Step 1: Prepare the water with bottled salt, 300 ml water at about 37 ° C / 98.6 ° F
Step 2: Put 1 packet of salt, then fully mixed.
Step 3: Hold the bottle upside down, gently insert the tip into one nostril. Press the button on the valve to start the flow of the solution. Release the button to stop the flow of solution.
Step 4: Repeat steps 3 for your other nostril.

I’ve suffered from severe sinus problems for years, nothing seems to work, I’ve even had an operation on them, any way, thus isn’t going to cure anything, but if it helps, it’s a win win.

Easy to use, and can feel the difference after use can breathe better and head feels clearer (full of cold). However, very disappointed that the thermometer label/sticker does not work at all?
I live with various allergies and sinus problems. This pot is easy to use, gentle on the body area and does what it says on the tin. I would recommend it to anyone living with allergies as has really helped my congestion and other issues I live with. So easy to use.
After tooth cyst developed an infection in my sinus and been flashing out my nose every morning its fantastic it gets all the mucus out which normally wouldn’t come out when blowing your nose

I have sinus issues, and whilst it’s unlikely to cure, it’s a very good product and process, and suspect good with colds and general nose irritation. Just remember to boil a kettle and allow plenty of time for it to cook before adding to the bottle etc.
Cleared up a horrible long lasting sinus infection within 3 days. So easy to use after the first go and it is a superb simple product. I carry it on my travels often now and love it.

My 8 years old boy, he suffers from Congested nose often therefore he breathes from his mouth while he’s asleep , which is not right, it’s easy to use when instructions are followed , I use half a saline bag and fill the bottle halfway only , daily , until he’ll only need it once a week !

Got this for my girlfriend who was suffering from mild sinus issues, though she never used it I gave it a try a few times. Uncomfortable at first but I did feel better after use
Bought for someone who has really bad hay-fever through summer and bad colds through winter. You get a good amount of salts to use with the bottle. When blowing your nose doesn’t clear the stuffy feeling, after using this you will soon become a human Gooey Looey after one sneeze. Doesn’t really help with his hay-fever but definitely gives a good internal wash to release some of the pressure from a cold.
This is very easy to use. Instructions are good. Very handy having pre- portioned salt packets.
It has helped me with post nasal drip and cleared my nose very quickly.
Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that the temperature sticker is pretty rubbish and hardly shows up reading. I have to shine my phone torch on it to see where its at.
I bought this after contracting covid recently. The varients I caught gave me a very full snotty nose. No amount of blowing it was helping.
I was having to breath through my mouth constantly and it was giving me a lot oif phlegm as it made its way down my throat.
I’ve used a netty pot in the past but didn’t like it at all. This bottles valve system was much better and easier to use.
It really helped me and gave me moments during covid where I felt I could breath. I also suffer from hay-fever and have used it in the last couple if days which really helped that too.
I will buy more sachets for winter colds as although I know its only salt having the right amount easily available when you feel rough is a massive benefit. Oh and the thermometer is a godsend too. It’s amazing how getting the temperature wrong makes such a difference when using it, it stings! So definitely use the thermometer to prevent this.

I was initially underwhelmed as I read about all kinds of gunk coming out of peoples noses but it was a jet of lukewarm water, what I did notice that within a few days, at night my nose was totally clear and I had no need of Dymister or other inhalers
I’m down to twice a week and it has changed my congestion completely, very good and as I say I’m glad I stuck with it in the absence of obvious gunk
Also very gentle on the throat unlike those sprays for congestion

I have had netti pots in the past but when I saw a video on Tik Tok of someone using this I had to try it. I suffer with sinus issues so was really looking forward to trying it. First thing is how easy it is to use! Fill it up ( I use pre boiled water) put in your salt sachet and that it. It works so well, the water easily finds a path through even a blocked up sinus and when you finish using it you can see all the gunk that has flushed out. It gives instant relief and straight away your head feels clearer! Great device if you have sinus problems get one now!
After watching a video of this I thought what what the hell i would give it a try, and and oh my god what a difference I can now breathe properly, I would highly recommend trying this if you suffer from a blocked nose .
Easy to use after a couple of attempts – if you haven’t done this kind of cleansing before, you will need to try a couple of times. It does clean well. You will need to be patient enough to wait for the water to get to the right temperature – nothing the product can do about it. Very pleased!
It’s not the most pleasant of things to have to do. No amount of positioning takes away the initial feeling of being punched in the nose. But it’s easy to use, has a very handy thermometer and does what it’s designed to do.
Where to start! I was skeptical at first but, having struggled all my life with sinus issues and not being able to breath properly through my nose I thought I would give it a go.
It arrived all packaged properly, bottle and nozzle, nasal salts, temperature sticker and instructions. Assembled easily enough and waited for water to cool slightly.
Went in the bathroom and followed the instructions word for word. The resultWOW!! I can breathe out my nose!!!

I really like this product, it helped me pass a cold pretty easy and the pH level is fully balanced so it’s not painfull in anyway. it’s really generous with the salt sachets since you would pay a high price on the supermarket for way less.
I ordered this as I had the worse cold in the history of colds! When I had covid, it wasn’t as bad as this cold! My sinuses have never felt so sore and bunged up. Within minutes of using this product I had immediate relief. I took heed of the reviews and used the kids nozzle as the last thing I wanted was a shock to the old nose. The thing I didn’t like was the fact it ran down the back of my throat and out my mouth! But that could be down to user error. I’ll 100% use again and hope I don’t lightly choke myself of the solution this time!
One thing I will say is the instructions don’t tell you to use boiled water cooled down! Don’t use straight out the tap!

Suffering from extremely bad catarrh with a nasty virus I was considering a sinus rinse system but was concerned as I have a distorted septum after a broken nose. However, after watching “Backcabin’s” amazing video (thank you !!) I decided to take the plunge and try it. Amazingly it works !
It feels a little weird at first and you do have to play around a bit with the position of your head in order to get it working properly but then it does just pour through and flush stuff out.
However, I’d strongly suggest that you ask someone to watch you first time that you use it so as to let you know that the saline is correctly coming out of your other nostril. This is because when you are not used to it then it’s easy to think that it’s leaking out of the nostril you’ve inserted the probe into when it’s actually working fine and coming out of the other nostril.
The large probe is fine to use.

I’ve had bouts of sinusitis over the years and thought I’d give this a go and wow after first use I could breath! Easy to use. Not uncomfortable just a peculiar feeling with water running up and down your nose. It was such a relief. Be careful with the adult nozel. Go slow as it comes out quite fast but you get use to it.
Worth every penny and I can feel my mild sinus infection settling already 🙂
I’ve had sinus problems for over three months. Across my cheek bones is swollen and my eyes go blurry. There isn’t to much pain but the pressure is horrible. I was moaning about it to my colleague who recommended a neti pot, so I got this one. I eagerly awaited the delivery and used it soon as it arrived. It sounds excessive to suggest that this saved my life but it certainly helped improve my mental and physical health. The relief when I first used it was immense and I immediately told everyone I know. The next day the feeling wasn’t as marked but having used it now for about five days, along with antibiotics and a steroid spray I feel vaguely human again. The prescription most likely helps the most but this does help. I quite like the feeling of the water going up my nose, it’s like being on a water slide, but without getting a cossie on or having to dry my hair after. Try it but be aware if you bend down within about six hours of using it, water might come out of your nose which is fine at home except when cooking but not great in a formal setting
Great for clearing out stuffy sinuses when you’re bunged up, personally I only use the single hole nozzle as I prefer more pressure, overall good product and great value for money getting that many sachets too
So my colds always start the same tickly throat followed by massive pressure in my sinuses and then the blocked snottyness.
I am at the back end of covid and fortunately for me I have only had my normal cold symptoms rather than anything else.
My sister in law mentioned that she had struggled when in America d was told about on these devices. I ordered one straight away and having used it today it has completely cleared my sinus pressure.

This is fab is you do suffer with a constant blocked nose. I can’t remember the last time I could breathe without being stuffy. It’s amazing I never thought I would use something like this and I was so blocked up it took 2 times to actually unblock my nose but now I just wash through daily to keep everything clear. Been suffering with blocked nose for ages,have some calcifications in my sinuses and the moment I lie down my nose gets blocked which is incredibly annoying as it takes me ages to fall asleep. I was advised by an ENT doctor to purchase one of these. This set comes with 60 sachets of salts. Each sachet is to be mixed with 300ml of water. What the instructions leave out, is that this should be boiled water that has been left to cool to body temperature. This is what was advised by my doctor.
The first time you use this, you will probably feel like you are drowning for a second or two. This is normal, just remember to breath through your mouth!
Now I have been battling with serious sinus problems ever since I’ve been shoving things up my nose as a young teenager, I’ve been an avid member of the le seshwan, chatting pure and utter with randomers and friends in kitchens and toilets. I bought this after having the ‘worst cold since covid’ and I was sick of being so congested in my sinuses & having my ears popping etc. So, I thought what have I got to loose ?! Well, turns out I’ve been loosing out for years NOT having one of these. This is amazing, after one use I felt soooo much better. It literally unblocks and makes your sinuses feel amazing. Yes it’s a bit of a weird sensation when you’re doing it, but it doesn’t hurt and no you won’t inhale water etc etc. Yes, it’s a bit gross when the snot comes dripping out but I honestly felt this was much cleaner / hygienic doing this than blowing my nose every two seconds.
I won’t give it a second thought using this when ever I have a cold, blocked sinuses, hay fever etc. Can’t believe I didn’t buy one sooner. Highly recommend !
I’ve been struggling with allergies for years and tried a lot of different things to help me breathe normally. This is the only thing that helped me.
This is also good if you work in an environment that causes a lot of dust that can be inhaled (nail technicians who work with electric nail files, woodworkers, etc.).
My nose gets easily irritated and salt water nasal washes from the pharmacy usually end up just irritating and leaving me with sore nostrils. This product ACTUALLY cleans your nose and does not irritate.
Have been suffering for nasal congestion for a while, so I thought I’d give this a go. It certainly has helped, but as the cause may be allergy based in my car, it hasn’t 100% cleared it up.
I found it super simple to use and not in the least bit uncomfortable (no water up your nose sensation/sting like you get sometimes at swimming pools).
The premixed sachets and temperature sticker make getting it ready simple too, though the NHS website lists 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda in 1 pt of water, so it would be easy/cheap to mix your own solution.
The only slight criticism I have is that the temperature label can be slightly hard to read.

I’ve been struggling with my sinuses for nearly 2 years, constantly blocked and at times extreme pain in my frontal sinuses. The GP has prescribed antibiotics and steroid spray several times which worked initially but the issue always returned. I became reliant on over the counter decongest sprays. I had surgery to remove polyps from my nose and sinuses as well as straighten my septum. My nose has been quite sore as there are large clots of dried blood in my nose that feel like rocks. I’ve been using the neti pot for three days now and my nose is feeling much better. It has also helped flush the dried blood from my nose. Its really painless and un-intrusive. The temperature gauge is great for ensuring the solution is just right. Can’t recommend it enough.
I’ve had a few different types of nasal rinsing devices. Most are messy and not terribly easy to use. Having just had sinus surgery, I decided to replace my existing kit. I’m so glad I bought this one! There’s no squeezing or getting solution everywhere. Simply fill it per instructions, invert and press the button on the base. And that’s it!
I won’t use any other type from now on. I’d say that even for someone who has not great manual dexterity, this will do the job with ease.
I had sinusitis and the headache due to it had me trying all sorts. I was on antibiotics so I won’t say this neti pot recovered me. But it did help. It cleared out kept my nose clean. Also the warmth of the water helped with the headache for a while. Which was a god send.

I was worried this would not work. After feeling discomfort for years and being told I would just have to live with it. What a brilliant and very simple gadget. I suffer from sinus, but was finding all the nasal sprays unsatisfactory. The principle of this is that you direct the saline solution in one nostril – and miraculously it comes out of the other one. I was amazed. Unlike sniffing water, which I had done previously, you don’t feel like you’re drowning or get any unpleasant sensations. But it astly improves your breathing. Love it!
Mine arrived about an hour ago at my front door. I’ve been suffering massively with my hay-fever and my sinuses have been blocked, my breathing difficult and a massive build up of pressure at the front of my head.
I ordered this item this morning as I’ve been in crazy amounts of discomfort seeing that it would arrive by 10pm I jumped on it.
Using this item is so easy. One packet of the provided saline solution (which there are a load of by the way), 300ml of boiled (not boiling) water and away you go.
Mine took ages to cool down to the correct temperature (thanks again for including an easy to use thermometer!) so I placed it I to a cup of cold water to bring the ambient temperature down.
Once it’s cool enough to use, tilt you head over a sink to one side, breath through your mouth and put the tip in and away you go. A few seconds of discomfort (not painful) whilst the solution goes through your sinuses and the solution comes out the other nostril. Once you’re half through swap to the other side until the bottle is now finished.
I waited a few seconds and then lightly blew my nose. Both nostrils are now freely open and I can breath again.
If you’re struggling with sinuses, blocked nose, hay fever or something like that… Get this 100%.

I got this because I get infections in my nasal cavity due to an operation I had and it does the job it’s supposed to do. I use it daily just before I brush my teeth. It’s really simple to use just follow the instructions. For those of you that suffer from any nasal cavity problems this is a hygienic way of washing it out on a daily basis preventing infections.
This is very easy to use and, once the water temperature is safe, it only takes a few minutes. I’ve only had it 2 days but have already noticed a difference in my rhinitis. Symptoms seem to have reduced and I’m hopeful for more as time goes on. Don’t expect miracles but you can expect easing of your symptoms if rhinitis or allergies are causing your problem.
Definitely loved this purchase, I never imagined myself using one of these devices, but this one is something everyone needs to try. My nasal cavity feels so much more clear now. The only reason I had to give it a 4* was cause of the instructions provided. Took me a while before I realised that there’s a button on top which automatically releases the solution. Apart from that this product is definitely worth its price would recommend.

Everything was in the box. I did worry that the thermometer wasn’t working at first because it wasn’t giving a reading but this was my fault, the water was far too hot so it a while for it to lower to a temp cool enough to read on the thermometer.
Another reviewer mentioned the strength of the flow being quite strong on the adult nozzle, they were right! I tried the child’s one first and it worked fine. I then tried the adult’s one and it was very strong and startled me a bit. I’m sure it’s fine for most adults but I have quite small nostrils so it might be a bit too intense for some people.
Also, I forgot what I was doing for a bit and thought it stopped working after I pressed the button because I forgot I had to keep holding it in. 100% user error and nothing to do with the product but something to remember when you’re using it.
This item is well packed and all the parts are packaged in individual bags which is nice. I have had sinusitis on and off for years, I usually use Sterimar Isotonic Nasal Hygiene Sprays which are ok but are very expensive if you want to flush your sinuses out at 7-8 per bottle! This is a very inexpensive way of properly flushing your passageways out. This comes with 60 saline packets, so this is a bargain. I did a video which wasn’t meant to be a review but to show my first time ever using this. It wasn’t unpleasant at all. It feels more unusual than uncomfortable. I could talk while I was doing it. This design is very easy to use. I definitely recommend this. I can not honestly find a fault with it. Take care and stay safe
I’ve used a similar product in the past but this is far superior. Very easy to use, and the temperature strip that comes with it makes sure you use it at the perfect temp. I have a lot of sinus problems and frequent infections. I also have virtually no sense of smell. Since using this I have been able to smell more and more, and I’ve had much less infections, and the hideous headaches that come with them. At such a great price there is no better reason to give it a try and see if it helps you as much as me.
The one thing the booklet doesnt say, which I found out be reading up on Netie pots, is use sterile water.
I boiled water in a saucepan for 5 minutes – to make sure the pot was clean, then threw that water out and bolied some more, for 5 minutes. I covered the pan with foil and left it to cool to about body temperature.
Cleared out my blocked sinus straightaway, first time in months it was clear.
If you’re after a nasal wash, then this is worth a look at. I live on a small island which is perpetually cool and damp and my sinuses don’t care much for that. It’s hard to wax enthusiastic about a gadget for nasal irrigation but this item is

I looked at a few options before picking this one. It looked good, clean and very simple and I was not disappointed.
First time using one of these, I accidentally used the adult nozzle and pressed the pressure button. This was really unpleasant and for days after it felt as though I had been punched in the nose. So warning, maybe use the kid nozzle and slowly press the button to avoid this, I do this now and can say this has been great at clearing and releasing pressure in my sinus’s. I have major allergies to cats and dust so highly recommend if you’re suffering with the above for relief!

I’ve been using Sea water sprays (from pharmacies) for 6 quid each time, and while they help a bit, this Neti pot is just so much better because it really goes in deeper into the sinuses + feels more natural etc.
I can’t believe I can finally breathe through my nose again! And have a full night’s sleep!
I suffer from hayfever and this year it was particularly bad. This Neti pot system really helps, I only need to wash my nose once a day, maybe more on a particularly dry, windy day. Really appreciate it.
I suffer from sinus issues and have always avoided sinuses rinses and the like as I was afraid to use them. I decided to try this and at first it was strange but you get used to it and it definitely helps.
The items are in bags which I like as this is more hygienic. You receive a temperature strip to test the temperature of the water and two separate nozzles. You also receive a large number of nasal rinse salt packets.
I definitely prefer to use this over any nasal sprays.
Great product. I used a lot of Nasal sprays and helps only for couple hours. I lost my hope and thought let’s try this product. After 1 time I started to breath normal and 3 days later still better. Can breathe now and don’t have even allergy so much as before. Very good price as well.
I’ve suffered from severe sinus problems for years, nothing seems to work, I’ve even had an operation on them, any way, thus isn’t going to cure anything, but if it helps, it’s a win win.

It is so easy to use. You don’t need to squeze the bottle. Thermometer could have been better but it is not a core feature for me.

After tooth cyst developed an infection in my sinus and been flashing out my nose every morning its fantastic it gets all the mucus out which normally wouldn’t come out when blowing your nose

I have sinus issues, and whilst it’s unlikely to cure, it’s a very good product and process, and suspect good with colds and general nose irritation. Just remember to boil a kettle and allow plenty of time for it to cook before adding to the bottle etc.
Cleared up a horrible long lasting sinus infection within 3 days. So easy to use after the first go and it is a superb simple product. I carry it on my travels often now and love it.

My 8 years old boy, he suffers from Congested nose often therefore he breathes from his mouth while he’s asleep , which is not right, it’s easy to use when instructions are followed , I use half a saline bag and fill the bottle halfway only , daily , until he’ll only need it once a week !

Got this for my girlfriend who was suffering from mild sinus issues, though she never used it I gave it a try a few times. Uncomfortable at first but I did feel better after use

I would have rated 5 * if it was not so expensive for what you get.
This is very easy to use. Instructions are good. Very handy having pre- portioned salt packets.
It has helped me with post nasal drip and cleared my nose very quickly.
Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that the temperature sticker is pretty rubbish and hardly shows up reading. I have to shine my phone torch on it to see where its at.
I was having to breath through my mouth constantly and it was giving me a lot oif phlegm as it made its way down my throat.
I’ve used a netty pot in the past but didn’t like it at all. This bottles valve system was much better and easier to use.
It really helped me and gave me moments during covid where I felt I could breath. I also suffer from hay-fever and have used it in the last couple if days which really helped that too.
I will buy more sachets for winter colds as although I know its only salt having the right amount easily available when you feel rough is a massive benefit. Oh and the thermometer is a godsend too. It’s amazing how getting the temperature wrong makes such a difference when using it, it stings! So definitely use the thermometer to prevent this.

Obviously use correct water and DONT use boiling water that has NOT cooled
I was initially underwhelmed as I read about all kinds of gunk coming out of peoples noses but it was a jet of lukewarm water, what I did notice that within a few days, at night my nose was totally clear and I had no need of Dymister or other inhalers
I’m down to twice a week and it has changed my congestion completely, very good and as I say I’m glad I stuck with it in the absence of obvious gunk
Also very gentle on the throat unlike those sprays for congestion

I have had netti pots in the past but when I saw a video on Tik Tok of someone using this I had to try it. I suffer with sinus issues so was really looking forward to trying it. First thing is how easy it is to use! Fill it up ( I use pre boiled water) put in your salt sachet and that it. It works so well, the water easily finds a path through even a blocked up sinus and when you finish using it you can see all the gunk that has flushed out. It gives instant relief and straight away your head feels clearer! Great device if you have sinus problems get one now!

After watching a video of this I thought what what the hell i would give it a try, and and oh my god what a difference I can now breathe properly, I would highly recommend trying this if you suffer from a blocked nose .

Easy to use after a couple of attempts – if you haven’t done this kind of cleansing before, you will need to try a couple of times. It does clean well. You will need to be patient enough to wait for the water to get to the right temperature – nothing the product can do about it. Very pleased!
Great product definitely helps with blocked nose, easy to use, just wish it was cheaper.
Its strange to use it but it really works and help a lot with nasal congestion.
It’s not the most pleasant of things to have to do. No amount of positioning takes away the initial feeling of being punched in the nose. But it’s easy to use, has a very handy thermometer and does what it’s designed to do.
For hay fever sufferers this is a game change, much easier to use than the Neti teapot. Wish I’d got this years ago

Does the trick, leaves nose feeling clean and dust free.
Been using sterimar for a long time had problems with nasal vestibulitis, this gets where sterimar can’t and sorted me out properly.
Price wise there’s no comparison and its literally a better product that any other saline nasal spray I’ve tried to use.

Used this for the first time today. It cleared my tubes in second. I feel comfortable and nasally clean for the first time in years regardless of what I did. I cannot recommend this enough.
But fiddly to use, water went down my throat! Results however totally worth it. Previously been unable to breath at all out my left nostril as blocked after two days was unbelievable I can breath about 60% out of my left side now. Bought for my Husband who suffers with his sinuses and he said it was fantastic. Both easy to use and worth the money.
I really like this product, it helped me pass a cold pretty easy and the pH level is fully balanced so it’s not painfull in anyway. it’s really generous with the salt sachets since you would pay a high price on the supermarket for way less.
I ordered this as I had the worse cold in the history of colds! When I had covid, it wasn’t as bad as this cold! My sinuses have never felt so sore and bunged up. Within minutes of using this product I had immediate relief. I took heed of the reviews and used the kids nozzle as the last thing I wanted was a shock to the old nose. The thing I didn’t like was the fact it ran down the back of my throat and out my mouth! But that could be down to user error. I’ll 100% use again and hope I don’t lightly choke myself of the solution this time!
One thing I will say is the instructions don’t tell you to use boiled water cooled down! Don’t use straight out the tap!

I suffer badly with rhinitis and hey fever and thick mucus and I can honestly say apart from taking antihistamine 365 days this sinus rinse is defo money worth spent for me. Not only can I breathe properly but my coughing has stopped and my headaches have gone. I use this for about 5 days then I’m fine for approx 2-3 months then I use it again. It’s changed my life

Suffering from extremely bad catarrh with a nasty virus I was considering a sinus rinse system but was concerned as I have a distorted septum after a broken nose. However, after watching “Backcabin’s” amazing video (thank you !!) I decided to take the plunge and try it. Amazingly it works !
It feels a little weird at first and you do have to play around a bit with the position of your head in order to get it working properly but then it does just pour through and flush stuff out.
However, I’d strongly suggest that you ask someone to watch you first time that you use it so as to let you know that the saline is correctly coming out of your other nostril. This is because when you are not used to it then it’s easy to think that it’s leaking out of the nostril you’ve inserted the probe into when it’s actually working fine and coming out of the other nostril.
The large probe is fine to use.
Thoroughly recommend.
This product does exactly what it says. Easy to use and helps me to breathe a lot better through my nose at night. I’ve added this to my bedtime routine as nighttime is when my sinuses are at there worse

I’ve had bouts of sinusitis over the years and thought I’d give this a go and wow after first use I could breath! Easy to use. Not uncomfortable just a peculiar feeling with water running up and down your nose. It was such a relief. Be careful with the adult nozel. Go slow as it comes out quite fast but you get use to it.
Worth every penny and I can feel my mild sinus infection settling already 🙂
I’ve had sinus problems for over three months. Across my cheek bones is swollen and my eyes go blurry. There isn’t to much pain but the pressure is horrible. I was moaning about it to my colleague who recommended a neti pot, so I got this one. I eagerly awaited the delivery and used it soon as it arrived. It sounds excessive to suggest that this saved my life but it certainly helped improve my mental and physical health. The relief when I first used it was immense and I immediately told everyone I know. The next day the feeling wasn’t as marked but having used it now for about five days, along with antibiotics and a steroid spray I feel vaguely human again. The prescription most likely helps the most but this does help. I quite like the feeling of the water going up my nose, it’s like being on a water slide, but without getting a cossie on or having to dry my hair after. Try it but be aware if you bend down within about six hours of using it, water might come out of your nose which is fine at home except when cooking but not great in a formal setting

Great for clearing out stuffy sinuses when you’re bunged up, personally I only use the single hole nozzle as I prefer more pressure, overall good product and great value for money getting that many sachets too
So my colds always start the same tickly throat followed by massive pressure in my sinuses and then the blocked snottyness.
I am at the back end of covid and fortunately for me I have only had my normal cold symptoms rather than anything else.
My sister in law mentioned that she had struggled when in America d was told about on these devices. I ordered one straight away and having used it today it has completely cleared my sinus pressure.

This is fab is you do suffer with a constant blocked nose. I can’t remember the last time I could breathe without being stuffy. It’s amazing I never thought I would use something like this and I was so blocked up it took 2 times to actually unblock my nose but now I just wash through daily to keep everything clear. Horrible thing to put up with definitely worth buying if you do suffer with your sinuses
Been suffering with blocked nose for ages,have some calcifications in my sinuses and the moment I lie down my nose gets blocked which is incredibly annoying as it takes me ages to fall asleep. First saw this thing on the Big Bang theory and always thought it’s disgusting and why would anyone want to do that but after been suffering with my sleep for almost two months now post surgery with the added discomfort of the blocked nose I’ve decided to give it a go and it does help so I don’t regret buying it.

I was advised by an ENT doctor to purchase one of these. This set comes with 60 sachets of salts. Each sachet is to be mixed with 300ml of water. What the instructions leave out, is that this should be boiled water that has been left to cool to body temperature. This is what was advised by my doctor.
The first time you use this, you will probably feel like you are drowning for a second or two. This is normal, just remember to breath through your mouth!

Tricky to get used to and get the flow correc
It is easy to use.just boil water for 3 minutes to kill any amoeba in the water.let cool to body temp eg slightly warm.look down and then tilt head to one side press button at bottom and water enters sinuses and flows out of other nostril.blow nose.repeat on other side.dont forget to add the salt packet.easy but its not pressurised like steroidal is so mot sure if its really getting full sinus cavity

I’ve been struggling with allergies for years and tried a lot of different things to help me breathe normally. This is the only thing that helped me.
This is also good if you work in an environment that causes a lot of dust that can be inhaled (nail technicians who work with electric nail files, woodworkers, etc.).
My nose gets easily irritated and salt water nasal washes from the pharmacy usually end up just irritating and leaving me with sore nostrils. This product ACTUALLY cleans your nose and does not irritate.
Have been suffering for nasal congestion for a while, so I thought I’d give this a go. It certainly has helped, but as the cause may be allergy based in my car, it hasn’t 100% cleared it up.
I found it super simple to use and not in the least bit uncomfortable (no water up your nose sensation/sting like you get sometimes at swimming pools).
The premixed sachets and temperature sticker make getting it ready simple too, though the NHS website lists 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda in 1 pt of water, so it would be easy/cheap to mix your own solution.
The only slight criticism I have is that the temperature label can be slightly hard to read.
It’s that one thing you think you need but then never use, think again before buying this.
Currently suffering whole week of sinus pains from ear aches to sharp shocking headaches. Read the glowing reviews and desperate to try something..because sudafed was not working this time. Arrived next day and got straight into it! Adult tip and stuck it in! Funny seeing water drip out the other nostril… the warm salt water is soothing and afterwards i can breathe clearly!! I suffer really badly with Hay Fever and I was recommended this product to try. I was full of doubt when I ordered, but actually it has turned out to be one of the best things I have ever used for my hay fever. I started by using it once in the morning and once at night, and then eventually I only needed to use it every couple of days to keep my hay fever under control. I would highly recommend to anyone to try.
I’ve had a few different types of nasal rinsing devices. Most are messy and not terribly easy to use. Having just had sinus surgery, I decided to replace my existing kit. I’m so glad I bought this one! There’s no squeezing or getting solution everywhere. Simply fill it per instructions, invert and press the button on the base. And that’s it!
I won’t use any other type from now on. I’d say that even for someone who has not great manual dexterity, this will do the job with ease.
I had sinusitis and the headache due to it had me trying all sorts. I was on antibiotics so I won’t say this neti pot recovered me. But it did help. It cleared out kept my nose clean. Also the warmth of the water helped with the headache for a while. Which was a god send.

I was worried this would not work. After feeling discomfort for years and being told I would just have to live with it. I started using this about five days ago over the past three days I have had not discomfort I can feel my sinuses clearing. My only regret is that I didn’t find out about this sooner. What a brilliant and very simple gadget. I suffer from sinus, but was finding all the nasal sprays unsatisfactory. The principle of this is that you direct the saline solution in one nostril – and miraculously it comes out of the other one. I was amazed. Unlike sniffing water, which I had done previously, you don’t feel like you’re drowning or get any unpleasant sensations. But it astly improves your breathing. Love it!
I ordered this item this morning as I’ve been in crazy amounts of discomfort seeing that it would arrive by 10pm I jumped on it.
Using this item is so easy. One packet of the provided saline solution (which there are a load of by the way), 300ml of boiled (not boiling) water and away you go.
Mine took ages to cool down to the correct temperature (thanks again for including an easy to use thermometer!) so I placed it I to a cup of cold water to bring the ambient temperature down.
Once it’s cool enough to use, tilt you head over a sink to one side, breath through your mouth and put the tip in and away you go. A few seconds of discomfort (not painful) whilst the solution goes through your sinuses and the solution comes out the other nostril. Once you’re half through swap to the other side until the bottle is now finished.
I waited a few seconds and then lightly blew my nose. Both nostrils are now freely open and I can breath again.
If you’re struggling with sinuses, blocked nose, hay fever or something like that… Get this 100%.

I have heyfeaver and I use it after I get into work and an hour before I go to bed. It’s not a cure but, for me anyway, it reduces the number of sneezing fits in the day and during the nigh
I got this because I get infections in my nasal cavity due to an operation I had and it does the job it’s supposed to do. I use it daily just before I brush my teeth. It’s really simple to use just follow the instructions. For those of you that suffer from any nasal cavity problems this is a hygienic way of washing it out on a daily basis preventing infections.
This is very easy to use and, once the water temperature is safe, it only takes a few minutes. I’ve only had it 2 days but have already noticed a difference in my rhinitis. Symptoms seem to have reduced and I’m hopeful for more as time goes on. Don’t expect miracles but you can expect easing of your symptoms if rhinitis or allergies are causing your problem.
Definitely loved this purchase, I never imagined myself using one of these devices, but this one is something everyone needs to try. My nasal cavity feels so much more clear now. The only reason I had to give it a 4* was cause of the instructions provided. Took me a while before I realised that there’s a button on top which automatically releases the solution. Apart from that this product is definitely worth its price would recommend.
Everything was in the box. I did worry that the thermometer wasn’t working at first because it wasn’t giving a reading but this was my fault, the water was far too hot so it a while for it to lower to a temp cool enough to read on the thermometer.
Another reviewer mentioned the strength of the flow being quite strong on the adult nozzle, they were right! I tried the child’s one first and it worked fine. I then tried the adult’s one and it was very strong and startled me a bit. I’m sure it’s fine for most adults but I have quite small nostrils so it might be a bit too intense for some people.
Also, I forgot what I was doing for a bit and thought it stopped working after I pressed the button because I forgot I had to keep holding it in. 100% user error and nothing to do with the product but something to remember when you’re using it.
I’ve used a similar product in the past but this is far superior. Very easy to use, and the temperature strip that comes with it makes sure you use it at the perfect temp. I have a lot of sinus problems and frequent infections. I also have virtually no sense of smell. Since using this I have been able to smell more and more, and I’ve had much less infections, and the hideous headaches that come with them. At such a great price there is no better reason to give it a try and see if it helps you as much as me.
I boiled water in a saucepan for 5 minutes – to make sure the pot was clean, then threw that water out and bolied some more, for 5 minutes. I covered the pan with foil and left it to cool to about body temperature.
Cleared out my blocked sinus straightaway, first time in months it was clear.

Well let me tell you the truth, it’s easy to use. The nose wash also helped with my sinus headaches I wish I had found this product sooner.
