Wash bottle for nasal nose Let’s have a healthy nose and enjoy the fresh air.
Love this item, seen it many times and though I would give it a go, best thing I’ve bought in a long time, easy to use and clean, not uncomfortable and the feeling of relief is amazing, definitely worth the money xx
I was very nervous my first time. There are two nozzles one for children one for adults, the stream of water is very gentle, it doesn’t hurt at all. boil the kettle and let water cool, add the saline packet to the bottle and add the cooled water, gently shake the bottle, screw the cap on and your ready to go. tilt you head slightly press the button on the bottom of the bottle, i hold my breath, you may get a little bit of saline down the back of your throat but tells you that its working. I’ve been doing it a week now, twice in the day morning and before bed, I feel better for doing it, saves you using chemicals on your delicate nose area.
Found it very easy to use, was a bit nervous the first time but as long as you let the water cool to body temperature it’s fine. Sachets need to be properly dissolved and are easily replaced.
The mechanism is straightforward, just open the valve for a gentle rinse. For extra pressure, the bottle can be squeezed with the valve closed. The saline has the right concentration. So, the only remaining thing is to let the boiled water cool enough before rinsing.
Bit squemish trying this system but after the first tentative steps it was incredibly easy on both nostrils. The main thing to think about is not to breathe through the nose while applying this contraption, just a normal mouth breathand it’s plain sailing. Bit expensive for a plastic bottle, a spout and a load of salt., but well worth it for the easing of congestion at this time of year. Oyll give it foive!
Only used once the moment I received the product, was a little scared to use at first but once I started the process it was not bad, just felt like I had a really stuffy nose.
Intention of use was to only clear my sinuses after a cold but also as I suffer from hay fever I am just waiting to see how I will hold up once spring comes around.
Gave 4 stars as my package did not come with the thermometer, other than that the product is solid, easy to use and clean, and very well packaged with each individual item bagged and sealed separately.
A bit unpleasant to use (lots of coughing and spluttering).
However my nose is much clearer and I snore a lot less at night, resulting in a much better night’s sleep for both of us.
I also think I am breathing better during the day and sneezing and blowing my nose a lot less.
All in all well worth it.
The temperature indicator doesn’t work.
This is a great little nasal rinse system, great for allergies, some tips I wish I knew before;
36 to 37 degrees is best for comfort (get ur own thermometer tho, the sticker it comes with is inaccurate) DO NOT use water hotter than 40, thought I was gonna die, felt like the inside of my face was burned.
Shake the bottle with the salt so it’s mixed in well.
Relax, block off the air to ur nose, tilt ur head to the side and a little forward.
Good luck
Heads up it will sting/Feel heat, in your sinuses but that aside….
I bought this product after a operation on my nose where i had a button places and the holes at the top opend up…..the docs after care advice, snort water for the next 3 months……i am not a fan of drowning myself every morning so bought this, and now that my nose has healed….i still use this every day, love it. great product, clears me out and helps me breath.
like brushing my teeth i do this once in the morning and once at night, great product.
Wasn’t sure what to expect. The nozzle is larger than anticipated but it does the job efficiently. Have been experiencing some of the benefits that other users have mentioned – fairly clear passages that seem to help anti-hayfever nasal sprays work better. The little button on the bottom is quite dinky. I suppose it gives you greater control than just squeezing the sides of the bottle. Very pleased with this and would recommend.
I am very happy with this product. I have used a neti pot for years, and up until I got this I used one shaped like a watering can with a measuring spoon and bought my own natural salt. This would regularly burn my nostrils and I rarely got the solution strength right. This product is great as it dispenses with that need. All you do is empty the sachet and wait for the boiled water to cool to the right temperature. The pump action is easy to use and bottle simple to wash in hot water. My sinuses and nose are much clearer since using it and I can breathe far more easily. As others have said, the temperature gauge isn’t great, but that is a minor quibble. I just do the ‘wrist test’ as you would for a baby’s bottle and that works well enough.
I was so unsure if to use this or not. I really struggle with sinus infections and was advised to try one of these. The set up can be a little tricky and time consuming as you need to wait for the water to cool down. The temperature checker it comes with is pointless and does not work. Once it is at the right temperature your good to go! It does feel strange but the times i have used it i have never ended up swollowing the water. It works well and the stuff that comes out is satisfying. I feel this is much beeter then constantly blowing your nose and making your nose dry and sore. Great value for money.
I have been struggling with my hay-fever for a long time, so this was a last resort purchase. Very simple and easy instructions to follow, it’s great that it comes with so many packs of salt too!
After using it a few times, it gives me quite a bit of relief throughout the rest of the day.
When I was using this product for the first time I thought there’s no way this is going to work but I was wrong. I’ve used the Neilmed squeezy bottle for years which is ok but this is better. When you use this you get a trickle of water flowing from your nose which doesn’t really feel like it’s going to be that good but afterwards my nose felt cleaner and clearer than it’s been for a long time. I’ve suffered with a stuffy nose, no smell or taste for 20 years. It’s infuriating at times particularly when you have to keep explaining to people that you can’t smell or taste and they think it’s amusing which it’s most certainly not! Not being able to enjoy food and not being able to smell virtually anything is very frustrating hence the reason I’ve been trying to find something to help with that for a very long time. I’ve had good success with prednisone steroids but unfortunately you can’t stay on them for very long unless you want to do your body serious harm. This safer natural approach although not perfect has definitely helped recently even after a short period of time. I do believe that I’ve even started to get some sort of taste and smell improvement which is fantastic. I’m still using my ongoing prescription nasal spray a long with this product which I imagine I’ll continue to do so but eventually I’d like to try ween off the nasal spray and see what happens. I boil tap water in a kettle and allow it to cool down until it’s luke warm and then add it to the bottle. You get about 60 nasal rinse salt sachets with this purchase which will last 30 days assuming you use the product twice a day. I use it first thing in the morning and about an hour before I go to bed. You can buy the Neilmed sachets afterwards which will be fine. Don’t be tempted to use any nasal rinsing devices without the salt sachets as I’ve found out the hard way once when I ran out and just used neat tap water. The sachets soften the water and without them added it’s really uncomfortable, almost a burning irritation. Not pleasant ! Definitely worth a look if you’re a long term Hayfever or allergy sufferer like myself. You might be surprised. Good luck
I needed a bottle for sinus rinsing and it works well. I know that it is possible to make your own solution but I appreciated the packets included with the product as it saves weighing out salt etc.
Really pleased with this . I bought the kit in early June 2023 as my hayfever was really kicking off and my tablets weren’t touching it even after increasing my dose
The kit includes bottle + top, 2 nozzles, thermometer strip and 60 sachets of saline / nasal rinse.
The thermometer strip is pretty rubbish and I couldnt get a reading off it but I use a digital thermometer instead to check the water temperature
I’ve used it as directed about 12 times now and am pleased with the results I get.
It feels a little strange at first having water flushing up your nostril and down the other one but you soon get used to it.
It instantly clears your airways and in the context of hayfever it removes the constant tickling ‘I want to sneeze’ sensation for me.
It provides me with relief for around 4-5 hours so I end up using it morning and night while in hayfever season
Top tip – It doesnt work so well if you are already bunged up so blow your nose to the point you can breath through both nostrils first before you flush

Gets the job done, easy to use but wouldn’t recommend if you haven’t got a “snotty” nose as it doesn’t unblock it.
Works really well. Better than the expensive range current for sale in the supermarket.
This is the best product I’ve ever bought! Easy to use with 60 packets of saline solution! Couldn’t have asked for more!
Brilliant at clearing out nasal passages and bringing relief when you have sinusitus.
