Delivery was quick and arrived with minimal construction needed. Easy to set up and the folding feature made storage easy and takes little space. Was straightforward to set up and access Zwift using step by step instructions. Running on the treadmill was again straightforward and the 2,4,6 and 8 kmph settings were helpful. Running belt is a little narrow at 35cm but still still easy to run on. The 10 different preset workouts were good but optional and gives the runner a timeframe.
    A great starter treadmill.

5.0 out of 5 stars Simple and great value for money

Product is great and works well, ideal fold away solution when not in use, our only issue is the width of the working belt for walking or running on is not very wide so worth checking depending on the size of your build

I’ve mainly watched my son on it so far since he’s decided it’s his new toy…. But when I do get a go I really enjoy it, easy to walk/run on and I don’t find the incline to steep at all. For the price it is certainly worth it.

Easy to put together as my 12 and18 year old done it.
    Drinks holders quite small
It’s not that loud and u can hear the TV without turning it up.
    You can walk and run
    There’s inclines.
It’s early days as I’ve only had it for 4 days but so far so good and great value for the money!

Having changed jobs I dont do any walking, I bought this to purely to get my steps in. I love it. Delivery was very quick and easy to assemble. It nice and easy to use and does exactly what I want it to. If you have a long stride you may feel like your feet are going off the end but other than that, I would recommend.

Excellent as a walking machine, not so good as a running machine.

So easy to use and lots of different programs. When it’s raining outside I walk inside, I can get my steps in and more without leaving the house if so wish.
Great feel good factor. It comes with a starter small bottle of belt lubricant, I also purchased a larger bottle. Good maintenance. Walk slow, walk fast, run slow, run fast. Reccomend this product.

When assembling the handrest and control panel onto the stand columns with the bolts provided, be careful to avoid the cables within the handrest tubes. Part of one of the tube covering had to be cut back, to allow the fixing bolt to sit flat. So far the Treadmill appears to be working well

Good basic treadmill. Having never used one before it’s fine for my purpose of a couple of 30 minute jogs a week while my preferred outdoor routes are too congested during lockdown 3. As others have said it is narrow, but that is not a problem for me and it takes up a bit less space in the garage as a result. Glad I bought it as it’s kept me running through icy weather too.

Excellent and easy to assemble. You do not need to pay to have it assembled I’m a girly girl rubbish at stuff like this yet its so self explanatory myself and my 13 year old daughter put it together. It’s been a fabulous buy not taking up to much space at all and so easy to use. We use it every day. Highly recommended

Base is very narrow compared to those at the gym, but I got used to it very quickly. Easy to assemble and very user friendly. Only criticism is that there does not seem to be a pause button?

Well packaged. Delivered very early which was brilliant. A couple of pieces missing in the toolkit but immediately sent when I contacted seller who responded immediately.
It was VERY easy to put together (10 minutes) and is working well.
You do need to check the belt alignment regularly and I didn’t know how it worked so adjusting it was tricky until I realised – the belt doesn’t move side to side when you screw it – the adjustment happens when you use it so don’t over screw – it only needs a half turn.
I am SO impressed with the seller, delivery and treadmill. Hope I don’t need to buy again but would recommend them.

Considering it cost 399, this is much better quality than I expected. I’ve done power walking as well as running as it’s sturdy and solid.
Setting up is an absolute breeze, you’re basically attaching the handles so you DO NOT need to pay anyone to ‘set up’ for you.
The pulse sensor and calorie counter are not reliable but what can you expect for the money.
Overall excellent treadmill for the price, delivery was also a day early too.
I would recommend for a beginner/intermediate runner but not if you are looking to use it for serious training.

Very good treadmill, very surprised about the quality.

Excellent treadmill for small flat/space. I’m very happy with my new treadmill and really motivated to increase my steps. I haven’t tried folding it yet as I’m using it exactly where I want it to be. Instructions should be in larger print, needed to squint quite a bit, but assembled without anyone helping me (I’m 67). All in all, I’m happy I purchased and recommend!

Its a great product, its very easy to assemble and looks great. Its a lot quieter than I imagined too, which is a bonus, compact enough to fold away when not in use too. Perfect for the home. If I had to point out one flaw, the diagrams in the assembly instructions are a bit small and difficult to make out, and the wording isn’t the simplest, but certainly its not the worst. Fortunately like I said it is easy to assemble goes together with few parts to assemble.

This was easy to assemble, easy to connect the and get started. I did have an issue with the assembly, basically there was no bag of assembly peace’s in the box. This was not sellers fault, as the box was clearly sealed. I contacted them about this, got a reply ( on Christmas day! ) and all the parts were sent out via courier next working day, really impressed with service.

Don’t waste your time downloading the accompanying app as it is useless. Good range of programmes but no pause button so if you have to move away mid programme you have to stop it and lose your data.
The instruction booklet is quite confusing. Tells you to contact the service desk but there are no details on how to do this.
I use it for moderate walking, my daughter likes the jogging programmes. The tablet holder is fine but the water bottles do not fit into the holders!

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersI bought this after reading an article on this particular model.
Product overall isn’t too bad – does what it’s meant to do. And has held up so far, although time will tell.

Width isn’t great or length for me personally, I have a long stride.

First product that came had several faults, contacted the seller and they sent me a replacement pretty quickly, so far so good and pretty happy with the service.

The faulty product is still here after 3 weeks after several failed promises.
Their ‘reliable’ courier has stated that every time they have called they have been told faulty product was not ready for pick up despite me sending a pic of the package wrapped the night before it was meant to be picked up the first time.

AND also despite the fact that I work from home everyday and have had various packages delivered from Amazon, groceries and various other outlets. So someone is telling porkies. – sellar is aware that I will be moving house soon so if it isn’t picked up by then at least they know the address.
At this rate, I should start charging storage fees. 🙂

after several months of ownership and after having. And using the product I can report that it is so far so good.
No issues and delivers a decent run in a daily basis for me.
Stride still not great and don’t like how you have to adjust the running mat now and again however or the price and what you need it’s spot on.

  42. DaveGleeson says:

     United Kingdom

    Minor niggles first
there is no level incline, even the lowest level has a small incline. I put some books under the open end to make it level.
    There is no pause button.
The pulse meter is inaccurate. My pulse rate is always between 60 and 74, because I have pacemaker and on beta blockers. The pulse meter read 77 as soon as I got started whereas it should be 60. The meter quickly showed my pulse to be between 100 and 120 for the whole 30 minutes whereas it can never get above 74. This inaccuracy is unimportant to me but others should not rely on it.

Having said that it is an excellent product. I walk 30 minutes @ 2.5kph five days pw and it’s perfect. There is nothing to really complain about. It’s ideal for what I want, fits nicely into the room corner, not too large.
Good delivery time, fantastic value, easy to assemble, I don’t need to fold it but it looks easy.
The instruction book is clearly written in good, plain, understandable English with everything you need to know.
Overall I’m really pleased I bought it and look forward to using it .
I’ve had it for two months and waited until now to make sure it was fine before writing a review.

Was in the market for a new treadmill and this ticked all the right boxes. Honest opinion? Its…fine. It isn’t anything special but if all you’re after is to get the heart going, get fitter and lose a bit of weight, then this treadmill will do the job.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThe machine is basic but okay. I picked this particular machine against a similar priced machine because it had the extra of a bottle holder and bluetooth. Bottle holder does not even fit the free bottle provided, they are way too small and don’t fit any of the bottles that I have reuseable or disposable. Disappointing.
Also the bluetooth only connects with the app for the machine and that is 12.99 a month after a 7 day free trial. I feel that I should have gone for the slightly cheaper machine as the extras aren’t worth the extra money.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersI’m using it more than I thought. It’s not too over bearingingly big – I don’t bother folding it up as that means more effort to get it out and use it! If you can find a small corner then keep it free standing. I put it where I can see it, and it looks at me and says, ‘oi, come on, get on me!’ So I do. It’s very easy to use, being unfit I started at 5 mins a day. I’m now on 12 minutes. My goal is to do 30 minutes every other day. I’m getting there. Don’t let this be a dust collector – use it!

I have had this for about a year now still going strong and this is used by my children (supervised.) and even my dogs have gotten on this and walked on it my partner is tall and has long legs and was able to run on this treadmill with space. Two of my children 3 and 6 can stand on this together and walk without bumping into each other. I know not for children but gives you an idea of space. Works well had no problems would recommend, my mum has even brought one of these as well. I do wish the incline was a little higher but other than that it’s a great machine.

  48. Candice Lanier says:

     United Kingdom

Happy with it considering the price. Been on it everyday so far. There were two issues I had it.
First the bottle holders are small, probably only holds a 500ml bottle, even the free bottle didn’t fit. Second – the tread is narrow and is shaving the sides of my trainers but I’m used the much larger treadmills at my gym. Otherwise I’m very satisfied

I like how sturdy it is and how easily it folded up,our 15 year granddaughter can handle it easily. It was easy to carry out the limited assemble required from the instruction booklet.Considering the price i am really impressed how sturdy it is.i have no idea how to use the blue tooth connection but our granddaughter had it working in about 10 mins.We got this for a granddaughter because of being off school because of the epidemic it means she can exercise each day whilst enjoying it at the same time.If you can i would highly recommend you get one if only for the duration of the epedemic it will be money well spent.

At first I thought the belt would be too narrow but its fine and means it doesn’t take over the room. Super easy to set up and runs great, not loud, easy to change speeds. Comes with stuff to keep belt maintained. Would recommend to anyone, this is just what I wanted for a treadmill. Only thing is the tablet holder doesn’t allow room for a case so mine doesn’t fit, and the drink holders are kind of small, but it comes with a free water bottle any way. Overall super happy

I bought this because of the price….didnt want to commit to a more expensive model if I wasnt going to use it! It is good value for what I need. The belt is narrow and not sure how great it would be if I were running at speed for a long time. But for getting me back into running 10ks it does the job.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI Bought this item a few months ago and have used it every day since. It was very easy to assemble and even easier to fold into the upright position to save space. It seems very sturdy and I love the pre-programs which I seem to use the same every day but that suits me. The only thing I will remark on is that when you have assembled it, it is in the inclined state, so you have to fiddle a bit with the bottom of the treadmill to get it in the flat state if you want.

  54. CrazyWithTwins says:

Golden Review Award: 135 From Our UsersI was dubious of buying a treadmill without trying especially as the reviews for this were mixed. Reviewed by people who were either just starting jogging or recovering from needed medical process and other reviews from hardcore runners saying it was no good. So I wanted to give an honest review.

For me i just finished the couch to 5k program and wanted a way to escape the cold and wind and rain during winter without joining a gym as i mainly ran outside and this is perfect. I’ve used it for a couple months now on a weekly basis and it’s suitable for my needs allowing me to run in safety up to about 7km an hour.

This is not a treadmill for a professional runner or someone who runs at high speed it’s not build for that but if you’re like me and just starting out or in need of a way of getting moving then it’s perfect. Some of the reviews mentioned it shaking or creaking, I literally just put some oil on the joints and it’s been fine. I’m 6ft and nearly over 15 stone and it supports me running 30 mins a day no problem.

There are a couple things to note
-The path is thinner than a gym treadmill so running does require a little more concentration
-Adjusting the rubber path can be awkward and took a few attempts to align it
-It can creak but it just needs some dw40 or equivelant on the joints
-I haven’t used the app yet.
-The Ipad holder if you’re running i don’t think is suitable i had my phone on it and it bounced off. I just use a nearby shelf.

    Edit update to this.
Since buying the original last year I have had two replacements due to the base plate cracking. I am under the max weight but due to running on it regularly it cannot handle it. The first replacement went without a hitch but second replacement I ended up having to pay to have my broken model shipped to the company as they wouldn’t arrange collection which was not expected or appreciated for what is essentially a defective product. I only paid 190 ish for mine it was worth it for that price but for over 300 three are more reliable editions.

Good treadmill not very wide . Due to it being a folding one it is a little wobbly at the top I have tightened it has much I can . It gets used 4-5 times a week . Good for the money would recommend . Easy to assemble

  56. Anonymous says:

Golden Review Award: 9 From Our UsersThis is a great machine for the money, and excellent for children or people who want to get back in shape and lose a few pounds, the speed goes up to 10 kph which is a gentle run or jog but it is more suitable for a brisk walk as the running track is a bit narrow for running on.

I was concerned after reading some of the negative reviews that the frame would be a bit too flimsy, but it takes my weight 100 kg and 6′ 2″ tall, but I wouldn’t want to run on it for too long.

Assembly took less than 10 mins, only 6 fixings to secure, 4 on the handle bars and 2 on the monitor, brilliant.

    My only two criticisms are

Running APP (doesn’t do what it says on the tin)

There is a QR barcode to scan on the instruction manual which links you to Google play store to download the running app, but this app does not allow you to link your device to the preset google map feature, and there is no instructions how to do this, this was very disappointing which is why I only gave the machine 4 stars.
If anyone knows how to link the running machine to google maps, please let me know, I’d be very grateful.

    Free water bottle

The free water bottle does not fit in the drinks holder on the machine, and has no spout to drink from? You have to fill the bottle up with your choice of drink and then pour it in to a cup or bottle to drink from, a bit pointless.

To sum up, disappointed about the google map not working, but well worth the money

Golden Review Award: 105 From Our UsersThis is a nice small, space saving running machine
    Easy to assemble
Belt does not slip which is good
It’s lightweight and easy to fold up
It was supposed to arrive on the Monday however it arrived the Friday before. Whilst an earlier delivery would normally be great – I wasn’t updated that it would arrive earlier and was at work during the delivery. Therefore the machine was left outside my front door in the pouring rain. Firstly this could have damaged the machine. Secondly this could have led to it being stolen as the outside of the box clearly labels the contents of the box. I live in a block of flats so it isn’t even like the machine was safely placed in a private garden— very bad service. Also I didn’t receive a delivery slip through the door- therefore if it had been stolen I wouldn’t have even known about it!!

Left out in rain by courier, two days before it was due to arrive!

Golden Review Award: 57 From Our UsersAs a novice to treadmills, I was looking for something to walk on (and maybe run on eventually). This fits the bill and folds away into a small area, which is even better. It’s about as noisy or maybe a bit less than the big machines in gyms. It’s maybe a bit narrow, but I’ll get used to it. If you hold onto the arms it can get rather wobbly, so don’t hold on when running. The user guide you get with it is not the most helpful of things and does not mention bluetooth connectivity at all – however it is there. The app is called FitShow and found my machine immediately. You do need to make an account to use it, though. As others have said, the water bottle does not fit in the holes, but I use them to store the bits & bobs that came with it instead (allen key, oil bottle & safety key). The Ipad holder is just the right size for my kindle, so I’m all set.

Golden Review Award: 12 From Our UsersThis treadmill works so well in a small space – at the end of my bed to be precise! The incline gives a little more to a workout and I’ve found the belt speeds to be just right for me. I’m not a runner so fast walking is the best for me. The machine is pretty quiet – I have the TV on when using it and find no problem listening to it. Folding it is very easy and it fits in very well, leaning up against a wall in my bedroom. My husband had no problems putting it together and I’m very pleased with both quality and price of this treadmill.
