slightly better off than buying a “true” smart fan, which usually only oscillates horizontally. But at 72 and have an existing IR remote, this 3D fan is an absolute bargain. So happy to have caught the sales on time.
I got the fan delivered today 21/05/2020 and it’s superb, love all the functions on it.
I was going to order another one today for my sons bedroom but unfortunately the price has gone up by 20 so I will wait or look somewhere else.
The fan itself is not small, I thought it would be more desk size but it is bigger but not enormous. With so many features this has the device comes with a remote control size of the colour-changing lights control. With a section specifically on the device itself to place the remote avoiding it being lost.
The Fan itself has up to 12 different settings if you start from the top it flows the air quite intensely causing it to be noisier than usual but that is normal with every fan even the Dysons at the Highest Speed. When you reduce the speed it starts to ease into the motion producing lower DBs with function mimicking the outside breeze.
This fan doesn’t just oscillate in one direction but two-axis left to right as well as up and down being able to fluctuate the air in a circular phase almost. This allows the air within the room to naturally spread around in areas that don’t get any cool air that a normal fan wouldn’t do. With embedded timer functions, this allows you to stay in control of how long the device is on for.
Overall a great fan would recommend to everyone.

As the weather starts picking up, we were after an extra fan as we tend to use one in our toddlers room. I was intrigued when I came across this fan that was meant to be quieter but also had different modes of how the air is blown out to you.
First thing I noticed when I received this product was that it was a lot bigger than i expected. Its not really a desk fan nor a floor fan but rather something in between. However due to it having 12 different speeds it can do both jobs effectively. Having said that, I can’t see myself having this on a desk. The fan itself does look and feel premium, which is to be expected when you consider the price you pay. The ability to oscillate and also move up and down means that it i very effective as a floor fan. The fan also tells you the temperature of the air it is blowing out which is a great feature to see if you are just blowing warm air around a room. It also has a handy handle attached to it making it very easy to move around.
Regarding it being a quiet fan, at low speeds yes this is the case but if you use it at the higher speeds then it sounds just like a normal fan but still not as noisy. The different modes certainly do change the way the air is blown at you so should suit most people’s needs. It also comes with a very useful remote.
Time will tell how good this product is but for the time being I am pleased with this purchase.
Bought the fan earlier this year just in case it will b out of stock at the summer time! Honestly this is not cheap fan compared with my old one, but the point that is this fan is remote control and I used it during this covid19 quarantine time, weather is fab warm, I am very pleased for the noise level, even compared with my dyson fan, I think this noise is much lower than dyson product, there are 12 speed, at this time, I only used Max up to speed 4 , very pleasant at night time setup timer with lower baby level when I m sleeping. It’s a portable size so very easy to carry around in my house, day time I like to setup at 4, and in my conservatory, very comfortable. Led display tell me the temperature that’s really useful as well, only one thing I think it could b improved that if it is smart control that’s will b even better, that time it will b without remote controller!
Brilliant powerful little fan. Bought to use while I am cycling indoors and works brilliantly. I can see this being useful in the summer too.
Worth the 89.95 we spent on this. Does what it say. Pros: strong fan, not too noisy, easy to use control and comes with a remote control, doesn’t need assembling, has a handle to carry from one room to another, lightweight so easy to move, oscillates sideways and up and down. The only con is if you put it on max setting, it’s too loud but you shouldn’t need to as it still feels cool enough around two thirds max setting. I’m only using this in a decent sized room so it definitely serves its purpose.
After trying out the oscillating fan at my mum’s, I decided to get one myself. with no disappointments, the oscillation has really made our sitting room cool even at the hottest time of a 25+ degree Celsius sunny day. I have got a Dyson at home as well, but its now retreated back into the bedroom for night times only as it just does not cool the sitting room down enough.
The fan itself is a good size, not too big that it takes up lots of room like a tower fan. It can easily fit on a desk or have its own table to sit on. It has a good range of controls and options, adjusting both the x and y axis for the rotation is a nice feature you don’t see much. I think it is a little expensive when it comes to such a basic home appliance but the additional luxuries make it worth it. With a magnetic remote control that attaches to the base, solid build quality and a handle for easy movement. The noise levels aren’t bad either, while at higher speeds it can produce a bit of noise, at the lower end you can hardly notice it.
I bought this cute fan for hot summer as summer is round the corner.

This is the first time desk fan we had with remote control, than our desk fan in our bed room, very easy to install, awesome deskfan for my daughter’s room, she’s happy to have her new desk fan, can use the remote control while you are still in bed, perfect for my daughter, specially summer is coming soon, she wants desk fan on her room, this is the best for her, we surprise the fan is super perfect, I hope I can buy another one soon, I would highly recommended
The remote has to be pionted right at the sensor on the fan so doesnt always work on first try.the fan does reach all the way to the other side of the room and it lookes smart i would recommend i
We need a fan to direct the airflow in our house in this season. This one really did the job, the air flow not only from left to right – but up and down too. The design makes cleaning easy and, even on the highest fan setting the noise isn’t intrusive.
The remote is an extra little luxury I didn’t think I would use – but is so handy when you’re comfy in bed and want to adjust one of the settings.
Considering a modest size of this fan it is quite powerful. I don’t know how it is possible but it circulates the air very well. I have a lot of houseplants in my room and they require air circulation to stay healthy. At the same time this is the room where I sleep and having a number of fans working overnight disrupts my sleep sometimes. So I decided to invest into a more expensive model hoping that the situation will improve and it has improved indeed.
I bought this to get this before the high demand in the summer just around the corner. The fan is totally brilliant all round. It is a strong quality product with no flimsy plastic parts. It is extreamly powerful with the settings going from 1 to 12. Not only does it rotate left and right but also has an up and down movement which just fill the room completely with fresh flowing air. This can all be controlled at the base of the fan or using the remote provided.
1 major thing I do like is that the blade from the fan is quite a way into the fan so your fingers will not be a problem if you accidently do touch it while it’s on, but obviously wouldnt recommend it.
