This is well worth the money if you like your coffee! And even better value if you get a deal with free coffee, a frother etc too! Delicious hot drinks, easy to make and set up, and with the frother, you too can feel like a barista in your own home!

pods a bit pricy and i have inadvertently pressed the start button at the wrong time which resulted my increasing the amount if water per brew, leading to the cup overflowing – my wife was not best pleased
Has Nespresso machines for years. I decided to try this new version, certainly not disappointed. It makes great coffee, love the mug size of pods too. I just wish the pods were available in supermarkets. Having said that it’s a great machine.
It works well. I enjoy the wide choice of coffee and sizes. I’ve got used to it as have had it 3 months now. I can add extra water or even put in less. Often top up my cup from the used pod…I find that with a bit of practice it’s almost perfect. The large water tank is good I try and fill the tank and empty the used capsules first thing and away I go. Happy.
I’ve had this for 24 hours and first impressions are excellent. A lovely looking machine and easy to use. Takes about 5-10 minutes to set up as the machine cleans itself before you make a coffee. The Nespresso app is easy to navigate. The only downside so far is the pods are only online and the price is double compared to the Dolce Gusto which I had before, but as they are a lot nicer and recyclable with a free collection service this outweighs the negative. It comes with a selection box that’s like posh chocolate. Looking forward to the bonus 100 pods on offer at the moment. Overall 9/10
My fault I should have checked but this model doesn’t take many pods so all the ones I’m seeing in supermarkets can’t be used. Bought as a gift else I’d have exchanged it for a more expensive but wider reaching model or brand as there’s such a great variety of capsules now
I had been looking at this brand of coffee machine and at the great price I got it at I thought why not. I am really impressed with this brand. There are so many different flavours to suit every taste. It is easy to use and the pods are recyclable which is explained how to do this inside box. Worth every penny.
Machine is good value, happy enough but admit I didn’t check the price of the capsules. Ludicrously overpriced, should have bought old Nespresso or Tassimo machine. Now gathers dust whilst I use old school cafetiere. Will probably stick it on ebay.

Got this as a replacement for our old one it looks amazing lovely matt black and I didn’t see that it came with a milk frother so absolutely chuffed. Well worth the price. In my opinion much better taste than its competitors.
It arrived very quickly and was in perfect condition. Was missing the water tank lid but nespresso sent out a new one straight away so overall very very happy with the machine and is much better than the older versions and rhe capsules have a better variety of blends.
Really easy to use. The Coffee tastes ok but not great. Produces a weird foam on top that adds nothing to the experience
I’m a big fan of this machine.
I managed to pick one up on an early Black Friday deal at 57.99. The machine itself came with 12 free pods, you can then register the machine with Nespresso for the warranty and pick up an extra 100 pods for free. If you then sign up with Nespresso’s subscription service you get the first month free and can get another 50 or so pods for free. In my case that’s the machine, delivery and 162 free pods for 57.99. Not too shabby at all.
I’m not a coffee connoisseur, I’m well aware that this isn’t the ‘best’ or ‘artisan’ coffee but as someone who bought this machine to replace a 8 year old drip filter machine with a mesh basket (usually filled with whatever pre-ground coffee is cheapest) it’s absolutely perfect. The pods are expensive, there’s no two ways about that. There are alternatives, you can buy reusable pods from Amazon that you fill yourself but that takes the convenience aspect of this machine away for me. My Mum actually uses a coffee bag crammed into an old Vertuo pod that she saved and that also works perfectly fine.
If you’re like me, somebody that wants nothing more complicated than reaching for a pod and pressing a button first thing in the morning, and enjoys espresso as well as longer drinks I can heartily recommend this machine.
If you’re a coffee connoisseur or somebody that appreciates the nuances of different roasts and flavour profiles steer well clear.
Nestle own Nespresso and they have some pretty shady business practices also, keep that in mind when weighing this up.

I have a subscription to Nespresso with one of their entry level machines and as I saw this at a good price I thought I’d swap the coffee pods for the machine I’ve purchased here but once I realised how much more I need to spend on top of my subscription for this coffee it was a bit of a wake-up call but as a coffee lover I’m going to go with it and I’m sure if you’re familiar with Nespresso you would already know this anyway but
if you’re new to it do your research first.
I really like this machine. The coffee it produces is delicious and feels like something you’d get at Starbucks. Definitely a cut above regularly brewed coffee. I don’t know much coffee lingo it’s frothy and bubbly. Really like the texture of this coffee. I would recommend ordering your pods off the Nespresso website instead of Amazon. The pods on Amazon seem overpriced and there’s less selection. I even ordered pods that I thought worked with the machine, but they’re the wrong size. On the Nespresso website, there is an awesome selection of pods and flavours. And they actually delivered quickly, within two days. The only small complaint I have is the coffee doesn’t always come out hot enough, especially after adding milk. I don’t think the water comes to a complete boil. Sometimes I pop it in the microwave for 10 seconds. Other times the temperature seems fine, like able to drink immediately but not necessarily as hot as it would be if you boiled water. Anyways, really happy with this purchase and the ease of use. I definitely recommend.

We have been Nespresso classic users for a number of years, but recently upgraded to the Vertuo plus machine. We liked the coffee from the classic but sometimes felt you didn’t quite get enough. The Vertuo has fixed this, great strong flavour pods, larger volume of coffee & offers galore bundled in!

Only negative is that the pods are only available online, or at the boutiques in most major cities, a visit to Leeds for us at the weekend.
As a starter nespresso coffee machine It is easy to use and as already stated very versatile. It makes a decent cup of coffee it looks very well in the kitchen.
I love this coffee machine. The colour is a nice light grey that fits in well with my kitchen. It makes tasty Nespresso coffee. The cup holder is adjustable so you can move your cup closer to reduce any splash back. Totally would recommend.
Only thing to bear in mind is that the lid opens upwards and didn’t fit under my kitchen units as there was not enough room to open. Not the machines fault at all just a note.
Beware, bought this machine to replace a broken one, didn’t realise that it uses a new type of expensive capsule, not the usual nexpresso capsule that is copied & available at half the cost of a nexpresso capsule. This uses vertuo capsules. The machine was about half normal price, know why when it arrived & normal capsules wouldn’t fit, so Beware!
We have the original machine which is now limping on its last legs so bought the Vertuo a few weeks back. It is much quieter than the original machine (great for using in a caravan). It is a bit of a case of trial and error on matching coffee pods for the Vertuo to the old original ones but we have found ones we like.
Bought new machine as my old one gave out and was making diluted coffee and leaking all over. Too much of a hassle to have it fixed. Amazon had amazing price, was delivered the next day and is majorly upgraded since my machine. Back to enjoying my morning brew and not have to get the kids out to the coffee shop at the crack of dawn.
This is a lovely machine so far. It was good value for money. Only downside is other machines take cheaper pods and this one only takes Nespresso ones.
Dies what it says on the box. Doesnt fit the standard pod so be aware. Only takes nespresso vurtuo pods for the forseeable future which you can only buy from nespresso

This is a great product, got it for my wife who loves it. Onlybissue we had was we ordered some extra pods but didn’t know we needed large pods and we ordered small which don’t work with the machine.
I did a bit of research and decided that the tassimo wasn’t the right machine for me as the pods are expensive where as Nespresso you can buy anywhere and Aldi do packs of 10 for 1.35 (2.70 per 100g).
I picked up a pack from Aldi (green pod in my photo) whist waiting for my machine to arrive only to discover there are two types of Nespresso pods. This machine will not take the Aldi pods. There was also an Amazon suggestion when I was buying the machine for the cheap much smaller pods which would not have worked.
I now have to buy the bigger pods (Red pod in photo) at a cost of around 50p to a 1 per pod depending on which coffee you like. These pods are massively more expensive. There are work arounds that are a bit of a faff to refill the pods with your own coffee.
Each pod will hold a maximum of 200mg, if you work out the price its outrageous If I’d known this I might not have bought it. Cheapest pods work out around 250.00 per 100g of coffee compared to 48p for my old coffee.
All that said the coffee made in this machine is really good and when my free pods arrive from Nespresso I will have had around 100 cups of coffee for 65 which is not bad for the convenience.
This is the Nespresso by KRUPS Vertuo Plus Coffee Machine in white, also available in black, grey and titanium. The item measures 23 x 33 x 32cm, and holds 1.7l. This machine only takes the big Vertuo pods, not the small bullet ones.
I like this coffee machine, out of the box you get a sample of 12 different blends / sizes. Once you register your product you become (if) eligible for a free gift of 50 pods. You also get a voucher for a coffee subscription.
The coffee pods work out to be approx 50p per pod, so not cheap. So use all offers.
The expense of the pods is tradable to the cost of machine and quality if coffee. You can reduce costs by purchasing a third party adapter so all Nespresso Pods fit. The coffee you get is the nice frothy flavoursome coffee shop stuff and the strength is dependant on the blend. My favourite is the Colombia, it is just right with a centimetre of milk, and within 40 seconds you get the perfect cup. So easy to use.
I fully recommend this machine, just wish all these machines delivered hotter not warmer coffee. Ah well.

Impressed so far. Works well, and the coffee is really nice – though the coffee is quite frothy. I replaced a 300 bean to cup machine which has died with this, and I’m really happy so far. It’s nice quiet and compact. Perfect for my flat and neighbours!

Very good machine. Fast and makes great coffee. Bought for my sister as a birthday gift and she loves it! There are so many different types of coffee available and as a big coffee fan she loves the variety and flavours. We also have the dolce gusto and tassimo but she prefers the nespresso over them. A milk frother goes great with the nespresso too.

I love this! I was prompted to buy a Nespresso after staying in a hotel and having use of their original style machine. When I looked into it I saw the Vertuo did a few more tall coffees and flavoured coffees so this was the natural choice for me as I don’t like expresso or small cups.
It is so simple to use, I love how easy it is. Just a few taps and you have your coffee.
I have had a bit of a issue with registration of my machine but I am hoping this will be easily sorted.
Comes with a sample pack of about 20 pods. The Columbian so far has been my favourite.

Machine is ok if you like your coffee black, and not too hot. But if you like milk with your coffee you need to heat the milk separately (I.e. Microwave), as the coffee will be cold if you add cold milk directly to the cup.

Coffee is quite expensive and is not very hot once milk is added.
Is include a little selection of capsules to try and know wich one it is better for you.
Maybe the only inconvenient it is that you must used the vertuo capsules, so you just can find them from Nesspreso store. But is quiet easy, you can order it throught the web of at any store.

It is not all the coffee machine is the same!! I mean came out as good as you can get.
I’ve had this machine for about 3months now it’s a great machine, easy to use and makes a great cup of Joe. It’s relatively quite and easy to refill the water tank. It looks great! Only annoying thing I have noticed with the machine is it can sometimes take a little while to read the barcode for it to start making a cup of coffee.

Really pleased with this. The coffee is great and there are plenty of choices. One small niggle is the it is impossible from the front to know that the collection basket is full, until the machine jams. Easy to fix but a bit silly. Service for supplies excellent. Next day delivery.
I like a long black coffee. This does the job perfectly. Applied and got the 100 coffee complimentary pack and have tried all of them. Getting the hang of how much each pod gives you and the correct cup. The pods are not the cheapest but you get a good coffee that is way cheaper than the high street.
